Description

电子烟 技术领域
本实用新型实施例涉及烟具领域,尤其涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种模仿卷烟的电子产品,有着与卷烟一样的外观、烟雾、味道和感觉。它是通过雾化等手段,将含有尼古丁等的雾化液变成蒸汽后,让用户吸食的一种产品。由于电子烟便携性好,不会产生明火,且环保的特点,电子烟受到很多吸烟人士的青睐。
现有的电子烟一般包括雾化套、底座、雾化芯和导气管,底座、雾化芯和导气管均收容于雾化套内,底座位于雾化套的下端,该雾化芯的下端固定于底座上,雾化芯的上端和导气管连接,导气管的上端和雾化套上的出气孔相连通,雾化套的内壁与导气管的外壁及雾化芯的外壁界定形成存储雾化液的储液腔,雾化芯中的雾化通道中生产的气溶胶经由导气管、出气孔排出到电子烟外。
上述电子烟的雾化液存储于雾化套和导气管之间的环形储油腔内,对于雾化套的外形尺寸一定的情况下,收容于雾化套内的导气管缩小了雾化套内储液腔的容积,因此,为了增大雾化套内的储液腔的容积,常常采取将连接雾化通道和出气孔的出气通道置于雾化套外的结构设计,然而,对于如何将收容于雾化套内的雾化芯中的雾化通道中生产的气溶胶排出到雾化套外的出气通道中,是一个亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中的收容于雾化套的雾化芯中的雾化套通道中生产的气溶胶排出到雾化套外的问题,本实用新型提供了一种电子烟,包括:
外壳;
雾化套,收容于所述外壳内部,在该外壳与雾化套之间界定形成有 出气通道;
一延伸部,该延伸部自所述雾化套的壁向内侧延伸以将该雾化套分隔成用于存储雾化液的第一筒体以及第二筒体,并且该延伸部未完全阻隔第一筒体和第二筒体以使二者为连通状态;
雾化芯,设置于第二筒体内,所述雾化芯中形成有雾化通道,所述雾化芯用于雾化所述雾化液生成气溶胶并释放至该雾化通道内;
其中,所述延伸部的内部为中空结构并形成一贯穿所述雾化套的壁的气流路径,该气流路径用于连通所述雾化通道和出气通道。
可选地,所述延伸部垂直于所述雾化套的纵长方向延伸而成,所述第一筒体内形成所述储液腔,所述第二筒体内形成有缓存腔,所述延伸部上开设有连通所述储液腔和所述缓存腔的连通孔。
可选地,所述第一筒体包括有两个分隔壁,该两个分隔壁与外壳间隔形成两个出气通道,所述两个出气通道分别位于所述储液腔的相对两侧,该两个出气通道分别与所述气流路径连通。
可选地,所述电子烟还包括底座,所述底座收容且固定于所述第二筒体内,自所述延伸部朝所述底座延伸有固定筒,在所述雾化套的纵长方向上,所述固定筒和所述底座之间具有间隙,所述雾化芯的一端收容于所述固定筒内,所述雾化芯的相对另一端收容于所述底座中,所述缓存腔中的雾化液从所述间隙进入所述雾化芯的雾化通道中被雾化。
可选地,所述连通孔设置有两个,所述两个连通孔分别位于所述气流路径的相对两侧。
可选地,所述电子烟还包括吸嘴组件,所述吸嘴组件设置于所述雾化套的一端,使得所述储液腔被密封,所述吸嘴组件上开设有和所述出气通道相连通的出气口。
可选地,所述吸嘴组件包括吸嘴,所述吸嘴具有主体和自所述主体朝所述延伸部延伸的连接片,所述连接片的末端设置有第一卡凸,所述雾化套上设置有和所述第一卡凸相互卡合的第二卡凸,使得所述吸嘴和所述雾化套之间形成不可拆卸的卡合固定。
可选地,所述吸嘴组件还包括密封件,自所述主体朝所述延伸部延 伸有密封筒,所述密封筒收容于所述储液腔中,所述密封件套设在所述密封筒外。
可选地,所述密封件上设置有连通口,所述密封筒的筒壁上设置有排气孔,所述连通口、所述排气孔相连通。
可选地,所述外壳呈中空状,所述外壳的周壁上设置有至少一视窗,所述雾化套由透明材料制得,经由所述视窗可视所述雾化套内的雾化液的剩余量。
与现有技术相比,本申请中通过在雾化套内部设置一延伸部,所述延伸部的内部为中空结构并形成一贯穿所述雾化套的壁的气流路径,该气流路径用于连通所述雾化芯中的雾化通道和雾化套外的出气通道,实现了雾化套内产生的气溶胶排出到雾化套外的出气通道中的技术方案,实现了出气通道设置于雾化套外的设计,提高了雾化套内的储液腔的容积,提高了电子烟的储液量。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本实用新型,下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本实用新型进行更详细的说明。需要说明的是,当元件被表述“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。当一个元件被表述“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。本说明书所使用的术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本说明书所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本实用新型的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本说明书中在本实用新型的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是用于限制本实用新型。本说明书所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
本实用新型所揭露的雾化液可以为烟油、液态的药物成分或其它加热易挥发的芳香成分类物质。
如图1所示,为本实施方式所提供的电子烟100,该电子烟100主 要包括外壳1、雾化套2、底座3、雾化芯4、支撑座5、吸嘴组件6、电池组件7、控制组件8和灯罩9。
如图1和图2所示,外壳1呈纵长型的中空圆筒状结构,即外壳1的长度远远大于外壳1的直径。该外壳1的周壁上设置有至少一视窗10,在本实施方式中,外壳1上总共设置有六个视窗10,该六个视窗10分为两组,每一组有三个视窗10,该三个视窗10的中心线与外壳1的纵长方向平行,即在外壳1的长度方向上,该三个视窗10等间距的设于外壳1上,两组视窗10处于同一高度。
如图1、图3和图4所示,雾化套2收容且固定于外壳1中,雾化套2的长度小于外壳1的长度,雾化套2的上沿和外壳1的上沿基本平齐,雾化套2的外壁与外壳1的内壁相贴合固定。
所述雾化套2由透明、且耐高温的塑胶材料制得,譬如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PCTG)材料制得。PCTG是一种非晶型共聚酯,PCTG常用的共聚单体为1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM),全称为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯。它是由对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)和1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)三种单体用酯交换法缩聚的产物,与PET比较多了1,4-环己烷二甲醇共聚单体,与PCT比多了乙二醇共聚单体。
雾化套2大体上呈纵长的圆筒状,一延伸部22自所述雾化套2的内壁向内侧延伸以将该雾化套2分隔成第一筒体21和第二筒体23,并且该延伸部22未完全阻隔第一筒体21和第二筒体23以使二者为连通状态。
第一筒体21内设置有两个分隔壁211,该两个分隔壁211平行且正对设置,两个分隔壁211和第一筒体21合围形成储液腔20。分隔壁211的外侧为出气通道212,即储液腔20的相对两侧分别设置有两个出气通道212,该出气通道212由第一筒体21、分隔壁211和外壳1合围形成。分隔壁211的上沿低于第一筒体21的上沿,第一筒体21位于分隔壁211的上方处设置有缺口,缺口的上沿的内壁向第一筒体21的中心延伸设置有第二卡凸213。
延伸部22位于第一筒体21的下方,延伸部22沿第一筒体21的径向延伸,该延伸部22的前后两侧分别与第一筒体21内壁之间分别形成有连通孔220,即延伸部22上设置有两个连通孔220。自延伸部22向远离第一筒体21的方向延伸有固定筒221,即自延伸部22向下延伸形成有固定筒221,延伸部22上对应固定筒221的位置开设有开口222。固定筒221体的上方沿雾化套2的径向开设有气流路径223,该气流路径223连通左右两侧的出气通道212,气流路径223位于前后两侧的连通孔220之间,即两个连通孔220分别位于气流路径223的相对两侧。
第二筒体23自延伸部22向远离第一筒体21的方向延伸而成,即第二筒体23自延伸部22向下延伸而成,第二筒体23的长度小于第一筒体21的长度,固定筒221收容于第二筒体23内,该第二筒体23内形成缓存腔230,延伸部22上的连通孔220连通储液腔20和缓存腔230,由于缓存腔230位于储液腔20的下方,故储液腔20中存储的雾化液会因重力作用经由连通孔220而进入到缓存腔230中,使得雾化液暂存在缓存腔230中。
底座3收容且固定于第二筒体23内,底座3由硅胶材料制得,底座3的外壁和第二筒体23的内壁紧密贴合固定,用于密封缓存腔230,底座3上设置有容置腔和贯穿底座3的上下侧的进气通道30。在雾化套2的纵长方向上,底座3和固定筒221之间具有间隙31。
雾化芯4包括多孔体41和发热体42,多孔体41用于将储液腔20中的雾化液吸取并暂时存储于其中,即多孔体41的作用是导液。发热体42通电后加热存储于多孔体41中的雾化液,从而产生可供用户直接抽吸的气溶胶。多孔体41为中空筒状结构,在本实施例中,多孔体41由多孔陶瓷制得,可以理解的是,制得多孔体41的材料还可以是发泡金属、多孔玻璃或硬质玻纤管。发热体42一体成型于多孔体41的内腔中,发热体42由导电金属材料制得,制得发热体42的材料可以是镍、镍铁合金、铁铬铝合金、镍铬合金、不锈钢或钛合金等。
该多孔体41的上端收容且固定于固定筒221中,多孔体41的下端收容且固定于底座3中,缓存腔230中的雾化液经由固定筒221和底座 3之间的间隙31而从多孔体41的外侧渗透到多孔体41的内侧,并被发热体42所加热雾化,从而在雾化通道40内形成可供用户直接抽吸的气溶胶。
支撑座5用于支撑底座3,支撑座5包括座体51和自座体51向上延伸的周壁52,座体51的上端面和底座3的下端面相抵接,座体51的中心设置有贯穿座体51的上下两侧的进气孔,该进气孔和底座3中的进气通道30相连通,周壁52环绕第二筒体23的外围,该支撑座5由具有一定强度的塑胶材料制得,譬如由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)材料制得。
如图1、图5和图6所示,吸嘴组件6包括吸嘴61和密封件62,吸嘴61包括主体611,该主体611的下端面和外壳1的上端面相抵接。自主体611的中心向下延伸有连接柱612,自连接柱612的下方延伸有密封筒613,该密封筒613上设置有两个排气孔6130,该两个排气孔6130分别位于密封筒613的相对两侧。密封筒613和连接柱612的相接处的外侧设置有抵接壁614,该抵接壁614和分隔壁211的上端面相抵接。
自主体611向下延伸有两个连接片615,该两个连接片615分别位于连接柱612的相对两侧,且该连接片615具有一定的弹性和韧性。每一连接片615的末端向远离连接柱612的方向延伸有第一卡凸616,该第一卡凸616和第二卡凸213相互卡合,使得吸嘴61和雾化套2组件形成不可拆卸的连接。
主体611上开设有贯穿主体611的上下两侧的出气口610,该出气口610和出气通道212相连通。
密封件62由硅胶材料制得,具有良好的弹性和延展性,密封件62受到挤压是会产生弹性变形。密封件62包括底壁621和自底壁621向上延伸的筒壁622,密封件62的底壁621上设置有连通口6210,筒壁622套设在密封筒613外,密封筒613收容于储液腔20中,密封件62用以密封该密封筒613和分隔壁211和第一筒体21之间的间隙31,连通口6210连通储液腔20和排气孔6130。
在吸嘴组件6未组装在雾化套2时,密封件62的筒壁622和密封 筒613之间具有一定的间隙31,当吸嘴组件6从远离雾化套2的一方逐渐插入雾化套2的过程中,储液腔20中的残留的空气会经由密封件62上的连通孔220、密封筒613上的排气孔6130、密封件62的筒壁622和密封筒613之间的间隙31而排到储液腔20外,避免了储液腔20中的残留过多空气被压缩后对吸嘴组件6产生一个向上的力,而导致吸嘴61被储液腔20中残留的空气所冲开的情形。
当吸嘴组件6完全装入雾化套2中后,密封件62的筒壁622位于分隔壁211和密封筒613之间被挤压而延展变形,从而充盈密封筒613与分隔壁211之间的间隙31,筒壁622位于第一筒体21和密封筒613之间的部分也被挤压而延展变形,从而充盈密封筒613和第一筒体21之间的间隙31,避免了储液腔20中的雾化液从上方渗漏。
电池组件7收容且固定于外壳1中,电池组件7的外壁和外壳1的内壁之间具有缝隙,使得外部空气可以从该缝隙中进入支撑座5的进气孔中。电池组件7位于支撑座5的下方,电池组件7为主要为发热体42提供电能,使得发热体42通电后产生热量,从而加热多孔体41从固定筒221和底座3的间隙31中吸取的雾化液。
控制组件8收容且固定于灯罩9中,灯罩9位于外壳1的下端,控制组件8用于控制发热体42和电池组件7之间的连通或中断,在本实施方式中,该控制组件8可以为咪头,由于咪头工作原理是本领域的常识,即咪头通过用户在吸嘴61处抽吸动作控制发热体42通电发热是本领域的现有技术,故在此不再赘述。
所述灯罩9和所述外壳1之间具有缝隙,当用户在吸嘴61处产生抽吸动作时,咪头控制发热体42通电发热,外界空气依次经由外壳1与灯罩9之间的缝隙、外壳1与电池组件7之间的缝隙、支撑座5上的进气孔、底座3上的进气通道30而进入到雾化通道40中,并携带雾化通道40中产生的气溶胶经由延伸部22上的开口222进入气流路径223中,随后分别从气流路径223分流而进入雾化套2的左右两侧的出气通道212中,最后经由出气口610而进入用户的口腔或鼻腔中,使得用户获得刺激或满足感。
本申请中通过在雾化套2内部设置一延伸部22,所述延伸部22的内部为中空结构并形成一贯穿所述雾化套2的壁的气流路径223,该气流路径223用于连通所述雾化芯4中的雾化通道40和雾化套外的出气通道212,实现了雾化套2内产生的气溶胶排出到雾化套2外的出气通道212中的技术方案,实现了出气通道212设置于雾化套2外的设计,提高了雾化套2内的储液腔20的容积,提高了电子烟100的储液量。在本申请中,雾化芯4的一端固定于底座3上,雾化芯4的另一端固定于固定筒221内,储液腔20中的雾化液从固定筒221和底座3之间的间隙31进入雾化芯4的雾化通道40中被雾化,形成可供直接抽吸的气溶胶,使得本申请中的电子烟100的雾化芯4外无须设置外套管,降低了电子烟100的生产成本,提高了电子烟100的市场竞争力。
需要说明的是,本实用新型的说明书及其附图中给出了本实用新型的较佳的实施例,但是,本实用新型可以通过许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本说明书所描述的实施例,这些实施例不作为对本实用新型内容的额外限制,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本实用新型的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。并且,上述各技术特征继续相互组合,形成未在上面列举的各种实施例,均视为本实用新型说明书记载的范围;进一步地,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳;
    雾化套,收容于所述外壳内部,在该外壳与雾化套之间界定形成有出气通道;
    一延伸部,该延伸部自所述雾化套的壁向内侧延伸以将该雾化套分隔成用于存储雾化液的第一筒体以及第二筒体,并且该延伸部未完全阻隔第一筒体和第二筒体以使二者为连通状态;
    雾化芯,设置于第二筒体内,所述雾化芯中形成有雾化通道,所述雾化芯用于雾化所述雾化液生成气溶胶并释放至该雾化通道内;
    其中,所述延伸部的内部为中空结构并形成一贯穿所述雾化套的壁的气流路径,该气流路径用于连通所述雾化通道和出气通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述延伸部垂直于所述雾化套的纵长方向延伸而成,所述第一筒体内形成所述储液腔,所述第二筒体内形成有缓存腔,所述延伸部上开设有连通所述储液腔和所述缓存腔的连通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一筒体包括有两个分隔壁,该两个分隔壁与外壳间隔形成两个出气通道,所述两个出气通道分别位于所述储液腔的相对两侧,该两个出气通道分别与所述气流路径连通。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括底座,所述底座收容且固定于所述第二筒体内,自所述延伸部朝所述底座延伸有固定筒,在所述雾化套的纵长方向上,所述固定筒和所述底座之间具有间隙,所述雾化芯的一端收容于所述固定筒内,所述雾化芯的相对另一端收容于所述底座中,所述缓存腔中的雾化液从所述间隙进入所述雾化芯的雾化通道中被雾化。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述连通孔设置有两个,所述两个连通孔分别位于所述气流路径的相对两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟还包括吸嘴组件,所述吸嘴组件设置于所述雾化套的一端,使得所述储液腔被密封,所 述吸嘴组件上开设有和所述出气通道相连通的出气口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件包括吸嘴,所述吸嘴具有主体和自所述主体朝所述延伸部延伸的连接片,所述连接片的末端设置有第一卡凸,所述雾化套上设置有和所述第一卡凸相互卡合的第二卡凸,使得所述吸嘴和所述雾化套之间形成不可拆卸的卡合固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴组件还包括密封件,自所述主体朝所述延伸部延伸有密封筒,所述密封筒收容于所述储液腔中,所述密封件套设在所述密封筒外。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封件上设置有连通口,所述密封筒的筒壁上设置有排气孔,所述连通口、所述排气孔相连通。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外壳呈中空状,所述外壳的周壁上设置有至少一视窗,所述雾化套由透明材料制得,经由所述视窗可视所述雾化套内的雾化液的剩余量。
