通常在一些示例中,参考图1,金属板30'与前盖20'是通过注塑模具一体注塑成型的,金属板30'作为嵌件先置于注塑模具中,如此使得模具的结构更为复杂,模具成本高,并且在注塑成型时,每次成型都需要将金属板30'装入模具中,使得操作复杂,导致生产成本大大增加。而在本方案中,参考图2和图3,将前盖20和金属板30分为两个独立的部件,并将金属板30与前盖20粘接,只需将前盖20与金属板30分别加工,然后再将金属板30与前盖20粘接即可,相较于金属板30与前盖20一体注塑成型,粘接方式的连接更加简单和方便。另外,由于不需要使用注塑模具来实现两者的连接,故能大大降低发声装置的生产成本。同时,在靠近外壳10的方向上,前盖20的内周壁呈上升式的多级阶梯状设置时,使得前盖20的壁厚逐渐增大,能增加前盖20的强度。另外,前盖20的内周壁是逐渐朝外避开振膜40的折环部42和固定部41的连接处的,如此使得振膜40的振动空间更大,能保证振膜40具有较好的振动效果。再者,还会使得前盖20的背离外壳10的表面的面积更大,前盖20与金属板30的接触面积更多,能增强前盖20与金属板30的粘接效果,使得金属板30粘接更稳定。
本实施例中,振动系统包括振膜40,振膜40包括中心部43、围绕中心部43设置的折环部42以及围绕折环部42设置的固定部41,固定部41夹持于前盖20和外壳10之间,并且固定部41分别与前盖20和外壳10粘接。具体而言,固定部41是振膜40的外周部分,往振膜40的中心方向依次为相互连接的折环部42和中心部43。前盖20盖设在外壳10后,前盖20与外壳10之间会形成收容空间,并且折环部42和中心部43位于收容空间内。
本实施例中,前盖20具有一朝向外壳10的粘接面21,粘接面21与固定部41粘接,粘接面21在固定部41上的投影位于固定部41内。也就是说,粘接面21在固定部41上的投影面积小于固定部41的面积,如此,前盖20则只与固定部41接触,而不与折环部42和固定部41的连接处接触,前盖20不会对折环部42和固定部41的连接处造成遮挡,从而不会影响到折环部42的振动,使得振膜40具有较好的振动效果。
本实施例中,外壳10具有一环绕外壳10的敞口设置的支撑面11,支撑面11朝向粘接面21设置,并与固定部41粘接,粘接面21的内侧缘与支撑面11的内侧缘平齐。可以理解的是,固定部41被前盖20与外壳10夹持时,固定部41与折环部42的连接处处于悬空状态,如此能够避免前盖20对该连接处造成干涉而影响到振膜的振动。另外,假设粘接面21的内侧缘相对于支撑面11的内侧缘更靠近折环部42设置时,固定部41与粘接面21的接触面积大于固定部41与支撑面11的接触面积,如此,固定部41与折环部42的连接处在振动时会受到前盖20过多的干涉,从而影响振膜40的振动效果。而当粘接面21的内侧缘相对于支撑面11的内侧缘更远离折环部42设置时,会使得固定部41与粘接面21的接触面积减少,从而导致固定部41的固定效果不好。在本实用新型实施例中,将粘接面21的内侧缘设置为与支撑面11的内侧缘平齐,可以避免上述问题的产生,可以保证振膜40的振动性能更好,还能避免因振膜40振动时变形不均匀而导致振膜40的寿命减少。
本实施例中,前盖20的内周壁包括多个阶梯面,多个阶梯面沿前盖20的中间开口的开口方向排布,且阶梯面沿前盖20的中间开口的开口方向延伸,多个阶梯面包括一与粘接面21连接的第一阶梯面22,第一阶梯面22在靠近外壳10的方向上逐渐朝外延伸。具体而言,由于前盖20的内周壁呈多级阶梯状设置,故前盖20的内周壁具有多个阶梯面,并且多个阶梯面均朝靠近外壳10的方向延伸,其中第一阶梯面22与粘接面21连接,并将第一阶梯面22在靠近外壳10的方向上逐渐朝外倾斜设置,即第一阶梯面22与粘接面21之间的夹角为钝角。可以理解的是,振膜40与前盖20粘接时,将前盖20放置使得粘接面21朝上,在粘接面21上添加胶水等粘接剂后,再将固定部41与粘接面21贴合。当将固定部41粘接在粘接面21上时,为保证固定部41能较好的粘接在粘接面21上,会使用较多的胶水等粘接剂,将固定部41粘接在粘接面21上时,多余的胶水会溢出流到折环部42,而将第一阶梯面22逐渐朝外倾斜设置,可以使得多余的胶水沿着第一阶梯面22流到下一级阶梯面上,能避免多余的胶水流到折环部42,避免折环部42与前盖20粘接而使得振膜40的振动效果差。此外,在粘接面22的面积相同时,相较于第一阶梯面22呈直壁设置,将第一阶梯面22在靠近外壳10的方向上逐渐朝外延伸设置,可以使得前盖20的壁厚更厚,可以增加前盖20的强度,还能避开振膜 40的振动范围,增大振动空间。当然,在其它实施例中,固定部41与前盖20还可以溶胶粘接或无影胶粘接等等。
本实施例中,前盖20与振膜40先粘接构成第一组件,然后第一组件再与振动系统的音圈以及外壳10进行粘接固定,再然后将金属板30粘接在前盖20上。其中,前盖20的中间开口在振膜40上的投影面积大于中心部43的面积,便于与其他部件的装配。此外,由于直接将固定部41粘接在前盖20上,而不需要如图1所示的,先将固定部粘接在钢环上,再将钢环与前盖20'粘接,本实用新型的发声装置能够省去钢环这一部件,故能大大简化发声装置的整体结构,使得发声装置的整体结构更为紧凑。
本实施例中,前盖20为铜制件。具体而言,铜具有较好可加工性,当前盖20为铜制件时,使得加工前盖20比较容易,此外,铜还可以多次回收利用而不会影响其机械性能,可以大大节约资源。当然,在其它实施例中,前盖20也可以为铝制件、钢制件或铁制件等等。
本实施例中,金属板30为钢板。可以理解的是,金属板30具有保护振动系统的作用,故要求金属板30具有较好的强度和刚度,此外,还应保证发声装置的结构紧凑,故金属板30的应该尽量薄。而钢板的强度、刚度较高,即使钢板在较薄时也具有较好的强度和刚度,并不易变形,可以更好的保护振动系统。当然,在其它实施例中,金属板30也可以为铝合金板、镁合金板或铁板等等。
本实施例中,前盖20和金属板30通过胶水或者双面胶粘接。具体而言,采用胶水或者双面胶将前盖20和金属板30粘接时,粘接强度能满足要求,使用比较方便,成本也较低。
本实用新型还提出一种电子设备,该电子设备包括发声装置,该发声装置的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本电子设备采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声装置,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,具有一敞口;
    振动系统,设于所述外壳内;
    前盖,盖设在所述外壳的敞口,所述前盖为金属件,且所述前盖为中间开口的环形结构,在靠近所述外壳的方向上,所述前盖的内周壁呈上升式的多级阶梯状设置;以及
    金属板,粘设于或激光焊接于所述前盖的背离所述外壳的表面,并盖合所述前盖的中间开口设置,所述金属板上且对应所述前盖的中间开口设有出声孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述振动系统包括振膜,所述振膜包括中心部、围绕所述中心部设置的折环部以及围绕所述折环部设置的固定部,所述固定部分别与所述前盖和所述外壳粘接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述前盖具有一朝向所述外壳的粘接面,所述粘接面与所述固定部粘接,所述粘接面在所述固定部上的投影位于所述固定部内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述前盖的内周壁包括多个阶梯面,多个所述阶梯面沿所述前盖的中间开口的开口方向排布,且所述阶梯面沿所述前盖的中间开口的开口方向延伸,多个所述阶梯面包括一与所述粘接面连接的第一阶梯面,所述第一阶梯面在靠近所述外壳的方向上逐渐朝外延伸。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述外壳具有一环绕所述外壳的敞口设置的支撑面,所述支撑面朝向所述粘接面,并与所述固定部粘接,所述支撑面的内侧缘与所述粘接面的内侧缘平齐。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述前盖的中间开口在所述振膜上的投影面积大于所述中心部的面积。
  7. 如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述前盖为铜制件。
  8. 如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述金属板为钢板。
  9. 如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述前盖和所述金属板通过胶水或者双面胶粘接。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的发声装置。
