鉴于目前滤芯存在的上述不足,本申请提供一种滤芯,能够在保证好的过滤效果的同时减小滤芯的体积。
为达到上述目的,本申请的实施例采用如下技术方案:

优选的,所述隔板设有向滤料延伸的自由端,所述自由端和壳体形成渗水通道。所述隔板与壳体连接处使水流无法通过,向滤料延伸的自由端与壳体之间的距离形成渗水通道,通过设置一块隔板,或者在相对的两个面上交替设置隔板,即可使水流形成弯曲的形状,例如,U形、S形、W形、或者U形、S形和W形进行任意组合的形状。
优选的,所述隔板与壳体连接且所述隔板上设有渗水口。所述隔板的边缘与壳体连接,阻止水流通过,设置在壳体上的渗水口形成水流的通道,渗水口的位置可以根据水流通道的形状进行设计,使水流通道呈现出曲线形状。
优选的,所述隔板设置为闭合形状或者平板状;更优选的,所述闭合形状为圆环状,椭圆环状、多边形闭合形状或者不规则的闭合形状中的一种,隔板的具体形状可以根据水流通道的弯曲形状以及进水口和出水口的位置进行选择,例如,进水口和出水口分别设置在滤芯的中心和边缘,水流通道呈U形,可以选择闭合形状的隔板;进水口和出水口设置在滤芯相对的侧壁上,水流通道呈W形,可以选择平板状的隔板。
本申请进一步的目地在于提供一种过滤水壶,所述过滤水壶包括如上所述的滤芯。所述过滤水壶一般包括过滤前的储水部分和过滤后的储水部分,所述滤芯设置在过滤前的储水部分和过滤后的储水部分连接处。
本申请实施的优点:本申请提供了一种滤芯,所述滤芯包括壳体和设置在壳体内部的滤料,所述壳体上设有进水口和出水口,所述滤芯内部还设有至少一块隔板,所述隔板使所述进水口和所述出水口之间的水流通道的长度大于所述进水口和所述出水口之间的直线距离, 通过上述技术方案,能够在保证好的过滤效果的同时减小滤芯的体积,进而使过滤水壶和净水器的造型设计不受滤芯体积过大的限制,此外,通过控制出水口与进水口之间的高度差,可以使滤芯具有蓄水功能,在长时间不使用滤芯时,仍使滤芯内的滤料具有较好的活性,本申请还提供了一种使用了上述滤芯的过滤水壶。

实施例1
如图1和图2所示,一种滤芯,所述滤芯包括杯型壳体1和设置在壳体1内部的滤料,所述壳体1的顶部设有进水口2,所述壳体1的侧壁中上部设有出水口3,所述滤芯内部还设有闭合形状的隔板4,所述隔板4包括弧线段41和竖直段42,所述弧线段41的上端与壳体1的上表面固定连接,所述弧线段41的下端与所述竖直段42的上端连接,所述竖直段42的下端为自由端,所述隔板4与壳体1上表面的进水口2配合形成漏斗状的进水通道,所述水流从进水口2至出水口3的水流通道整体呈U形。
实施例2
如图3和图4所示,一种滤芯,所述滤芯包括杯型壳体1和设置在壳体1内部的滤料,所述壳体1内部设有闭合形状的隔板4,所述隔板4竖直设置且隔板4上端与壳体1顶端固定连接,下端为自由端,所述进水口2位于壳体1顶端与隔板4连接处的外缘部分,所述壳体1中心轴线处设有从底部向上延伸的出水口3,所述出水口3略低于进水口2的最低点,所述出水口3和滤料之间设有过滤棉,防止滤料从出水口3中流出,所述隔板4与壳体1上表面的进水口2配合形成闭合形状的进水通道,所述水流从进水口2至出水口3的水流通道整体呈U形。
实施例3
如图5和图6所示,一种滤芯,所述滤芯包括椭圆形壳体1和设置在壳体1内部的滤料,所述壳体1包括下部盒体13和上部的盖体,所述盖体包括栅栏盖板11和设置在栅栏盖板11下部的密封盖板12,所述栅栏盖板11和密封盖板12均为中间高边缘地的弧面形状,所述 密封盖板12与盒体13密封连接且密封盖板12的一侧设有进水口2,所述栅栏盖板11上的通孔可以让水自由通过,所述盒体13的下表面与进水口2相对的一侧设有出水口3,所述壳体1内部设有平板状的且竖直设置的第一隔板4和第二隔板5,所述第一隔板4的上端与密封盖板12的上表面固定连接,下端为向滤料延伸的自由端,所述第二隔板5的下端与盒体13的下表面固定连接,上端为自由端,所述水流从进水口2至出水口3的水流通道整体呈S形。
实施例4
如图7和图8所示,一种滤芯,所述滤芯包括椭圆形壳体1和设置在壳体1内部的滤料,所述壳体1包括下部盒体13和上部的盖体,所述盖体包括栅栏盖板11和设置在栅栏盖板11下部的密封盖板12,所述栅栏盖板11和密封盖板12均为中间高边缘地的弧面形状,所述密封盖板12与盒体13密封连接且密封盖板12的一侧设有进水口2,所述栅栏盖板11上的通孔可以让水自由通过,所述盒体13的与进水口2相对的一侧的侧壁上部设有出水口3,所述壳体1内部设有平板状的且竖直设置的第一隔板4、第二隔板5和第三隔板6,所述第一隔板4和第三隔板6的上端与密封盖板12的上表面固定连接,下端为向滤料延伸的自由端,所述第二隔板5设置在第一隔板4和第三隔板6之间且所述第二隔板5的下端与盒体13的下表面固定连接,上端为自由端,所述水流从进水口2至出水口3的水流通道整体呈W形状。
实施例5
如图9和图10所示,一种滤芯,所述滤芯包括椭圆形壳体1和设置在壳体1内部的滤料,所述壳体1包括下部盒体13和上部的盖体,所述盖体包括栅栏盖板11和设置在栅栏盖板11下部的密封盖板12,所述栅栏盖板11和密封盖板12均为中间高边缘地的弧面形状,所述密封盖板12与盒体13密封连接且密封盖板12的一侧设有进水口2,所述栅栏盖板11上的通孔可以让水自由通过,所述盒体13的下表面的与进水口2相对的一侧设有出水口3,所述壳体1内部设有平板状的且竖直设置的第一隔板4、第二隔板5、第三隔板6和第四隔板7,所述第一隔板4和第三隔板6的上端与密封盖板12的上表面固定连接,下端为向滤料延伸的自由端,所述第二隔板5和第四隔板7的下端与盒体13的下表面固定连接,上端为自由端,并且所述第二隔板5位于 第一隔板4和第三隔板6之间,所述第四隔板7位于第三隔板6的外侧,所述水流从进水口2至出水口3的水流通道整体呈U形和S形的组合形状。
实施例6
如图11、图12和图13所示,一种滤芯,所述滤芯包括杯型壳体1和设置在壳体1内部的滤料,所述壳体1包括下部盒体13和上部的盖体,所述盖体包括栅栏盖板11和设置在栅栏盖板11下部的密封盖板12,所述栅栏盖板11和密封盖板12均为中间高边缘地的弧面形状,所述密封盖板12与盒体13密封连接且密封盖板12的一侧设有进水口2,所述栅栏盖板11上的通孔可以让水自由通过,所述壳体1水平设有第一隔板4和第二隔板5,所述第一隔板4设置在第二隔板5的上方,所述第一隔板4和所述第二隔板5的边缘与壳体1固定连接,所述第一隔板4与进水口2相对的一侧设有第一渗水口41,所述第二隔板5与第一渗水口41相对的一个设有第二渗水口51,所述盒体13的下表面与第二渗水口51相对的一侧设有出水口3,所述水流从进水口2至出水口3的水流通道整体呈S形。
实施例7
如图14、图15和图16所示,一种滤芯,所述滤芯包括杯型壳体1和设置在壳体1内部的滤料,所述壳体1包括下部盒体13和上部的盖体,所述盖体包括栅栏盖板11和设置在栅栏盖板11下部的密封盖板12,所述栅栏盖板11和密封盖板12均为中间高边缘地的弧面形状,所述密封盖板12与盒体13密封连接且密封盖板12的一侧设有进水口2,所述栅栏盖板11上的通孔可以让水自由通过,所述壳体1水平设有第一隔板4和第二隔板5,所述第一隔板4设置在第二隔板5的上方,所述第一隔板4和所述第二隔板5的边缘与壳体1固定连接,所述第一隔板4与进水口2相对的一侧设有第一渗水口41,所述第二隔板5与第一渗水口41相对的一个设有第二渗水口51,所述第一渗水口41处设有环绕第一渗水口41的第一凸沿42,所述第一凸沿42与第一隔板形成第一蓄水结构,所述第二渗水口51处设有环绕第二渗水口51的第二凸沿52,所述第二凸沿52与第二隔板5形成第二蓄水机构,所述盒体13的下表面与第二渗水口51相对的一侧设有出水口3,所述水流从进水口2至出水口3的水流通道整体呈S形。第一蓄水结构和第二蓄水 结构使第一隔板4和第二隔板5具备蓄水功能,可以用来装填需要保湿的滤料。
实施例8
如图17、图18和图19所示,一种滤芯,所述滤芯包括杯型壳体1和设置在壳体1内部的滤料,所述壳体1包括下部盒体13和上部的盖体,所述盖体包括栅栏盖板11和设置在栅栏盖板11下部的密封盖板12,所述栅栏盖板11和密封盖板12均为中间高边缘地的弧面形状,所述密封盖板12与盒体13密封连接且密封盖板12的一侧设有进水口2,所述栅栏盖板11上的通孔可以让水自由通过,所述壳体1水平设有第一隔板4和第二隔板5,所述第一隔板4设置在第二隔板5的上方,所述第一隔板4的一端与壳体1侧壁固定连接,另一端设为第一自由端,所述第一自由端与壳体1侧壁形成第一渗水口41,所述第二隔板5的一端与壳体1侧壁固定连接,另一端设为第二自由端,所述第二自由端与壳体1侧壁形成第二渗水口51,所述第一渗水口41和第二渗水口51相对设置,且第一渗水口41高于第一隔板4与壳体1侧壁的连接处,第二渗水口51高于第二隔板5与壳体1侧壁连接处。所述水流从进水口2至出水口3的水流通道整体呈S形。所述第一隔板4和第二隔板5倾斜设置使第一隔板4和第二隔板5具备蓄水功能,可以用来装填需要保湿的滤料。
本申请实施的优点:本申请提供了一种滤芯,所述滤芯包括壳体和设置在壳体内部的滤料,所述壳体上设有进水口和出水口,所述滤芯内部还设有至少一块隔板,所述隔板使所述进水口和所述出水口之间的水流通道的长度大于所述进水口和所述出水口之间的直线距离,通过上述技术方案,能够在保证好的过滤效果的同时减小滤芯的体积,进而使过滤水壶和净水器的造型设计不受滤芯体积过大的限制,此外,通过控制出水口与进水口之间的高度差,可以使滤芯具有蓄水功能,在长时间不使用滤芯时,仍使滤芯内的滤料具有较好的活性。

Claims (15)

  1. 滤芯,所述滤芯包括壳体和设置在壳体内部的滤料,所述壳体上设有进水口和出水口,其特征在于,所述滤芯内部还设有至少一块隔板,所述隔板使所述进水口和所述出水口之间的水流通道的长度大于所述进水口和所述出水口之间的直线距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述水流通道包括弯曲形状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述弯曲形状为U形或者波形。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述波形上设有至少一个排气阀。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述排气阀设置在波峰位置处。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述隔板在壳体内竖向设置或者横向设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述隔板竖向设置时,所述出水口低于进水口设置或者与进水口等高设置,所述出水口与所述进水口之间高度差D的取值范围是0≤D≤H,其中H是壳体的高度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述出水口与所述进水口之间的高度差D的取值范围是0≤D≤0.5H。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述隔板横向设置时,所述隔板的渗水口处设有竖向的凸沿,所述凸沿与所述隔板形成蓄水结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述隔板与壳体的夹角a的范围是0<a≤90度。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述隔板与壳体的夹角a的范围是45度≤a≤90度。
  12. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述隔板设有向滤料延伸的自由端,所述自由端和壳体形成渗水通道。
  13. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述隔板与壳体连接且所述隔板上设有渗水口。
  14. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的滤芯,其特征在于,所述隔板设置为闭合形状或者平板状。
  15. 一种过滤水壶,其特征在于,所述过滤水壶包括权利要求1-14任一项所述的滤芯。
