본 발명은 구조용 등의 소재로서 적합하게 사용할 수 있는 강재에 관한 것으로, 대입열 용접을 행하더라도 용접열영향부의 강도 및 인성이 우수한 강재 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
