目前主流的屏下指纹识别技术是利用显示装置的面板发出的光信号经过手指指纹反射后到达指纹识别区域下方的光传感器,再将指纹信息传达至处理器,藉此实现屏幕解锁。然而,由于有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)发光材料的寿命限制,屏幕产生的光信号亮度不可太高,因此到达用于指纹识别的光传感器的光信号较弱,使指纹识别成功率和准确率明显下降。此外,指纹识别区上的OLED器件存在烧屏风险。

于一实施例中,当所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置的指纹识别功能开启时,所述光源层发光,所述光源层产生的光线以及所述影像显示模块产生的光线会到达所述指纹,经过所述指纹反射的光线会到达所述光感测层,所述光感测层感测的光信号传送到所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置之控制模块,通过所述控制模块的辨识后完成所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置的屏幕解锁。
本揭示提供的一种电子装置包括具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置包括:光感测层,用于感测一指纹;光源层,设置于所述光感测层上并用于产生光线;以及影像显示模块,设置于所述光源层上并用于发光以显示影像。
于一实施例中,所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置进一步包括:抗干扰层,设置于所述影像显示模块上并用于防止环境光干扰。
于一实施例中,当所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置的指纹识别功能开启时,所述光源层发光,所述光源层产生的光线以及所述影像显示模块产生的光线会到达所述指纹,经过所述指纹反射的光线会到达所述光感测层,所述光感测层感测的光信号传送到所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置之控制模块,通过所述控制模块的辨识后完成所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置的屏幕解锁。
有益效果
相较于现有技术,本揭示之具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置及电子装置中,由于在所述光感测层及所述影像显示模块之间设置有所述光源层,因此能增加到达指纹的光线,进而增加指纹反射的光线,藉此提高指纹辨识的准确度。此外,由于可以降低所述影像显示模块的有机发光二极管层提供指纹辨识所需的光线的负担,因此可以降低烧屏的风险。

本发明的实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本揭示可用以实施的特定实施例。
请参阅图1,图1显示根据本揭示一实施例之具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置。
所述显示装置为一有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)显示装置。
所述显示装置包括一光感测层10、一光源层20、一影像显示模块30以及一盖板40。
所述光感测层10包括至少一光传感器并用于感测一指纹。
所述光源层20设置于所述光感测层10上并用于产生光线。
所述影像显示模块30设置于所述光源层20上并用于发光以显示一影像。
于一非限制的实施例中,所述光源层20包括红外光源,所述光感测层10包括红外光接收器。
所述盖板40设置于所述影像显示模块30上并用于保护所述光感测层10、所述光源层20以及所述影像显示模块30。
本揭示之一特点在于在所述光感测层10及所述影像显示模块30之间设置有所述光源层20,所述光源层20产生的光线能增加到达所述指纹的光线,进而增加所述指纹反射的光线,藉此提高指纹辨识的准确度。
所述影像显示模块30包括一基板300、一薄膜晶体管层302以及一有机发光二极管层304。
所述基板300设置于所述光源层20上并用于作为所述薄膜晶体管层302以及所述有机发光二极管层304的支撑衬底。
所述薄膜晶体管层302设置于所述基板300上并用于信号传输。所述薄膜晶体管层302包括多个薄膜晶体管。
所述有机发光二极管层304设置于所述薄膜晶体管层302上并响应于所述薄膜晶体管层302的控制而发光以显示所述影像。所述有机发光二极管层304包括多个有机发光二极管。所述多个有机发光二极管为可以显示彩色光的有机发光二极管。
要说明的是,所述影像显示模块30的显示原理为本领域的技术人员所熟知,于此不多加赘述。
请参阅图1以及图2,图2显示图1之具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置辨识指纹100的示意图。
当所述显示装置的指纹识别功能开启时,所述光源层20发光,所述光源层20产生的光线以及所述影像显示模块30(有机发光二极管层304)产生的光线会到达所述指纹100,经过所述指纹100反射的光线会到达所述光感测层10,所述光感测层10感测的光信号传送到所述显示装置之一控制模块60,通过所述控制模块60的辨识后则可以完成所述显示装置的屏幕解锁。
请参阅图3,图3显示根据本揭示另一实施例之具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置。
所述显示装置为一有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)显示装置。
所述显示装置包括一光感测层10、一光源层20、一影像显示模块30、一抗干扰层50以及一盖板40。
所述光感测层10包括至少一光传感器并用于感测一指纹。
所述光源层20设置于所述光感测层10上并用于产生光线。
所述影像显示模块30设置于所述光源层20上并用于发光以显示一影像。
本实施例之显示装置与图1实施例之显示装置的差异在于本实施例之显示装置进一步包括所述抗干扰层50。所述抗干扰层50设置于所述影像显示模块30上并用于防止环境光干扰。更明确地说,所述抗干扰层50设置于所述影像显示模块30以及所述盖板40之间。
要说明的是,所述抗干扰层50为可选择(optional)的组件。于一实施例中,所述抗干扰层50可以为一偏光片。
所述盖板40设置于所述抗干扰层50上并用于保护所述光感测层10、所述光源层20、所述影像显示模块30以及所述抗干扰层50。
本揭示之一特点在于在所述光感测层10及所述影像显示模块30之间设置有所述光源层20,所述光源层20产生的光线能增加到达所述指纹的光线,并增加所述指纹反射的光线,藉此提高指纹辨识的准确度。
所述影像显示模块30包括一基板300、一薄膜晶体管层302以及一有机发光二极管层304。
所述基板300设置于所述光源层20上并用于作为所述薄膜晶体管层302以及所述有机发光二极管层304的支撑衬底。
所述薄膜晶体管层302设置于所述基板300上并用于信号传输。所述薄膜晶体管层302包括多个薄膜晶体管。
所述有机发光二极管层304设置于所述薄膜晶体管层302上并响应于所述薄膜晶体管层302的控制而发光以显示所述影像。所述有机发光二极管层304包括多个有机发光二极管。所述多个有机发光二极管为可以显示彩色光的有机发光二极管。
要说明的是,所述影像显示模块30的显示原理为本领域的技术人员所熟知,于此不多加赘述。
图3之显示装置辨识指纹的原理可参阅图2的相关描述,于此不多加赘述。
请参阅图4,图4显示根据本揭示一实施例之电子装置200。
所述电子装置包括图1或图2所示之具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置210。
所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置210的结构及辨识指纹的原理可参阅图1至图3的相关描述,于此不多加赘述。
本揭示之具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置及电子装置中,由于在所述光感测层及所述影像显示模块之间设置有所述光源层,因此能增加到达指纹的光线,进而增加指纹反射的光线,藉此提高指纹辨识的准确度。此外,由于可以降低所述影像显示模块的有机发光二极管层提供指纹辨识所需的光线的负担,因此可以降低烧屏的风险。
综上所述,虽然本揭示已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本揭示,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本揭示的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本揭示的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,包括:
    光感测层,用于感测一指纹;
    光源层,设置于所述光感测层上并用于产生光线;
    影像显示模块,设置于所述光源层上并用于发光以显示影像;以及
    抗干扰层,设置于所述影像显示模块上并用于防止环境光干扰,
    其中所述光源层包括红外光源,所述光感测层包括红外光接收器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,进一步包括:
    盖板,设置于所述抗干扰层上并用于保护所述光感测层、所述光源层、所述影像显示模块以及所述抗干扰层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,其中所述抗干扰层为偏光片。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,其中所述影像显示模块包括:
    基板,设置于所述光源层上;
    薄膜晶体管层,设置于所述基板上;以及
    有机发光二极管层,设置于所述薄膜晶体管层上并响应于所述薄膜晶体管层的控制而发光以显示所述影像。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,其中当所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置的指纹识别功能开启时,所述光源层发光,所述光源层产生的光线以及所述影像显示模块产生的光线会到达所述指纹,经过所述指纹反射的光线会到达所述光感测层,所述光感测层感测的光信号传送到所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置之控制模块,通过所述控制模块的辨识后完成所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置的屏幕解锁。
  6. 一种具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,包括:
    光感测层,用于感测一指纹;
    光源层,设置于所述光感测层上并用于产生光线;以及
    影像显示模块,设置于所述光源层上并用于发光以显示影像。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,进一步包括:
    盖板,设置于所述影像显示模块上并用于保护所述光感测层、所述光源层以及所述影像显示模块。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,进一步包括:
    抗干扰层,设置于所述影像显示模块上并用于防止环境光干扰。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,进一步包括:
    盖板,设置于所述抗干扰层上并用于保护所述光感测层、所述光源层、所述影像显示模块以及所述抗干扰层。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,其中所述抗干扰层为偏光片。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,其中所述影像显示模块包括:
    基板,设置于所述光源层上;
    薄膜晶体管层,设置于所述基板上;以及
    有机发光二极管层,设置于所述薄膜晶体管层上并响应于所述薄膜晶体管层的控制而发光以显示所述影像。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,其中当所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置的指纹识别功能开启时,所述光源层发光,所述光源层产生的光线以及所述影像显示模块产生的光线会到达所述指纹,经过所述指纹反射的光线会到达所述光感测层,所述光感测层感测的光信号传送到所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置之控制模块,通过所述控制模块的辨识后完成所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置的屏幕解锁。
  13. 一种电子装置,包括具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置,其中所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置包括:
    光感测层,用于感测一指纹;
    光源层,设置于所述光感测层上并用于产生光线;以及
    影像显示模块,设置于所述光源层上并用于发光以显示影像。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子装置,其中所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置进一步包括:
    抗干扰层,设置于所述影像显示模块上并用于防止环境光干扰。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电子装置,其中当所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置的指纹识别功能开启时,所述光源层发光,所述光源层产生的光线以及所述影像显示模块产生的光线会到达所述指纹,经过所述指纹反射的光线会到达所述光感测层,所述光感测层感测的光信号传送到所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置之控制模块,通过所述控制模块的辨识后完成所述具有屏下指纹识别功能的显示装置的屏幕解锁。
