Abstract

The present utility model patent relates to prefabricated modules with sandwich metal panels with thermal- and sound-insulating polyurethane and built-in electrical, hydraulic and sewage installations (1) and corresponds to the system for constructing modules with a pentagonal shape and preferred dimensions equal to 28.56 m², characterized in that they are manufactured by means of a frame (2) clad with integral panels from the roof to the base, containing, between the metal panels, fire-resistant thermal- and sound-insulating polyurethane expanding foam of a specific thickness; the integral structure thereof acts as a plant area, using the walls of the module for the passage of hydraulic and electrical ducts, and the sanitation system of the prefabricated module is distributed in the base, comprising inspection chambers, a grease trap, and a sewage treatment plant or S.T.P (0). The waterproofing is carried out using polyurethane, wherein the module receives two coats of primer and polyurethane paint is applied; finally, the roof has a gutter for collecting rainwater, together with a louvred opening (J) for natural ventilation.

Description of the Invention

[0019] As can be inferred from the drawings that accompany and form an integral part of this report, the Prefabricated Module, (1), which corresponds to a constructive system of pentagonal shaped modules and preferential dimensions equal to 28.56 m ² , being used metallic structure or chassis (2) covered by solid metal panels (3), from the roof (4) to the base (5), containing between the metal panels (3), expansive polyurethane foam, with thermo-acoustic and resistant function fire, of specific thickness.
