进一步地,请参阅图4至图6,作为本实用新型提供的读卡器20的一种具体实施方式,卡座21反面与金属罩25间填充有灌封胶(图中未示出),灌封胶包裹各管脚23。在金属罩25与卡座21反面间填充灌封胶,不仅可以通过灌封胶包裹各管脚23,以保护各管脚23,而且可以将金属罩25与卡座21更牢固连接。
进一步地,可以通过金属罩25底部的窗口251向金属罩25中灌装灌封胶,填充方便,便于加工制作。进一步地,本实施例中,窗口251呈矩形设置。在其它一些实施例中,窗口251也可以设置呈其它形状,如圆形等。
进一步地,请参阅图7至图8,作为本实用新型提供的读卡器20的一种具体实施方式,柔性线路板24上设有若干焊盘241,各焊盘241中开设有通孔242,若干焊盘241分别与若干管脚23是一一对应,以便将各管脚23与相应焊盘241焊接相连。具体地,可以将各管脚23插入相应的通孔242中,再将各管脚23与焊盘241焊接相连,以将各管脚23与柔性线路板24相连。
进一步地,至少一个焊盘241对应的位置设有保护环243,并且该保护环243环绕该焊盘241,并且保护环243用于连接tamper信号,即在使用时,保护环243与tamper信号连接,从而当非法探测相应管脚23信号时,易接触到保护环243,进而触发安全机制,提高安全性。
进一步地,保护环243的一侧开设有缺口(图中未示出),以便线路从缺口中通过,进而与保护环243中焊接相连。当然,在其它一些实施例中,保护环243可以设置在柔性线路板24的反面(背离卡座21的一面),而线路可以从柔性线路板24的正面通过,以与焊盘241相连。
在一些实施例中,可以在多个焊盘241对应的位置分别设置保护环243,使各保护环243分别环绕相应的焊盘241,以提高安全性。
进一步地,请参阅图3至图6,作为本实用新型提供的读卡器20的一种具体实施方式,卡座21的两侧分别安装有插销26,金属罩25的两侧分别开设有供各插销26穿过的开孔254,各插销26的自由端经相应开孔254伸出金属罩25。在卡座21两侧分别设置插销26,并且各插销26穿过金属罩25的侧面,可以更好的将金属罩25固定在卡座21上,便于固定金属罩25。同时在使用时,可以将插销26置于滑道中,以便引导该读卡器20移动。
进一步地,卡座21的各侧设有至少两个插销26,而卡座21各侧的插销26位于该卡座21厚度方向的同一位置,以便多个插销26对更好的固定金属罩25,同时在引导该读卡器20移动时,可以更好的对读卡器20进行定位,并引导读卡器20移动。
进一步地,请参阅图3和图5,作为本实用新型提供的读卡器20的一种具体实施方式,卡座21底端的正面凸设有挡板212,从而在使用时,挡板212可以止挡卡片,以定位卡片,便于卡座21中各弹性触点22与卡片上芯片电性相连。
进一步地,请参阅图3、图5和图6,作为本实用新型提供的读卡器20的一种具体实施方式,金属罩25的顶端设有挂钩252。在金属罩25的顶端设置挂钩252,以便在使用时,可以通过弹性等部件将挂钩252钩住,进而在插卡使用时,可以对卡片起到弹性缓冲作用,更好的保护卡片;并在拔卡时,读卡器20可以复位,便于下次使用。
进一步地,请参阅图4和图6,作为本实用新型提供的读卡器20的一种具体实施方式,卡座21的反面设有安装孔213,金属罩25上对应于安装孔213的位置开设有过孔253,从而可以使用固定件穿过该过孔253与安装孔213相连,以将金属罩25与卡座21固定相连,以便金属罩25与卡座21牢固连接。具体地,安装孔213可以为螺纹孔,相应固定件可以为螺钉。
进一步地,请参阅图6和图7,作为本实用新型提供的读卡器20的一种具体实施方式,卡座21的反面凸设有挡肋214,柔性线路板24的另一端置于挡肋214中,以通过挡肋214来定位柔性线路板24,并保护柔性线路板24。
请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型实施例还公开了一种POS机100,该POS机100包括机壳11、安装于机壳11中的电路板12和如上所述的读卡器20,柔性线路板24的另一端与电路板12电性相连。该POS机100使用了上述读卡器20,成本低,可以更好的保护读卡器20。
进一步地,机壳11中安装有弹簧13,弹簧13与读卡器20上挂钩252相连,以拉住该读卡器20,进而在插卡使用时,可以对卡片起到弹性缓冲作用,更好的保护卡片。
进一步地,机壳11中于读卡器20的两侧分别设有导板(图中未示出),导板上开设有滑道,而读卡器20两侧的插销26分别插入相应的滑道中,以引导读卡器20移动。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 读卡器,包括卡座和柔性线路板,所述柔性线路板的一端置于所述卡座的反面,所述卡座的正面设有用于连接卡片上芯片的若干弹性触点,所述卡座的反面设有若干分别与各所述弹性触点电性相连的管脚,各所述管脚与所述柔性线路板的一端相连,其特征在于:所述读卡器还包括金属罩,所述金属罩罩于所述卡座的反面与所述卡座的四侧,所述金属罩与所述卡座固定相连。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的读卡器,其特征在于:所述金属罩的底部开设有窗口,所述柔性线路板的一端经所述窗口延伸出所述金属罩。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的读卡器,其特征在于:所述窗口位于所述金属罩的一端,且所述窗口与各所述管脚对应位置相错开。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的读卡器,其特征在于:所述卡座反面与所述金属罩间填充有灌封胶,所述灌封胶包裹各所述管脚。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的读卡器,其特征在于:所述柔性线路板上设有分别用于连接各所述管脚的焊盘,各所述焊盘中开设有供相应所述管脚插入的通孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的读卡器,其特征在于:所述柔性线路板上至少一个所述焊盘对应的位置设有用于连接tamper信号的保护环,所述保护环环绕该焊盘。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的读卡器,其特征在于:所述卡座的两侧分别安装有插销,所述金属罩的两侧分别开设有供各所述插销穿过的开孔,各所述插销的自由端经相应所述开孔伸出所述金属罩。
  8. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的读卡器,其特征在于:所述卡座底端的正面凸设有挡板。
  9. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的读卡器,其特征在于:所述金属罩的顶端设有挂钩。
  10. POS机,包括机壳和安装于所述机壳中的电路板,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的读卡器,所述柔性线路板的另一端与所述电路板电性相连。
