Description

人材仲介支援装置、人材仲介支援方法、及びプログラム
　本発明は、人材仲介支援装置、人材仲介支援方法、及びプログラムに関する。
　近年、コンピュータネットワークを利用して職業の斡旋を行うとともに、求職者と求人者間の接触を仲介する技術が種々提案されている（例えば、特許文献１を参照）。

　上記のような技術では、求職者及び求人者がそれぞれあらかじめデータベースに求人者のプロフィール及び求職者のプロフィールを登録する。その後、登録されたプロフィールにしたがって、希望する条件に合った求職者と求人者とのマッチングが行われる。ここで、データベースに登録されるプロフィールは、求職者であれば氏名、年齢、性別、職歴、及び自己アピール等の個人情報であり、求人者であれば社名、職務内容、待遇、及び勤務地等の情報である。
　一方、絵画や彫刻、デジタルアート、作曲等の知的な創作を伴う仕事においては、求人側の立場としては、制作者の年齢や性別等の情報はあまり重要ではなく、どのような成果物を提供できる制作者であるかに関心を持っていると考えられる。制作者の立場としても、自身の個人情報ではなく、自身が制作した成果物が求人側にどのように評価されるかに関心を持っていると考えられる。
　本発明はこれらの点に鑑みてなされたものであり、成果物を媒体とする人材仲介を支援する技術を提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の第１の態様は、プログラムである。このプログラムは、成果物を媒体とする人材仲介を支援するためのコンピュータに、前記成果物の制作者の個人情報と、前記成果物に関する情報であって前記個人情報を含まない情報との登録を受け付ける機能と、登録された複数の前記成果物に関する情報にアクセスするユーザのユーザ登録を受け付ける機能と、ユーザ登録の有るユーザが使用するユーザ端末に、前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する機能と、前記ユーザ端末に提示された成果物に対する前記ユーザの関心の有無を示す情報を取得する機能と、前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合、前記ユーザの連絡先を当該ユーザの操作を介することなく前記成果物の制作者に通知する機能と、前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が無いことを示す情報を取得した場合、新たな成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供する機能と、を実現させる。
　前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する機能は、前記成果物に関する情報に制限を設けて前記ユーザ端末に提供してもよい。
　前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する機能は、前記成果物に関する情報が静止画像である場合、当該静止画像の一部のみを表示する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供し、前記成果物に関する情報が動画像又は音声である場合、当該動画像又は音声の一部のみを再生する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供してもよい。
　前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する機能は、前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を、成果物毎に順番に提供してもよい。
　前記プログラムは、前記コンピュータに、前記ユーザから仮想通貨の購入を受け付ける機能と、前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合、前記ユーザが購入した仮想通貨を前記成果物の制作者の連絡先に送付する機能と、をさらに実現させてもよい。
　前記プログラムは、前記コンピュータに、前記制作者から前記仮想通貨を受け付ける機能と、受け付けた前記仮想通貨の価値に相当する有価証券を、前記制作者の連絡先に送付する機能と、をさらに実現させてもよい。
　前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する機能は、所定の期間が経過するまでの間に前記ユーザの関心の有無を示す情報を取得しない場合、新たな成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供してもよい。
　本発明の第２の態様は、成果物を媒体とする人材仲介を支援する人材仲介支援装置である。この装置は、前記成果物の制作者の個人情報と、前記成果物に関する情報であって前記個人情報を含まない情報との登録を受け付ける成果物登録部と、登録された複数の前記成果物に関する情報にアクセスするユーザのユーザ登録を受け付けるユーザ登録部と、ユーザ登録の有るユーザが使用するユーザ端末に、前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する提示画面提供部と、前記ユーザ端末に提示された成果物に対する前記ユーザの関心の有無を示す情報を取得する関心情報取得部と、前記関心情報取得部が前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合、前記ユーザの連絡先を当該ユーザの操作を介することなく前記成果物の制作者に通知する通知部と、を備える。前記提示画面提供部は、前記関心情報取得部が前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が無いことを示す情報を取得した場合、新たな成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供する。
　本発明の第３の態様は、人材仲介支援方法である。この方法において、成果物を媒体とする人材仲介を支援するための人材仲介支援装置が備えるプロセッサが、前記成果物の制作者の個人情報と、前記成果物に関する情報であって前記個人情報を含まない情報との登録を受け付けるステップと、登録された複数の前記成果物に関する情報にアクセスするユーザのユーザ登録を受け付けるステップと、ユーザ登録の有るユーザが使用するユーザ端末に、前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供するステップと、前記ユーザ端末に提示された成果物に対する前記ユーザの関心の有無を示す情報を取得するステップと、前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合、前記ユーザの連絡先を当該ユーザの操作を介することなく前記成果物の制作者に通知するステップと、前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が無いことを示す情報を取得した場合、新たな成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供するステップと、を実行する。
　本発明によれば、成果物を媒体とする人材仲介を支援する技術を提供することができる。

＜実施の形態の概要＞
　図１は、実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援システムＳの概要を説明するための図である。実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援システムＳは、制作者Ａが使用する端末である制作者端末Ｔａ、成果物Ｐの制作者ＡとユーザＵとのマッチングを支援する人材仲介支援装置１、及びユーザＵが使用する端末であるユーザ端末Ｔｕを含み、これらが通信ネットワークＮを介して互いに通信可能な態様で接続している。
　通信ネットワークＮは、例えばインターネットを用いて実現できる。制作者端末Ｔａ及びユーザ端末Ｔｕは、既知のＰＣ（Personal Computer）、タブレットＰＣ、スマートフォン、ワークステーション等の計算機である。人材仲介支援装置１は、成果物Ｐ及び成果物Ｐの制作者Ａを登録するための成果物登録サーバ、成果物ＰにアクセスするユーザＵを登録するためのユーザ登録サーバ、ユーザＵが所持する仮想通貨を管理するための通貨管理サーバ、及び成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示するための制作物提示サーバとしての機能を備える。人材仲介支援装置１は、これらの機能を単一のブレードサーバで実現してもよいし、それぞれ専用のサーバを用いて実現してもよいし、クラウドコンピューティング技術を用いて実現してもよい。
　ここで、制作者Ａが制作する成果物Ｐは、絵画、彫刻、書道、音楽、映画等の芸術作品、コンピュータプログラム等のソフトウェア、及びデジタルアートや３次元データ等のデジタルデータ、さらには、ユーザにより快適なサービスや体験を提供するためのＵＩ（User Interface）やＵＸ（User eXperience）等のデザインの上流に近いアイデアやロジックを含む知的成果物を意味する。また、ユーザＵは、制作者Ａの雇用を希望する求人者、成果物Ｐの制作に関する業務委託を希望する者、又は求人者や業務委託先を探している者に制作者Ａを紹介する人材紹介業者である。
　以下、図１を参照して、実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援システムＳで行われる処理の手順を（１）から（９）で説明するが、その説明は図１中の（１）から（９）と対応する。
　（１）制作者Ａは制作した成果物Ｐを人材仲介支援装置１に登録する。具体的には、制作者Ａは、少なくとも、制作者Ａ自身を特定するための制作者情報と、成果物Ｐに関する情報とを登録する。制作者情報は、制作者Ａの氏名、性別、年齢、連絡先（メールアドレス、住所、電話番号を含む）等の個人情報を含む情報である。
　また、成果物Ｐに関する情報は、成果物Ｐがデジタルアートやコンピュータミュージックのようなデジタルデータであれば成果物Ｐそのものであり、絵画や彫刻、書道等であれば成果物Ｐを撮像した撮影データである。また、成果物Ｐがソフトウェアであれば、その実行画面のキャプチャ画像やソフトウェアのコードの全部又は一部等が成果物Ｐに関する情報となる。なお、図１は、成果物Ｐがデジタルアートである場合の例を示している。
　（２）ユーザＵは、人材仲介支援装置１に登録された成果物Ｐにアクセスするために人材仲介支援装置１にユーザ登録をする。具体的には、ユーザＵは、ユーザ情報を人材仲介支援装置１に登録するとともに、人材仲介支援装置１が発行する仮想通貨を購入する。ユーザ情報は、ユーザＵにコンタクトを取るために必要な情報（例えば、ユーザＵのメールアドレス、ユーザＵの電話番号、ユーザＵが管理するウェブサイトのＵＲＬ（Uniform Resource Locator）を含んでいる。
　（３）ユーザ登録を済ませたユーザＵは、人材仲介支援装置１に対して成果物Ｐに関する情報の提示を要求する。
　（４）人材仲介支援装置１は、成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示するための画面を、成果物Ｐ毎に順番にユーザ端末Ｔｕに提供する。
　（５）ユーザＵは、ユーザ端末Ｔｕの表示部に表示された成果物Ｐに関する情報を視聴し、その成果物Ｐに関心が有るか否かを示す情報を人材仲介支援装置１に送信する。
　（６）人材仲介支援装置１は、ユーザＵから成果物Ｐに関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合、成果物Ｐの制作者ＡにユーザＵのユーザ情報を通知するとともに、ユーザＵが購入した仮想通貨の中から所定額に相当する仮想通貨を制作者Ａが所持する制作者端末Ｔａに送信する。なお、人材仲介支援装置１は、ユーザＵから成果物Ｐに関心が無いことを示す情報を取得した場合、新たな成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示するための画面を、ユーザ端末Ｔｕに提供する。
　（７）制作者Ａは、自身が制作した成果物Ｐに関心を持つユーザＵのユーザ情報を受信する。これにより、制作者ＡもユーザＵに興味を持つ場合、制作者ＡはユーザＵにコンタクトを取ることができる。制作者ＡがユーザＵにコンタクトを取ると、制作者ＡとユーザＵとのマッチングが成立する。
　（８）制作者Ａは、自身が制作した成果物Ｐに関心を持つユーザＵから人材仲介支援装置１を介して送付された仮想通貨を有価証券に変換することを人材仲介支援装置１に要求する。ここで、制作者Ａは、ユーザＵにコンタクトを取るか否かに関わらず、仮想通貨を有価証券に変換することを要求することができる。
　（９）人材仲介支援装置１は、制作者Ａから要求された仮想通貨に相当する価値の有価証券、すなわち、仮想通貨を換金した場合に得られる金銭と同等の価値を有する有価証券を人材仲介支援装置１に送付する。ここで、有価証券の具体例は、デジタル商品券である。この場合、人材仲介支援装置１は、デジタル商品券を電子メールに添付して制作者端末Ｔａに送付する。制作者Ａは、人材仲介支援装置１から送付されたデジタル商品券を使用可能なＥＣ（Electronic Commerce）サイトにおいて、デジタル商品券を商品又はサービスと交換することができる。なお、有価証券がデジタルデータでない場合、人材仲介支援装置１は、制作者Ａの居所に有価証券を郵送すればよい。
　なお、「有価証券」は、事後的に貨幣に換金することができる貨幣証券であってもよい。また、人材仲介支援装置１は、有価証券の一態様として、仮想通貨に相当する価値の金銭を制作者Ａの口座に振り込んでもよい。この意味で、本明細書においては、金銭及び貨幣も、有価証券に含まれる。
　制作者Ａは、自身の成果物Ｐがどの程度ユーザＵに関心を持たれるかを知ることができる。また、制作者Ａは、ユーザＵが成果物Ｐに関心を持った場合は有価証券に交換可能な仮想通貨を取得することができるため、人材仲介支援装置１は、制作者Ａに成果物Ｐを登録させるための動機付けを提供することができる。ユーザＵは、複数の制作者Ａが制作した成果物Ｐを個別に視聴することにより、各成果物Ｐについて関心の有無を判断することができる。このように、実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援装置１は、成果物Ｐを媒体とする人材仲介を支援することができる。
＜人材仲介支援装置１の機能構成＞
　図２は、実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援装置１の機能構成を模式的に示す図である。実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援装置１は、記憶部２と制御部３とを備える。
　記憶部２は、人材仲介支援装置１を実現するコンピュータのＢＩＯＳ（Basic Input Output System）等を格納するＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）や人材仲介支援装置１の作業領域となるＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）、ＯＳ（Operating System）やアプリケーションプログラム、当該アプリケーションプログラムの実行時に参照される種々の情報を格納するＨＤＤ（Hard Disk Drive）やＳＳＤ（Solid State Drive）等の大容量記憶装置である。
　制御部３は、人材仲介支援装置１のＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit）やＧＰＵ（Graphics Processing Unit）等のプロセッサであり、記憶部２に記憶されたプログラムを実行することによって成果物登録部３０、ユーザ登録部３１、提示画面提供部３２、関心情報取得部３３、通知部３４、通貨送付部３５、通貨購入受付部３６、及び有価証券送付部３７として機能する。
　成果物登録部３０は、成果物Ｐに関する情報と、成果物Ｐの制作者Ａの個人情報との登録を受け付ける。ユーザ登録部３１は、登録された複数の成果物に関する情報にアクセスするユーザＵのユーザ登録を受け付ける。提示画面提供部３２は、ユーザ登録部３１が登録をしたユーザＵから、成果物Ｐに関する情報提示の要求を取得する。提示画面提供部３２は、ユーザＵから要求を取得すると、成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示する画面を、ユーザＵが使用するユーザ端末Ｔｕに対して提供する。
　関心情報取得部３３は、ユーザ端末Ｔｕに提示された成果物に対するユーザＵの関心の有無を示す情報を取得する。通知部３４は、関心情報取得部３３がユーザＵから成果物Ｐに関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合、その成果物Ｐの制作者ＡにユーザＵの連絡先を通知する。これにより、制作者Ａは、自身の成果物に関心を持ったユーザＵを知ることができる。制作者ＡもユーザＵに関心を持てば、制作者ＡはユーザＵと連絡を取ることができる。
　提示画面提供部３２は、関心情報取得部３３がユーザＵから成果物Ｐに関心が無いことを示す情報を取得した場合、新たな成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示する画面をユーザ端末Ｔｕに提供する。これにより、ユーザＵは、複数の成果物Ｐに関する情報を順番に視聴することができ、多くの成果物Ｐの中から関心の有る成果物Ｐを見つけることができる。このように、実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援装置１は、成果物Ｐを媒体とする人材仲介を支援する技術を提供することができる。
　図３は、実施の形態に係る提示画面提供部３２が提供する成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示する画面３２０の一例を模式的に示す図である。図３は、成果物Ｐが静止画像のデジタルアートである場合の例を示している。成果物登録部３０は、各成果物Ｐの登録時に固有の識別子を付与している。図３に示す成果物Ｐの識別子は０３２４５７８２４３である。
　図３に示すように、提示画面提供部３２は、成果物Ｐに関する情報に制限を設けてユーザ端末Ｔｕに提供する。より具体的には、提示画面提供部３２は、静止画像である成果物Ｐの一部のみを表示する画面３２０をユーザ端末Ｔｕに提供している。図３に示すように、成果物Ｐは３つの部分領域（領域Ｏ１、領域Ｐ１、及び領域Ｏ２）に分割されている。このうち、成果物Ｐの上部の領域Ｏ１と、下部の領域Ｏ２とは成果物Ｐを遮蔽する領域である。このため、ユーザ端末Ｔｕに表示される画面３２０においては、成果物Ｐの中央部の領域Ｐ１のみが表示されている。なお、図示はしないが、成果物Ｐに関する情報が動画像又は音声である場合、提示画面提供部３２は、その動画像又は音声の一部のみを再生する画面３２０をユーザ端末Ｔｕに提供する。
　このように、提示画面提供部３２が成果物Ｐの一部のみを表示する画面３２０をユーザ端末Ｔｕに提供することにより、ユーザＵが成果物Ｐに関心が有るか無いかを判断するための情報が少なくなる。結果として、ユーザＵが成果物Ｐに関心が有るか無いかを判断するためにかかる時間が少なくなり、ユーザＵは複数の成果物Ｐについて関心の有無を迅速に判断できる。
　図３において、符号３２１で示す領域は、ユーザＵが成果物Ｐに関心が無いことの意思表示を示すための関心無提示領域３２１である。ユーザＵは、例えば関心無提示領域３２１にマウスカーソルＣを移動してクリックすることにより、成果物Ｐに関心が無いことを示す情報を関心情報取得部３３に送信することができる。
　なお、ユーザ端末Ｔｕの表示画面がタッチセンサを備えるタッチスクリーンである場合には、ユーザＵは関心無提示領域３２１をタップやスワイプをすることで成果物Ｐに関心が無いことを示す情報を関心情報取得部３３に送信することができる。
　ユーザＵが成果物Ｐに関心が無いことを示す情報を関心情報取得部３３に送信すると、提示画面提供部３２は、新たな成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示する画面３２０をユーザ端末Ｔｕに提供する。このため、提示画面提供部３２は、成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示する画面３２０を、成果物Ｐ毎に順番に提供することになる。提示画面提供部３２が一つの画面３２０毎の一つの成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示することにより、ユーザＵは、成果物Ｐに関心が有るか無いかの判断を成果物Ｐ毎に集中して行うことができる。
　ここで、ユーザＵが関心を持たない成果物Ｐの数は、ユーザＵが関心を持つ成果物Ｐの数よりも多いと考えられる。このため、ユーザＵはユーザ端末Ｔｕを特段の操作をしなくても、関心情報取得部３３に関心が無いことの意思表示をできると便利である。
　そこで、提示画面提供部３２は、所定の期間が経過するまでの間にユーザＵから関心の有無を示す情報を取得しない場合、新たな成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示する画面３２０をユーザ端末Ｔｕに提供してもよい。
　図３において、符号３２３で示すアイコンは、時間の経過を示す時計アイコン３２３である。ユーザ端末Ｔｕが画面３２０を表示した当初は時計アイコン３２３は黒色の円であり、時間の経過とともに白色の領域が増加する。ユーザ端末Ｔｕが画面３２０を表示してから所定の時間が経過すると、時計アイコン３２３は白色の円となる。この時点で、ユーザＵが特段の操作をしていなくても、関心情報取得部３３はユーザＵから成果物Ｐに関心が無いことの意思表示を示す情報を受け取ったとみなす。この結果、提示画面提供部３２は、新たな成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示する画面３２０をユーザ端末Ｔｕに提供する。
　したがって、「所定の期間」とは、成果物Ｐに関するユーザＵの関心の有無を関心情報取得部３３が擬制する際に参照する「関心有無判定基準期間」である。所定の期間の具体的な長さは、人材仲介支援装置１に登録される成果物Ｐの種類等を勘案して実験により定めればよいが、例えば１０秒間である。また、所定の期間は、人材仲介支援装置１のユーザＵが任意に設定できるようにしてもよい。この場合、記憶部２は、キーボード等の入力インタフェース（不図示）を介してユーザＵが入力した所定期間の長さを示す情報を保持し、関心情報取得部３３が当該情報を読みだして用いればよい。
　なお、所定期間の長さは、成果物Ｐに関する情報が動画像又は音声である場合の再生時間と一致する。したがって、成果物Ｐに関する情報が動画像又は音声である場合に、成果物Ｐの再生が終わるまでの間にユーザＵが特段の操作をしない場合、関心情報取得部３３はユーザＵから成果物Ｐに関心が無いことの意思表示を示す情報を受け取ったとみなす。このように、ユーザＵはユーザ端末Ｔｕを特段の操作をしなくても関心情報取得部３３に関心が無いことの意思表示をすることができるので、人材仲介支援装置１は、ユーザＵに提供する画面３２０の操作性を向上することができる。
　図３において、符号３２２で示す領域は、ユーザＵが成果物Ｐに関心が有ることの意思表示を示すための関心有提示領域３２２である。ユーザＵは、例えば関心有提示領域３２２にマウスカーソルＣを移動してクリックすることにより、成果物Ｐに関心が有ることを示す情報を関心情報取得部３３に送信することができる。
　なお、ユーザ端末Ｔｕの表示画面がタッチセンサを備えるタッチスクリーンである場合には、ユーザＵは関心有提示領域３２２をタップやスワイプをすることで成果物Ｐに関心が有ることを示す情報を関心情報取得部３３に送信することができる。また、ユーザＵは画面３２０中の任意の位置をダブルクリック（又はダブルタップ）することにより、成果物Ｐに関心が有ることを示す情報を関心情報取得部３３に送信することもできる。
　図２の説明に戻る。通貨送付部３５は、ユーザＵから成果物Ｐに関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合、ユーザＵが購入した仮想通貨を成果物Ｐの制作者Ａの連絡先に送付する。これを実現するために、通貨購入受付部３６は、あらかじめユーザＵから仮想通貨の購入を受け付ける。ユーザＵが成果物Ｐに関心が有ることを示すためには、ユーザＵに金銭的な負担が生じることになる。このため、人材仲介支援装置１は、ユーザＵが成果物Ｐに対する関心の有無の判断をより適切にすることの動機付けを提供することができる。
　制作者Ａは、自身の成果物Ｐに関心を示したユーザＵから受信した仮想通貨を、有価証券に変更することができる。より具体的には、有価証券送付部３７は、制作者Ａから仮想通貨を受け付ける。有価証券送付部３７は、制作者Ａから受け付けた仮想通貨の価値に相当する有価証券を、制作者Ａの連絡先に送付する。
　図４は、実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援装置１が制作者端末Ｔａに通知する通知画面の一例を模式的に示す図であり、制作者端末Ｔａがスマートフォンである場合の例を示す図である。通知部３４は、成果物Ｐに関心を持ったユーザＵの名称及びプロフィールとともに、ユーザＵの連絡先を制作者Ａが登録したメールアドレスに通知する。
　図４は、ユーザＵの名称が「株式会社ＣＤＥ企画」である場合の例を示している。制作者Ａは、制作者端末Ｔａを操作することにより、自身の成果物Ｐに興味を持ったユーザＵのプロフィールを確認したり、ユーザＵにメールをして連絡を取ったりすることができる。
　また、通貨送付部３５が制作者Ａの連絡先に仮想通貨を送付すると、通知部３４はその旨を制作者Ａの連絡先に通知する。この結果、図４に示すように、制作者端末Ｔａの表示部には仮想通貨を受け取ったことを示すメッセージが表示される。制作者Ａは、制作者端末Ｔａを操作することにより、受け取った仮想通貨をデジタル商品券と引き換えることができる。
　上述したように、制作者Ａは、デジタル商品券を使用可能なＥＣサイトにおいて、デジタル商品券を商品又はサービスと交換することができる。このように、制作者Ａは、自身の成果物Ｐに関心を示すユーザＵが現れれば、商品又はサービスと交換可能な仮想通貨を得ることができる。これにより、人材仲介支援装置１は、制作者Ａが成果物Ｐを人材仲介支援装置１に登録しようとする動機付けを提供することができる。
　なお、制作者Ａは、ユーザＵから受信した仮想通貨をすぐにデジタル商品券に交換せず、蓄えることもできる。これを実現するために、人材仲介支援装置１は、成果物Ｐの登録情報をブロックチェーンを用いて管理する。
　図５は、実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援装置１が利用するブロックチェーンの構成を模式的に示す図である。図５に示すように、ブロックチェーンは、複数のブロックを連結した情報である。複数のブロックのそれぞれは、直前のブロックを示す情報のハッシュ値、ナンス値、制作者情報、仮想通貨を特定するための情報、成果物Ｐに関する情報、成果物Ｐに関する情報のハッシュ値、及び成果物Ｐに対して関心を示したユーザＵの履歴である関心履歴が含まれている。ナンス値は、ブロックのハッシュ値が特定の条件を満たされるようにするために用いられる情報である。人材仲介支援装置１が新たな成果物Ｐが登録されるたびに、その成果物Ｐを管理するためのブロックチェーンが生成される。
　関心履歴には、成果物Ｐに対して関心を示したユーザＵに関する情報、成果物Ｐに対してユーザＵが関心を持った日時、及び成果物Ｐが制作者Ａに送付した仮想通貨の譲渡額が含まれる。関心履歴を参照することにより、制作者端末Ｔａは、制作者Ａが所有している仮想通貨の額を取得することができる。
＜実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援装置１が実行する人材仲介支援処理の処理フロー＞
　図６は、実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援装置１が実行する人材仲介支援処理の流れを説明するためのフローチャートである。本フローチャートにおける処理は、例えば人材仲介支援装置１が起動したときに開始する。
　成果物登録部３０は、成果物Ｐに関する情報と、成果物Ｐの制作者Ａの個人情報との登録を受け付ける（Ｓ２）。ユーザ登録部３１は、登録された複数の成果物Ｐに関する情報にアクセスするユーザＵのユーザ登録を受け付ける（Ｓ４）。
　提示画面提供部３２は、ユーザＵから、複数の成果物Ｐに関する情報の視聴要求を受け付ける（Ｓ６）。提示画面提供部３２は、複数の成果物Ｐに関する情報の中から、ユーザＵが使用するユーザ端末Ｔｕに提示する成果物Ｐを選択する（Ｓ８）。提示画面提供部３２は、選択した成果物Ｐに関する情報を提示する画面３２０を、ユーザＵのユーザ端末Ｔｕに提供する（Ｓ１０）。
　関心情報取得部３３は、ユーザＵから成果物Ｐに対する関心の有無を示す情報を取得する（Ｓ１２）。関心情報取得部３３がユーザＵから成果物Ｐに関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合（Ｓ１４のＹｅｓ）、通知部３４は、成果物Ｐの制作者ＡにユーザＵの連絡先を通知する（Ｓ１６）。
　関心情報取得部３３がユーザＵから成果物Ｐに関心が無いことを示す情報を取得した場合（Ｓ１４のＮｏ）、又は、通知部３４が制作者ＡにユーザＵの連絡先を通知した後に、人材仲介支援装置１の動作が継続する場合（Ｓ１８のＮｏ）、人材仲介支援装置１はステップＳ８に戻ってステップＳ８からステップＳ１６までの処理を繰り返す。人材仲介支援装置１の動作が終了する場合（Ｓ１８のＹｅｓ）、本フローチャートにおける処理は終了する。
＜実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援装置１が奏する効果＞
　以上説明したように、実施の形態に係る人材仲介支援装置１によれば、成果物Ｐを媒体とする人材仲介を支援する技術を提供することができる。これにより、絵画や彫刻、デジタルアート、作曲等の知的な創作を伴う仕事において、求人側の立場としては、直接成果物をみて制作者Ａを判断することができる。また、制作者の立場としては、自身の個人情報ではなく、自身が制作した成果物が求人側にどのように評価されるかを知ることができる。
　以上、本発明を実施の形態を用いて説明したが、本発明の技術的範囲は上記実施の形態に記載の範囲には限定されず、その要旨の範囲内で種々の変形及び変更が可能である。例えば、装置の分散・統合の具体的な実施の形態は、以上の実施の形態に限られず、その全部又は一部について、任意の単位で機能的又は物理的に分散・統合して構成することができる。また、複数の実施の形態の任意の組み合わせによって生じる新たな実施の形態も、本発明の実施の形態に含まれる。組み合わせによって生じる新たな実施の形態の効果は、もとの実施の形態の効果を合わせ持つ。
＜変形例＞
　上記では、関心情報取得部３３がユーザ端末Ｔｕに提示された成果物に対するユーザＵの関心の有無を示す情報を取得し、ユーザＵが成果物Ｐに関心が有るときに通知部３４がその成果物Ｐの制作者ＡにユーザＵの連絡先を通知する場合について説明した。ここで、ユーザＵが成果物に関心が有る場合、関心情報取得部３３はその関心の度合いを段階的に取得してもよい。以下この場合について説明する。
　ユーザＵが成果物Ｐに関心がある場合を考える。ユーザＵは、まず成果物Ｐ自体に興味を持つ段階があり、次に、その成果物Ｐを制作した制作者Ａに関心が移る段階があると考えられる。さらに、ユーザＵが制作者Ａに関心を持ったとしても、ユーザＵが例えばチャット等のツールで制作者Ａと会話をすることを望む段階と、制作者Ａと実際に会って話をすることを望む段階とに分かれると考えられる。
　変形例に係る通知部３４は、関心情報取得部３３によってユーザＵが成果物Ｐに関心を持つことを示す情報を取得した場合、ユーザＵに対して成果物Ｐに関する情報、成果物Ｐの制作者Ａとチャットをするための情報、及び成果物Ｐの制作者Ａと実際に会うための情報とを順番に通知する。具体的には、通貨購入受付部３６がそれぞれの段階に進むために定められた仮想通貨の購入をユーザＵから受け付けることを条件として、通知部３４は、各情報をユーザＵに通知する。
　通知部３４がユーザＵに通知する「成果物Ｐの制作者Ａとチャットをするための情報」は、例えばユーザＵと制作者Ａとが通信ネットワークＮを介してチャットをするためのチャット画面、又はチャット画面にアクセスするためのＵＲＩ（Uniform Resource Identifier）等の情報である。また、通知部３４がユーザＵに通知する「成果物Ｐの制作者Ａと実際に会うための情報」は、例えばユーザＵと制作者Ａとが日程調整をするためのスケジューラ等の画面、又はスケジューラにアクセスするためのＵＲＩ等の情報である。
　このように、ユーザＵが関心を示す段階が進むほど、ユーザＵは制作者Ａに多くの仮想通貨を支払うことになる。成果物Ｐに対する関心が大きいほど、ユーザＵに金銭的な負担が生じることになる。このため、人材仲介支援装置１は、ユーザＵが成果物Ｐに対する関心の有無の判断をより適切にすることの動機付けを提供することができる。また、成果物Ｐに大きな関心を持つユーザＵが出現すれば制作者Ａは多くの仮想通貨を得ることができるので、制作者Ａが成果物を人材仲介支援装置１に登録することの動機付けを得ることができる。

Claims (9)

  1. 　成果物を媒体とする人材仲介を支援するためのコンピュータに、
    　前記成果物の制作者の個人情報と、前記成果物に関する情報であって前記個人情報を含まない情報との登録を受け付ける機能と、
    　登録された複数の前記成果物に関する情報にアクセスするユーザのユーザ登録を受け付ける機能と、
    　ユーザ登録の有るユーザが使用するユーザ端末に、前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する機能と、
    　前記ユーザ端末に提示された成果物に対する前記ユーザの関心の有無を示す情報を取得する機能と、
    　前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合、前記ユーザの連絡先を当該ユーザの操作を介することなく前記成果物の制作者に通知する機能と、
    　前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が無いことを示す情報を取得した場合、新たな成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供する機能と、
    　を実現させるプログラム。
  2. 　前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する機能は、前記成果物に関する情報に制限を設けて前記ユーザ端末に提供する、
    　請求項１に記載のプログラム。
  3. 　前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する機能は、前記成果物に関する情報が静止画像である場合、当該静止画像の一部のみを表示する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供し、前記成果物に関する情報が動画像又は音声である場合、当該動画像又は音声の一部のみを再生する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供する、
    　請求項２に記載のプログラム。
  4. 　前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する機能は、前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を、成果物毎に順番に提供する、
    　請求項１から３のいずれか一項に記載のプログラム。
  5. 　前記コンピュータに、
    　前記ユーザから仮想通貨の購入を受け付ける機能と、
    　前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合、前記ユーザが購入した仮想通貨を前記成果物の制作者の連絡先に送付する機能と、
    　をさらに実現させる請求項１から４のいずれか一項にプログラム。
  6. 　前記コンピュータに、
    　前記制作者から前記仮想通貨を受け付ける機能と、
    　受け付けた前記仮想通貨の価値に相当する有価証券を、前記制作者の連絡先に送付する機能と、
    　をさらに実現させる請求項５に記載のプログラム。
  7. 　前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する機能は、所定の期間が経過するまでの間に前記ユーザの関心の有無を示す情報を取得しない場合、新たな成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供する、
    　請求項１から６のいずれか一項に記載のプログラム。
  8. 　成果物を媒体とする人材仲介を支援する人材仲介支援装置であって、
    　前記成果物の制作者の個人情報と、前記成果物に関する情報であって前記個人情報を含まない情報との登録を受け付ける成果物登録部と、
    　登録された複数の前記成果物に関する情報にアクセスするユーザのユーザ登録を受け付けるユーザ登録部と、
    　ユーザ登録の有るユーザが使用するユーザ端末に、前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供する提示画面提供部と、
    　前記ユーザ端末に提示された成果物に対する前記ユーザの関心の有無を示す情報を取得する関心情報取得部と、
    　前記関心情報取得部が前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合、前記ユーザの連絡先を当該ユーザの操作を介することなく前記成果物の制作者に通知する通知部と、を備え、
    　前記提示画面提供部は、前記関心情報取得部が前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が無いことを示す情報を取得した場合、新たな成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供する、
    　人材仲介支援装置。
  9. 　成果物を媒体とする人材仲介を支援するための人材仲介支援装置が備えるプロセッサが、
    　前記成果物の制作者の個人情報と、前記成果物に関する情報であって前記個人情報を含まない情報との登録を受け付けるステップと、
    　登録された複数の前記成果物に関する情報にアクセスするユーザのユーザ登録を受け付けるステップと、
    　ユーザ登録の有るユーザが使用するユーザ端末に、前記成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を提供するステップと、
    　前記ユーザ端末に提示された成果物に対する前記ユーザの関心の有無を示す情報を取得するステップと、
    　前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が有ることを示す情報を取得した場合、前記ユーザの連絡先を当該ユーザの操作を介することなく前記成果物の制作者に通知するステップと、
    　前記ユーザから前記成果物に関心が無いことを示す情報を取得した場合、新たな成果物に関する情報を提示する画面を前記ユーザ端末に提供するステップと、
    　を実行する人材仲介支援方法。
