Description
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示面板的亮度调整方法及装置。
有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Display,OLED)显示装置具有自发光、驱动电压低、发光效率高、响应时间短、清晰度与对比度高、近180°视角、使用温度范围宽,可实现柔性显示与大面积全色显示等诸多优点,成为最有发展潜力的显示装置。
然而,大尺寸的OLED面板在工作时,由于阴极具有较大的电阻,使得在面板的不同位置产生不同的IR压降(IR Drop),导致OLED面板的亮度不均。如图1所示,显示面板10的底部与驱动芯片20连接,显示面板10的上半部分区域101的亮度较暗,显示面板10的下半部分区域102的亮度较亮。
为了解决上述问题,目前主要通过对现有的像素驱动电路进行改进,比如采用2T1C或者7T1C像素驱动电路,然而上述像素驱动电路由于需要制作较多的薄膜晶体管,因此降低了开口率。
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示面板的亮度调整方法及装置,能够在提高显示面板的亮度均匀性的同时,提高开口率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其包括:
将显示区域划分为多个补偿区域,所述补偿区域包括至少一个子像素;其中显示面板包括所述显示区域;
获取每个所述补偿区域的初始亮度值与预设参考亮度值之间的差值;
根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流,得到调整电流;
根据所述调整电流对对应补偿区域的初始亮度值进行补偿,得到目标亮度值,以使各所述补偿区域的亮度值一致;
其中所述根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流的步骤包括:
根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比和接触电阻中的至少一个,以对所述子像素的有机发光二极管的电流进行调整,其中所述接触电阻为所述驱动薄膜晶体管的源极和漏极中的至少一个电极与沟道之间的负载量;

将显示区域划分为多个补偿区域,所述补偿区域包括至少一个子像素;其中显示面板包括所述显示区域;
获取每个所述补偿区域的初始亮度值与预设参考亮度值之间的差值;
根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流,得到调整电流;
根据所述调整电流对对应补偿区域的初始亮度值进行补偿,得到目标亮度值,以使各所述补偿区域的亮度值一致。
本发明还提供一种显示面板的亮度调整装置,其包括:
区域划分模块,用于将显示区域划分为多个补偿区域,所述补偿区域包括至少一个子像素;其中显示面板包括所述显示区域;
差值获取模块,用于获取每个所述补偿区域的初始亮度值与预设参考亮度值之间的差值;
调整模块,用于根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流,得到调整电流;
补偿模块,用于根据所述调整电流对对应补偿区域的初始亮度值进行补偿,得到目标亮度值,以使各所述补偿区域的亮度值一致。
本发明的显示面板的亮度调整方法及装置,通过将显示区域划分为多个补偿区域;获取每个所述补偿区域的初始亮度值与预设参考亮度值之间的差值;根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流,得到调整电流;根据所述调整电流对对应补偿区域的初始亮度值进行补偿,得到目标亮度值,以使各所述补偿区域的亮度值一致;由于通过调整电流便可使面板各区域的亮度一致,从而在提高显示面板的亮度均匀性的同时,提高开口率。

传统的AMOLED像素驱动电路通常为2T1C,即两个薄膜晶体管加一个电容的结构,将电压变换为电流。
如图2所示,现有的2T1C结构的AMOLED像素驱动电路,包括第一薄膜晶体管T10、第二薄膜晶体管T20、电容C10及有机发光二极管D10,所述第一薄膜晶体管T10为驱动薄膜晶体管,所述第二薄膜晶体管T20为开关薄膜晶体管,所述电容C10为存储电容。具体地,所述第二薄膜晶体管T20的栅极接入扫描信号Gate,源极接入数据信号Data,漏极电性连接第一薄膜晶体管T10的栅极;所述第一薄膜晶体管T10的源极接入电源正电压OVDD,漏极电性连接有机发光二极管D10的阳极;有机发光二极管D10的阴极接入电源负电压OVSS。电容C10的一端电性连接第一薄膜晶体管T10的栅极,另一端电性连接第一薄膜晶体管T10的源极。该2T1C像素驱动电路在对AMOLED进行驱动时,流过有机发光二极管D10的电流满足:

其中,I为流过有机发光二极管D10的电流,k为驱动薄膜晶体管的本征导电因子,Vgs为第一薄膜晶体管T10栅极和源极间的电压差,Vth为第一薄膜晶体管T10的阈值电压,可见流过有机发光二极管D10的电流与驱动薄膜晶体管的阈值电压相关。
请参阅图3,本发明提供一种显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其包括以下步骤:
S101、将显示区域划分为多个补偿区域;
其中,显示面板10包括显示区域;所述显示区域包括多个子像素。所述补偿区域包括至少一个子像素。所述子像素包括红色、绿色、蓝色子像素。该显示面板为OLED显示面板。
例如,如图3所示,将显示区域划分为多个补偿区域11,所述补偿区域11包括一个子像素或者至少两个子像素,也即所述补偿区域11至少覆盖一个子像素。

例如,获取每个所述补偿区域11的初始亮度值L1与预设参考亮度值L0之间的差值Ld。在一实施方式中,可以获取所述补偿区域11中各子像素的初始亮度值,再获取各子像素的初始亮度值的平均值,将其作为该补偿区域11的初始亮度值。
S103、根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流,得到调整电流;
例如,根据所述补偿区域11的Ld对应补偿区域11中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流进行调整,也即对有机发光二极管的电流进行调整。
其中亮度值与电流成正比。例如,当所述初始亮度值小于预设参考亮度值时,增大对应补偿区域11中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流;
当所述初始亮度值大于预设参考亮度值时,减小对应补偿区域11中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流。可以理解的,当所述初始亮度值等于预设参考亮度值时,不对有机发光二极管的电流进行调整。
在一实施例中,上述步骤S103可以包括:
S201、根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比,以对所述子像素的有机发光二极管的电流进行调整。
例如,根据所述补偿区域11的Ld对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比进行调整。
其中驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比与有机发光二极管的电流成正比。
在一实施方式中,上述步骤S201、也即所述根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中的子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比的步骤包括:
S2011、获取每个补偿区域中各子像素的负载量;
例如,获取每个补偿区域11中各子像素的负载量Rc Loading。
S2012、根据所述负载量调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
例如,根据所述负载量调整对应补偿区域11中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
在一实施方式中,根据每个子像素的负载量调整对应补偿区域中对应子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
在另一实施方式中,根据各子像素的负载量的平均值调整对应补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。也即每个补偿区域中各子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比一致。
上述步骤S2012可以包括:
S301、获取单个补偿区域的负载量与预设负载量之间的负载差;
S302、根据该负载差对子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比进行调整。
例如,当补偿区域的负载量大于预设负载量时,增大驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。当补偿区域的负载量小于预设负载量时,减小驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
在另一实施方式中,驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比与有机发光二极管的电流成正比。比如,当所述补偿区域11的初始亮度值小于预设参考亮度值时,增大对应补偿区域11中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比,以增大对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流;
当所述补偿区域11的初始亮度值大于预设参考亮度值时,减小对应补偿区域11中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比,以减小对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流。
如图4所示,例如补偿区域A的初始亮度值较小,也即亮度较暗,此时增大补偿区域A中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比,补偿区域B的初始亮度值较大,也即亮度较亮,此时减小补偿区域B中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比,以使补偿区域A和补偿区域B的亮度一致。
在另一实施例中,上述步骤S103可以包括:
S202、根据补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触电阻。
其中所述接触电阻为所述驱动薄膜晶体管的源极和/或漏极与沟道之间的负载量。其中接触电阻与有机发光二极管的电流成反比。
上述步骤S202也即所述根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触电阻的步骤包括:
S401、根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触孔的内径、深度以及接触孔中填充材料的导电率中的至少一种;
其中,所述接触孔为源极和/或漏极与沟道之间的连接孔。也即所述接触孔为源极和漏极中的至少一个电极与沟道之间的连接孔。也即为源极孔和/或漏极孔。
例如,接触电阻的阻值与接触孔的内径(宽度)、深度(长度)以及导电率有关,因此通过调整上述参数,可以改变接触电阻的阻值,进而调整每个子像素的有机发光二极管的电流,从而改调整的补偿区域的亮度。例如,通过对填充材料进行掺杂,以改变其导电率。
如图4所示,例如补偿区域A的初始亮度值较小,也即亮度较暗,此时减小补偿区域A中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触电阻;补偿区域B的初始亮度值较大,也即亮度较亮,此时增大补偿区域B中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的接触电阻,以使补偿区域A和补偿区域B的亮度一致。
S104、根据所述调整电流对对应补偿区域的初始亮度值进行补偿,得到目标亮度值,以使各所述补偿区域的亮度值一致。
当然,在另一实施方式中,可以理解的,可以根据补偿区域的差值对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比和接触电阻同时进行调整,以对补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流进行调整。
由于亮度值与电流成正比,因此当补偿区域的初始亮度值较大时,调小补偿区域11的当前的电流,当补偿区域的初始亮度值较小时,调大补偿区域11的当前的电流,使得每个补偿区域的目标亮度一致,从而使得致OLED面板的亮度均匀。
如图5所示,本发明还提供一种显示面板的亮度值调整装置30,其包括:区域划分模块31、差值获取模块32、调整模块33以及补偿模块34。
区域划分模块31,用于将显示区域划分为多个补偿区域,所述补偿区域包括至少一个子像素;其中显示面板包括所述显示区域;
差值获取模块32,用于获取每个所述补偿区域的初始亮度值与预设参考亮度值之间的差值;
调整模块33,用于根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流,得到调整电流;
补偿模块34,用于根据所述调整电流对对应补偿区域的初始亮度值进行补偿,得到目标亮度值,以使各所述补偿区域的亮度值一致。
所述调整模块33具体用于:根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比和/或接触电阻,以对所述子像素的有机发光二极管的电流进行调整,其中所述接触电阻为所述驱动薄膜晶体管的源极和/或漏极与沟道之间的负载量。
在一实施例中,所述调整模块33包括:获取单元331和调整单元332;
获取单元331用于获取所述补偿区域中各子像素的负载量;
调整单元332用于根据所述负载量调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
所述调整单元332具体用于:获取所述负载量与预设负载量之间的负载差;并根据所述负载差调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
当所述补偿区域的负载量大于预设负载量时,所述调整单元332增大所述补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比;
当所述补偿区域的负载量小于所述预设负载量时,所述调整单元332减小所述补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
当所述补偿区域的初始亮度值小于预设参考亮度值时,所述调整模块33用于增大对应补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比,以增大对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流;
当所述补偿区域的初始亮度值大于预设参考亮度值时,所述调整模块33用于减小对应补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比,以减小对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流。
在另一实施例中,所述调整模块33具体用于根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触孔的内径、深度以及所述接触孔中填充材料的导电率中的至少一种,所述接触孔为源极和/或漏极与沟道之间的连接孔。
当所述补偿区域的初始亮度值大于预设参考亮度值时,所述调整模块33用于增大对应补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触电阻,以减小对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流;
当所述补偿区域的初始亮度值小于预设参考亮度值时,所述调整模块33用于减小对应补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触电阻,以增大对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流。
当所述初始亮度值小于所述预设参考亮度值时,所述调整模块33用于增大对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流;
当所述初始亮度值大于所述预设参考亮度值时,所述调整模块33用于减小对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流。
本发明的显示面板的亮度调整方法及装置,通过将显示区域划分为多个补偿区域;获取每个所述补偿区域的初始亮度值与预设参考亮度值之间的差值;根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流,得到调整电流;根据所述调整电流对对应补偿区域的初始亮度值进行补偿,得到目标亮度值,以使各所述补偿区域的亮度值一致;由于通过调整电流便可使面板各区域的亮度一致,从而在提高显示面板的亮度均匀性的同时,提高开口率。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其包括:将显示区域划分为多个补偿区域,所述补偿区域包括至少一个子像素;其中显示面板包括所述显示区域;获取每个所述补偿区域的初始亮度值与预设参考亮度值之间的差值;根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流,得到调整电流;根据所述调整电流对对应补偿区域的初始亮度值进行补偿,得到目标亮度值,以使各所述补偿区域的亮度值一致;其中所述根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流的步骤包括:根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比和接触电阻中的至少一个,以对所述子像素的有机发光二极管的电流进行调整,其中所述接触电阻为所述驱动薄膜晶体管的源极和漏极中的至少一个电极与沟道之间的负载量;当所述初始亮度值小于所述预设参考亮度值时,增大对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流;当所述初始亮度值大于所述预设参考亮度值时,减小对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中所述根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中的子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比的步骤包括:获取所述补偿区域中各子像素的负载量;根据所述负载量调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中所述根据所述负载量调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比的步骤包括:获取所述负载量与预设负载量之间的负载差;根据所述负载差调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中当所述补偿区域的负载量大于所述预设负载量时,增大所述补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比;当所述补偿区域的负载量小于所述预设负载量时,减小所述补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中所述根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触电阻的步骤包括:根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触孔的内径、深度以及所述接触孔中填充材料的导电率中的至少一种,所述接触孔为所述驱动薄膜晶体管的源极和漏极中的至少一个电极与沟道之间的连接孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中当所述补偿区域的初始亮度值大于所述预设参考亮度值时,增大对应补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触电阻;当所述补偿区域的初始亮度值小于预设参考亮度值时,减小对应补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触电阻。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中所述子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比与所述子像素的有机发光二极管的电流成正比。
- 一种显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其包括:将显示区域划分为多个补偿区域,所述补偿区域包括至少一个子像素;其中显示面板包括所述显示区域;获取每个所述补偿区域的初始亮度值与预设参考亮度值之间的差值;根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流,得到调整电流;根据所述调整电流对对应补偿区域的初始亮度值进行补偿,得到目标亮度值,以使各所述补偿区域的亮度值一致。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中所述根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流的步骤包括:根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比和接触电阻中的至少一个,以对所述子像素的有机发光二极管的电流进行调整,其中所述接触电阻为所述驱动薄膜晶体管的源极和漏极中的至少一个电极与沟道之间的负载量。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中所述根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中的子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比的步骤包括:获取所述补偿区域中各子像素的负载量;根据所述负载量调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中所述根据所述负载量调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比的步骤包括:获取所述负载量与预设负载量之间的负载差;根据所述负载差调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中当所述补偿区域的负载量大于所述预设负载量时,增大所述补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比;当所述补偿区域的负载量小于所述预设负载量时,减小所述补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中所述根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触电阻的步骤包括:根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触孔的内径、深度以及所述接触孔中填充材料的导电率中的至少一种,所述接触孔为所述驱动薄膜晶体管的源极和漏极中的至少一个电极与沟道之间的连接孔。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其中当所述补偿区域的初始亮度值大于所述预设参考亮度值时,增大对应补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触电阻;当所述补偿区域的初始亮度值小于预设参考亮度值时,减小对应补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的接触电阻。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板的亮度值调整方法,其特征在于当所述初始亮度值小于所述预设参考亮度值时,增大对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流;当所述初始亮度值大于所述预设参考亮度值时,减小对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流。
- 一种显示面板的亮度值调整装置,其包括:区域划分模块,用于将显示区域划分为多个补偿区域,所述补偿区域包括至少一个子像素;其中显示面板包括所述显示区域;差值获取模块,用于获取每个所述补偿区域的初始亮度值与预设参考亮度值之间的差值;调整模块,用于根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的有机发光二极管的电流,得到调整电流;补偿模块,用于根据所述调整电流对对应补偿区域的初始亮度值进行补偿,得到目标亮度值,以使各所述补偿区域的亮度值一致。
- 根据权利要求16所述的显示面板的亮度值调整装置,其中所述调整模块具体用于:根据所述补偿区域的差值调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比和接触电阻中的至少一个,以对所述子像素的有机发光二极管的电流进行调整,其中所述接触电阻为所述驱动薄膜晶体管的源极和漏极中的至少一个电极与沟道之间的负载量。
- 根据权利要求17所述的显示面板的亮度值调整装置,其中所述调整模块包括:获取单元和调整单元;所述获取单元,用于获取所述补偿区域中各子像素的负载量;所述调整单元,用于根据所述负载量调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
- 根据权利要求18所述的显示面板的亮度值调整装置,其中所述调整单元具体用于:获取所述负载量与预设负载量之间的负载差;并根据所述负载差调整对应补偿区域中子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
- 根据权利要求18所述的显示面板的亮度值调整装置,其中当所述补偿区域的负载量大于预设负载量时,所述调整单元增大所述补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比;当所述补偿区域的负载量小于所述预设负载量时,所述调整单元减小所述补偿区域中每个子像素的驱动薄膜晶体管的沟道的宽长比。
