技术领域
本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种轨道列车及电气柜的消防装置、消防方法。
背景技术
电气柜作为轨道列车重要组成部分,因其内部设备复杂重要,其空间狭小,火灾一旦发生,如果不及时制止,后果不堪设想。现有技术中,电气柜内部仅设置有烟温复合探测器,当烟温复合探测器探测到有火灾时会报警,工作人员听到报警并确认有火灾时,再取出灭火器对电气柜中的火灾进行灭火。但现有技术中容易出现不能快速灭火的情况,不能保障乘客的生命和财产安全。
综上所述,如何有效地提高灭火速度,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种电气柜的消防装置,该电气柜的消防装置的结构设计可以有效地提高灭火速度,本发明的第二个目的是提供一种应用上述电气柜的消防装置的消防方法以及一种包括上述电气柜的消防装置的轨道列车。

其中,上述药剂可以为全氟乙基异丙基酮灭火剂、水、干粉灭火剂、二氧化碳灭火剂等等,在此不作限定。
上述电气柜的消防装置还可以包括压力罐,该压力罐用于给药剂罐5加压,以通过高压作用使药剂罐5中的药剂从喷头4喷出。当需要灭火时,直接开启压力罐,使药剂罐5中产生高压,进而药剂从喷头4喷出即可。
为了进一步确认是否产生火灾,上述电气柜的消防装置还包括设置在电气柜本体1内部的火焰探测器2,火焰探测器2能够检测出电气柜本体1内部的火焰状态。
优选地,烟温复合探测器3和火焰探测器2均设置在电气柜本体1的顶部。由于发生火灾时,火焰和烟雾均朝电气柜本体1的顶部移动,因此可以将烟温复合探测器3和火焰探测器2均设置在电气柜本体1的顶部,能够更加快速的检测到是否发生火灾。

进一步地,电气柜本体1内部设置有第一列喷头和第二列喷头,第一列喷头和第二列喷头均包括多个由上至下排布的多个喷头4。如此,两列喷头4同时喷射药剂,能够快速的使电气柜本体1内部充满灭火剂。
进一步地,第一列喷头中最上侧的喷头4和第二列喷头中最上侧的喷头4均位于电气柜本体1的顶部。第一列喷头的其余喷头和第二列喷头的其余喷头相错设置,第一列喷头的其余喷头和第二列喷头的其余喷头分别设置在电气柜本体1相对的两个侧壁上,如此更便于药剂均匀的充满电气柜本体1内部。
优选地,第一列喷头包括两个喷头4,其中一个喷头4设置在电气柜本体1的顶部,另一个喷头4设置在电气柜本体1的侧壁上。第二列喷头包括三个喷头4,其中一个喷头4设置在电气柜本体1的顶部,另外两个喷头4设置在电气柜本体1的侧壁上。
上述实施例中共设置五个喷头4,并且五个喷头1.5kg药剂10s内喷完,3s内灭火药剂弥散到整个空间,4-6s灭火。
当然,喷头4还可以以其它排布方式设置,在此不作限定。
为了进一步提高灭火速度,上述电气柜的消防装置还包括控制器和报警器,烟温复合探测器3和火焰探测器2的信号输出端均与控制器的信号输入端通信连接,控制器的信号输出端与报警器的信号输入端通信连接。
控制器用于在烟温复合探测器3检测到的烟雾浓度达到第一设定值、烟温复合探测器3检测到的电气柜本体1内部温度达到第二设定值且火焰探测器2检测到的火焰状态达到设定状态时,控制喷出药剂并控制报警器报警。即当电气柜本体1内部的烟雾浓度达到第一设定值、温度达到第二设定值且火焰状态达到设定状态时,说明火灾发生,此时控制器控制喷头4喷出药剂进行自动灭火,同时控制器控制报警器进行报警,以通知工作人员,进行后续处理。本实施例中,当发生火灾时不必由工作人员启动喷头4便可实现自动灭火,保证了灭火的及时,保障乘客的生命和财产安全。
另外,上述控制器还用于在烟温复合探测器3检测的烟雾浓度达到第一设定值、电气柜本体1内部温度达到第二设定值或火焰探测器2检测到的火焰状态达到设定状态时,控制报警器报警。当电气柜本体1内部的烟雾浓度达到第一设定值、温度达到第二设定值和火焰状态达到设定状态三种情况中的任意一种或任意两种情况发生时,不确定是否发生火灾,此时只需控制器控制报警器报警,由工作人员检测是否发生火灾即可。
上述报警器可以为蜂鸣器,在此不作具体限定。
为了实现实时检测,上述控制器还与轨道列车的主控制器通信连接,控制器将烟温复合探测器3检测到的烟雾浓度、电气柜本体1内部温度以及火焰探测器2检测到的火焰状态发送给轨道列车的主控制器。轨道列车的主控制器将上述烟雾浓度信息、温度信息和火焰状态信息显示给司机或工作人员,司机或工作人员根据烟温复合探测器3检测到的烟雾浓度、电气柜本体1内部温度以及火焰探测器2检测到的火焰状态判断是否发生火灾,若发生火灾则启动该消防装置即可。
具体地,可以设置启动按钮,当按压启动按钮后,喷头4开设喷射药剂。
本发明还提供了一种应用如上述的电气柜的消防装置的消防方法,包括步骤:
判断是否烟温复合探测器3检测到的烟雾浓度达到第一设定值、电气柜本体1内部温度达到第二设定值且火焰探测器2检测到的火焰状态达到设定状态,若是则控制喷头4喷出灭火药剂。
即当电气柜本体1内部的烟雾浓度达到第一设定值、温度达到第二设定值且火焰状态达到设定状态时,说明火灾发生,此时控制器控制喷头4喷出药剂进行自动灭火,同时控制器控制报警器进行报警,以通知工作人员,进行后续处理。
进一步地,上述电气柜的消防方法还包括步骤:
将烟温复合探测器3检测的烟雾浓度、电气柜本体1内部温度以及所述火焰探测器2检测到的火焰状态发送给轨道列车的主控制器。轨道列车的主控制器将上述烟雾浓度信息、温度信息和火焰状态信息显示给司机或工作人员,司机或工作人员根据烟温复合探测器3检测到的烟雾浓度、电气柜本体1内部温度以及火焰探测器2检测到的火焰状态判断是否发生火灾,若发生火灾则启动该消防装置即可。
基于上述实施例中提供的电气柜的消防装置,本发明还提供了一种轨道列车,该轨道列车包括上述实施例中任意一种电气柜的消防装置。由于该轨道列车采用了上述实施例中的电气柜的消防装置,所以该轨道列车有益效果请参考上述实施例。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电气柜的消防装置,其特征在于,包括:
    电气柜本体(1)和设置在所述电气柜本体(1)内部的烟温复合探测器(3);
    设置在所述电气柜本体(1)内部的喷头(4);
    与所述喷头(4)通过管路连通的药剂罐(5),所述药剂罐(5)用于存储喷出后能够灭火的药剂。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电气柜的消防装置,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述电气柜本体(1)内部的火焰探测器(2),且所述烟温复合探测器(3)和火焰探测器(2)均设置在所述电气柜本体(1)的顶部。
  3. 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的电气柜的消防装置,其特征在于,所述电气柜本体(1)内部设置有第一列喷头和第二列喷头,所述第一列喷头和第二列喷头均包括多个由上至下排布的多个喷头(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电气柜的消防装置,其特征在于,所述第一列喷头中最上侧的喷头(4)和第二列喷头中最上侧的喷头(4)均位于所述电气柜本体(1)的顶部;
    所述第一列喷头的其余喷头和第二列喷头的其余喷头相错设置且分别设置在所述电气柜本体(1)相对的两个侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电气柜的消防装置,其特征在于,还包括控制器和报警器,所述烟温复合探测器(3)和火焰探测器(2)的信号输出端均与所述控制器的信号输入端通信连接,所述控制器的信号输出端与所述报警器的信号输入端通信连接;
    所述控制器用于在所述烟温复合探测器(3)检测的烟雾浓度达到第一设定值、电气柜本体(1)内部温度达到第二设定值且所述火焰探测器(2)检测到的火焰状态达到设定状态时控制喷头(4)喷出药剂并控制报警器报警。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电气柜的消防装置,其特征在于,所述控制器用于在所述烟温复合探测器(3)检测的烟雾浓度达到第一设定值、电气柜本体(1)内部温度达到第二设定值或所述火焰探测器(2)检测到的火焰状态达到设定状态时控制报警器报警。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电气柜的消防装置,其特征在于,所述控制器还与轨道列车的主控制器通信连接,所述控制器将所述烟温复合探测器(3)检测的烟雾浓度、电气柜本体(1)内部温度以及所述火焰探测器(2)检测到的火焰状态发送给所述轨道列车的主控制器。
  8. 一种应用如权利要求2-7中任一项所述电气柜的消防装置的消防方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    判断是否所述烟温复合探测器(3)检测到的烟雾浓度达到第一设定值、电气柜本体(1)内部温度达到第二设定值且所述火焰探测器(2)检测到的火焰状态达到设定状态,若是则控制喷头(4)喷出灭火药剂。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述电气柜的消防方法,其特征在于,还包括步骤:
    将所述烟温复合探测器(3)检测的烟雾浓度、电气柜本体(1)内部温度以及所述火焰探测器(2)检测到的火焰状态发送给轨道列车的主控制器。
  10. 一种轨道列车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的电气柜的消防装置。
