本申请涉及衣物处理设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种诸如顶开式滚筒洗衣机的衣物处理装置。
顶开式滚筒洗衣机的内筒通过支撑轴可旋转地支撑在外桶轴承座内的轴承,从而实现相对于外桶旋转,为了防止外桶内的水发生外泄,需要保证支撑轴、外桶以及轴承座三者之间的密封性。然而由于内筒在旋转时,支撑轴相对于外桶旋转,即支撑轴与外桶为动连接,难以保证二者之间的密封性,因而仍存在漏水现象。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种衣物处理装置,所述衣物处理装置的密封性好。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,包括:箱体组件,所述箱体组件内限定有容纳腔;外桶,所述外桶设于所述容纳腔内,所述外桶设有安装孔,所述安装孔内设有轴承座;内筒,所述内筒设于所述外桶内,所述内筒设有支撑轴,所述支撑轴由设于所述轴承座内的轴承可旋转地支撑,其中,所述外桶还形成有朝所述安装孔的中心延伸的支撑台,所述支撑台形成有第一密封凸起,所述支撑轴上套设有第一密封件,所述第一密封件被所述第一密封凸起止抵限位。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,通过在支撑台上设置第一密封凸起,使得套设在支撑轴上的第一密封件止抵第一密封凸起,从而保证第一密封件与外桶之间以及支撑轴与第一密封件之间的密封性,防止外桶内的水发生外泄,保证衣物处理装置正常工作。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述支撑台位于所述轴承的内侧且所述第一密封凸起设于所述支撑台的朝向所述轴承的一侧,其中,所述第一密封件位于所述轴承的内侧与所述支撑台之间。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述轴承座内具有与所述第一密封凸起相对布置的定位台阶,其中,所述第一密封件的内圈与所述支撑轴上的轴套密封连接,所述第一密封件的外圈与所述安装孔的孔壁密封连接且位于所述定位台阶和所述第一密封凸起之间。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述支撑轴上套设有轴套,所述第一密封件包括:环形 本体部;纵向密封部,所述纵向密封部连接在所述环形本体部的外周沿且沿所述轴套的轴向延伸,所述纵向密封部的一端止抵所述第一密封凸起;横向密封部,所述横向密封部连接在所述环形本体部的内周沿且与所述轴套密封连接。
在一些实施例中,所述横向密封部包括多个横向密封唇边,每个所述横向密封唇边相对所述轴套的轴向和径向倾斜延伸。
在一些实施例中,多个所述横向密封唇边中的至少两个在所述轴套的轴向上、朝相反方向延伸。
在一些实施例中,所述横向密封部的外侧套装有防脱环,所述第一密封件通过所述防脱环固定于所述轴套。
根据本申请的一个实施例,所述箱体组件包括:箱体,所述箱体具有与所述容纳腔导通的顶部开口;顶盖,所述顶盖设于所述箱体的顶部,用于打开和关闭所述箱体的顶部开口。
在一些实施例中,所述箱体包括一体成型而成的第一壳体和与所述第一壳体的两端连接的第二壳体,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体围绕形成所述箱体。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图24描述根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置。这里的衣物处理装置可以为顶开式洗衣机,例如顶开式滚筒洗衣机。
如图1-图11所示,根据本申请一个实施例的衣物处理装置包括箱体10,箱体10内限定有顶部敞开的容纳腔,箱体10包括第一壳体和第二壳体,第二壳体与第一壳体的两端连接,从而使第一壳体和第二壳体围绕形成箱体10的至少一部分。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,通过将一体成型的第一壳体和第二壳体进行组装,不仅可以提高箱体10的各部件的连接可靠性,保证箱体10的结构强度,避免箱体10因发生碰撞而发生变形,而且可以提高该衣物处理装置的生产效率。
下面以顶开式滚筒洗衣机100为例,详细描述根据本申请的衣物处理装置的一些具体实施例。
根据本申请的一个实施例,第一壳体包括前面板11、左侧板12、右侧板13,左侧板12和右侧板13分别设在前面板11的左侧和右侧,且左侧板12的前侧与前面板11的左端连接,右侧板13的前侧与前面板11的右端连接,前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13一体成型,并且前面板11的横截面外轮廓线形成弧形。
由此,通过将箱体10的前面板11的横截面外轮廓线形成弧形,不仅可以使该顶开式滚筒洗衣机100的外观新颖、美观,提高前面板11的结构强度,进而提高箱体10的结构强度,避免箱体10因发生碰撞而发生变形,提高了该顶开式滚筒洗衣机100的使用可靠性。
根据本申请的一个实施例,前面板11的横截面外轮廓线形成外凸的弧形。由此, 在提高箱体10的外观新颖性和美观性以及结构强度的基础上,还可以扩大箱体10内腔的空间,即增大箱体10的容积,并且加工、制造容易。
如图5和图6所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,前面板11的下部设有开口111,开口111的边沿设有先朝容纳腔内延伸再朝开口111的中心延伸的固定翻边1111,固定翻边1111设有固定孔1112。其中,开口111处可以设置可拆卸的封盖,封盖用于打开和关闭开口111,不影响箱体10的外形美观。
举例而言,开口111可以形成矩形或者正方形,即开口111具有四个边沿,开口111的每个边沿均设有固定翻边1111,并且固定翻边1111包括第一翻边部和第二翻边部,第一翻边部垂直于前面板11的方向延伸且第一翻边部的一侧与开口111的边沿连接沿,第二翻边部沿垂直于第一翻边部的方向朝开口111的中心延伸,第二翻边部的一侧与第一翻边部的另一侧连接,第一翻边部大致形成梯形,第二翻边部形成矩形且第二翻边部设有固定孔1112,从而方便固定在开口111处的部件。
根据本申请的一个实施例,第一壳体由钣金件一体加工成型。也就是说,可以采用一整块钣金料片经过弯折等加工工艺形成U形,从而制得一体而成的前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13,省去了连接结构或者连接件,并且加工、制造容易,有利于提高箱体10的结构稳定性。
如图5和图7所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13中的每一个的顶部设有朝容纳腔内延伸的连接翻边14,每个连接翻边14上设有通孔141。
由此,通过在前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13中的每一个的顶部设置连接翻边14,不仅可以提高箱体10的结构强度,而且方便在连接翻边14上打孔,从而便于前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13与其他部件(例如工作台17)进行连接,结构简单,加工、制造容易。
在一些实施例中,参考图7,前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13中的至少一个上的连接翻边14设有向下凹陷的凹槽142,通孔141贯穿凹槽142的底壁,通过设置凹槽142,可以用于容纳连接件(例如螺钉的螺钉头),保证前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13的顶部的平整性,防止连接件与其他部件发生干涉,不影响前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13与其他部件的连接,而且设在通孔141处的连接件也不会划伤其他部件。
在一些进一步的实施例中,左侧板12和右侧板13中的每一个上的连接翻边14还设有沿其长度方向延伸的连接孔143,该连接孔143可以用作卡接孔,结构简单,加工、制造容易,连接方便。
在一些示例中,连接孔143的形状大致形成矩形,且连接孔143的靠近前面板11的部分的宽度小于连接孔143的远离前面板11的部分的宽度。当然,连接翻边14上的连接孔143形状不限于矩形,连接孔143的形状可以根据设计需要进行调整,从而满足不同的连接需求。
如图9和图10所示,根据本申请进一步的实施例,前面板11的顶部通过过渡连接 部144与对应的连接翻边14连接,左侧板12的顶部通过过渡连接部144与对应的连接翻边14连接,右侧板13的顶部通过过渡连接部144与对应的连接翻边14连接,其中,过渡连接部144可以形成上凸的弧形板,并且过渡连接部144与连接翻边14圆弧过渡连接。
并且,过渡连接部144的高度高于连接翻边14的高度,不仅可以提高连接翻边14与前面板11、左侧板12、右侧板13连接处的结构强度,而且连接翻边14的顶部与过渡连接部144的顶部之间的空间可以形成避让空间或者容纳空间,方便其与其他部件进行装配。
在一些实施例中,前面板11、左侧板12、右侧板13和连接翻边14一体成型。由此,不仅可以省去连接结构或者连接件,方便前面板11、左侧板12、右侧板13与其他部件进行连接,而且成型方便,加工、制造容易,有利于提高箱体10的结构强度。
根据本申请的一个实施例,第二壳体形成为后封门15,后封门15的两端分别与左侧板12的后侧和右侧板13的后侧连接。其中,衣物处理装置还包括连接横梁16,连接横梁16设于后封门15的后部且连接横梁16的两端通过紧固件与后封门15连接,连接横梁16具有适于运输螺栓穿设的螺栓孔。
根据本申请的一个实施例,箱体10还包括工作台17,工作台17安装于第一壳体的顶部,即工作台17安装于前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13的顶部,工作台17的中部限定出顶部开口171,衣物处理装置还包括顶盖20,顶盖20设于工作台17,用于打开和关闭顶部开口171,便于取放衣物。
如图1-图4所示,根据本申请的一个实施例的衣物处理装置包括箱体10和检修盖板123。箱体10内限定有顶部敞开的容纳腔,箱体10设有检修开口1201,检修开口1201的边沿朝向容纳腔内部凹陷,检修盖板123可拆卸地设于检修开口1201处,用于打开和关闭检修开口1201。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,通过将检修开口1201的边沿向容纳腔内部凹陷设置,在安装检修盖板123之后,使检修盖板123与设有检修开口1201的箱体10的部分处在同一水平面,防止检修盖板123凸出设置而对衣物处理装置的摆放形成限制。
在一些实施例中,衣物处理装置为顶开式滚筒洗衣机100,检修开口1201设于箱体10的侧壁。通过将检修开口1201的边沿向容纳腔内部凹陷设置,在安装检修盖板123之后,防止检修盖板123凸出设置而对顶开式滚筒洗衣机100的侧向摆放形成限制。
根据本申请的一个实施例,箱体10包括前面板11、左侧板12、右侧板13,左侧板12的前侧和右侧板13的前侧分别与前面板11的左端和右端连接,检修开口123设在左侧板12和右侧板13中的一个上。
在一些实施例中,左侧板12和右侧板13二者中的设有检修开口123的侧板上设有多个沿检修开口123的周向间隔布置的侧板孔1221,检修盖板123设有多个盖板孔1231,其中,多个盖板孔1231与多个侧板孔1221位置一一对应,检修盖板123通过穿设于盖板孔1231和侧板孔1221的连接件与左侧板12或右侧板13连接,结构简单,装拆方便。
在一些实施例中,左侧板12或右侧板13包括侧板本体部121以及环形连接板部122,环形连接板部122沿检修开口1201的周向延伸,多个侧板孔1221设于环形连接板部122,环形连接板部122的外表面不超出侧板本体部121的外表面。即,如果以侧板本体部121的外表面所在的平面为基准面,环形连接板部122低于所述基准面,检修盖板123与左侧板12组装后,检修盖板123覆盖检修开口1201以及环形连接板部122,有利于保证检修盖板123的外表面与侧板本体部121的外表面平齐,从而保证箱体10的外形美观。
相关技术中的顶开式滚筒洗衣机在需要进行检修时,尤其是对外桶30和内筒40以及其周边的部件进行检修时,需要将洗衣机放倒,进行较大幅度的拆卸。
为了解决上述技术问题,如图1-图5所示,在一些具体示例中,左侧板12设有检修开口1201,检修开口1201处设有可拆卸的检修盖板123,用于打开和关闭检修开口1201,装拆方便。
举例而言,检修开口1201可以形成与左侧板12形状箱体10的矩形,且检修开口1201的尺寸可以根据箱体10内需要经常检修的部件的大小进行设计,从而方便拆换待检修的部件。
在一些实施例中,左侧板12设有多个沿检修开口1201的周向间隔布置的侧板孔1221,检修盖板123设有多个盖板孔1231,其中,多个盖板孔1231与多个侧板孔1221位置一一对应,检修盖板123通过穿设于盖板孔1231和侧板孔1221的连接件与左侧板12连接,结构简单,装拆方便。
如图3和图4以及如图9和图11所示,在一些示例中,左侧板12包括侧板本体部121以及环形连接板部122,环形连接板部122沿检修开口1201的周向延伸,多个侧板孔1221设于环形连接板部122。
进一步地,环形连接板部122的外表面不超出侧板本体部121的外表面,即,如果以侧板本体部121的外表面所在的平面为基准面,环形连接板部122低于所述基准面,检修盖板123与左侧板12组装后,检修盖板123覆盖检修开口1201以及环形连接板部122,有利于保证检修盖板123的外表面与侧板本体部121的外表面平齐,从而保证箱体10的外形美观。
如图4和图11所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,环形连接板部122的外表面具有环绕检修开口1201的环形凹部1222,检修盖板123的外周沿设有与环形凹部1222配合的弯折翻边1232,从而保证检修盖板123与左侧板12的定位安装,使检修盖板123可以精准扣合在左侧板12上,有利于提高左侧板12与检修盖板123的组装效率。
进一步地,如图4所示,环形凹部1222的底壁设有卡槽1223,从而方便左侧板12与检修盖板123进行卡接,保证二者的连接可靠性。
如图10所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,环形连接板部122的外表面具有连接凸部1224,连接凸部1224环绕检修开口1201,多个侧板孔1221设于连接凸部1224,当检修盖板123安装在检修开口1201处时,检修盖板123紧贴连接凸部1224,检修盖板 123的弯折翻边1232与环形凹部1222配合,保证左侧板12与检修盖板123的连接可靠性。
如图5和图9以及图11所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,检修盖板123的一部分向容纳腔内凹入,从而在检修盖板123的外表面上形成槽体,并在检修盖板123的内表面上形成凸筋1233。
由此,通过在检修盖板123的外表面设置槽体并在检修盖板123的内表面上形成凸筋1233,有利于提高检修盖板123的结构强度,防止检修盖板123因发生碰撞而发生变形。
当然,也可以在左侧板12、右侧板13上设置检修盖板123的上述结构,从而提高左侧板12和右侧板13的结构强度。
在一些示例中,槽体包括多个沿检修盖板123的高度方向间隔布置的第一槽体部12321,每个第一槽体部12321沿检修盖板123的宽度方向延伸。
槽体包括第二槽体部12322,第二槽体部12322形成圆环形,例如,第二槽体部12322可以形成长圆环形。由此,可以对检修盖板123进行多样化结构设计,在保证检修盖板123的结构强度的基础上,提高检修盖板123的美观性。
根据本申请的一个实施例,箱体10还包括后封门15,后封门15的两端分别与左侧板12的后侧和右侧板13的后侧连接,其中,衣物处理装置还包括连接横梁16,连接横梁16设于后封门15的后部且连接横梁16的两端通过紧固件与后封门15连接,连接横梁16具有适于运输螺栓穿设的螺栓孔。
根据本申请的一个实施例,箱体10还包括工作台17,工作台17安装于第一壳体的顶部,即工作台17安装于前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13的顶部,工作台17的中部限定出顶部开口171,衣物处理装置还包括顶盖20,顶盖20设于工作台17,用于打开和关闭顶部开口171,方便取放衣物。
如图1-图3所示,根据本申请一个实施例的顶开式滚筒洗衣机100包括箱体10和连接横梁16。
箱体10包括一体成型而成的第一壳体和第二壳体,第二壳体与第一壳体的两端连接,第一壳体与第二壳体围绕形成箱体10的至少一部分。连接横梁16设于第二壳体,连接横梁16的两端通过紧固件与第二壳体连接。也就是说,连接横梁16可拆卸地设在第二壳体上,连接横梁16具有适于运输螺栓穿设的螺栓孔1613。
根据本申请实施例的顶开式滚筒洗衣机100,与相关技术中直接在后封门上加工螺栓孔的结构相比,省去了在后封门15上加工螺栓孔1613的加工工序,直接在尺寸较小的连接横梁16上加工螺栓孔1613,加工、制造容易,并且当螺栓孔1613发生损坏后,只需要更换连接横梁16即可,装拆方便,易于更换。
在一些实施例中,连接横梁16为至少两个且分别为第一连接横梁1601和第二连接横梁1602,其中,第一连接横梁1601和第二连接横梁1602沿第二壳体的高度方向间隔布置,第一连接横梁1601和第二连接横梁1602中的每一个设有至少两个沿其长度方向 间隔布置的螺栓孔1613。
举例而言,如图3所示,第一连接横梁1601设置在第二连接横梁1602的上方,第一连接横梁1601和第二连接横梁1602分别沿后封门15的宽度方向延伸,第一连接横梁1601上设有两个沿其长度方向间隔布置的螺栓孔1613,第二连接横梁1602上设有两个沿其长度方向间隔布置的螺栓孔1613,这样可以通过四个螺栓进行固定,运输可靠。
根据本申请的一个实施例,第一壳体包括前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13,第二壳体形成为后封门15,前面板11的两端分别与左侧板12的前侧和右侧板13的前侧连接,后封门15的两端分别与左侧板11的后侧和右侧板13的后侧连接。其中,连接横梁16设于后封门15。
由于顶开式滚筒洗衣机100的重量主要集中在驱动器50、皮带轮47、外桶30以及内筒40等结构上,而驱动器50以及皮带轮47往往设在偏离顶开式滚筒洗衣机100的中心的位置,从而使得顶开式滚筒洗衣机100的重心偏离其中心位置;考虑到顶开式滚筒洗衣机100运输的可靠性,需要将连接横梁16上的螺栓孔1613也设置在偏离中心位置,即连接横梁16并非对称结构。
因而在一些实施例中,后封门15的外表面设有封门标识,连接横梁16设置与封门标识形状相似的横梁标识1611,如横梁标识1611与封门标识指向一致,则连接横梁1611可被正确安装,从而保证连接横梁16可以准确安装到后封门15上,进而保证顶开式滚筒洗衣机100的运输可靠性和安全性。因此,通过设置横梁标识1611,使连接横梁16在装配时不会发生装配错误,这无疑极大地提高了生产效率。
如图8所示,在一些实施例中,连接横梁16包括:横梁主体161和两个横梁肢脚162,横梁主体161形成沿后封门15的宽度方向延伸的板件,两个横梁肢脚162分别连接在横梁主体161的两端,且每个横梁肢脚162与横梁主体161之间呈大于或者等于90度的角度布置。也就是说,连接横梁16可以形成U形以在横梁主体161和两个横梁肢脚162限定出用于避让后封门15的避让槽,结构简单,加工、制造容易。
在一些可选的示例中,横梁主体161的外表面的中部具有朝外凸出的第一加强筋1612,横梁标识1611可以设置在第一加强筋1612上,且两个螺栓孔1613设在第一加强筋1612的两侧。通过在横梁主体161上设置第一加强筋1612,有利于提高连接横梁16的结构强度。
在另一些可选的示例中,横梁主体161与横梁肢脚162的连接处的外表面具有内凹的第二加强筋1621,这样可以提高横梁主体161与横梁肢脚162连接处的结构强度,从而进一步提高连接横梁16的结构强度。
在一些示例中,每个横梁肢脚162的自由端具有横梁连接部1622,横梁连接部1622可以形成贴合在后封门15两侧的板件,横梁连接部1622设有一个或者多个螺纹孔1623,紧固件为螺纹紧固件,连接横梁16通过穿设于螺纹孔1623的螺纹紧固件与后封门15连接,连接方便、可靠。
根据本申请进一步的实施例,连接横梁16还包括:加强翻边163,加强翻边163 沿连接横梁16的长度方向、从两个横梁肢脚162中的一个向另一个延伸,且加强翻边163凸出横梁主体161和横梁肢脚162的外表面。
具体地,如图8所示,横梁主体161和两个横梁肢脚162的两侧均设有沿与其表面垂直的加强翻边163,从而防止连接横梁16发生变形,进一步提高连接横梁16的结构强度。
如图12所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,箱体10还包括工作台17,工作台17安装于前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13的顶部,工作台17的中部限定出顶部开口171。顶开式滚筒洗衣机还包括顶盖20,顶盖20设于工作台17,即顶盖20设于箱体10的顶部,用于打开和关闭箱体10的顶部开口171,结构简单、组装容易,方便用户操控。
如图12-图24所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,衣物处理装置包括箱体组件、外桶30和内筒40。
箱体组件内限定有容纳腔,外桶30设于容纳腔内,内筒40设于外桶30内且相对于外桶30可旋转,内筒40设有支撑轴44,外桶30设有轴承座33,支撑轴44由设于轴承座33内的轴承34可旋转地支撑,轴承34的端面超出支撑轴44的自由端端面,从而使轴承34与支撑轴44的配合接触面在支撑轴44的轴向上的长度R小于轴承34的宽度r。
根据本申请实施例衣物处理装置,通过将轴承34与支撑轴44的配合接触面的长度R小于轴承34的宽度r,使得轴承34安装到位之后始终可以处于压紧状态,避免轴承34在支撑轴44的轴向上发生滑动,从而保证衣物处理装置的正常工作。
根据本申请的一个实施例,外桶30吊装于容纳腔内,例如,外桶30可以通过吊装件设于外桶30内,且外桶30与箱体10之间还设有减震件。
根据本申请的一个实施例,外桶30的中心轴线沿水平方向延伸,内筒40设于外桶30内且绕外桶30的中心轴线可旋转。具体地,外桶30的顶部具有与顶部开口171位置对应的衣物取放口301,内筒40设于外桶30内,内筒40的中心轴线沿所述水平方向延伸,且内筒40绕外桶30的中心轴线可旋转,驱动器50与内筒40传动连接,工作时,驱动器50用于驱动内筒40相对于外桶30旋转。
根据本申请的一个实施例,内筒40的两个轴端中的每一个设有支撑轴44,支撑轴44沿内筒40的轴向延伸。这里的轴端可以理解为内筒40在其轴向上的两个端部。
在一些实施例中,外桶30的两个轴端分别设有安装孔302,即外桶30在其轴向上的两个端部分别设有安装孔302,每个安装孔302内设有轴承座33,支撑轴44由设于轴承座33内的轴承34可旋转地支撑,从而保证内筒40的正常工作。
如图14所示,在一些实施例中,内筒40的两个轴端中的每一个设有支撑轴44,支撑轴44沿内筒40的轴向延伸,其中,外桶30的两个轴端的中部分别设有安装孔302,每个安装孔302内设有轴承座33,每个支撑轴44由设于对应的轴承座33内的轴承34可旋转地支撑,保证内筒40可以顺利地相对于外桶30旋转。
如图14和图15所示,在一些实施例中,轴承34的端面超出支撑轴44的自由端端 面,且轴承34与支撑轴44的配合接触面在支撑轴44的轴向上的长度R小于轴承34的宽度r。换言之,轴承34装配到位之后,轴承34与支撑轴44的配合接触面的长度小于轴承34的宽度,保证轴承34始终处于压紧状态,避免轴承34在支撑轴44的轴向上发生滑动,从而保证衣物处理装置的正常工作。
在一些实施例中,内筒40上的两个支撑轴44中的一个设有第一垫片461,第一垫片461通过第一轴连接件491设于该支撑轴44的自由端,并且第一垫片461压紧该支撑轴44上的轴承34的背向内筒40的一侧,避免轴承34在支撑轴44的轴向上发生滑动,从而保证衣物处理装置的正常工作。其中,支撑轴44具有沿其轴向延伸的螺纹轴孔,第一轴连接件491形成与螺纹轴孔配合的螺纹连接件。
如图14和图16所示,在一些实施例中,内筒40上的两个支撑轴44中的一个设有皮带轮47,皮带轮47通过第二轴连接件492设于该支撑轴44的自由端,并且皮带轮47压紧该支撑轴44上的轴承34的背向内筒40的一侧,避免轴承34在支撑轴44的轴向上发生滑动,从而保证衣物处理装置的正常工作。其中,支撑轴44具有沿其轴向延伸的螺纹轴孔,第二轴连接件492形成与螺纹轴孔配合的螺纹连接件。
进一步地,皮带轮47与第二轴连接件492之间设有第二垫片462,第二轴连接件492将第二垫片462压紧皮带轮47,进而使皮带轮47压紧轴承34,进一步保证衣物处理装置的正常工作。
在一些实施例中,驱动器50为电机且具有驱动轴,驱动轴通过皮带48与皮带轮47传动连接,从而带动内筒40旋转。具体地,皮带轮47固定安装在支撑轴44上,驱动器50通过皮带48带动皮带轮47旋转,从而带动支撑轴44旋转,进而带动内筒40相对于外桶30旋转,驱动方便。
根据本申请进一步的实施例,每个支撑轴44上套设有轴套45,轴套45的一端与内筒40的轴端连接,轴套45的另一端止抵轴承34。
参照图14-图16所示,内筒40的中线轴线沿左右方向延伸,内筒40的位于左侧的轴端设有一个朝外延伸的支撑轴44,内筒40的位于右侧的轴端设有一个朝外延伸的支撑轴44。
其中,位于右侧的支撑轴44上套设有轴套45和轴承34,且轴套45的一端与内筒40连接一体,轴承34的内侧止抵轴套45的另一端,轴承34可旋转地支撑在轴承座33内,轴承34的外侧设有第一垫片461,且第一垫片461通过第一轴连接件491压紧支撑轴44,从而压紧设在其上的轴承34。
类似地,位于左侧的支撑轴44上套设有轴套45和轴承34,且轴套45的一端与内筒40连接一体,轴承34的内侧止抵轴套45的另一端,轴承34可旋转地支撑在轴承座33内,轴承34的外侧设有皮带轮47、第二垫片462,且第二垫片462通过第二轴连接件492压紧皮带轮47,进而使皮带轮47压紧支撑轴44和设在其上的轴承34。
根据本申请的一个实施例,箱体组件包括:箱体10和顶盖20,箱体10具有与容纳腔导通的顶部开口,顶盖20设于箱体10的顶部,用于打开和关闭箱体10的顶部开口。
在一些实施例中,箱体10包括一体成型的第一壳体和第二壳体,第二壳体与第一壳体的两端连接,第一壳体与第二壳体围绕形成箱体10的至少一部分。通过将一体成型的第一壳体和第二壳体进行组装,不仅可以提高箱体10的各部件的连接可靠性,保证箱体10的结构强度,避免箱体10因发生碰撞而发生变形,而且可以提高该衣物处理装置的生产效率。
在一些示例中,第一壳体包括前面板11、左侧板12、右侧板13,左侧板12的前侧和右侧板13的前侧分别与前面板11的左端和右端连接。
其中,前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13一体成型。例如,可以采用一整块钣金料片经过弯折等加工工艺形成U形结构,从而制得一体而成的前面板11、左侧板12和右侧板13,省去了连接结构或者连接件,并且加工、制造容易,有利于提高箱体10的结构稳定性。
在一些实施例中,第二壳体形成为后封门15,后封门15的两端分别与左侧板12的后侧和右侧板13的后侧连接。
进一步地,衣物处理装置的箱体组件还包括连接横梁16,连接横梁16设于后封门15的后部且连接横梁16的两端通过紧固件与后封门15连接,连接横梁16具有适于运输螺栓穿设的螺栓孔1613。

如图15和图16所示,根据本申请的一个实施例,衣物处理装置包括箱体组件、外桶30和内筒40。
箱体组件内限定有容纳腔。外桶30设于容纳腔内,外桶30设有安装孔302,安装孔302内设有轴承座33。内筒40设于外桶30内,内筒40设有支撑轴44,支撑轴44由设于轴承座33内的轴承34可旋转地支撑。外桶30还形成有朝安装孔302的中心延伸的支撑台35,支撑台35形成有第一密封凸起351,支撑轴44上套设有第一密封件51,第一密封件51被第一密封凸起351止抵限位。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,通过在支撑台35上设置第一密封凸起351,使得套设在支撑轴44上的第一密封件51止抵第一密封凸起351,从而保证第一密封件51与外桶30之间以及支撑轴44与第一密封件51之间的密封性,防止外桶30内的水发生外泄,保证衣物处理装置正常工作。
根据本申请的一个实施例,支撑台35位于轴承34的内侧,第一密封凸起351设于 支撑台35的朝向轴承34的一侧,其中,第一密封件51位于轴承34的内侧与支撑台35之间,进一步保证第一密封件51与外桶30之间以及支撑轴44与第一密封件51之间的密封性。
在一些实施例中,轴承座33内具有与第一密封凸起351相对布置的定位台阶36,其中,第一密封件51的内圈与支撑轴44上的轴套45密封连接,第一密封件51的外圈与安装孔302的孔壁密封连接,并且第一密封件51的外圈位于定位台阶36和第一密封凸起351之间,定位台阶36和第一密封凸起351对第一密封件51进行限位,从而保证第一密封件51与外桶30之间以及第一密封件51与轴承座33之间的密封性,防止外桶30内的水发生外泄。
在一些实施例中,支撑轴44上套设有轴套45,第一密封件51包括环形本体部511、纵向密封部512和横向密封部513。
如图16所示,纵向密封部512连接在环形本体部511的外周沿,并且纵向密封部512沿支撑轴44上的轴套45的轴向延伸,纵向密封部512的一端止抵第一密封凸起351,纵向密封部512的另一端止抵定位台阶36,横向密封部513连接在环形本体部511的内周沿,并且横向密封部513与支撑轴44上的轴套45密封连接,第一密封件51的结构简单,有利于保证第一密封件51与外桶30之间、第一密封件51与轴承座33之间、第一密封件51与轴套45之间的密封性。
在一些示例中,横向密封部513包括多个横向密封唇边5131,每个横向密封唇边5131相对支撑轴44上的轴套45的轴向和径向倾斜延伸,从而实现第一密封件51与支撑轴44之间的多重密封,进一步提高第一密封件51与支撑轴44之间的密封性,防止外桶30内的水发生外泄。
在一些示例中,多个横向密封唇边5131中的至少两个在支撑轴44上的轴套45的轴向上、朝相反方向延伸。举例而言,两个支撑轴44上的第一密封件51对称布置,每个第一密封件51的横向密封部513包括三个横向密封唇边5131,位于内侧的两个横向密封唇边5131相对于支撑轴44的轴向和径向朝靠近内筒40的方向倾斜延伸,位于外侧的一个横向密封唇边5131相对于支撑轴44的轴向和径向朝远离内筒40的方向倾斜延伸,从而保证第一密封件51与支撑轴44之间的连接密封性。
如图16所示,根据本申请进一步的实施例,横向密封部513的外侧套装有防脱环514,第一密封件51通过防脱环514固定于支撑轴44上的轴套45。例如,第一密封件51的位于最外侧的横向密封唇边5131的外表面设有配合槽,防脱环514设在配合槽内,从而将第一密封件51固定在支撑轴44上的轴套45。
在一些具体示例中,支撑轴44上套设有轴套45,第一密封件51套设在轴套45上,第一密封件51的横向密封部513包括多个横向密封唇边5131,每个横向密封唇边5131相对于轴套45的轴向和径向倾斜延伸。
根据本申请的一个实施例,外桶30吊装于容纳腔内,例如,外桶30可以通过吊装件设于外桶30内,且外桶30与箱体10之间还设有减震件。
根据本申请的一个实施例,外桶30的中心轴线沿水平方向延伸,内筒40设于外桶30内且绕外桶30的中心轴线可旋转。具体地,外桶30的顶部具有与顶部开口171位置对应的衣物取放口301,内筒40设于外桶30内,内筒40的中心轴线沿所述水平方向延伸,且内筒40绕外桶30的中心轴线可旋转,驱动器50与内筒40传动连接,工作时,驱动器50用于驱动内筒40相对于外桶30旋转。

箱体组件内限定有容纳腔。外桶30设于容纳腔内,外桶30设有安装孔302,安装孔302内设有轴承座33。内筒40设于外桶30内,内筒40设有支撑轴44,支撑轴44由设于轴承座33内的轴承34可旋转地支撑。其中,外桶30形成有环绕安装孔302的第二密封凸起37,轴承座33具有与第二密封凸起37配合的定位槽332。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置,通过在外桶30上设置第二密封凸起37,并在轴承座33上设置与第二密封凸起37配合的定位槽332,不仅可以实现轴承座33与外桶30的定位安装,而且可以保证轴承座33与外桶30之间的连接密封性。
在一些实施例中,定位槽332形成环形且定位槽332内设有第二密封件52,外桶30的轴端通过第二密封件52与轴承座33密封连接。例如,第二密封件52可以嵌设在定位槽332内,然后采用第二密封凸起37压紧第二密封件52,进一步保证轴承座33与外桶30之间的连接密封性。
在一些示例中,第二密封件52形成环形,即第二密封件52形成沿定位槽332的周向延伸的环形,从而保证在周向上的密封性。
在一些示例中,第二密封件52的横截面形成U形,U形开口朝向第二密封凸起37,轴承座33与外桶30组装后,外桶30上的第二密封凸起37插入第二密封件52的开口内,从而使第二密封件52包覆第二密封凸起37的顶部和侧部的至少一部分,进一步保证轴承座33与外桶30之间的连接密封性。
如图19-图24所示,在一些实施例中,轴承座33具有至少两个定位凸起331,每个定位凸起331沿外桶30的轴向延伸,两个定位凸起331中的一个环绕另一个,并且两个定位凸起331之间限定出定位槽332,结构简单,加工、制造容易,利于实现轴承座33与外桶30的定位安装。
在一些实施例中,轴承座33通过多个间隔布置的轴承连接件固定于外桶30的轴端,具体地,轴承座33具有多个沿其周向排布的凸耳,每个凸耳设有适于轴承连接件穿设的穿孔,从而通过多个轴承连接件将轴承座33固定在外桶30的轴端,即通过多个轴承连接件将轴承座33固定在外桶桶体31的桶底以及外桶端盖32。
在一些实施例中,内筒40包括内筒筒体41、第一内筒端盖42和第二内筒端盖43,内筒筒体41的两端敞开,第一内筒端盖42和第二内筒端盖43分别与内筒筒体41的两端密封连接,第一内筒端盖42和第二内筒端盖43中的每一个均设有支撑轴44。
其中,内筒筒体41的侧周壁设有开口,从而方便用户取放衣物;第一内筒端盖42和第二内筒端盖43中的每一个的内表面设有多个沿其周向间隔布置的搅拌筋,从而提高衣物处理装置的洗涤效率。
在一些实施例中,外桶30包括外桶桶体31和外桶端盖32,外桶桶体31内限定有一端敞开的腔室,外桶端盖32设于外桶桶体31的敞开口,且外桶端盖32与外桶桶体31密封连接,从而保证外桶30的密封性,防止外桶30的水外泄。进一步地,外桶桶体31的底壁与外桶端盖32均形成外桶30的轴端,并且外桶桶体31的底壁与外桶端盖32的中部均设有安装孔302。
如图17所示,在一些示例中,外桶桶体31的朝向外桶端盖32的一侧设有连接槽312,连接槽312环绕敞开口,外桶端盖32具有与连接槽312配合的凸环,不仅可以保证外桶桶体31与外桶端盖32的定位安装,从而保证外桶桶体31与外桶端盖32的连接可靠性,而且可以保证外桶桶体31与外桶端盖32的连接密封性。
如图17所示,在一些示例中,外桶桶体31的朝向外桶端盖32的一侧设有套设布置的桶体外环313和桶体内环314,外桶端盖32的朝向外桶桶体31的一侧设有套设布置的端盖外环321和端盖内环322,其中,桶体内环314设于端盖外环321和端盖内环322之间,端盖外环321设于桶体外环313和桶体内环314之间,不仅可以保证外桶桶体31与外桶端盖32的定位安装,从而保证外桶桶体31与外桶端盖32的连接可靠性,而且可以保证外桶桶体31与外桶端盖32的多重密封性。
根据本申请的一个实施例,外桶30吊装于容纳腔内,例如,外桶30可以通过吊装件设于外桶30内,且外桶30与箱体10之间还设有减震件。
根据本申请的一个实施例,外桶30的中心轴线沿水平方向延伸,外桶30的两个轴端分别设有安装孔302,每个安装孔302内设有轴承座33,内筒40设于外桶30内且绕外桶30的中心轴线可旋转。

在一些实施例中,衣物处理装置还包括水位传感器,水位传感器通过连接管与存气部件60的顶部连通,用于检测外桶30内的水位,从而根据需要控制进水量。
在一些实施例中,衣物处理装置还包括排水泵70,排水泵70通过排水管与外桶30的内腔连通,从而在脱水阶段中,利用排水泵70排出外桶30内的水。

在一些实施例中,外桶桶体31的桶底和外桶端盖32分别具有朝安装孔302的中心延伸的支撑台35,支撑台35位于对应的轴承34的内侧。支撑台35的朝向轴承34的一侧具有第一密封凸起351,支撑轴44上套设有第一密封件51,第一密封件51位于轴承34的内侧与支撑台35之间,并且第一密封件51止抵第一密封凸起351。
由此,通过在支撑台35上设置第一密封凸起351,使得套设在支撑轴44上的第一密封件51止抵第一密封凸起351,从而保证第一密封件51与外桶30之间以及支撑轴44与第一密封件51之间的密封性,防止外桶30内的水发生外泄,保证衣物处理装置正常工作。
根据本申请的一个实施例,外桶30吊装于容纳腔内,例如,外桶30可以通过吊装件设于外桶30内,且外桶30与箱体10之间还设有减震件。
根据本申请的一个实施例,外桶30的中心轴线沿水平方向延伸,外桶30的两个轴端分别设有安装孔302,每个安装孔302内设有轴承座33,内筒40设于外桶30内且绕外桶30的中心轴线可旋转。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、 “宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理装置的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (16)
- 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括:箱体组件,所述箱体组件内限定有容纳腔;外桶,所述外桶设于所述容纳腔内,所述外桶设有安装孔,所述安装孔内设有轴承座;内筒,所述内筒设于所述外桶内,所述内筒设有支撑轴,所述支撑轴由设于所述轴承座内的轴承可旋转地支撑,其中,所述外桶还形成有朝所述安装孔的中心延伸的支撑台,所述支撑台形成有第一密封凸起,所述支撑轴上套设有第一密封件,所述第一密封件被所述第一密封凸起止抵限位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述支撑台位于所述轴承的内侧且所述第一密封凸起设于所述支撑台的朝向所述轴承的一侧,所述第一密封件位于所述轴承的内侧与所述支撑台之间。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述轴承座内具有与所述第一密封凸起相对布置的定位台阶,其中,所述第一密封件的内圈与所述支撑轴上的轴套密封连接,所述第一密封件的外圈与所述安装孔的孔壁密封连接且位于所述定位台阶和所述第一密封凸起之间。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述支撑轴上套设有轴套,所述第一密封件包括:环形本体部;纵向密封部,所述纵向密封部连接在所述环形本体部的外周沿且沿所述轴套的轴向延伸,所述纵向密封部的一端止抵所述第一密封凸起;横向密封部,所述横向密封部连接在所述环形本体部的内周沿且与所述轴套密封连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述横向密封部包括多个横向密封唇边,每个所述横向密封唇边相对所述轴套的轴向和径向倾斜延伸。
- 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,多个所述横向密封唇边中的至少两个在所述轴套的轴向上、朝相反方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述横向密封部的外侧套装有防脱环,所述第一密封件通过所述防脱环固定于所述轴套。
- 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述箱体组件包括:箱体,所述箱体具有与所述容纳腔导通的顶部开口;顶盖,所述顶盖设于所述箱体的顶部,用于打开和关闭所述箱体的顶部开口。
- 根据权利要求8所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述箱体包括一体成型而 成的第一壳体和与所述第一壳体的两端连接的第二壳体,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体围绕形成所述箱体。
- 根据权利要求9所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一壳体包括前面板、左侧板、右侧板,所述左侧板的前侧和所述右侧板的前侧分别与所述前面板的左端和右端连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述第二壳体形成为后封门,所述后封门的两端分别与所述左侧板的后侧和所述右侧板的后侧连接;其中,所述箱体组件还包括连接横梁,所述连接横梁设于所述后封门的后部且所述连接横梁的两端通过紧固件与所述后封门连接,所述连接横梁具有适于运输螺栓穿设的螺栓孔。
- 根据权利要求9-11中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述箱体还包括工作台,所述工作台安装于所述第一壳体的顶部,所述工作台的中部限定出所述顶部开口,所述顶盖设于所述工作台。
- 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述外桶吊装于所述容纳腔内。
- 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述外桶的中心轴线沿水平方向延伸,所述内筒可绕所述外桶的中心轴线旋转。
- 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述内筒的两个轴端中的每一个设有所述支撑轴,所述支撑轴沿所述内筒的轴向延伸。
- 根据权利要求15所述的衣物处理装置,其特征在于,所述外桶的两个轴端分别设有安装孔,且每个所述安装孔内设有所述轴承座。
