为了将室内光强控制在适合强度,通常会使用如公告号为CN207811985U的专利文献所公开的遮光率随光强变化的窗帘,但是,其难以满足一些遮光率要求较高的场所,需要额外地利用涂布有银粉的遮光布配合进行遮光,导致窗帘的悬挂机构复杂,且不美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构改进的窗帘,无需配备遮光布就能很好地对光进行屏蔽;
本发明的另一目的是提供一种可用于构建上述窗帘的面料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的光屏蔽式窗帘包括帘头及布设在帘头下方的帘身,至少帘身由光屏蔽式面料制成;光屏蔽式面料包括第一外层、第二外层及夹层地复合于两外层之间的遮光膜层, 遮光膜层为柔性膜结构;第一外层与第二外层中,至少一者为由经线与纬线织成的织物层。
通过在两外层结构中布设遮光膜层,从而能够很好对光线进行屏蔽,而无需额外配备遮光布;且其中一个外层为织物层,从而能够确保外观的美观。
具体的方案为遮光膜层为TPU遮光膜;TPU遮光膜的厚度为0.012毫米至0.2毫米;依序叠层布置的第一外层、遮光膜层及第二外层经整面热压而复合成夹层结构;遮光膜层为深色薄膜结构。采用TPU遮光膜作为遮光膜层,能对光线达到很好的屏蔽效果。
优选的方案为第一外层与第二外层均为织物层,且二者的正面均朝背离遮光膜层的方向布置;第一外层为冷色织物层,第二外层为暖色织物层,和/或,第一外层与第二外层的花纹不同。两外层均为织物层,且织物层的正面均朝外布置,从而使该窗帘的两面均能使用,从而可更换使用而更换窗帘的花纹、颜色等结构。
另一个优选的方案为帘身的顶侧边缘部通过横向柔性拼接组件可拆卸地拼接至帘头的底侧边缘部上。便于帘身与帘头之间的拆装,以便于进行更换、拆洗等操作。
更优选的方案为第一外层与第二外层均为织物层,且二者的正面均朝背离遮光膜层的方向布置;横向柔性拼接组件包括可拆卸地拼接的第一拼接结构与第二拼接结构,第一拼接结构沿窗帘的宽度方向布置地固设在顶侧边缘部与底侧边缘部中的一者上,两条第二拼接结构的拼接接口朝向相反地固设在另一者上。两外层均为织物层,且织物层的正面均朝外布置,从而使该窗帘的两面均能使用,从而可更换使用而更换窗帘的花纹、颜色等结构。
进一步的方案为第一拼接结构与第二拼接结构中:一者为纽扣,另一者为扣眼;或,一者为挂钩,另一者为挂钩支撑件;或,一者为粘扣布,另一者为具有带钩刺毛的粘扣带。
进一步的方案为一条粘扣布对折地扣合在顶侧边缘部上,并经线缝合而构成顶侧边缘部的包边结构;包边结构的两侧粘扣布面对应地构成两条第二拼接结构,第一拼接结构为带钩刺毛的粘扣带。能在制造过程中,减少部分人工工作量及布料的使用。
进一步的方案为在帘身的一侧边缘部、另一侧边缘部与底侧边缘部的任意一者中,一外层的边缘部相对另一外层的边缘部翻折180度而扣合在另一外层的边缘部上,并经线缝合构成另一外层的边缘部的包边结构。整体外观更加协调,且便于加工与减少人工的工作量。
为了实现上述另一目的,本发明提供的光屏蔽式面料包括第一外层、第二外层及夹层地复合于两外层之间的遮光膜层,遮光膜层为柔性膜结构;第一外层与第二外层中,至少一者为由经线与纬线织成的织物层。
具体的方案为遮光膜层为TPU遮光膜;TPU遮光膜的厚度为0.012毫米至0.2毫米;依序叠层布置的第一外层、遮光膜层及第二外层经整面热压而复合成夹层结构;遮光膜层为深色薄膜结构。

以下结合实施例及其附图对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
参见图1至图3,本发明光屏蔽式面料30包括第一外层301、第二外层302及夹层地复合于两外层之间的遮光膜层303,其中,遮光膜层303为柔性膜结构,具体材料为分子量在16000至100000的有机高分子聚合物,本实施例采用TPU遮光膜,其厚度d为0.012毫米至0.2毫米,具体选用0.015毫米,颜色选用咖啡色、黑色、墨绿色等深色;第一外层301与第二外层302中,至少一者为由经线与纬线织成的织物层,其中织物层构成装饰层,在本实施例中,两外层均为织物层,且正面均朝外布置,因此,该面料为双面可使用面料,由其制造出的窗帘为两面均可使用的窗帘;为了使由其制造出的窗帘能够更好地匹配季节变化,将第一外层301配置为冷色织物层,而将第二外层302配置为暖色织物层,能在不同季 节替换成不同色调的装饰面,以适应当前季节;当然,两外层可为相同的织物层,另外,可将两外层配置成正面花纹不同的织物层,也可配置成并不局限于色调与花纹不同的织物层。
如图2所示,制造该光屏蔽式面料30的方法包括备料步骤S1、铺料步骤S2及热压步骤S3。
备料步骤S1,按照预热压出面料的大小准备第一外层301、第二外层302及TPU遮光膜片。
可将两外层的材料均配置为棉、毛、丝、合成纤维等织造成的织物面料;当然了,也可将其中一外层配置为非织物面料,另一外层配置为织物面料。
铺料步骤S2,在面料热压机中依序铺设第一外层301、TPU遮光膜片及第二外层302。
热压步骤S3,在温度为115度至190度的热压条件下进行热压,使依序叠层布置的第一外层、遮光膜层及第二外层经整面热压而复合成夹层结构。热压温度优选为150度至190度。
如图3所示,在备料步骤S1中,按照所要制造帘身的尺寸,使第一外层301在底侧边缘及左右两侧边缘处,使其边缘部尺寸大于第二外层,以在热压之后,在前述三侧处形成如图3(a)所示突出第二外层边缘的结构,如图3(b)及图3(c)所示结构,将突起的边缘部弯折而包裹在第二外层302的边缘部上,并经线缝合之后而形成该底侧及左右两侧的包边结构。
参见图4至图7,本发明窗帘1包括帘头2、帘身3及用于可拆卸地拼接二者的横向柔性拼接组件4,帘头2上设有一排沿其宽度 方向布置的穿孔20,通过穿过穿孔20的O型环01将帘头2可折叠伸缩地悬挂在窗帘杆02上。
如图5及图7所示结构,一条粘扣布34对折地扣合在光屏蔽式面料30的顶侧边缘部上,并经线缝合而构成该顶侧边缘部的包边结构。
如图4至图7所示,横向柔性拼接组件4包括带钩刺毛的粘扣带41及粘扣面朝向相反的粘扣布面42与粘扣布面43;粘扣带41通过缝线缝合在帘头2底部边缘部的向光侧上,粘扣布面42与粘扣布面43对应为粘扣布34在折弯成U形结构之后的两外侧面;由于粘扣布34具有布满其粘合面上的柔软纤维圆毛,而在粘扣带41上布满带钩的刺毛,从而可使二者能够进行可拆卸地粘合,并在粘接之后保持可折叠地柔软性,即可通过选择粘扣带41与其中一个粘扣布面粘接,以利用其中一个外层面料的正面作为窗帘的正面,即帘身3的顶侧边缘部通过横向柔性拼接组件4可拆卸地拼接至帘头2的底侧边缘部上。
粘扣带41布设在帘头2的向阳侧上,从而可使横向柔性拼接组件4在从窗帘1正面侧视角观看时能被很好地隐藏,且整个横向柔性拼接组件4位于帘头位置上,有效地确保窗帘的整体美观性。其中,粘扣布面42、43构成本实施例中的第二拼接结构,粘扣带41构成本实施例中的第一拼接结构。
实施例2
作为对本发明实施例2的说明,以下仅对与上述实施例1的不同之处进行说明。
如图8所示,在帘身3的顶侧边缘部的两侧面对应地缝合一条粘扣带42、43,而在帘头2的底侧边缘部缝合有粘扣布条41,粘扣布条41位于帘头2的向阳面侧,以构建出横向柔性拼接组件4,其中,两条粘扣带均构成本实施例中第二拼接结构,粘扣布条41构成本实施例中的第一拼接结构。
实施例3
作为对本发明实施例3的说明,以下仅对于上述实施例1的不同之处进行说明。
参见图9,帘头2由在底侧边缘部自由分离开的面料21、22经缝合而成,在面料21的底侧边缘部上开设有一排纽扣眼41,在面料22的底侧边缘部上开设有一排纽扣眼42。在帘身3的顶侧边缘部的上缝合有一排与纽扣眼41、42相适配的纽扣43,该排纽扣43与两排纽扣眼构成本实施例中的横向柔性拼接组件4,其中,纽扣眼41、42均构成本实施例中的第二拼接结构,纽扣43构成本实施例中的第一拼接结构。
在本发明中,“横向柔性拼接组件”被配置为用于可拆卸地连接帘头与帘身的连接组件结构,且在窗帘收拢时能随帘布横向弯曲折叠的柔性结构。
Claims (10)
- 一种光屏蔽式窗帘,包括帘头及布设在所述帘头下方的帘身,至少所述帘身由光屏蔽式面料制成;其特征在于:所述光屏蔽式面料包括第一外层、第二外层及夹层地复合于两外层之间的遮光膜层,所述遮光膜层为柔性膜结构;所述第一外层与所述第二外层中,至少一者为由经线与纬线织成的织物层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的窗帘,其特征在于:所述遮光膜层为TPU遮光膜;所述TPU遮光膜的厚度为0.012毫米至0.2毫米;依序叠层布置的所述第一外层、所述遮光膜层及所述第二外层经整面热压而复合成夹层结构;所述遮光膜层为深色薄膜结构。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的窗帘,其特征在于:所述第一外层与所述第二外层均为织物层,且二者的正面均朝背离所述遮光膜层的方向布置;两外层为色调不同的织物层和/或花纹不同的织物层。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的窗帘,其特征在于:所述帘身的顶侧边缘部通过横向柔性拼接组件可拆卸地拼接至所述帘头的底侧边缘部上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的窗帘,其特征在于:所述第一外层与所述第二外层均为织物层,且二者的正面均朝背离所述遮光膜层的方向布置;所述横向柔性拼接组件包括可拆卸地拼接的第一拼接结构与第二拼接结构,所述第一拼接结构沿所述窗帘的宽度方向布置地固设在所述顶侧边缘部与所述底侧边缘部中的一者上,两条所述第二拼接结构的拼接接口朝向相反地固设在另一者上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的窗帘,其特征在于,所述第一拼接结构与所述第二拼接结构中:一者为纽扣,另一者为扣眼;或,一者为挂钩,另一者为挂钩支撑件;或,一者为粘扣布,另一者为具有带钩刺毛的粘扣带。
- 根据权利要求5所述的窗帘,其特征在于:一条粘扣布对折地扣合在所述顶侧边缘部上,并经线缝合而构成所述顶侧边缘部的包边结构;所述包边结构的两侧粘扣布面对应地构成两条所述第二拼接结构,所述第一拼接结构为带钩刺毛的粘扣带。
- 根据权利要求5所述的窗帘,其特征在于:在所述帘身的一侧边缘部、另一侧边缘部与底侧边缘部的任意一者中,一外层的边缘部相对另一外层的边缘部翻折180度而扣合在所述另一外层的边缘部上,并经线缝合构成所述另一外层的边缘部的包边结构。
- 一种光屏蔽式面料,其特征在于,所述光屏蔽式面料包括第一外层、第二外层及夹层地复合于两外层之间的遮光膜层,所述遮光膜层为柔性膜结构;所述第一外层与所述第二外层中,至少一者为由经线与纬线织成的织物层。
- 根据权利要求9所述的面料,其特征在于:所述遮光膜层为TPU遮光膜;所述TPU遮光膜的厚度为0.012毫米至0.2毫米;依序叠层布置的所述第一外层、所述遮光膜层及所述第二外层经整面热压而复合成夹层结构;所述遮光膜层为深色薄膜结构。
