Abstract

本发明涉及一种复合型高效汽车尾气净化器,属于汽车产业配套设备制造技术领域。由发动机排气管、三元催化室,散热片,后排气管,微尘沉降室,过滤罐,终端排气管,注水口,排污阀,带保温层气流罩,伺服电机,蜗杆,蜗轮,风门轴,旋转风门,温度传感器,温控开关,电源插头等部件组成,使用时,定期加注并更换过滤罐内的清水或专用混合溶液,即可正常启动车辆行驶,温控开关通过伺服电机调整带保温层气流罩的风门,通过调控通风量,使三元催化器工作温度保持在400~800度的高效工作范围,同时过滤罐可将废气中的细小颗粒物容纳于水中,提高汽车尾气的洁净度,具有设计合理、运行可靠,使用方便等优点。

一种复合型高效汽车尾气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合型高效汽车尾气净化器,属于汽车产业配套设备制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前各汽车厂家配套的用于净化汽车尾气的三元催化器不具有温度调控功能,无法使其保持在400度~800度的最佳工作温度范围内,温度过低时,蜂窝状载体上的贵金属不能与废气中的有害成分发生有效化学反应,从而发挥净化作用,温度过高时,会造成三元催化器过滤芯损坏或寿命降低;而且经过三元催化器净化处理后的废气中,虽然一氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物等有害气体显著减少,但仍存在其它有害气体,特别是PM2.5等微小颗粒物没有得到有效过滤,对城市雾霾及大气环境造成较大压力。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种设计合理、结构简单、安全可靠的复合型高效汽车尾气净化器,具有安装方便、运行可靠、便于使用等优点。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种复合型高效汽车尾气净化器,由发动机排气管、三元催化室,散热片,后排气管,微尘沉降室,过滤罐,终端排气管,注水口,排污阀,带保温层气流罩,伺服电机,蜗杆,蜗轮,风门轴,旋转风门,温度传感器,温控开关,电源插头等18个部件组成,其中,发动机排气管与三元催化室前端连接,三元催化室外表面设有若干组散热片,后排气管两端分别与三元催化室和微尘沉降室连接,微尘沉降室设于过滤罐内部,且过滤罐顶部开口与终端排气管连接,注水口与排污阀分别设于过滤罐的中上部和底部,带保温层气流罩设于三元催化室外表面,且四周留有一定间隙的气流通道,伺服电机设于带保温层气流罩上方的中心线上,且伺服电机轴上连接有蜗杆,蜗杆左右两侧分别与连接有风门轴的蜗轮相啮合,旋转风门与风门轴连接为一体,温度传感器固定于三元催化器外壳上,温控开关通过导线分别与伺服电机、温度传感器和电源插头等电器元件连接。
所述的三元催化室为一个两端带有开口并连接有进排气管的半封闭腔体,与传统结构不同的是取消了外壳的保温层,增设了外壳表面的若干组散热片。
所述的带保温层气流罩是套在三元催化室外表面且与三元催化室截面相似的筒状空气整流部件,其前端设有喇叭状开口以及通过伺服电机控制的旋转风门,调整旋转风门的开度,可增加或减少三元催化室周边的空气流量,从而使三元催化室的工作温度处于可调状态。
所述的微尘沉降室是一个向下开口的圆锥形空心腔体部件,在开口处附近位置设有若干环形排列的排气孔,经过三元催化器处理后的废气,通过后排气管与圆锥形的开口向下的微尘沉降室相沟通,且后排气管与圆锥形空心腔体的沟通点偏离中心线,位于腔体外壁的边缘,废气气流进入圆锥形腔体内部后,被迫形成旋转气流,并由下部出口喷出。
所述的过滤罐是一个包裹在微尘沉降室外层的上下封闭的圆筒形空心腔体部件,其中上部设有注水口,下底部设有排污阀,工作时由注水口加注一定量清水或配有其它具有中和功能溶剂的液体,使过滤罐内维持一定水位,废气在接近水面或刚刚沉入水面的喷口喷出后,烟尘中的颗粒物被水容纳,发挥净化功能。
所述的旋转风门是由伺服电机驱动的通过蜗杆与双蜗轮结构配合形成的可对称旋转运动的异型蝶阀,通过采集三元催化器的温度传感器,向温控开关传递温度参数信号,由温控开关预设的控制程序改变风门开度,以空气流量的不同调控三元催化器工作温度,当温度升高时,风门开度加大,通风量加大,温度变低时,风门开度变小,两者为正相关逻辑控制关系。
本发明使用时,按要求安装固定好各结构件及管路,接通电源插头的工作电源,将过滤罐注水口内加注一定量清水或专用混合溶液,即可正常启动车辆行驶,当三元催化器工作温度低时,温控开关通过伺服电机关闭带保温层气流罩的风门,当温度升高到一定数值时,再随机控制风门开度,调控通风量,使三元催化器工作温度保持在400~800度的范围,同时过滤罐可将废气中的细小颗粒物容纳于水中,提高汽车尾气的洁净度,具有设计合理、运行可靠,使用方便等优点。

实施例:结构如附图所示,由发动机排气管1,三元催化室2,散热片3,后排气管4,微尘沉降室5,过滤罐6,终端排气管7,注水口8,排污阀9,带保温层气流罩10,伺服电机11,蜗杆12,蜗轮13,风门轴14,旋转风门15,温度传感器16,温控开关17,电源插头18等部件组成,其中,发动机排气管1与三元催化室2的前端连接,三元催化室2的外表面设有若干组散热片3,后排气管4的两端分别与三元催化室2和微尘沉降室5连接,微尘沉降室5设于过滤罐6的内部,且过滤罐6的顶部开口与终端排气管7连接,注水口8与排污阀9分别设于过滤罐6的中上部和底部,带保温层气流罩10设于三元催化室2的外表面,且四周留有一定间隙的气流通道,伺服电机11设于带保温层气流罩10的上方中心线上,且伺服电机轴上连接有蜗杆12,蜗杆12左右两侧分别与连接有风门轴14的蜗轮13相啮合,旋转风门15与风门轴14连接为一体,温度传感器16固定于三元催化器2的外壳上,温控开关17通过导线分别与伺服电机11、温度传感器16和电源插头18等电器元件连接。使用时,按要求安装固定好各结构件及管路,接通电源插头的工作电源,将过滤罐注水口内加注一定量清水或专用混合溶液,即可正常启动车辆行驶,当三元催化器工作温度低时,温控开关通过伺服电机关闭带保温层气流罩的风门,当温度升高到一定数值时,再随机控制风门开度,调控通风量,使三元催化器工作温度保持在400~800度的范围,同时过滤罐可将废气中的细小颗粒物容纳于水中,提高汽车尾气的洁净度,具有设计合理、运行可靠,使用方便等优点。

Claims (5)

1.一种复合型高效汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于,由发动机排气管、三元催化室,散热片,后排气管,微尘沉降室,过滤罐,终端排气管,注水口,排污阀,带保温层气流罩,伺服电机,蜗杆,蜗轮,风门轴,旋转风门,温度传感器,温控开关,电源插头等18个部件组成,其中,发动机排气管与三元催化室前端连接,三元催化室外表面设有若干组散热片,后排气管两端分别与三元催化室和微尘沉降室连接,微尘沉降室设于过滤罐内部,且过滤罐顶部开口与终端排气管连接,注水口与排污阀分别设于过滤罐的中上部和底部,带保温层气流罩设于三元催化室外表面,且四周留有一定间隙的气流通道,伺服电机设于带保温层气流罩上方的中心线上,且伺服电机轴上连接有蜗杆,蜗杆左右两侧分别与连接有风门轴的蜗轮相啮合,旋转风门与风门轴连接为一体,温度传感器固定于三元催化器外壳上,温控开关通过导线分别与伺服电机、温度传感器和电源插头等电器元件连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型高效汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于,所述的带保温层气流罩是套在三元催化室外表面且与三元催化室截面相似的筒状空气整流部件,其前端设有喇叭状开口以及通过伺服电机控制的旋转风门,伺服电机蜗杆与两侧的蜗轮啮合,蜗轮与风门轴连接为一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型高效汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于,所述的微尘沉降室是一个向下开口的圆锥形空心腔体部件,在接近开口附近位置,设有若干环形排列的排气孔,通过后排气管与圆锥形的开口向下的微尘沉降室相沟通,且后排气管与圆锥形空心腔体的沟通点偏离中心线,位于腔体外壁的边缘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型高效汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于,所述的过滤罐是一个包裹在微尘沉降室外层的上下封闭的圆筒形空心腔体部件,其上部设有注水口,下底部设有排污阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型高效汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于,所述的旋转风门是由伺服电机驱动的通过蜗杆与双蜗轮结构配合形成的可对称旋转运动的异型蝶阀,由温控开关通过固定于三元催化器外壳的温度传感器提供的温度参数,控制伺服电机以正相关逻辑控制方式运转。
