Description

一种纵向尺寸可调的窗帘及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种机织织物,具体地说,涉及一种纵向尺寸可调的窗帘以及该窗帘的制造方法。
背景技术
人们通过在窗户内侧布置窗帘,不仅可隔绝外部视线以保护室内隐私安全,且在夏天时能隔挡部分阳光以避免阳光直射室内而实现隔热目的;而在视线光线偏暗或室温较低时,会通过拉开窗帘以获取阳光而对室内光线和/或室温进行补充。
但是,在实际使用过程中,由于窗户规格高度/楼层规格高度的不统一,或者由于窗帘加工过程难免存在一定误差,或者每层楼板上表面装饰层的施工厚度难以考虑等原因,使在窗帘的实际加工过程中,主要形成以下几种制造习惯:
(1)在工厂中生产出大长段的面料并卷成卷状结构以便于存储及运输,在定做店面接到实际测量尺寸后,根据实际测量尺寸加工定高窗帘布,虽然该方法难以在工厂中进行批量化生产,但仍是目前获取窗帘的最主要方式。
(2)通过在工厂中制作出如公开号为CN207012050U、CN2410952Y、CN2456595Y等专利文献所公开的升降式窗帘架,通过预制升降窗帘架,虽然可解决窗帘长度不定的问题,且能够进行批量式生产及应用,但由于窗帘架的结构复杂且成本高,并为了美观 需加工一定高度的挡板结构以遮挡窗帘架结构,而使其实际应用量远小于采用前述第(1)种方式制得的窗帘。
(3)通过在工厂中制作出如公开号为CN104887034A、CN263859Y等专利文献所公开的卷绕式升降窗帘,与第(2)种解决方案一样,虽然也解决了前述问题且能够进行批量生产与应用,但其难以匹配常规高级帘布,导致其在实际生活中的使用量也远小于采用前述第(1)种方式制得的窗帘,尤其是在家庭等正式场合中的使用量更偏少。
此外,人们为了便于拆洗窗帘布及洗净之后的再安装,将窗帘结构设计成如公开号为CN103110331A、CN107669080A等专利文献所公开的结构,即该窗帘结构包括上帘片、下帘片及用于可拆卸地拼接二者的横向柔性拼接组件,横向柔性拼接组件包括固设在上帘片上的第一拼接部及固设在下帘片上且与第一拼接部配合以可拆卸地拼接上下帘片的第二拼接部;其中,横向柔性拼接组件通常采用拉链、搭扣及魔术贴等结构,此时,链条、魔术贴及搭扣对应构成第一第二拼接部。对于采用该结构设计的窗帘,不仅能便于窗帘布的拆洗及洗净后的再安装,且可根据使用环境及时节的变化而更换不同结构、功能或表面图案的窗帘布,比如在夏天更换成窗纱帘布以提高通风性,或更换成单向透视帘布以提高室内保密性;但是,这些窗帘的制作方式仍延续了前述三种制造习惯。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种窗帘,通过对其横向柔性拼接组件的结构进行改进而使其纵向尺寸可调,以能实现批量化生产;
本发明的另一目的是提供一种可用于制造上述窗帘的方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的窗帘包括上帘片与下帘片,上帘片与下帘片通过横向柔性拼接组件可拆卸地拼接;横向柔性拼接组件包括固设在上帘片上的第一拼接部,及固设在下帘片上且与第一拼接部配合以可拆卸地拼接上下帘片的第二拼接部;第一拼接部与第二拼接部中,一者上设有多个供另一者择一地接合以拼接出不同纵向尺寸窗帘的拼接位。
通过对具有上下帘片拼接结构的窗帘的横向柔性拼接组件的结构进行改进,具体为在横向柔性拼接组件的第一拼接部与第二拼接部中的至少一者上设置多个在纵向上位置不同的拼接位,从而可通过将另一拼接部以择一方式固定在预定拼接位上,以实现对窗帘在纵向上尺寸的调整,从而在窗帘的加工过程,不用像现有技术一样需知道窗帘的精准高度才能进行定制化加工,而可使窗帘能在工厂中进行批量化制造。
具体的方案为具有多拼接位的拼接部为面状拼接结构、多条条状拼接结构或多排块状拼接结构。这些拼接结构的技术成熟,便于采购,有效地降低批量生产的技术难度与成本。
进一步的方案为上帘片为帘头,下帘片为帘身。对于上下帘片结构,通常可根据需要设计成两片式结构或三片以上结构;而在两片式结构中,可设置成帘头与帘身组成的上短下长结构,设置成上下半帘片组成的上下大致等长结构,或设置成帘身与帘尾组成的上长下短结构;在本技术方案中,选用由帘头与帘身组成的上短下长结构,以使横向柔性拼接组件在纵向上的位置更靠近窗帘杆的位置,能在拉拢窗帘布以减少窗帘在横向上的遮挡面积时,有效地减少横向柔性拼接组件在横向上恢复力的展开效果,可在使用过程中更好地对窗帘进行收拢操作。
优选的方案为一个拼接部为面状拼接结构,另一个拼接部为带状拼接结构,且在面状拼接结构的接合面上设有多条沿横向布置的接合对准条。将一个拼接部设置成带状,另一个设置成面状,在能获取多个拼接位的同时,有效减少横向柔性拼接组件在窗帘收拢过程中的横向恢复力;此外,通过在面状拼接部的接合面上设置多根沿横向布置的接合对准条,可提高调整高度过程中的接准率,以提高调整速度。
另一个优选的方案为第一拼接部为面状的粘扣布,第二拼接部包括具有带钩刺毛的粘扣带。选用柔软的粘扣布作为提供多个拼接位的拼接部,并选用粘扣带作为另一拼接部,不仅能有效地降低横向柔性拼接组件在窗帘收拢过程中横向恢复力,且便于第一拼接部与上帘片之间的固定连接。
更优选的方案为粘扣布的接合面上设有多条沿横向布置的粘合对准条。通过在面状拼接部的接合面上设置多根沿横向布置的接合对准条,可提高调整高度过程中的接准率,以提高调整速度。
另一个更优选的方案为对准条贴合于接合面上而覆盖该部分接合面,通过覆盖部分接合面而使带状拼接结构无法与该部分接合面接合,以更好更准确地进行接合拼接操作;对准条为胶条,便于在接合面上固设接合对准条;对准条为彩色条体结构,便于识别与对准;胶条以压胶方式固设于拼接部的接合面上;能够更好地进行批量化生成的同时,更好地在预定位置上固设接合对准条。
另一个优选的方案为第一拼接部设于上帘片的向阳面侧,第一拼接部的周缘部通过缝线固设在上帘片上;上帘片的下端部上固设有用于遮盖拼接缝的裙边结构。
另一个优选方案为一拼接部包括一排以上的挂钩,另一拼接部包括一排以上的供所述挂钩挂支的支撑件;挂钩与支撑件中,至少一者为多排。采用挂钩与支撑件配合而进行可拆卸地拼接,由于挂钩与支撑件均可设置成离散固定结构,有效地降低横向柔性拼接组件对窗帘在收拢过程中的横向恢复力。
更优选的方案为挂钩为缩口式弹性钩,有效地提高挂钩与支撑件间的连接牢固性;支撑件为两端固设在帘布上的柔性线条或设于基布上的切割口,支撑件的结构简单便于制造,且能有效降低横向柔性拼接组件的横向恢复力;支撑件的排数为多排,挂钩的排数为单排,能有效降低横向柔性拼接组件的横向恢复力,且能降低成本;挂钩固设在下帘片的上端部上。
另一个优选的方案为上帘片上的拼接部的接合面为向阳面,以便于拼接组件在窗帘正面视角上的隐藏。
另一个优选的方案为第一拼接部固设在上帘片的下端部或下端部与中部区域上,即至少固设在上帘片的下端部上,第二拼接部固设在下帘片的上端部上。
另一个优选的方案为窗帘为由一个至四个横向柔性拼接组件对应地对两帘片至五帘片进行拼接成一组至四组的上下帘片结构。
更优选的方案为窗帘为由一个横向柔性拼接组件对两帘片进行拼接成一组的上下帘片结构或由两个横向柔性拼接组件对三帘片进行拼接成两组的上下帘片结构。
为了实现上述另一目的,本发明提供的窗帘的制造方法包括备料步骤与固设步骤;备料步骤包括依据预定尺寸准备上帘片、下帘片、粘扣布及具有带钩刺毛的粘扣带;固设步骤包括将粘扣布固设 在其中一帘片的面侧上,将粘扣带固设在另一帘片的面侧上;粘扣布的粘合面上预先固设多条沿横向布置的粘合对准条,或在固设步骤之后,在粘扣布的粘合面上的预定位置处固设多条沿横向布置的粘合对准条。
通过上述制造方法生产出的窗帘,由于其在纵向上尺寸可调,从而与现有技术相比,能够更好地进行批量化制造。
具体的方案为粘扣布固设在上帘片的向阳面侧上;固设多条沿横向布置的粘合对准条的步骤包括以压胶方式在粘合面的预定位置处压制出多条沿横向布置的胶条。

以下结合实施例及其附图对本发明作进一步说明。
窗帘实施例1
参见图1至图3,本发明窗帘1包括上帘片2、下帘片3及用于可拆卸地拼接上下帘片的横向柔性拼接组件4,在本实施例中,上帘片2为帘头,下帘片3为帘身,即本发明窗帘实施例由帘头与帘身拼接成上短下长的拼接结构。
如图2及图3所示,横向柔性拼接组件4包括粘扣带41及图中阴影部分所示的面状粘扣布42;粘扣带41通过缝线固设在下帘片3的背光面侧上;粘扣布42通过缝线固设在上帘片2的向阳面侧上,粘扣布42上的至少周缘部分缝合在上帘片2上,从而可使横向柔性拼接组件4在从窗帘1正面侧视角观看时能被很好地隐藏,且整个横向柔性拼接组件4位于帘头位置上,有效地确保窗帘的整体美观性。其中,粘扣布42构成本实施例中的第一拼接部,粘扣带41构成本实施例中的第二拼接部。
由于粘扣布42具有布满其粘合面上的柔软纤维圆毛,而在粘扣带4上布满带钩的刺毛,从而可使二者能够进行可拆卸地粘合。
在本实施例中,粘扣布42固设在帘头的下端部及中部区域上,且下边缘与帘头的下端边缘齐平;粘扣带41固设在帘身的上端部上,且上边缘与帘身的上端边缘齐平。
由于粘扣布42在纵向尺寸上大于粘扣带41且可粘合位置连续布置而呈现面状结构,具体选为是粘扣带41的两倍甚至十倍以上,即在本实施例中第一拼接部为面状拼接结构。
在使用过程中,将与粘扣布42分离的粘扣带41沿纵向调整其高度后再粘接至粘扣布42的对应位置上,从而对窗帘1上端缘与下端缘之间的间距进行调整,即对窗帘1的纵向尺寸进行调整,以匹配实际安装场景的高度要求。
在本实施例中,由于粘扣布42在纵向上可粘合区域为连续布置的面状拼接结构,从而使其上具有理论上的无数个拼接位,且这些拼接位在纵向上的位置差异可以为任意值。
在本实施例中,不仅能够实现对窗帘1在纵向尺寸上的调整,且可便于对帘身3在清洗过程中的拆装,且可根据应用场景与时节替换成不同结构或图案的帘身3。
窗帘实施例2
参见图4及图5,本发明窗帘1包括上帘片2、下帘片3及用于可拆卸地拼接上下帘片的横向柔性拼接组件4,在本实施例中,上帘片2为帘头,下帘片3为帘身,即本发明窗帘实施例由帘头与帘身拼接成上短下长的拼接结构。
横向柔性拼接组件4包括粘扣带41、图中阴影部分所示的面状粘扣布42及沿横向布置的胶条43,在粘扣带41与粘扣布42的粘合过程中,利用胶条对粘结位置进行对准,即胶条43构成本实施例中的粘合对准条。其中,粘扣带41通过缝线固设在下帘片3的背光面侧上;粘扣布42通过缝线固设在上帘片2的向阳面侧上,从而可使横向柔性拼接组件4在从窗帘1正面侧视角观看时能被很好地隐藏,且整个横向柔性拼接组件4位于帘头位置上,有效地确保窗帘的整体美观性。胶条43以压胶的方式压制于粘扣布42的粘合面上,即其贴合于粘扣布42的接合面上而对该部分接合面进行覆盖,以使 粘扣带41不与该部分接合面进行粘连接。其中,粘扣布42与固设在其上的多条胶条43一起构成本实施例中的第一拼接部,粘扣带41构成本实施例中的第二拼接部。
由于粘扣布42具有布满其接合面上的柔软纤维圆毛,而在粘扣带4上布满有带钩的刺毛,从而可使二者能够进行可拆卸地粘合。
在本实施例中,粘扣布42固设在帘头的下端部及中部区域上,且其下边缘与帘头的下端缘齐平;粘扣带41固设在帘身的上端部上,且其上端缘与帘身的上端缘齐平。
在本实施例中,胶条43将面状粘扣布42的接合面分割成多条沿横向布置的条状粘扣布区域,即分割成多条不连续的接合面区域,这些接合面区域在纵向尺寸上大于粘扣带41,即在本实施例中,第一拼接部为多条条状拼接结构,对于条状拼接结构的条数根据实际应用场景进行设定,在本实施例中为5条以上。
在使用过程中,将与粘扣布42分离的粘扣带41沿纵向调整其高度后再粘接至对应接合面区域上,从而达到调整了窗帘1的上端缘与下端缘之间的间距的目的,即对窗帘1的纵向尺寸进行调整,以匹配实际安装场景的高度要求。且在纵向尺寸调整的拼接过程中,通过粘扣带41上边缘或下边缘对应地与胶条43的下边缘或上边缘对准来实现对粘扣带41的接合过程进行对准操作,不仅可有效地提高对准率,还可基于粘扣带41与胶条43无法粘合而达到防止第一拼接部与第二拼接部拼接倾斜的效果,即在本实施例中,每条胶条43均可为两个拼接位提供对准,意味着在本实施例中,所能提供的拼接位数量至少为胶条的两倍,当然了,对于紧贴粘扣布42上下端缘设置的胶条43只能为一个拼接位提供对准;对于接合面区域在纵 向上尺寸大于粘扣带41的部分区域,即两胶条43之间的距离大于粘扣带41的部分,这些区域也能提供部分连续可调的拼接位,对于这些拼接位,则可利用胶条43进行参考对准。
窗帘实施例3
参见图4及图5,本发明窗帘1包括上帘片2、下帘片3及用于可拆卸地拼接上下帘片的横向柔性拼接组件4,在本实施例中,上帘片2为帘头,下帘片3为帘身,即本发明窗帘实施例由帘头与帘身拼接成上短下长的拼接结构。
横向柔性拼接组件4包括牙链带41、基布42、多根固设在基布42上的牙链带43及图中未示出的拉链头,牙链带41与牙链带43的长度均沿横向布置,拉链头可滑动地安装在牙链带41上,即牙链带41、拉链头与其中一根牙链带43一起构成开口拉链。其中,基布42通过缝线固设在上帘片2的向光面侧上,牙链带41通过缝线固设在下帘片3的背阳面侧上,从而可使横向柔性拼接组件4在从窗帘1正面侧视角观看时能被很好地隐藏,且整个横向柔性拼接组件4位于帘头位置上,有效地确保窗帘的整体美观性。其中,基布42与固设在其上的多根牙链带43一起构成本实施例中的第一拼接部,牙链带41与拉链头一起构成本实施例中的第二拼接部,且基布与多条牙链带43一起构成多条条状拼接结构。
基于牙链带43、拉链头与牙链带41构成的开口拉链,选择其中一条牙链带43,并使用拉链头控制其与牙链带41的开合,从而可使帘身与帘头能够进行可拆卸地接合。
在本实施例中,基布42固设在帘头的下端部及中部区域上,牙链带41固设在帘身的上端部上。
在使用过程中,根据实际场景中的高度要求,选择其中一条牙链带43与牙链带41进行闭合,从而对窗帘1上端缘与下端缘之间的间距进行调整,即对窗帘1的纵向尺寸进行调整,以匹配实际安装场景的高度要求。
在本实施例中,牙链带43在基布42上的不同布置位置构成与牙链带43的数量相等的拼接位。对于牙链带43之间的间距,在本实施例中为等间距布置,且数量为10条以上;当然了,可以根据对窗帘1在实际场景中的尺寸统计数据,对不同长度范围上的窗帘根据位置统计概率进行设置。
窗帘实施例4
作为对本发明窗帘实施例4的说明,以下仅对于上述窗帘实施例3的不同之处进行说明。
参见图6,利用固设在基布42上多排搭扣43替代上述窗帘实施例3中的牙链带,利用固设在下帘片3的上端部上的一排搭扣41替代上述窗帘实施例3中的牙链带与拉链头,即在本实施例中,基布42与固设在其上的多排搭扣43一起构成本实施例中的第一拼接部,一排搭扣41构成本实施例中的第二拼接部,且基布42与多排搭扣43一起构成多排块状拼接结构。
通过选择搭扣41与其中的一排搭扣43进行可拆卸的搭接,以实现上帘片2与下帘片3之间的可拆卸拼接,从而实现对窗帘1在纵向上尺寸的调整。其中,搭扣41与搭扣43可选用磁性搭扣进行配置或选用公母搭扣进行配置。
在本实施例中,搭扣43在基布42上的不同排布置位置构成与搭扣43的排数量相等的拼接位。
窗帘实施例5
作为对本发明窗帘实施例5的说明,以下仅对于上述窗帘实施例3的不同之处进行说明。
参见图7,利用在基布42上沿横向划割出多排横向切割口43替代上述窗帘实施例3中的牙链带,利用固设在下帘片3的上端部上的一排挂钩41替代上述窗帘实施例3中的牙链带与拉链头,即在本实施例中,基布42与固设在其上的多排横向切割口43一起构成本实施例中的第一拼接部,一排挂钩41构成本实施例中的第二拼接部,且基布42与多横向切割口43一起构成多排块状拼接结构。为了提高横向挂钩41在横向切割口43上的挂支牢固性,挂钩41选用缩口式弹性挂钩,进一步地选用闭口式弹性挂钩,横向切割口43构成本实施例中的用于供挂钩41挂支的支撑件。对于横向切割口43的切割尺寸、形状为根据挂钩大小与形状进行选择,图中仅为示意图,并不代表切割口的形状与尺寸。
通过选择挂钩41与其中的一排横向切口43进行可拆卸的搭钩,以实现上帘片2与下帘片3之间的可拆卸拼接,从而实现对窗帘1在纵向上尺寸的调整。
在本实施例中,横线切割口43在基布42上的不同排布置位置构成与横向切割口43的排数量相等的拼接位。

参见图10,上帘片2与下帘片3均为半帘片,即二者在纵向上尺寸大致等长,即本发明窗帘1为由上下半帘片通过横向柔性拼接组件4组成的上长下大致等长的拼接结构。
窗帘实施例10
作为对本发明窗帘实施例10的说明,以下仅对于上述实施例1至实施例9的不同之处进行说明。
参见图11,第一拼接部5位于上帘片2的向阳面侧,第一拼接部5的背阳面侧为接合面,即下帘片3位于第一拼接部的背阳面侧 而位于上帘片2与第一拼接部5之间,从而可利用第一拼接部5为上下帘片的拼接处进行在向阳面侧的遮挡。
第一拼接部5的上端缘通过缝线与上帘片2固接,两侧边缘通过搭扣、拉链或魔术贴可拆卸地连接。
窗帘实施例11
作为对本发明窗帘实施例11的说明,以下仅对于上述实施例1至实施例9的不同之处进行说明。
参见图12,第一拼接部6位于上帘片2的向阳面侧,第一拼接部6的向阳面侧为接合面,且在在上帘片2上固设有位于下帘片3向阳面侧的遮挡布7,即下帘片3位于第一拼接部6的向阳面侧而基于遮挡布7与第一拼接部6之间。
遮挡布7的上端缘通过缝线与上帘片2固接,两侧边缘通过搭扣、拉链或魔术贴可拆卸地连接。
窗帘实施例12
作为对本发明窗帘实施例12的说明,以下仅对于上述实施例2的不同之处进行说明。
采用缝合在粘扣布上的基准线替代胶条,以对粘扣带与粘扣布的粘接过程提供参考对准,及该基准线构成本实施例中的粘合对准条。
窗帘的制造方法实施例1
在本实施例中,以制造前述窗帘实施例2为例对本发明窗帘的制造方法进行说明。
参见图12,用于制造如图3及图4所示的窗帘的方法包括以下步骤:
备料步骤S1,依据预定尺寸准备上帘片2、下帘片3、粘扣布42及具有带钩刺毛的粘扣带41。
缝合步骤S2,利用缝线将粘扣布42缝合在上帘片的向阳面侧上,将粘扣带41缝合固设在下帘片的背面侧上。
压胶步骤S3,以压胶方式在粘扣布42的粘合面上预定位置处压制出多条沿横向布置的胶条43。
窗帘的制造方法实施例2
在本实施例中,用于制造如图3及图4所示的窗帘的方法包括以下步骤:
备料步骤S1,依据预定尺寸准备上帘片2、下帘片3、粘扣布42及具有带钩刺毛的粘扣带41。其中,粘扣布42的粘合面上预先固设多条沿横向布置的胶条,胶条采用压胶方式制成或在预定位置处粘接有粘性的胶条,从而略去上述实施例中的压胶步骤S3。
缝合步骤S2,利用缝线将粘扣布42缝合在上帘片的向阳面侧上,将粘扣带41缝合固设在下帘片的背面侧上。
在本发明制造方法实施例中,缝合步骤S2构成本实施例中用于将粘扣布固定在帘片上的固设步骤,其中,固定的具体方案并不局限于上述实施例中的缝线缝合,还可采用粘接、钉扣等固定方案进行固设;对于对准条的选用也不局限于上述实施例中的胶条,还可采用与粘扣布不同颜色的缝线、或纽扣进行缝订而成或采用粘扣带条进行粘接而成,对于缝线可以采用粗线进行缝制,对于胶条并不仅使用压胶方法进行固设,还可采用粘接、缝线等方法进行固设。
在上述各窗帘实施例中,对于帘片的数量,均列举由一个横向柔性拼接组件对上下帘片进行拼接的两帘片结构,但对帘片数量的选择并不局限于上述各实施例,例如,可选用三个帘片或四个以上的帘片进行组装,此时,相邻的两个帘片构成一组上下帘片,且该组上下帘片由一个横向柔性拼接组件进行可拆卸的连接,从而构成由两个以上的横向柔性拼接组件进行拼接的多帘片结构,优选采用两片至五片帘片组成的一组至四组的上下帘片结构,进一步优选采用两帘片组成具有一组的上下帘片结构或由三帘片组成具有两组的上下帘片结构。对于横向柔性拼接组件中可拆卸拼接结构并不局限与上述各实施例中的结构。对于选用拉链、搭扣或搭钩作为拼接组件时,可直接将其固设在上帘片上而略去基布。此外,对于胶条等对准条,优选采用彩色条体结构,即为不为纯透明结构,而在上述实施例中采用与粘扣布不同颜色的对准条,以提高对准效率。再者,可将多排结构设置于下帘片上,而将单排结构设置于上帘片上,例如,对于实施例1、2的窗帘结构,粘扣布固设在下帘片上,而粘扣带固设在上帘片上,对于实施例4中的窗帘结构,将单排搭扣固设在上帘片上,而将多排搭扣固设在下帘片上,对于实施例5中的窗帘结构,将挂钩固设在上帘片上,而将设有横向切割口的基布固设在下帘片上。
在本发明中,“横向柔性拼接组件”被配置为用于可拆卸地连接上下帘片的连接组件结构,且在窗帘收拢时能随帘布横向折叠的柔性结构;“多个拼接位”被配置为两个以上在窗帘纵向上位置不同的拼接位置,优选配置为5个以上的拼接位置;“面状拼接结构”被配置为具有多个连续布置而不离散的拼接位。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种纵向尺寸可调的窗帘,包括上帘片与下帘片,所述上帘片与所述下帘片通过横向柔性拼接组件可拆卸地拼接;
    所述横向柔性拼接组件包括固设在所述上帘片上的第一拼接部,及固设在所述下帘片上且与所述第一拼接部配合以可拆卸地拼接上下帘片的第二拼接部;
    其特征在于,所述第一拼接部与所述第二拼接部中,一者上设有多个供另一者择一地接合以拼接出不同纵向尺寸窗帘的拼接位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的窗帘,其特征在于:
    所述一者为面状拼接结构、多条条状拼接结构或多排块状拼接结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的窗帘,其特征在于:
    所述上帘片为帘头,所述下帘片为帘身。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项权利要求所述的窗帘,其特征在于:
    所述一者为面状拼接结构,所述另一者为带状拼接结构,所述面状拼接结构的接合面上设有多条沿横向布置的接合对准条。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一项权利要求所述的窗帘,其特征在于:
    所述第一拼接部为面状的粘扣布,所述第二拼接部包括具有带钩刺毛的粘扣带。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的窗帘,其特征在于:
    所述粘扣布的接合面上设有多条沿横向布置的粘合对准条。
  7. 根据权利要求4或6所述的窗帘,其特征在于:
    对准条贴合于所述接合面上;
    对准条为胶条;
    对准条为彩色条体结构;
    所述胶条以压胶方式固设于所述接合面上。
  8. 根据权利要求1至3任一项权利要求所述的窗帘,其特征在于:
    所述一者包括一排以上的挂钩,所述另一者包括一排以上的供所述挂钩挂支的支撑件;
    所述挂钩与所述支撑件中,至少一者为多排。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的窗帘,其特征在于:
    所述挂钩为缩口式弹性钩;
    所述支撑件为两端固设在帘布上的柔性线条或设于基布上的切割口;
    所述支撑件的排数为多排,所述挂钩的排数为单排;
    所述挂钩固设在所述下帘片的上端部上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项权利要求所述的窗帘,其特征在于:
    所述第一拼接部设于所述上帘片的向阳面侧,所述第一拼接部的周缘部通过缝线固设在所述上帘片上;
    所述上帘片的下端部上固设有用于遮盖拼接缝的裙边结构。
  11. 一种纵向尺寸可调窗帘的制造方法,其特征在于,所述制造方法包括以下步骤:
    备料步骤,依据预定尺寸准备上帘片、下帘片、粘扣布及具有带钩刺毛的粘扣带;
    固设步骤,将所述粘扣布固设在其中一帘片的面侧上,将所述粘扣带固设在另一帘片的面侧上;
    所述粘扣布的粘合面上预先固设多条沿横向布置的粘合对准条,或在所述固设步骤之后,在所述粘扣布的粘合面上的预定位置处固设多条沿横向布置的粘合对准条。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的制造方法,其特征在于:
    所述粘扣布固设在所述上帘片的向阳面侧上;
    所述固设多条沿横向布置的粘合对准条的步骤包括以压胶方式在所述粘合面的预定位置处压制出多条沿横向布置的胶条。
