- the outer edge of the waistband is located in a region corresponding to the side of the wearer, and discomfort that the outer edge hits the body can be further suppressed.
- an autograph type tensile tester (eg, AG-1KN1) manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation was used to measure the elongation stress of the band expansion/contraction region R80 and the flap expansion/contraction region 76.
- AG-1KN1 autograph type tensile tester manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation.
- the band stretch region R80 may be arranged in a region that does not overlap the flap portion 70.
- the outer edge of the band stretchable region R80 may be located on the inner side in the width direction W than the inner edge 70I of the flap portion 70.
- the band stretch region R80 is more likely to be harder when stretched, as compared to a region of the waist band 80 that does not stretch in the width direction. Since the band expansion/contraction region R80 is not arranged in the region overlapping with the flap part 70, it is possible to prevent the part hardened by the band expansion/contraction region R80 from being pressed against the body by the flap part 70, and to suppress discomfort. Further, the edge of the elastic member arranged in the band expansion/contraction region R80 is less likely to hit the body, and discomfort due to the hardness of the edge of the elastic member can be suppressed.
- the band expansion/contraction region R80 is likely to be hardened by the curing of the adhesive.
- the band expansion/contraction region R80 is not arranged in the region overlapping the flap portion 70, so that the sense of discomfort can be further suppressed.
- the rear end edge 80R of the waist band 80 is located on the front side of the rear end edge 76R of the flap stretchable region 76, and the front end edge 80F of the waist band 80 is the front end edge 76F of the flap stretchable region 76. It may be located on the rear side. That is, the waist band 80 may be arranged within the range of the flap stretchable region 76 in the front-rear direction. With such a configuration, when the flap portion 70 is pulled, it is easy to apply a pulling force in the width direction to the entire front and rear direction of the waist band 80 via the flap stretchable region 76. Therefore, even when the pulling force in the width direction is small, the waist band 80 and the flap portion 70 are elongated, and the waist band 80 is easily fitted to the body.
- the flap portion 70 extends to the outside in the front-rear direction L of the waist band 80, the area where the waist band 80 and the flap portion 70 overlap and the area where the waist band 80 and the flap portion 70 do not overlap are the waist band.
- the thickness of the disposable diaper tends to be constant within the range of the waist band in the front-rear direction. It is possible to suppress the discomfort that the outer edge of the waistband hits the body due to the difference in thickness in the waistband.
- the disposable diaper 10X which concerns on 2nd Embodiment differs in the structure of the waist band 80X from the disposable diaper 10 of 1st Embodiment.
- the same components as those in the first embodiment will be designated by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.
- the waist band 80 has a band stretchable region R80.
- the band stretchable region R80 may be arranged in a region overlapping with the flap portion 70. According to this aspect, when the flap portion 70 is pulled, the band stretch region R80 easily extends, and the fit of the waist band 80 to the body can be improved.
- the elastic band member 82 may reach the outer edge of the waist band 80, and the elastic band R80 may reach the outer edge of the waist band 80.
- the outer edge 80E of the waistband 80 is not formed linearly.
- the contact area when the outer edge 80E of the waistband 80 hits the body can be reduced, and discomfort caused by the outer edge 80E of the waistband 80 hitting the body can be further suppressed.
