本发明涉及桌子领域技术,尤其是指一种高度可调的多功能桌子。
背景技术
桌子是人们日常生活中常用到的工具,用于吃饭、办公等。目前一般常见的桌子结构主要包括桌柱和设置于桌柱上的桌板,大多数桌子直接放置在地面上,其高度相对固定,不能根据使用者的需求对其高度进行任意调节。虽然市场上也存在着一些可以调节高度的桌子,但是其多数为手动调节,调节不便,费时费力,并且功能单一,不能满足使用的需要。因此,有必要对目前的桌子进行改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种高度可调的多功能桌子,其能有效解决现有之桌子调节不便、功能单一的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种高度可调的多功能桌子,包括有底座、至少两相互独立且高度可调的桌柱、一固定架、一桌板、一电源适配器、一控制器以及一手控器;
各桌柱间隔分布并竖向设置,每一桌柱均包括有固定外管和活动内管,该固定外管的下端与底座固定,该活动内管可上下活动地设置于固定外管内,活动内管的上端向上伸出固定外管;且针对每一桌柱均设置有带动活动内管上下活动的驱动机构;
该固定架与前述各桌柱之活动内管的上端固定连接,该桌板盖于固定架上并与固定架固定安装;
该电源适配器和控制器均固定在桌板上,控制器与电源适配器连接,且驱动机构与控制器连接;该手控器与控制器之间通过无线方式连接。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
通过利用手控器与控制器之间通过无线方式连接,配合控制器控制驱动机构,并由驱动机构带动活动内管上下活动,实现桌板的升降,使用者只需操控手控器即可对桌板的高度进行调节,取代了传统之手动调节的方式,调节更加的简便,省时省力,并且本产品结构简单稳固,功能也多样,满足使用的需要。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图11所示,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例的具体结构,包括有底座10、至少两相互独立且高度可调的桌柱20、一固定架30、一桌板40、一电源适配器50、一控制器60以及一手控器70。
各桌柱20间隔分布并竖向设置,每一桌柱20均包括有固定外管21和活动内管22,该固定外管21的下端与底座10固定,该活动内管22可上下活动地设置于固定外管21内,活动内管22的上端向上伸出固定外管21;且针对每一桌柱20均设置有带动活动内管22上下活动的驱动机构80。在本实施例中,所述底座10为左右设置的两个,对应地,该桌柱20为两个,两桌柱20分别竖向设置于对应的底座10上,且两桌柱20的固定外管21之间连接有连接杆90,以增强桌子的整体结构强度;所述驱动机构80包括有固定螺杆81、活动螺套82和马达总成83,该固定螺杆81和活动螺套82均设置于活动内管22内,固定螺杆81的下端与固定外管21的下端固定连接,该活动螺套82与固定螺杆81螺合连接,活动螺套82的上端与活动内管22的上端转动连接,该马达总成83安装在活动内管22的上端并带动活动螺套82来回转动,在本实施例中,马达总成83通过驱动轴84带动活动螺套82转动;并且,所述固定外管21和活动内管22均为金属管,固定外管21的上端内壁和活动内管22的下端外壁均套设有塑料间隔片23,活动内管22的上端固定有一固定板24,前述马达总成83固定在固定板24的底面上。
该固定架30与前述各桌柱20之活动内管22的上端固定连接,该桌板40盖于固定架30上并与固定架30固定安装。具体而言,所述桌板40包括有桌板主体41以及键盘托架42;该桌板主体41的前侧开设有容置槽口401,该键盘托架42与容置槽口401相适配并可离合地设置于容置槽口401中;所述容置槽口401的左右两侧均设置有两换向片43,两换向片43前后间隔排布,每一换向片43上均设置有多个换向槽402,该键盘托架42的左右两侧均设置有与换向槽402相适配的换向轴44,换向轴44卡于对应的换向槽402中;且键盘托架42的后侧与桌板主体41之间连接有拉紧弹簧45,拉紧弹簧45的两端分别通过固定片46与键盘托架42和桌板主体41固定连接;以及,所述键盘托架42的前端左右两侧均侧向延伸出有第一凸部403,对应地,该容置槽口401的前端左右两侧均凹设有与第一凸部403相适配的第一凹槽404;该键盘托架42的后侧延伸出有第二凸部405,第二凸部405为间隔设置的多个,对应地,该容置槽口401的后侧面凹设有与第二凸部405相适配的第二凹槽406。
该电源适配器50和控制器60均固定在桌板40上,控制器60与电源适配器50连接,且驱动机构80与控制器60连接;该手控器70与控制器60之间通过无线方式连接。在本实施例中,所述电源适配器50和控制器60通过一安装板47同时固定在桌板40的后侧底面上,所述电源适配器50为带供电插座51的电源适配器,可以方便给桌面上的用电设备提供交流电源;所述控制器60具有多个用于充电的USB接口61,可以给需要充电或USB供电设备提供直流的电源,前述马达总成83与控制器60连接;如图9至图11所示,所述手控器70包括有壳体71、控制板72、透光孔板73、图案透光散光膜74和触控面板75;该控制板72设置于壳体71内,该透光孔板73叠设在控制板72上,该图案透光散光膜74叠设在透光孔板73上,该触控面板75叠设在图案透光散光膜74上;并且,所述壳体71上具有弹簧电池夹76,壳体71的底部设置有电池盖板77;以及,触控面板75为黑色半透明材料制成,由于触摸面板75由黑色半透明材料制成,手控器70在没有操作时是全黑的,只有当操作时控制板72上的LED灯亮起在触摸面板75上才能看到清晰的按键功能图案。

详述本实施例的使用方法如下:
使用时,该电源适配器50接通交流电源,并且,手控器70安装电池或者已经充有电量;当需要对桌板40进行高度调节时,手动操控手控器70,手控器70将控制信号发送给控制器60,控制器60控制驱动机构80工作,马达总成83通过驱动轴84带动活动螺套82转动,使得活动螺套82沿固定螺杆81上下活动,活动螺套82上下活动而带动固定架30和桌板40上下活动,从而实现桌板40的升降。
以及,如图5所示,通过换向轴44和换向片43以及设置在键盘托架42与桌板主体41之间的复数个拉紧弹簧45结构可以使键盘托架42与桌板主体41组成一体,形成一个平整的桌面;当用户根据使用的需要,要更换键盘托架42的角度时,只要稍向前拉动键盘托架42,由换向轴44插入到设置在换向片43上的不同的换向槽402内就可以轻易改变键盘托架42的方向为斜向上或斜向下方或平移到桌面上方或平移到桌面的下方。

    各桌柱间隔分布并竖向设置,每一桌柱均包括有固定外管和活动内管,该固定外管的下端与底座固定,该活动内管可上下活动地设置于固定外管内,活动内管的上端向上伸出固定外管;且针对每一桌柱均设置有带动活动内管上下活动的驱动机构;
    该固定架与前述各桌柱之活动内管的上端固定连接,该桌板盖于固定架上并与固定架固定安装;
    该电源适配器和控制器均固定在桌板上,控制器与电源适配器连接,且驱动机构与控制器连接;该手控器与控制器之间通过无线方式连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高度可调的多功能桌子,其特征在于:所述底座为左右设置的两个,对应地,该桌柱为两个,两桌柱分别竖向设置于对应的底座上,且两桌柱的固定外管之间连接有连接杆。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高度可调的多功能桌子,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括有固定螺杆、活动螺套和马达总成,该固定螺杆和活动螺套均设置于活动内管内,固定螺杆的下端与固定外管的下端固定连接,该活动螺套与固定螺杆螺合连接,活动螺套的上端与活动内管的上端转动连接,该马达总成安装在活动内管的上端并带动活动螺套来回转动,马达总成与控制器连接。

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种高度可调的多功能桌子,其特征在于:所述容置槽口的左右两侧均设置有两换向片,两换向片前后间隔排布,每一换向片上均设置有多个换向槽,该键盘托架的左右两侧均设置有与换向槽相适配的换向轴,换向轴卡于对应的换向槽中;且键盘托架的后侧与桌板主体之间连接有拉紧弹簧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种高度可调的多功能桌子,其特征在于:所述键盘托架的前端左右两侧均侧向延伸出有第一凸部,对应地,该容置槽口的前端左右两侧均凹设有与第一凸部相适配的第一凹槽;该键盘托架的后侧延伸出有第二凸部,对应地,该容置槽口的后侧面凹设有与第二凸部相适配的第二凹槽。
