本申请涉及包装技术领域,特别涉及一种缓冲结构和应用该缓冲结构的包装盒。
背景技术
这里的陈述仅提供与本申请有关的背景信息,而不必然地构成现有技术。显示面板通常会采用特定的包装盒进行包装和运输。包装盒内通常会安装有固定尺寸的缓冲结构以对显示面板的边缘进行缓冲,以防止显示面板直接抵接于包装盒上造成磨损,但由于包装盒的尺寸超差或者同一尺寸的包装盒在包装不同尺寸的显示面板时,均会导致显示面板与缓冲结构的距离变大过变小。若显示面板与缓冲结构的间距较大,在运输过程中,显示面板会在包装盒内晃动,造成显示面板的磨损;若显示面板与环城结构间距较小,在运输过程中,显示面板会收到较大的挤压力而出现损坏。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提出一种缓冲结构,旨在能使显示面板与包装盒的配合间隙适宜,使得显示面板在包装和运输过程中不易损坏。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的缓冲结构,应用于显示面板的包装盒,所述包装盒包括盒体,所述缓冲结构包括:
固定架,所述固定架具有至少一安装板和至少一支撑板,所述安装板连接于盒体,所述支撑板设有调节孔;
至少一调节组件,所述调节组件包括至少一调节杆、至少一第一锁止件和至少一第二锁止件,所述调节杆沿其延伸方向穿设于所述调节孔,且具有与其延伸方向一致的连接部,所述第一锁止件和所述第二锁止件分别于所述支撑板的两侧连接所述连接部,并夹持所述支撑板;以及
缓冲件,所述缓冲件连接于所述调节杆的端面,并位于所述第二锁止件背离所述支撑板的一侧,调节所述第一锁止件和所述第二锁止件于所述连接部的连接位置,以改变所述支撑板与所述缓冲件的间距。
可选地,所述连接部包括连续设置的多个连接位。
可选地,所述连接部包括设于所述调节件外侧的外螺纹,所述第一锁止件和第二锁止件均为具有内螺纹的螺母,所述内螺纹配合连接所述外螺纹。
可选地,多个所述连接部为间隔设置的多个卡接位,所述第一锁止件和第二锁止件均为卡扣,每一所述卡扣配合卡持于一所述卡接位。
可选地,所述缓冲件包括连接板和缓冲板,所述缓冲件连接于所述调节杆的端面,所述缓冲板连接于所述连接板背离所述调节杆的表面。
可选地,所述连接板和所述缓冲板为一体结构。
可选地,所述缓冲结构包括多个调节杆,所述支撑板具有多个调节孔,多个所述调节杆的一端均连接于所述缓冲件,另一端对应穿设于多个所述调节孔。
可选地,多个调节杆并排设置。
可选地,所述支撑板上设有限位槽,所述调节孔开设于所述限位槽的槽底壁,所述缓冲板于所述限位槽所限定区域内移动。
可选地,所述固定结构具有呈夹角设置的两所述支撑板,所述缓冲结构包括两所述调节组件和两所述缓冲件,一所述支撑板、一所述调节组件和一所述缓冲件配合安装,且两所述缓冲件均朝向所述盒体内的显示面板。

本申请提出一种缓冲结构,应用于显示面板的包装盒,所述包装盒包括盒体,其中,所述缓冲结构包括:
固定架,所述固定架具有两安装板和两支撑板,两所述安装板相互垂直,且分别位于一所述支撑板的延长线上;两所述安装板连接于盒体,每一所述支撑板设有多个调节孔;
两调节组件,一调节组件对应连接于一所述支撑板;所述调节组件包括多个调节杆、多个第一锁止件和多个第二锁止件,每一所述调节杆均沿其延伸方向穿设于一所述调节孔,且每一所述调节杆均包括与其延伸方向一致的外螺纹,所述第一锁止件和所述第二锁止件均具有内螺纹,一所述第一锁止件和一所述第二锁止件分别于所述支撑板的两侧螺纹连接于一所述调节杆,并夹持所述支撑板;以及
两缓冲件,一所述缓冲件对应连接于一所述调节组件;所述缓冲件连接于多个所述调节杆的一端,并位于所述第二锁止件背离所述支撑板的一侧,调节所述第一锁止件和所述第二锁止件于所述连接部的连接位置,改变所述支撑板与所述缓冲件的间距。
本申请还提出一种包装盒,所述包装盒包括盒体和所述缓冲结构,所述包装盒具有与所述安装板相适配的插接槽,所述安装板配合安装于所述插接槽中;
所述缓冲结构包括:
固定架,所述固定架具有至少一安装板和至少一支撑板,所述安装板连接于盒体,所述支撑板设有调节孔;
至少一调节组件,所述调节组件包括至少一调节杆、第一锁止件和第二锁止件,所述调节杆沿其延伸方向穿设于所述调节孔,且具有沿其延伸方向并列设置的多个连接部,所述第一锁止件和所述第二锁止件分别连接于一所述连接部,并对所述支撑板进行夹持;以及
缓冲件,所述缓冲件连接于所述调节杆的端面,并位于所述第二锁止件背离所述支撑板的一侧。
本申请技术方案中,缓冲结构包括固定架、调节组件和缓冲件,固定架具有设置为与盒体相连接的安装板和设置为对缓冲件进行支撑的支撑板,调节件连接支撑板和缓冲件。在对包装盒进行运输或搬运过程中,包装盒内的显示面板能直接接触到缓冲件,该缓冲件能够对显示面板进行一定程度的缓冲,从而减小显示面板受到的撞击力。
支撑板还具有调节孔,调节杆穿过该调节孔,第一锁止件和第二锁止件分别于支撑板的两侧连接于连接部,以对支撑板进行夹持,防止调节杆相对支撑板的运动。通过调整第一锁止件和第二锁止件连接于连接部的不同位置,从而使得缓冲件距离显示面板表面的距离增大或减小,以使缓冲结构能够适设置为对不同的显示面板进行包装,显示面板与包装盒的配合间隙适宜,使得显示面板在包装和运输过程中不易损坏。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅设置为解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本申请提出一种缓冲结构100,不仅可设置为显示面板的包装运输,还可以设置为精密仪器、仪表、贵重器械、家用电器、玻璃和陶瓷制品、工艺品、贵重物品、高档工艺品等的缓冲包装。
在本实施例中,缓冲结构100可选设置为显示面板的包装盒,显示面板的包装盒设置为包装显示面板。显示面板可以为扭曲向列型(Twisted Nematic,TN)面板、广视角(Vertical Alignment,VA)面板、平面转换(In-Pla ne Switching ,IPS)面板、连续焰火状排列(Continuous Pinwheel Alignment,CPA)面板、基于高级超围场转换技术(Advanced Super Dimension Switch,ADSDS)面板等等。
可以理解的,显示面板可以是液晶面板,液晶面板通过覆晶薄膜(Chip On Flex,or,Chip On Film,COF)连接到电路板上,设置为实现信号传输。液晶面板受到外力碰撞或震动时容易破裂导致报废,在其进行运送的过程中特别需要防止其损伤。
请结合参照图1至图6,在本申请实施例中,缓冲结构100应设置为包装盒,包装盒包括盒体200,该缓冲结构100包括:
固定架10,固定架10具有至少一安装板11和至少一支撑板13,安装板11连接于盒体200,支撑板13设有调节孔131;
至少一调节组件30,调节组件30包括至少一调节杆31、至少一第一锁止件33和至少一第二锁止件35,调节杆31沿其延伸方向穿设于调节孔131,且具有与其延伸方向一致的连接部311,第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35分别于支撑板13的两侧连接连接部311,并夹持支撑板13;以及
缓冲件50,缓冲件50连接于调节杆31的端面,并位于第二锁止件35背离支撑板13的一侧,调节第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35于连接部311的连接位置,改变支撑板13与缓冲件50的间距。
本申请技术方案中,缓冲结构100包括固定架10、调节组件30和缓冲件50,固定架10具有设置为与盒体200相连接的安装板11和设置为对缓冲件50进行支撑的支撑板13,调节杆31连接支撑板13和缓冲件50。在对包装盒进行运输或搬运过程中,包装盒内的显示面板能直接接触到缓冲件50,该缓冲件50能够对显示面板进行一定程度的缓冲,从而减小显示面板受到的撞击力。
本申请实施例中,支撑板13还具有调节孔131,调节杆31穿过该调节孔131,第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35分别于支撑板13的两侧连接于连接部311,以对支撑板13进行夹持,防止调节杆31相对支撑板13的运动。通过调整第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35连接于连接部311的不同位置,以调节缓冲件50与支撑板13的间距,从而使得缓冲件50距离显示面板表面的距离增大或减小,以使缓冲结构100能够适设置为对不同的显示面板进行包装,显示面板与包装盒的配合间隙适宜,使得显示面板在包装和运输过程中不易损坏。
固定架10采用丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)、聚乙烯(PE)或聚丙烯(PP)等材料加工成型,当然固定架10包括但不限于ABS、PE、PP等材料,在此不做限定。缓冲件50采用硅胶、泡沫或其他弹性材料制成,在此不做限定。
本申请实施例中,连接部311可以包括连续设置的多个连接位,也可以包括间隔设置的多个连接位。当多个连接位为连续设置时,第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35能够于调节杆31上连续性的调节,从而使支撑板13与缓冲件50的间距能够连续性的调节。当多个连接位为间隔设置时,支撑板13与缓冲件50的间距为几个固定值,并由连接位的个数进行限制。
可选地,结合图5和图6,连接部311包括连续设置的多个连接位,连接部311包括设于调节件外表面的外螺纹,第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35均为具有内螺纹的螺母,内螺纹配合连接外螺纹。
同时调节第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35,以连续改变支撑板13与缓冲件50的间距,从而使显示面板与该缓冲结构100之间的间隙保持在合理范围内,进一步防止显示面板在运输过程中的损坏。
支撑板13具有相对设置的第一表面132和第二表面134,将缓冲结构100安装于盒体200后,并将显示面板匹配放置于盒体200内,支撑板13的第一表面132朝向盒体200的内表面,第二表面134朝向显示面板的表面。第一锁止件33抵持于第一表面132,第二锁止件35位于第二表面134与缓冲件50之间,并抵持于第二表面134。
本申请一实施例中,连接部311包括多个间隔设置的卡接位,第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35均为卡扣,每一卡扣配合卡持于一卡接位。该实施例中,第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35均能与一卡接位配合连接,当需要调整支撑板13与缓冲件50的间距时,将第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35于调节杆31上拆卸下来,再调整调节杆31于调节孔131中的插接程度,保证支撑板13与缓冲件50的间距达到合适范围,再将第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35卡持于相应的卡接位。
可以理解地,该第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35还可以均为夹子的结构,第一锁止件33和第二锁止件35可以夹持于调节杆31的任意部位,也能达到调节支撑板13与缓冲件50的间距的目的,该实施例中调节杆31的外表面即为连续设置的连接部311。
参见图6,缓冲件50包括连接板53和缓冲板51,连接板53连接于调节杆31的端面,缓冲板51连接于连接板53背离调节杆31的表面。该实施例中,连接板53为硬质材料,而缓冲板51为柔性材料,缓冲板51朝向显示面板,以对显示面板的运动进行缓冲;连接板53连接调节杆31,并能将缓冲板51的受力传递至调节杆31,并进一步传递至支撑板13。该实施例中,连接板53与调节杆31可以为一体结构,以便安装操作。板状的缓冲板51和连接板53,能够增大显示面板与缓冲板51的接触面积,从而对显示面撞击到缓冲板51的力进行分散,从而更好的保护显示面板不受到损坏。调节杆31呈柱状设置,调节杆31的横截面可以为圆形,也可以为多边形。
本申请实施例中,缓冲结构100包括多个调节杆31,支撑板13具有多个调节孔131,每一调节杆31的一端均连接于缓冲件50,另一端对应穿设于一调节孔131。
该实施例中,多个调节杆31相间隔设置,多个调节杆31的延伸长度一致,并能同步调节。多个调节杆31能使得调节组件30对缓冲板51的支撑更加均匀和稳定,显示面板作设置为该缓冲结构100的力更加均匀,从而使得缓冲结构100作设置为显示面板的反作用力更加均匀和平稳。
参见图4,多个调节杆31并排设置,连接板53具有尺寸较长的长侧边和尺寸较短的短侧边,多个调节杆31沿长侧边的延伸方向并排设置。该实施例中,连接板53具有相对设置的两长侧边和相对设置的两短侧边,多个调节杆31的排列方向与该长侧边的延伸方向一致,以使得连接板53在其尺寸较大的方向上受到更稳定的支撑。可以理解地,连接板53还可以为梯形、三角形或圆形等其他形状,而多个调节杆31的排列方向与该连接板53的尺寸较大的方向一致,若连接板53各个方向的尺寸一致,例如呈圆形,则调节杆31的排列方向则为经过圆心的任意方向。
进一步地,支撑板13设有限位槽133,调节孔131开设于限位槽133的槽底壁,缓冲件50与限位槽133的尺寸相匹配。
该实施例中,连接板53与支撑板13的距离足够接近时,缓冲件50的运动由该限位槽133进行限位,能使缓冲件50在受到显示面板作用时运动更加平稳,从而显示面板受到的缓冲力更加平缓。
本申请一实施例中,固定结构具有呈夹角设置的两支撑板13,缓冲结构100包括两调节组件30和两缓冲件50,一支撑板13、一调节组件30和一缓冲件50配合安装,且两缓冲件50均朝向盒体200内的显示面板。
该实施例中,缓冲结构100包括呈夹角设置的两支撑板13,每一支撑板13均通过一调节组件30对一相应的缓冲件50进行支撑,两支撑板13呈夹角设置,则两缓冲件50也呈夹角设置,并对盒体200内的显示面板的转角处进行止挡和缓冲。
进一步地,固定架10具有两安装板11,每一安装板11均位于一支撑板13的延长线上,两安装板11也呈夹角设置,安装板11连接于盒体200后,呈夹角设置的两安装板11分别从两个方向限制该缓冲结构100的脱落,使得缓冲结构100与盒体200内连接更稳定。
可选地,两支撑板13相互垂直,且两安装板11相互垂直,该固定结构大致呈十字形结构。
更进一步地,安装板11背离支撑板13的边缘朝侧面弯折延伸。该安装板11的弯折延伸结构能更进一步增加固定架10的结构强度,且弯折部分更进一步防止缓冲结构100的脱落。安装板11包括第一侧板111和第二侧板113,第一侧板111连接一支撑板13,并朝向该支撑板13的延长线方向延伸,第二侧板113连接于第一侧板111背离支撑板13的一侧,且朝向第二侧板113的侧面方向延伸。两安装板11的第二侧板113朝向相背离的方向延伸。
本申请实施例中,该缓冲结构100主要应设置为包装盒的盒体200中的转角位置,设置为防止显示面板的四个角与缓冲结构100发生正面短距离碰撞,从而对显示面板起到更好的保护作用,对调节组件30进行调节,能够保证显示面板与缓冲结构100的间距维持在安全范围。
本申请还提出一种包装盒,包装盒包括盒体200和缓冲结构100,该缓冲结构100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本包装盒采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中,包装盒具有与连接板53相适配的插接槽202,连接板53配合安装于插接槽202中。
参见图4,盒体200的内表面开设有插接槽202,连接板53插接于插接槽202内,支撑板13连接于连接板53并延伸至容纳腔201内,包装盒的内表面还开设有适配槽203,第一锁止件33和部分调节杆31容纳于该适配槽203内,以使得支撑板13的第一表面132能贴合于包装盒的内表面。缓冲件50在受到显示面板的力的作用时,该作用力经调节组件30传递至支撑板13上,进而传递至盒体200,从而对该缓冲结构100进行保护,防止缓冲结构100的损坏。
进一步地,插接槽202包括相连通的第一插接段2021和第二插接段2022,安装板11的第一侧板111插接于第一插接段2021,安装板11的第二侧板113插接于第二插接段2022,该实施例中,每一第二侧板113分别与一相应的支撑板13平行。缓冲结构100安装于盒体200后,缓冲件50上受到的作用力通过调节组件30传递至支撑板13,盒体200的内侧面对支撑板13进行支撑,同时第二插接端的内壁也对第二侧板113起到支撑作用,进一步保证缓冲结构100的受力均匀,避免缓冲结构100受到损坏。

  1. 一种缓冲结构,应用于显示面板的包装盒,所述包装盒包括盒体,其中,所述缓冲结构包括:
    固定架,所述固定架具有至少一安装板和至少一支撑板,所述安装板连接于盒体,所述支撑板设有调节孔;
    至少一调节组件,所述调节组件包括至少一调节杆、至少一第一锁止件和至少一第二锁止件,所述调节杆沿其延伸方向穿设于所述调节孔,且具有与其延伸方向一致的连接部,所述第一锁止件和所述第二锁止件分别于所述支撑板的两侧连接所述连接部,并夹持所述支撑板;以及
    缓冲件,所述缓冲件连接于所述调节杆的端面,并位于所述第二锁止件背离所述支撑板的一侧,调节所述第一锁止件和所述第二锁止件于所述连接部的连接位置,改变所述支撑板与所述缓冲件的间距。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的缓冲结构,其中,所述连接部包括连续设置的多个连接位。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的缓冲结构,其中,所述连接部包括设于所述调节件外侧的外螺纹,所述第一锁止件和第二锁止件均为具有内螺纹的螺母,所述内螺纹配合连接所述外螺纹。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的缓冲结构,其中,所述连接部包括多个间隔设置的卡接位,所述第一锁止件和第二锁止件均为卡扣,每一所述卡扣配合卡持于一所述卡接位。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的缓冲结构,其中,所述缓冲件包括连接板和缓冲板,所述连接板连接于所述调节杆的端面,所述缓冲板连接于所述连接板背离所述调节杆的表面。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的缓冲结构,其中,所述连接板和所述缓冲板为一体结构。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的缓冲结构,其中,所述缓冲结构包括多个调节杆,所述支撑板具有多个调节孔,每一所述调节杆的一端均连接于所述缓冲件,另一端对应穿设于一所述调节孔。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的缓冲结构,其中,多个调节杆并排设置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的缓冲结构,其中,所述支撑板上设有限位槽,所述调节孔开设于所述限位槽的槽底壁,所述缓冲件与所述限位槽的尺寸相匹配。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的缓冲结构,其中,所述固定结构具有呈夹角设置的两所述支撑板,所述缓冲结构包括两所述调节组件和两所述缓冲件,一所述支撑板、一所述调节组件和一所述缓冲件配合安装,且两所述缓冲件均朝向所述盒体内的显示面板。
  11. 如权利要求10中所述的缓冲结构,其中,所述固定结构具有两所述安装板,每一所述安装板均位于一所述支撑板的延长线上。
  12. 如权利要求11中所述的缓冲结构,其中,所述安装板背离所述支撑板的边缘朝侧面弯折延伸。
  13. 如权利要求11中所述的缓冲结构,其中,两所述支撑板相互垂直。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的缓冲结构,其中,所述缓冲件为柔性材质。
  15. 一种缓冲结构,应用于显示面板的包装盒,所述包装盒包括盒体,其中,所述缓冲结构包括:
    固定架,所述固定架具有两安装板和两支撑板,两所述安装板相互垂直,且分别位于一所述支撑板的延长线上;两所述安装板连接于盒体,每一所述支撑板设有多个调节孔;
    两调节组件,一调节组件对应连接于一所述支撑板;所述调节组件包括多个调节杆、多个第一锁止件和多个第二锁止件,每一所述调节杆均沿其延伸方向穿设于一所述调节孔,且每一所述调节杆均包括与其延伸方向一致的外螺纹,所述第一锁止件和所述第二锁止件均具有内螺纹,一所述第一锁止件和一所述第二锁止件分别于所述支撑板的两侧螺纹连接于一所述调节杆,并夹持所述支撑板;以及
    两缓冲件,一所述缓冲件对应连接于一所述调节组件;所述缓冲件连接于多个所述调节杆的一端,并位于所述第二锁止件背离所述支撑板的一侧,调节所述第一锁止件和所述第二锁止件于所述连接部的连接位置,改变所述支撑板与所述缓冲件的间距。
  16. 一种包装盒,其中,所述包装盒包括盒体和缓冲结构,所述缓冲结构包括:
    固定架,所述固定架具有至少一安装板和至少一支撑板,所述安装板连接于盒体,所述支撑板设有调节孔;
    至少一调节组件,所述调节组件包括至少一调节杆、至少一第一锁止件和至少一第二锁止件,所述调节杆沿其延伸方向穿设于所述调节孔,且具有与其延伸方向一致的连接部,所述第一锁止件和所述第二锁止件分别于所述支撑板的两侧连接所述连接部,并夹持所述支撑板;以及
    缓冲件,所述缓冲件连接于所述调节杆的端面,并位于所述第二锁止件背离所述支撑板的一侧,调节所述第一锁止件和所述第二锁止件于所述连接部的连接位置,改变所述支撑板与所述缓冲件的间距;
    所述包装盒具有与所述安装板相适配的插接槽,所述安装板配合安装于所述插接槽中。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的包装盒,其中,所述连接部包括连续设置的多个连接位。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的包装盒,其中,所述连接部包括设于所述调节件外侧的外螺纹,所述第一锁止件和第二锁止件均为具有内螺纹的螺母,所述内螺纹配合连接所述外螺纹。

  20. 如权利要求19所述的包装盒,其中,所述固定结构具有两所述安装板,每一所述安装板均位于一所述支撑板的延长线上。
