L'invention concerne un dispositif d'introduction et d'agencement de produits alimentaires solides comprenant un transporteur entraîné par moteur (6) destiné à accumuler et à transporter les produits alimentaires solides (1); une unité (8) destinée au transit régulé des produits alimentaires solides (1) équipée de deux courroies (9) permettant une préhension et une retenue bilatérales des produits alimentaires solides (1) et mobiles à une vitesse qui peut être modifiée; des moyens (11) destinés à espacer des produits alimentaires solides (1), positionnés sur une extrémité sortie du passage défini par les deux courroies (9), et conçus pour espacer un à un les produits alimentaires solides (1) des produits alimentaires solides restants en transit le long du passage, de sorte que les produits alimentaires solides espacés (1) soient introduits dans un appareil d'emballage (4); une unité de commande (12) reliée aux deux courroies (9) et apte à modifier la vitesse d'introduction des deux courroies (9); l'unité de commande (12) comprenant un premier capteur de mesure de position (13) positionné le long du passage et apte à mesurer la position de chaque produit alimentaire solide (1) qui circule le long du passage, et un second capteur de mesure de position (14) positionné à proximité du moyen d'espacement (11) et apte à mesurer la position du produit alimentaire solide (1) quittant le passage, l'unité de commande (12) étant conçue pour modifier la vitesse d'introduction des deux courroies (9) de manière à garder synchronisée la position des produits alimentaires solides (1) arrivant au niveau des moyens d'espacement (11) à l'aide d'une étape de capture fonctionnelle de l'appareil d'emballage (4) actionnée par une loi de mouvement préétablie.
