時刻比較装置、および、時刻品質監視方法
 本発明は、時刻比較装置、および、時刻品質監視方法に関する。
 時刻同期技術は、モバイルにおける基地局間連携において次世代移動通信5G(Generation)などで今後必要とされている。時刻同期システムは、例えば、GM(Grand Master)を各地点に分散配置させる構成により実現される。なお、GMを実装したPRTC(Primary Reference Time Clock)の仕様は、非特許文献1で規定される。
 各地点のGMは、GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)衛星からの信号を直接受信するGNSSレシーバとして機能し、受信した信号を直接エンドアプリケーションに配信する。
 しかし、高性能であるGNSSレシーバの台数を増やすと、その分コストも高くなってしまう。また、悪天候により衛星からの信号を受信できない時間帯は、時刻同期精度が悪化してしまう。
 そこで、GMからの情報をパケットネットワークによって配信する(つまり、GNSS信号を間接的に受信する)形態として、例えば、パケットのタイムスタンプを利用して時刻同期を行うPTP(Precision Time Protocol)が用いられる(非特許文献2)。PTPでは、通信事業者の高信頼なネットワークを介して時刻同期が行われる。
 これにより、時刻基準となるGNSSアンテナの受信地点および設置数を集約でき、集約したGNSSレシーバ(GM)へ監視機能を具備することでGNSS受信の信頼性を向上することができる。また、パケットネットワークの経路二重化により、信頼性も向上できる。さらに、GMはPTPパケットを主信号に重畳することで、経済的かつ時刻同期精度を高めて時刻情報を伝達することができる。
 図7は、時刻同期技術が適用された時刻伝送システムの構成図である。
 時刻伝送システムは、PTPに対応したPTPノードであるGMノード82と、BC(Boundary Clock)ノード83,84と、OC(Ordinary Clock)ノード85とがネットワークで接続されて構成される。
 以下、時刻同期を直接行うPTPノード間で、時刻情報を提供する側をマスタノード91(図8)とし、マスタノード91から時刻情報を受ける被同期装置の側をスレーブノード92(図8)とする。以下、時刻情報の伝搬の順序を図7の太線矢印で記載する。太線矢印の矢印元側が上り側であり、太線矢印の矢印先側が下り側である。つまり、GMノード82→BCノード83→BCノード84→OCノード85の順に正確な時刻情報が下りに伝搬される。
 GMノード82は、GPS衛星81からの信号を直接受信するアンテナ82aを備える。
 BCノード83は、マスタノード91であるGMノード82から時刻情報を受けるスレーブノード92であり、その後にBCノード84に時刻情報を提供するマスタノード91として機能する。
 BCノード84は、BCノード83から時刻情報を受けるスレーブノード92であり、その後にOCノード85に時刻情報を提供するマスタノード91として機能する。
 OCノード85は、BCノード84から時刻情報を受けるスレーブノード92であり、その後にエンド端末86に時刻情報を提供する。
 なお、BCノード83,84とOCノード85との呼び方のちがいは、他PTPノードへの接続ポートがBCノード83,84には複数本存在し、OCノード85には1本だけ存在することによる。
 図8は、PTPの仕組みを示すシーケンス図である。
 時刻情報(タイムスタンプ)を付与したPTPパケットは、マスタノード91~スレーブノード92間で送受信される。PTPパケットとして、下りのSyncメッセージ(S11)と、下りのFollow-upメッセージ(S12)と、上りのDelay_Requestメッセージ(S13)と、下りのDelay_Responseメッセージ(S14)とが順番に送受信される。
 発時刻t1は、Syncメッセージ(S11)がマスタノード91から送信された時刻である。なお、Syncメッセージの発時刻t1をSyncメッセージそのものに含ませることは困難であるので、Syncメッセージの発時刻t1は後続のFollow-upメッセージにて、スレーブノード92に通知される。
 着時刻t2は、Syncメッセージがスレーブノード92に到着した時刻である。
 発時刻t3は、Delay_Requestメッセージがスレーブノード92から送信された時刻である。
 着時刻t4は、Delay_Requestメッセージがマスタノード91に到着した時刻である。着時刻t4は、Delay_Requestメッセージに対するDelay_Responseメッセージに含めて、スレーブノード92に通知される。
 これにより、スレーブノード92は、4つのタイムスタンプ(発時刻t1~着時刻t4)をすべて把握できる。
 PTPパケットの送受信には、以下の伝搬遅延が発生する。
 ・下り遅延Dmsは、マスタノード91→スレーブノード92の下り方向のSyncメッセージの伝搬遅延である。マスタノード91側の時計に対するスレーブノード92側の時計のずれをオフセット値とすると、下り遅延Dms=(着時刻t2-オフセット値)-発時刻t1で求まる。
 ・上り遅延Dsmは、スレーブノード92→マスタノード91の上り方向のDelay_Requestメッセージの伝搬遅延である。上り遅延Dsm=着時刻t4-(発時刻t3-オフセット値)で求まる。
 下り遅延Dms=上り遅延Dsmと仮定すると、スレーブノード92は、以下の数式1でオフセット値を求める。
 オフセット値=((着時刻t2-発時刻t1)-(着時刻t4-発時刻t3))/2 …(数式1)
 そして、スレーブノード92は、求めたオフセット値で自身の時計の時刻を修正することで、マスタノード91の時計とスレーブノード92の時計とが同期(時刻一致)される。

 GPSから協定世界時(UTC:Coordinated Universal Time)を受信するGMのGM時刻品質は、外部条件によって大きく変動する可能性がある。外部条件とは、例えば、天候や太陽活動等の外乱の場合や、悪意あるジャミング等の人為的な場合などである。そこで、外部条件によらず高い時刻同期精度を実現するためには、GM時刻品質の監視が必要である。以下、GM時刻品質の監視方法を2つ例示する。
 (方法1)GPS以外のUTC装置からUTCを受信して、GPSのUTCと比較する方法。この場合、GMは、各国の時間標準研究機関のUTCを提供するUTC装置と接続する。
 (方法2)複数のGM間のGM時刻品質を相対比較する方法。2つのGM間において一方のGM時刻品質が既知の場合、そのGMの時刻情報をもう一方のGMに伝送することで、相対的にもう一方のGMのGM時刻誤差を確認することができる。
 図9は、(方法2)において、GM時刻品質が既知の第1GMを基準に第2GMを監視する場合の構成図である。
 第1GM10zおよび第2GM30zは、それぞれマスタノードとして動作し、PTPパケットをスレーブノード(図示省略)に伝送することで、自身の時刻情報を外部に伝搬する。
 GPS衛星10xからの信号を直接受信するアンテナ10yを備える第1GM10zは、UTC装置(図示省略)から受信したUTCをもとに、(方法1)によって自身のGM時刻品質(以下、「第1GM時刻品質」)を取得済みであるとする。この第1GM時刻品質は比較的高精度に求めることができる。
 GPS衛星30xからの信号を直接受信するアンテナ30yを備える第2GM30zは、第1GM10zと時刻同期を行うことにより、自身のGM時刻品質(以下、「第2GM時刻品質」)を(方法2)で求めることとする。
 時刻伝送網2zは、第1GM10zと第2GM30zとの間で、スイッチSWを介してPTPパケットを伝送する。
 図10は、図9の2つのGM間の監視精度を示すグラフである。グラフの横軸が第1GM10zからの距離を示し、縦軸がUTCからの時刻ずれ(GM時刻誤差)を示す。
 第1GM時刻品質は、プラス方向の時刻ずれ(+a1)と、マイナス方向の時刻ずれ(-a1)との幅(±a1)として定義される。時刻伝送網2zの伝送時刻誤差は、プラス方向の時刻ずれ(+a2)と、マイナス方向の時刻ずれ(-a2)との幅(±a2)として定義される。
 第2GM時刻品質は、プラス方向の時刻ずれ(+a3)と、マイナス方向の時刻ずれ(-a3)との幅(±a3)として定義される。
 ここで、数式2に示すように、時刻伝送網2zの伝送時刻誤差が、第2GM時刻品質の監視結果に影響してしまう。
 (第2GM時刻品質)=(第1GM時刻品質)+(時刻伝送網2zの伝送時刻誤差) …(数式2)
 なお、時刻伝送網2zの通信状態はネットワークの混雑度合いなどにより時々刻々と変動するので、伝送時刻誤差の把握は困難である。よって、仮に精度の低い伝送時刻誤差を用いてしまうと、第2GM時刻品質の監視精度も悪化してしまう。
 そこで、本発明は、時刻品質が既知のGMを基準として、別のGMの時刻品質を高精度に求めることを、主な課題とする。
 前記課題を解決するために、本発明の時刻比較装置は、以下の特徴を有する。
 本発明は、時刻伝送網の対向側に位置する第1グランドマスタから前記時刻伝送網を経由して、前記時刻伝送網の自装置側に位置する第2グランドマスタの時刻品質を監視する時刻比較装置であって、
 前記第1グランドマスタから前記時刻伝送網を経由して時刻同期用パケットを送受信することにより、前記第1グランドマスタから第1時刻情報の同期を受ける第1時刻同期部と、
 前記第2グランドマスタから前記時刻伝送網を経由せずに前記時刻同期用パケットを送受信することにより、前記第2グランドマスタから第2時刻情報の同期を受ける第2時刻同期部と、
 前記第1時刻情報と前記第2時刻情報とを比較することにより、時刻差分情報を計算する時刻比較部と、
 自装置側の前記時刻比較部が求めた前記時刻差分情報と、対向側の前記時刻比較装置の前記時刻比較部が求めた前記時刻差分情報とが一致するまで前記時刻差分情報を測定させるとともに、双方の前記時刻差分情報が一致するタイミングでの前記時刻伝送網の伝送時刻誤差と、前記第1グランドマスタの前記時刻品質とをもとに、前記第2グランドマスタの前記時刻品質を求める品質計算部とを有することを特徴とする。
 これにより、時刻伝送網におけるパケット遅延揺らぎ誤差の影響が最小化したタイミングを利用して、第2グランドマスタの時刻品質を高精度に計算することができる。
 本発明は、前記時刻比較部が、所定期間内に前記時刻差分情報を複数回測定し、
 前記品質計算部が、複数回測定した前記時刻差分情報の統計値が双方の前記時刻差分情報で一致するときに、前記第2グランドマスタの前記時刻品質を求めることを特徴とする。
 これにより、時刻伝送網におけるパケット遅延揺らぎ誤差が大きく変動する状況下でも、パケット遅延揺らぎ誤差の影響が最小化したタイミングを適切に抽出できる。
 本発明によれば、時刻品質が既知のGMを基準として、別のGMの時刻品質を高精度に求めることができる。

 以下、本発明の一実施形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
 図1は、時刻品質監視システムの構成図である。時刻品質監視システムは、時刻伝送網2によって接続される第1GM10と、第1TC(時刻比較装置)20と、第2GM30と、第2TC(時刻比較装置)40とに加え、品質計算装置5と、UTC装置9とを含めて構成される。
 なお、品質計算装置5は、図1では独立した装置として説明するが、第1TC20などの他装置の構成と一体化させてもよい。また、プライマリ網1の第1GM10と第1TC20とを1装置としてもよいし、セカンダリ網3の第2GM30と第2TC40とを1装置としてもよい。
 時刻品質監視システムの各装置は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)と、メモリと、ハードディスクなどの記憶手段(記憶部)と、ネットワークインタフェースとを有するコンピュータとして構成される。
 このコンピュータは、CPUが、メモリ上に読み込んだプログラム(アプリケーションや、その略のアプリとも呼ばれる)を実行することにより、各処理部により構成される制御部(制御手段)を動作させる。
 図1の時刻品質監視システムでは、図9と同様に、第1GM10および第2GM30は、それぞれマスタノードとして動作し、PTPパケット(時刻同期用パケット)をスレーブノード(図示省略)に伝送(送受信)することで、自身の時刻情報を外部に伝搬する。
 UTC装置9からUTCを受信する第1GM10は、受信したUTCと同期することで、UTCとのずれが補正された高い第1GM時刻品質を、自身の時刻品質として取得済みである。第2GM30は、第1GM10と時刻同期を行うことにより、自身の第2GM時刻品質を求めることとする。
 時刻伝送網2は、第1GM10と第2GM30との間で、スイッチSWを介してPTPパケットを伝送する。
 さらに、図9の構成に対して、図1の構成では、以下の要素が追加される。
 プライマリ網1は、第1GM時刻品質が既知の側であり、前記の第1GM10に加えて、両GM間の時刻情報を比較するための第1TC20が収容されている。セカンダリ網3は、第2GM時刻品質が未知の側であり、前記の第2GM30に加えて、両GM間の時刻情報を比較するための第2TC40が収容されている。
 プライマリ網1からセカンダリ網3の方向に時刻同期を行う場合、第1GM10→時刻伝送網2のスイッチSW→第2GM30および第2TC40の順にPTPパケットが伝送される。セカンダリ網3からプライマリ網1の方向に時刻同期を行う場合、第2GM30→時刻伝送網2のスイッチSW→第1GM10および第1TC20の順にPTPパケットが伝送される。
 ここで、数式2をより詳しく表現した数式3に示すように、時刻伝送網2の伝送時刻誤差の成分は、リンク非対称性誤差とパケット遅延揺らぎ誤差とを含む。
 (第2GM時刻品質)=(第1GM時刻品質)+(時刻伝送網2のリンク非対称性誤差)+(時刻伝送網2のパケット遅延揺らぎ誤差) …(数式3)
 リンク非対称性誤差は、図1のプライマリ網1→セカンダリ網3の方向の+Y[ns]成分と、セカンダリ網3→プライマリ網1の方向の-Y[ns]成分とで構成される誤差である。ここで、リンク非対称性誤差が双方向で固定的である場合、両方向でPTPを実施すると、その誤差の符号は互いに逆転したものとなる。このリンク非対称性誤差は、事前に把握できているものとする。
 一方、パケット遅延揺らぎ誤差は、時間変動が大きいため、直接の測定は困難である。そのため、時刻品質監視システムは、さらに、品質計算装置5を備える。
 この品質計算装置5は、第1TC20および第2TC40からそれぞれ得た時刻比較の結果を基に、パケット遅延揺らぎ誤差が大きい時間帯と、パケット遅延揺らぎ誤差が小さい時間帯とを求める(詳細は図4)。つまり、数式4に示すように、パケット遅延揺らぎ誤差の影響が最小化したタイミングでは、時刻伝送網2の伝送時刻誤差の成分がほとんどリンク非対称性誤差だけになる。このタイミングを利用して、品質計算装置5は高精度の第2GM時刻品質を求めることができる。

 図2は、図1のGMおよびTCの詳細を示す構成図である。
 第1GM10は、時刻補正部11と、第1PTP処理部(第1時刻同期部)12とを有する。第1TC20は、第1PTP処理部(第1時刻同期部)21と、第2PTP処理部(第2時刻同期部)22と、時刻比較部23とを有する。つまり、第1TC20は、装置内に第1PTP処理部21用の時計と、第2PTP処理部22用の時計とで合計2つの時計を有する。
 第2GM30は、第2PTP処理部(第2時刻同期部)31を有する。第2TC40は、第1PTP処理部(第1時刻同期部)41と、第2PTP処理部(第2時刻同期部)42と、時刻比較部43とを有する。つまり、第2TC40は、装置内に第1PTP処理部41用の時計と、第2PTP処理部42用の時計とで合計2つの時計を有する。
 マスタノードとして動作する第1PTP処理部12は、スレーブノードとして動作する相手の第1PTP処理部21および第1PTP処理部41それぞれに対して、PTPパケットにより時刻同期を行う。
 マスタノードとして動作する第2PTP処理部31は、スレーブノードとして動作する相手の第2PTP処理部22および第2PTP処理部42それぞれに対して、PTPパケットにより時刻同期を行う。
 これらのPTPパケットは、送信器TXを介して外部に送信され、受信器RXを介して外部から受信する。
 時刻比較部23は、第1PTP処理部21から得た第1GM10の時刻情報と、第2PTP処理部22から得た第2GM30の時刻情報とを比較し、その比較結果を品質計算装置5に通知する。
 時刻比較部43は、第1PTP処理部41から得た第1GM10の時刻情報と、第2PTP処理部42から得た第2GM30の時刻情報とを比較し、その比較結果を品質計算装置5に通知する。
 図3は、時刻品質監視システムの処理を示すシーケンス図である。
 S11として、プライマリ網1(第1GM10)からセカンダリ網3(第2TC40)に向かう時刻伝送網2のリンク非対称性誤差(+Y)を事前計測により把握する。
 S12として、セカンダリ網3(第2TC40)からプライマリ網1(第1GM10)に向かう時刻伝送網2のリンク非対称性誤差(-Y)を事前計測により把握する。
 S13として、第1GM10は、UTC装置9からUTCの同期を受ける。この時点で、第1GM10の時計はUTCとのずれが補正されるので、第1GM10の時計の性能が第1GM時刻品質となる。
 第2TC40は、S21で得た第2GM30からのPTP同期結果(ここでは「第2同期」とする)と、S22で得た第1GM10からのPTP同期結果(ここでは「第1同期」とする)とを時刻情報としてそれぞれ取得する。そして、第2TC40は、第1同期の時刻情報(第1時刻情報)と第2同期の時刻情報(第2時刻情報)との時刻差分ΔTabの絶対値|ΔTab|を、数式5で計算する(S23)。

 ここで、X=第2GM時刻品質、Y=S11のリンク非対称性誤差とする。
 第1TC20も同様に、S31で得た第1GM10からのPTP同期結果と、S32で得た第2GM30からのPTP同期結果とを時刻情報としてそれぞれ取得する。そして、第1GM10は、第1同期と第2同期それぞれの時刻の差分ΔTbaの絶対値|ΔTba|を、数式6で計算する(S33)。

 品質計算装置5は、S23で計算された時刻差分の絶対値|ΔTab|の通知を受け(S41)、S33で計算された時刻差分の絶対値|ΔTba|の通知を受ける(S42)。そして、品質計算装置5は、図4で後記するように、第2GM時刻品質を計算する(S43)。
 図4は、品質計算装置5の処理を示すフローチャートである。
 品質計算装置5は、時刻差分の絶対値|ΔTab|を受信し(S101、図3ではS41)、時刻差分の絶対値|ΔTba|を受信する(S102、図3ではS42)。
 S103として、品質計算装置5は、|ΔTab|と|ΔTba|とが等しいか否かを比較する。|ΔTab|と|ΔTba|とが等しい場合(S103,Yes)は、パケット遅延揺らぎ誤差が伝送時刻誤差に含まれていないため(換言すると、伝送時刻誤差がリンク非対称性誤差の成分だけで構成されるため)、S104に進む。S104では、パケット遅延揺らぎ誤差の影響が最小化したタイミングのリンク非対称性誤差(Y)を利用して、品質計算装置5は、前記の数式4をもとに第2GM時刻品質を計算する。または、数式4の代わりに、計算式「(第2GM時刻品質)=|ΔTab|-Y」により、品質計算装置5は第2GM時刻品質を計算してもよい。
 一方、S103で|ΔTab|と|ΔTba|とが等しくない場合(S103,No)には、パケット遅延揺らぎ誤差が伝送時刻誤差に含まれているため、S101に戻って時刻差分を再測定する。
 図5は、S103で比較対象となる時刻差分の絶対値が等しい場合のグラフである。グラフの横軸が時刻であり、縦軸が時刻差分の絶対値である。つまり、図5では、時刻差分の測定は複数回行われている。
 なお、|ΔTab|のグラフと、|ΔTba|のグラフとを時刻が合うように上下に配置し、数式5のX、Yも図5のグラフ内に併記した。
 縦軸が時刻差分の絶対値は時刻t1~t2までは両グラフで同じ一定値であり、時刻t2以降は両グラフで同じ上昇する値であるとする。つまり、どの時間帯でも|ΔTab|=|ΔTba|の関係は満たされている。
 このとき、品質計算装置5は、S103の比較処理として、時刻t1だけの瞬間値で両グラフを比較してもよいし、時刻t1~t2における平均値などの統計値で両グラフを比較してもよい。
 図6は、S103で比較対象となる時刻差分の絶対値が等しくない場合のグラフである。図5と同様に、|ΔTab|のグラフと、|ΔTba|のグラフとを時刻が合うように上下に配置した。
 両グラフで、|ΔTab|=|ΔTba|の関係はほぼ満たされていない。唯一、時刻t2の瞬間値だけで、|ΔTab|=|ΔTba|の関係が満たされているとする。
 このとき、品質計算装置5は、S103の比較処理として、時刻t1~t2における平均値などの統計値で両グラフを比較することで、時刻t2の瞬間値だけ偶然に|ΔTab|=|ΔTba|の関係となった場合でも、適切に図4のS101に処理を戻して時刻差分を再測定させることができる。
 以上、図5および図6で例示したように、S103で|ΔTab|と|ΔTba|とを比較する処理は、双方が完全に一致する場合(換言すると、パケット遅延揺らぎ誤差が0になる場合)だけでなく、双方の差分が充分に小さい場合(換言すると、パケット遅延揺らぎ誤差が所定閾値より小さい場合)も、|ΔTab|と|ΔTba|とが一致したとみなしてもよい。
 以上説明した本実施形態では、事前に把握した第1GM時刻品質と、事前に測定したリンク非対称性誤差とをもとに、品質計算装置5が第2GM時刻品質を求める。ここで、品質計算装置5は、両方向の時刻差分の絶対値が等しくなる(|ΔTab|=|ΔTba|となる)まで測定を行う。
 これにより、パケット遅延揺らぎ誤差の影響が小さいタイミングを利用して、品質計算装置5は、第2GM時刻品質を高精度に計算することができる。さらに、品質計算装置5は、求めた第2GM時刻品質と所定閾値との比較により、所定閾値を超過した第2GM時刻品質となった時点で異常検知が可能となる。よって、異常検知時には、迅速に保守手順を実行させることができる。
 なお、本実施形態においては、時刻品質監視システムとして、図1に示すような片方向で2台のSWを通過するような伝送経路を例示した。一方、このようなSWの台数に限定されず、任意の台数を扱ってもよい。
 また、本実施形態においては、一般的なコンピュータのハードウェア資源を、時刻比較装置、品質計算装置5の各手段として動作させるプログラムによって実現することができる。そして、このプログラムは、通信回線を介して配布したり、CD-ROM等の記録媒体に記録して配布したりすることも可能である。

Claims (3)

  1.  時刻伝送網の対向側に位置する第1グランドマスタから前記時刻伝送網を経由して、前記時刻伝送網の自装置側に位置する第2グランドマスタの時刻品質を監視する時刻比較装置であって、
     前記第1グランドマスタから前記時刻伝送網を経由して時刻同期用パケットを送受信することにより、前記第1グランドマスタから第1時刻情報の同期を受ける第1時刻同期部と、
     前記第2グランドマスタから前記時刻伝送網を経由せずに前記時刻同期用パケットを送受信することにより、前記第2グランドマスタから第2時刻情報の同期を受ける第2時刻同期部と、
     前記第1時刻情報と前記第2時刻情報とを比較することにより、時刻差分情報を計算する時刻比較部と、
     自装置側の前記時刻比較部が求めた前記時刻差分情報と、対向側の前記時刻比較装置の前記時刻比較部が求めた前記時刻差分情報とが一致するまで前記時刻差分情報を測定させるとともに、双方の前記時刻差分情報が一致するタイミングでの前記時刻伝送網の伝送時刻誤差と、前記第1グランドマスタの前記時刻品質とをもとに、前記第2グランドマスタの前記時刻品質を求める品質計算部とを有することを特徴とする
     時刻比較装置。
  2.  前記時刻比較部は、所定期間内に前記時刻差分情報を複数回測定し、
     前記品質計算部は、複数回測定した前記時刻差分情報の統計値が双方の前記時刻差分情報で一致するときに、前記第2グランドマスタの前記時刻品質を求めることを特徴とする
     請求項1に記載の時刻比較装置。
  3.  時刻伝送網の対向側に位置する第1グランドマスタから前記時刻伝送網を経由して、前記時刻伝送網の自装置側に位置する第2グランドマスタの時刻品質を監視する時刻比較装置は、第1時刻同期部と、第2時刻同期部と、時刻比較部と、品質計算部とを有しており、
     前記第1時刻同期部は、前記第1グランドマスタから前記時刻伝送網を経由して時刻同期用パケットを送受信することにより、前記第1グランドマスタから第1時刻情報の同期を受け、
     前記第2時刻同期部は、前記第2グランドマスタから前記時刻伝送網を経由せずに前記時刻同期用パケットを送受信することにより、前記第2グランドマスタから第2時刻情報の同期を受け、
     前記時刻比較部は、前記第1時刻情報と前記第2時刻情報とを比較することにより、時刻差分情報を計算し、
     前記品質計算部は、自装置側の前記時刻比較部が求めた前記時刻差分情報と、対向側の前記時刻比較装置の前記時刻比較部が求めた前記時刻差分情報とが一致するまで前記時刻差分情報を測定させるとともに、双方の前記時刻差分情報が一致するタイミングでの前記時刻伝送網の伝送時刻誤差と、前記第1グランドマスタの前記時刻品質とをもとに、前記第2グランドマスタの前記時刻品質を求めることを特徴とする
