本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过导向构件能够使按压构件带动第一卡合构件与第二卡合构件卡合/分离时沿设定方向移动,从而避免按压构件发生窜动,提高按压构件的移动稳定性,使得投放容器和存储容器的锁合/解锁操作更加平稳顺利,避免长期的使用而造成第一卡合构件与第二卡合构件损坏,提高衣物处理剂投放装置的使用寿命,并且通过本发明的技术方案,使得在对投放容器和存储容器进行清理、维修和更换时,可以将投放容器和存储容器彼此解锁拆卸,在将投放容器和存储容器组装成抽屉时,可以将投放容器和存储容器彼此锁合安装,从而便于抽屉的整体抽拉,进而提升用户体验。
进一步地,通过导向筋和导向槽的导向配合能够使按压构件相对于固定构件沿导向槽的设置方向移动,从而避免按压构件在移动过程中向其他方向移动,保证投放容器和存储容器的锁合/解锁操作能够顺利进行,从而进一步提升用户体验。
进一步地,通过钩状结构与凹槽结构的配合,能够进一步提高投放容器和存储容器之间的锁合效果,保证投放容器和存储容器锁合在一起并且用户猛烈抽出抽屉时投放容器和存储容器由于振动而分离,从而提高衣物处理剂投放装置的结构稳定性,并且使衣物处理剂投放装置的移动更加平稳,进一步提升用户体验。
进一步地,第二卡合构件与存储容器采用分体式设计,使得本领域技术人员能够将第二卡合构件单独设计,例如将第二卡合构件的结构强度提高,从而避免第二卡合构件在与第一卡合构件长期的卡合/分离操作后而损坏,提高零部件的使用寿命,进一步提升用户体验。
进一步地,采用滑盖设计能够充分契合抽屉式结构,且不会占用竖向空间,便于用户进行投放操作,并且通过止挡结构能够使滑盖在移动时能够移动到设定位置,避免发生偏移,即能够使滑盖移动到位,进而提升用户体验。
进一步地,通过密封构件能够对液体出口接头和液体入口接头进行密封,即在抽屉的抽拉过程中使投放容器和存储容器始终保持密封,避免在长时间的使用过后出现衣物处理剂泄漏的问题,从而提高抽屉的密封效果。
进一步地,通过环状台阶能够对液体入口接头进行覆盖遮蔽,并且避免液体出口接头与液体入口接头的接合处形成闪缝,即避免液体入口接头的唇口由于闪缝而出现藏污纳垢的问题,使得用户无需反复对其进行清理,进一步提升用户体验。
此外,本发明在上述技术方案的基础上进一步提供的衣物处理设备由于采用了上述的衣物处理剂投放装置,进而具备了上述衣物处理剂投放装置所具备的技术效果,并且相比于改进前的衣物处理设备,本发明的衣物处理设备能够使投放容器和存储容器彼此稳定地锁合/解锁,从而便于投放容器与存储容器的拆装,在实现衣物处理剂投放操作的基础上,还便于对投放容器和存储容器分别进行清理、维修和更换,提升用户体验。

具体实施方式
首先,本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然下述的实施方式是结合洗衣机来解释说明的,但是,这并不是限制性的,本发明的技术方案同样适用于其他衣物处理设备,例如空气洗设备、洗鞋机和洗干一体机等,这种应用对象的改变并不偏离本发明的原理,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中”、“上”、“下”、“竖”、“横”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
基于背景技术指出的现有洗衣机的衣物处理剂投放装置中的投放容器和存储容器无法锁合/解锁,从而不便于用户使用的问题,本发明提供了一种用于洗衣机的衣物处理剂投放装置及洗衣机,旨在使投放容器和存储容器能够彼此稳定地锁合/解锁,从而便于投放容器与存储容器的拆装,在实现衣物处理剂投放操作的基础上,还便于对投放容器和存储容器分别进行清理、维修和更换,提升用户体验。
具体地,如图1所示,本发明的洗衣机包括箱体,衣物处理剂投放装置包括投放容器1、存储容器2和锁组件,投放容器1和存储容器2均与箱体滑动连接,投放容器1和存储容器2安装在一起时能够组成抽屉,锁组件包括固定构件、按压构件、弹性构件、第一卡合构件、第二卡合构件和导向构件,固定构件设置在投放容器1上,弹性构件设置在按压构件与固定构件之间,第一卡合构件设置在按压构件上,第二 卡合构件设置在存储容器2上,弹性构件设置为能够允许按压构件在被按压时带动第一卡合构件与第二卡合构件分离以使投放容器1与存储容器2解锁,弹性构件还设置为能够通过复位作用使按压构件带动第一卡合构件与第二卡合构件卡合并因此使投放容器1与存储容器2锁合,导向构件设置为能够使按压构件沿设定方向移动,该设定方向为能够使投放容器1和存储容器2彼此解锁/锁合的方向。其中,固定构件可以为固定板,还可以为固定块,又可以为具有腔室的固定盒,并且固定构件可以与投放容器1设置为一体,又可以安装于投放容器1上,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置固定构件的具体结构和与投放容器1的设置方式。按压构件可以为按键,或者是其他结构的按压板、按压块等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置按压构件的具体结构和形状,弹性构件可以为弹簧,还可以为弹性球,又可以为弹性气囊,再或者为其他弹性结构,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置弹性构件的具体结构,第一卡合构件和第二卡合构件可以采用卡钩和卡口相配合的结构,还可以采用卡爪和卡槽相配合的结构,又可以采用双卡扣相配合的结构,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一卡合构件和第二卡合构件的具体结构,只要通过第一卡合构件和第二卡合构件能够实现卡合/分离以实现投放容器1和存储容器2的锁合/解锁即可。导向构件可以采用导向筋和导向槽相配合的结构,还可以采用导向轨和导向槽相配合的结构,又可以采用双导向轨相配合的结构,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置导向构件的具体结构,只要通过导向构件能够使按压构件按照设定方向移动,以实现第一卡合构件与第二卡合构件的稳定卡合/分离即可。
下面结合具体实施例来进一步阐述本发明的技术方案,如图1、2和5所示,固定构件为固定盒3,按压构件为按键4,弹性构件为弹簧5,第一卡合构件为卡钩6,第二卡合构件为具有卡口71的连接件7,卡钩6和卡口71能够卡合/分离,导向构件包括设置在按键4上的导向筋41和设置在固定盒3上的导向槽31,导向筋41和导向槽31导向配合,其中,固定盒3上设置有供按键4通过的开口,从而使得按键4的被按压面能够裸露出来,便于用户进行按压操作,优选的是,固定盒3设置在投放容器1的底部,从而使得用户从洗衣机的外侧不会观察到固定盒3 和按键4,提高洗衣机的美观性。弹簧5设置在固定盒3内且位于按键4和固定盒3的底板之间,固定盒3上可以设置柱状结构,弹簧4套设在该柱状结构上,按键4的一部分设置在固定盒3内并且该部分的尺寸大于固定盒3的开口尺寸,从而使得按键4不会从固定盒3中完全脱离,固定盒3的一侧设置有凸台32,该凸台32上设置有螺孔,投放容器1上与该凸台32位置相对应的位置处也设置有螺孔,凸台32上的螺孔以及投放容器1上的螺孔能够通过螺接件(如螺栓/螺钉)连接,使得固定盒3的一侧被安装到投放容器1上,固定盒3的另一侧具有至少一个插条33,投放容器1上设有卡板11,卡板11上设置有与插条33配合的插槽,使得固定盒3的另一侧被固定到投放容器1上,固定盒3的另一侧还设置有允许卡钩6通过的开口,使得卡钩6能够伸出固定盒3外且与按键4连接,按键4在移动的过程中能够带动卡钩6与卡口71卡合/分离,在一种优选的实施方式中,导向筋41包括第一导向筋和第二导向筋,第一导向筋和第二导向筋分别设置在按键4的两侧,与之对应的,导向槽31包括第一导向槽和第二导向槽,第一导向槽和第二导向槽分别设置在固定盒3的两侧,第一导向筋与第一导向槽导向配合,第二导向筋与第二导向槽导向配合。
优选地,如图2和5所示,卡钩6上设置有钩状结构61,连接件7上、卡口71的附近设置有凹槽结构72,钩状结构61与凹槽结构72相配合,通过这样的设置,使得在卡钩6与卡口71卡合以及抽屉被抽出时,钩状结构61能够与凹槽结构72相配合以防止投放容器1和存储容器2在移动的过程中分离,这样设计的好处在于避免用户猛烈抽拽抽屉而使投放容器1从存储容器2上脱离,提高抽屉的移动稳定性。
在本发明中,连接件7可以与存储容器2一体设置,当然更为优选的是,如图2和5所示,连接件7与存储容器2采用分体式设计,通过这样的设置,可以使连接件7和存储容器2分别采用不同的材料制成,这样设置的好处在于可以采用强度更高的连接件,连接件7作为与卡钩6经常卡合/分离的部件,其强度的要求相对更高,在实际应用中,连接件7可以采用尼龙材料和玻璃纤维材料混合制成,玻璃纤维能够使尼龙材料的力学性能、尺寸稳定性、耐热性、耐老化性能和耐疲劳强度都明显提升,从而使得连接件7不易损坏,而且,即使连接件7发生损 坏,也只需更换连接件7即可,无需更换存储容器2,存储容器2可以采用聚丙烯材料制成(可以添加30%的碳酸钙来改善力学性能),当然,连接件7和存储容器2还可以采用其他材料制成,在此就不一一赘述。在实际应用中,可以将连接件7通过螺接件(如螺栓/螺钉)与存储容器2连接,当然,还可以通过铆钉、磁吸附、粘贴的方式将连接件7与存储容器2连接,这种连接方式的改变并不偏离本发明的原理,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
优选地,如图3至6所示,投放容器1包括投放盒12和滑盖13,投放盒12与存储容器2可拆卸连接,投放盒12上设置有投放口121,滑盖13与投放盒12滑动连接以开闭投放口121,投放盒12靠近存储容器2的一侧设置有与滑盖13配合的止挡结构。在滑盖13与投放盒12之间可以通过弹性组件连接(图中未示出弹性组件),具体而言,弹性组件给滑盖13施加偏置力以使滑盖13选择性地滑动到第一极限位置或第二极限位置,其中,第一极限位置为滑盖13将投放口121完全关闭的位置,第二极限位置为滑盖13将投放口121完全打开的位置。其中,弹性组件可以为推簧组件,也可以为螺旋弹簧组件,即弹性组件可以包括第一推簧和第二推簧,第一推簧和第二推簧分别从两侧对滑盖13施加偏置力来使滑盖13能够被限位在第一极限位置或第二极限位置。当然,在上述结构中,第一推簧和第二推簧均可以替换为螺旋弹簧,即通过两个螺旋弹簧分别从两侧提供偏置力来使滑盖13能够被限位在第一极限位置或第二极限位置,从而打开/关闭投放口121。如图3、4和6所示,止挡结构可以为设置在投放盒12上的凸起8,或者其他能够实现止挡功能的结构,通过该凸起8能够在滑盖13将投放口121打开时保持在第二极限位置,并且不会滑动过位,即保证滑盖13的位置不会发生横向偏移,同时避免滑盖13与投放盒12之间的滑动结构磨损,在实际应用中,投放盒12可以具有多个投放腔(图3中示例的是具有两个投放腔的投放盒12),每个投放腔上都有一个滑盖13,通过每个与滑盖13配合的止挡结构能够保证所有滑盖13移动到位并且不会发生对不齐的情况。
优选地,如图7所示,投放容器1上设置有液体出口接头9,存储容器2上设置有液体入口接头10,液体出口接头9和液体入口接头10之间设置有密封构件100以对液体出口接头9和液体入口接头10进行 密封。其中,密封构件100可以采用双层V型密封圈进行密封(当然也可以采用其他密封结构),从而保证密封效果并提高液体出口接头9与液体入口接头10的连接强度,避免抽屉在移动过程中投放容器1和存储容器2发生分离。在一种优选的实施方式中,液体出口接头9的内径大于液体入口接头10的外径,液体出口接头9上设置有环状台阶91,在组装好的情形下,液体入口接头10的唇口隐藏于环状台阶91内,即液体入口接头10插入到液体出口接头9中,并且液体入口接头10的唇口(即液体入口接头10朝向投放容器1一侧的开口)能够隐藏于环状台阶91内,更为优选的是,液体出口接头9和液体入口接头10采用环形同层的配合方式,保证在组装好的情形下,其配合面为一个环形线,不仅隐藏液体入口接头10的唇口,提高美观性,同时避免后期由于唇口出现闪缝而出现藏污纳垢的问题。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于衣物处理设备的衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述衣物处理剂投放装置包括投放容器、存储容器和锁组件,所述锁组件包括固定构件、按压构件、弹性构件、第一卡合构件、第二卡合构件和导向构件,所述固定构件设置在所述投放容器上,所述弹性构件设置在所述按压构件与所述固定构件之间,所述第一卡合构件设置在所述按压构件上,所述第二卡合构件设置在所述存储容器上,
    所述弹性构件设置为能够允许所述按压构件在被按压时带动所述第一卡合构件与第二卡合构件分离以使所述投放容器与所述存储容器解锁,所述弹性构件还设置为能够通过复位作用使所述按压构件带动所述第一卡合构件与第二卡合构件卡合并因此使所述投放容器与所述存储容器锁合,所述导向构件设置为能够使所述按压构件沿设定方向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述导向构件包括设置在所述按压构件上的导向筋和设置在所述固定构件上的导向槽,所述导向筋与所述导向槽导向配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述第一卡合构件上设置有钩状结构,所述第二卡合构件上设置有凹槽结构,所述钩状结构与所述凹槽结构相配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述第二卡合构件通过安装件安装于所述存储容器上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述第二卡合构件由尼龙材料和玻璃纤维材料混合制成。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述存储容器由聚丙烯材料制成。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述投放容器包括投放盒和滑盖,所述投放盒与所述存储容器可拆卸连接,所述投放盒上设置有投放口,所述滑盖与所述投放盒滑动连接以开闭所述投放口,所述投放盒靠近所述存储容器的一侧设置有与所述滑盖配合的止挡结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述投放容器上设置有液体出口接头,所述存储容器上设置有液体入口接头,所述液体出口接头和所述液体入口接头之间设置有密封构件以对所述液体出口接头和所述液体入口接头进行密封。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的衣物处理剂投放装置,其特征在于,所述液体出口接头的内径大于所述液体入口接头的外径,所述液体出口接头上设置有环状台阶,在组装好的情形下,所述液体入口接头的唇口隐藏于所述环状台阶内。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衣物处理剂投放装置。
