Abstract

La présente invention relève du domaine technique des communications et concerne des procédés de surveillance et de gestion pour dispositif, ainsi qu'un dispositif terminal. Le procédé de surveillance comprend les étapes consistant à : lorsqu'un terminal mobile établit une connexion de communication avec un dispositif, obtenir des informations d'identification du dispositif ; envoyer les informations d'identification et des informations d'enregistrement à un serveur à des fins d'enregistrement ; obtenir des informations sur l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif ; et, après obtention des informations sur l'état de fonctionnement, en cas de réception d'une instruction de commande destinée au dispositif, envoyer l'instruction de commande au dispositif de façon à commander le dispositif. En fonction des informations sur l'état de fonctionnement d'un dispositif, un utilisateur peut déterminer si le dispositif est dans un état de fonctionnement normal et envoyer une instruction de commande du dispositif de façon à commander le dispositif afin d'effectuer des opérations, par exemple un débogage, ce qui permet une surveillance et une gestion efficaces du dispositif, ainsi qu'une amélioration de l'efficacité de gestion.
