Abstract

The display device according to the present invention comprises a substrate comprising a first black matrix, and a plurality of display panel modules disposed on the substrate, wherein the display panel modules each comprise: a base unit having wire electrodes; luminous bodies disposed on the base unit and electrically connected to the wire electrodes; a planarization layer for planarizing the base unit having the luminous bodies disposed thereon; and a second black matrix formed on the planarization layer so as not to overlap the semiconductor light-emitting diodes, and the display panel modules are disposed on the substrate such that the boundaries of the display panel modules overlap the first black matrix.
