便携式帐篷 技术领域
发明涉及汽车用品技术领域,尤其涉及便携式帐篷。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们外出旅游、外出露营的频率越来越多;为了方便外出旅游或外出露营,目前市场上有不少的装备,如帐篷;汽车帐篷等。
技术问题
然而这些帐篷在使用时,零部件较多,且搭建不方便,同时帐篷收起时,还需要采用额外安装袋来装,安装袋一旦丢失会给帐篷的管理造成困难。
技术解决方案
发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种便携式帐篷,该帐篷结构简单,无需额外安装袋进行存储管理。
发明采用的技术方案为:
便携式帐篷,其包括柔性壳体,柔性壳体包括一开口且与该开口相对设置的竖直段,竖直段背面连接有N块背板,N>1且为自然数;所述背板设有用于固定于车体固定架的连接结构,所述竖直段正面设有M块用于连接篷布组件的篷布卡板,1<M≦N;其中两块篷布卡板分别与两块背板固定连接;所述篷布组件的篷布一端设有与篷布卡板连接的卡接件,篷布的另一端设有连接孔并通过连接孔连接有支撑杆。
进一步地,柔性壳体连接有用于将柔性壳体的开口两侧连接的连接结构。
进一步地,所述篷布卡板包括用于与背板连接的连接部,以及与连接部连接的卡接部,所述卡接件呈柱状,篷布与卡接件连接,所述卡接部设有用于容置卡接件的槽道,槽道开设有篷布穿过的缺口。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合附图对发明进行详细的描述。如图1至图4所示。
实施例:便携式帐篷,其包括柔性壳体2,柔性壳体2包括一开口且与该开口相对设置的竖直段21,竖直段21背面连接有N块背板3,N>1且为自然数;所述背板3设有用于固定于车体固定架的连接结构,所述竖直段21正面设有M块用于连接篷布组件的篷布卡板6,1<M≦N;其中两块篷布卡板6分别与两块背板3固定连接;所述篷布组件的篷布1一端设有与篷布卡板6连接的卡接件(图中未画出),篷布1的另一端设有连接孔并通过连接孔连接有支撑杆4。
本技术方案中的柔性壳体2可采用帆布、塑胶、塑料等;当帐篷不需要搭接时,将篷布1与支撑杆4分离,然后将篷布1的外端部卷缩使得篷布1位于柔性壳体2内;不需要额外的安装袋;由于背板3为多块,可以将柔性壳体2进行折叠,如只有2块背板3时,可以将两块背板3对中折叠,占用面积小。在使用时,将柔性壳体2展开,先将背板3固定于车体固定架(车体顶部的架体);然后将篷布1从柔性壳体2中抽出并展开,在将篷布1的外端部通过连接孔与支撑杆4连接。整体结构简单,搭建方便。
进一步地,柔性壳体2连接有用于将柔性壳体2的开口两侧连接的连接结构(图中未画出)。
设置连接结构,可以将柔性壳体2的开口密封。连接结构可以为纽扣、拉链、魔术贴等。
进一步地,所述篷布卡板6包括用于与背板3连接的连接部63,以及与连接部63连接的卡接部64,所述卡接件呈柱状,篷布1与卡接件连接,所述卡接部64设有用于容置卡接件的槽道61,槽道61开设有篷布1穿过的缺口62。
本技术方案中,卡接件可采用柱状的杆件,如圆柱杆等;在安装时,卡接件从槽道61一端插入;篷布1也切入缺口62,当篷布1被拉直时,卡接件被卡在槽道61内。当篷布1需要取下时,可将篷布1以及卡接件从槽道61内推退出,装拆方便。
进一步地,所述背板3向外凸起形成凸块33,连接结构包括设置于凸块33的若干卡接滑槽32。
这里的卡接滑槽32可以设置为1条,设置在凸块33中部,也可以设置为2条,分布在两侧,也可以设置为3条以上,优选地进行均匀分布。卡接滑槽32的横截面呈T形或燕尾形,用于与汽车固定架连接。
当然,连接结构还可以为卡箍结构、吊绳捆绑结构等,卡箍可以与车体固定架卡接,吊绳可以绑在固定架上。
进一步地,所述凸块33的中部设有贯通孔31,凸块33呈中空结构。
将其设置为中空结构,可以有效降低背板3的重量,可以降低负载,便于安装和携带。
进一步地,所述便携式帐篷还包括斜拉组件5,所述斜拉组件5包括插杆52和斜拉绳51,斜拉绳51的一端与插杆52连接,斜拉绳51的另一端与帐篷连接。
设置斜拉组件5,可以辅助用于帐篷的固定。
进一步地,所述支撑杆4包括上连接筒41和下连接杆42,下连接杆42插入上连接筒41。
采用组装的结构,便于支撑杆4收纳;当然支撑杆4也可以采用折叠结构,以及伸缩结构,此为现有技术不再赘述。

  1. 便携式帐篷,其特征在于:其包括柔性壳体,柔性壳体包括一开口且与该开口相对设置的竖直段,竖直段背面连接有N块背板,N>1且为自然数;所述背板设有用于固定于车体固定架的连接结构,所述竖直段正面设有M块用于连接篷布组件的篷布卡板,1<M≦N;其中两块篷布卡板分别与两块背板固定连接;所述篷布组件的篷布一端设有与篷布卡板连接的卡接件,篷布的另一端设有连接孔并通过连接孔连接有支撑杆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式帐篷,其特征在于:柔性壳体连接有用于将柔性壳体的开口两侧连接的连接结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式帐篷,其特征在于:所述篷布卡板包括用于与背板连接的连接部,以及与连接部连接的卡接部,所述卡接件呈柱状,篷布与卡接件连接,所述卡接部设有用于容置卡接件的槽道,槽道开设有篷布穿过的缺口。
