本发明涉及社交系统具体涉及一种校友管理及家校沟通方法及系统。
学校的教育目标和家长的心愿是一致的,教育学生不仅是教师的责任,也是家长的责任。学校不仅是老师的学校,更是家长的学校。学生的发展离不开家庭与学校的合作。家校之间坦率而频繁的信息交流和沟通是建立良好的家校合作关系的基础,是家校合作和共享资源的前提。家庭和学校通过彼此之间的信息交流和沟通,不仅可以更深入的了解双方的处境,地位及教育期望,也可以更深入的了解孩子发展的全过程。
目前采用手机短信的方式联系,例如中国专利《学校与学生家长之间沟通的信息传递系统的实现方法》专利号CN03134312.0所公开的一种实现学校与学生家长之间沟通的信息传递系统的方法,其利用互联网技术、移动通信技术、大型数据库技术,建立一个包含学校的客户端、总公司的服务器端、Web服务端、分公司端及学生家长端五部分构成的网络;为学校老师配备班主任信息卡和任课老师信息卡,同时还相应配套光标阅读机以及数据采集处理及发送软件客户端程序;学校的客户端自动将信息传到总公司的服务器端,总公司的服务器端利用接收软件进行分析、分类并保存,然后将信息按照分公司端设定的个性化短信格式构造短信,通过相应通讯公司短消息网关发送 到学生家长的手机中;同时总公司的服务器端对信息分析结果生成学生的长期表现及成长数据,并以动态交互式Web网页形式发布。
现有技术方案中的家校沟通系统存在以下缺陷:
系统中学生家长的手机号由老师录入,老师不能核实家长的真实身份,容易出现非家长人员冒充家长的现象,存在安全隐患。
系统通过发送短信给家长的方式与家长联系,只能实现学校与家长之间的单向联系,不能接受家长的反馈信息,家长之间不能自动组成家长群互相联系;不能自动依据班级家长群生成年级家长群和学校家长群,各级群组家长之间交流不便。
不能向校友和家长直播学校的重大活动,不能直播学生在校的学习生活状况。
当学生毕业以后,学校依然可以通过短信平台与家长联系,会对家长形成骚扰。

校友牒结构由内牒和外牒两大部分组成:一是校园LOGO、活动平台、校园文化及课堂科目,合称内牒,属于公开弘扬的内容,不需要保密;二是校友牒列表或学生名册模块,简称外牒。校友牒列表是本级牒所包含的下级牒列表,学生名册是在班级牒中编辑的校友名册涉及个人隐私,具有保密性。
校友牒内容模块布局在牒结构中,实现校友牒查询、编辑、更新的功能。
下面对内牒模块标准化设计要点进行说明。
校友牒LOGO模块,用于自定义设计LOGO,用于生成校友牒。
校友会·家长委员会模块用于研究校史、联络校友等工作的操作终端。家长委员会客户端是家长联系学校的自发组织,专注于收集家长意见,保持与学校的沟通,由全体家长代表构成社交群组。
设有编辑部,由主编、副主编、编辑、校对组成,负责收集、整 理、编撰本级校友牒,负责对应层次自媒体建设管理。
档案·图书馆模块,在牒中设相册、云邮箱、档案馆,用于收集储存资料、相册、动态活动的档案。设图书馆用于馆藏电子图书、链接各个数字图书馆。
公告·家书模块,以公告或家书(私信)的方式实现家校交流沟通。公告可以从校友云、校友牒、校区院系牒、年级牒、班级牒双向逐级推送。
新闻·直播模块用于推送新闻,直播重大活动。
校友云的外牒由学校名称名册列表组成,每一个学校名称对应一个学校牒或校园牒。
校友牒的外牒由校区或院系或年级名称名册列表组成,每一个校区或院系或年级名称对应一个校区院系牒或年级牒。
校区、院系牒的外牒由年级名称名册列表组成,每一个年级名称对应一个年级牒。
年级牒的外牒由班级名称名册列表组成,每一个班级名称对应一个班级牒。
班级牒的外牒由班级学生名册列表组成,学生名册列表中的每一个学生对应其社交账号。
用户新建校友牒时,首先选择学校名称,若数据库中没有所需要的校区、院系、年级、班级,则向管理员发出新建或认证请求。
用户新建学校级校园牒时,若数据库中没有所需要的学校名称,则向校友云超级管理员发出新建或认证请求。

在本发明一实施例中,学生名册形成后,接入互联网家谱平台获取学生亲缘信息,由于每个学生的亲缘信息中的五世同堂图或世系表中已经建立与父母的关系,因此默认父母为监护人,自动生成家长群。如果监护人不是其父母的特例,学生需要在客户端设置监护人,设置后,向监护人发送入群邀请。互联网家谱平台中的亲缘信息已经通过大众认证、实名认证,确保家长群中不会混入非家长人员,提高了安全性。
或者接入校园管理信息系统获取学生名册并完成学生名册与个人账号认证。
生成校友牒步骤包括,
接入互联网家谱平台获取学生亲缘关系信息;在互联网家谱平台中,已经编辑世系表,世系表中的人物间具有亲缘关系,其中,以五世同堂图展示了最近的五代世系表,根据人类寿命,健在的亲缘关系人一般都在最近五世同堂世系中。
依据学生名册和学生亲缘关系信息生成校友群或/和家长群组,并向校友或/和家长发送入群请求。依据学生名册生成或认证学生个人账号,个人账号如果已经认证到家谱,直接获取家长信息,如果未认证到家谱,在个人账号中可以编辑最近五世同堂关系人的全部或部 分,在世系表编辑父母或特定监护人,生成家长群组,并向家长发送入群请求。
将家长委员会账号赋予群主、管理员权限;家长群组生成后,推举家长委员会,并赋予其账号群主、管理员的权限。
家长群组向对应学生的老师账号发出入群请求。老师账号入群后,实现老师与家长之间的家校沟通。
如图2所示,在本发明一实施例中,
班级牒生成班级校友群(或同学群)、生成班级家长群;班级同学群以班级为单位认证到年级,形成年级校友群,年级校友群以年级为单位再认证到校区、院系群,校区、院系群认证到学校牒,生成学校校友群;
通过多级认证,自动生成高一级别的群,避免管理员手动组建各群的繁琐手续,提高了用户体验,提高了学生,老师,家长之间的沟通效率。
班级家长群以班级为单位认证到年级,生成年级家长群,再认证到校区院系家长群或家长委员会,再认证到学校或学校家长委员会。
管理平台接入校园管理信息系统,查询学生的在校状态是否在校(转出、停学、转入),不在校学生对应的家长将被自动移除家长群,也可以由系统管理员或群主或管理员向管理平台发出指令由管理平台将不在校学生对应的家长移除家长群并向新转入的学生家长发送入群请求。
管理平台接入校园管理信息系统,查询班级家长群或年级家长群 对应班级和年级学生的毕业状态是否毕业,若是则自动解散家长群。通过自动解散家长群,避免过度群信息对家长的骚扰,省略家长人工退群步骤,提高了用户体验。
不断动态更迭校区院系牒和学校牒对应的家长群或家长委员会(或简称家委会)群组中的家长代表。管理平台实时接入校园管理信息系统,获取校区院系和学校的家长群或家长委员会(或简称家委会)群组中的家长对应学生的毕业状态信息并判断学生是否毕业,管理平台将已经毕业学生对应的家长代表移出群组,也可以由系统管理员向管理平台发出指令由管理平台将已经毕业学生对应的家长代表移出群组;管理平台向新增加的学生家长代表发送入群请求,不断更迭群内学生家长代表,实现家长委员会的动态更新。
校友牒管理员新增或/和删除或/和修改校区、年级、班级数据库,用户新建校友牒时,若数据库中没有所需要的校区、年级、班级,则提请管理员新建或认证。
下面对校友牒生成进行说明。
用户在数据库查询创建,首先在数据库查询校友牒,查询结果“是”则直接查询,查询结果“否”则创建单个谱牒。
从校友牒的生成条件看,按学校、校区(院系)、年级、班级生成。生成谱牒的特征是单个谱牒独立创建、编辑、更新、查询,生成校友牒后使用富文本编辑器编辑图文、视频或以附件上传方式编辑、查询;生成的不同校友牒的操作接口设计相应的图形用户界面,包括:通过4级校友牒引导用户最终创建校友并录入学生名册,学校牒---> 校区(院系)牒--->年级牒--->班级牒/个人账户-查看校友牒。

学校校友牒是对全校校友的展示、管理通讯系统,列表由校区(院系)牒组成,也可以称为校园牒。

各层级校友牒的公益资金与本级校友牒账户的财富值或存钱罐有关,当校友向校友牒账户打赏、捐赠时,打赏捐赠者姓名、金额信息自动进入公益榜列表显示,付款方信息自动生成列表,付款方信息是否实名,由付款方自行设置。
客户端接入第三方支付平台,校友通过客户端向第三方平台发出支付指令,由第三方支付平台将打赏金或捐赠金从校友支付账户划入校友牒支付账户。
本发明还提供一种应用于校友管理及家校沟通方法的数据库,包括
校园文化数据库和校友数据库。
校园文化数据库对各层级校友牒中的篇目通过富文本编辑器录入/编辑的内容均以XML格式数据存放于数据表相应字段中,对于“列表和名册”外牒则在各类牒中以数据表形式(ID)展示,便于快速检索和汇总。

通过客户端的人机交互,实现社交和通讯,解决校友牒对应的校友群、家长群的社交、直播和推送校友牒相应的活动或公告,降低成本、提高效率,提供简单易懂、一目了然、信手拈来的全新用户体验。
本发明还提供一种应用于校友管理及家校沟通方法的权限管理方法,包括步骤,
产生校友牒计算机系统管理员的方法;
管理平台响应校友牒系统管理员操作对校友牒系统的其它角色授权。
系统管理员通过首次建牒者默认或投票免职推荐或变更转让办 法产生。
单个谱牒的建牒者为首位系统管理员,具有最大权限,约束其网络权限是适当履职的保证。在校友牒的账户设置免职(或退职)、推荐功能按钮,由群主、管理员或群成员点击投票,2/3以上(含)同意有效,即2/3以上(含)点击免职,原系统管理员自动失去系统管理员最高权限,2/3以上(含)传承人点击推荐,推荐新人,被推荐人自动获得系统管理员最高权限。原系统管理员也可以变更转让系统管理员权限。
管理平台响应校友牒系统管理员操作对校友牒系统的其它角色授权,如编辑、校对、群主、群管理员等角色,此外,系统管理员应设置出纳、会计、审核角色管理财富值,出纳在客户端录入支付信息,会计复核,审核批准,财富值才能发生转移。
为了保证上述方法的实施,本发明还提供一种校友管理及家校沟通系统,包括管理平台和客户端;

管理平台为运行在云端服务器的软件系统,客户端为运行在用户设备上的APP,创建模块和交流模块在APP设置可以单独切换至的显示界面,接收用户输入的数据并向用户展示数据。
在本发明具体实施中,校友牒为设置于管理平台的数据库、管理 平台通过设置于客户端的交互界面向用户展示数据库的信息,获取用户输入的数据对数据库进行修改编辑。
在本发明的实施过程中,客户端可以为第三方社交软件中的交互模块,如微信小程序,钉钉小程序等。
创建模块用于创建校友牒,校友牒包括班级牒、年级牒、校区、院系牒、校园牒中的多种或一种;
交流模块用于校友群和家长群群成员交流,交流模块包含对话界面并连接管理平台,管理平台作对用户输入聊天信息在各用户客户端之间转发实现用户之间交流。
如图3所示,客户端创建模块独立创建校友牒,包括班级牒、年级牒、校区院系牒、学校牒,依次认证建立链接,再认证到校友云。各层级校友牒生成对应的校友群,包括班级校友群、年级校友群、校区院系校友群、学校校友群,依次认证建立链接,再认证到校友云。校友群分别对应生成家长群,包括班级家长群、年级家长群、校区院系家长群、学校家长群,家长群里的代表组成本群的家长委员会。
校友云管理平台的系统管理员为超级系统管理员,将多个学校牒和学校校友群认证到校友云。
交流模块通过社交账号实现校友群或家长群成员交流,社交账号包括学生个人账号、教师个人账号、家长账号及其客户端。其中,学生个人账号生成或认证到班级牒的外牒即班级学生名册,由班级学生名册生成班级校友群,向学生个人账号发送入群请求,学生进入班级校友群;班级校友群生成班级家长群,家长账号接受入群请求进入班 级家长群,教师个人账号接受入群请求进入班级家长群。
学生个人账号只需要生成或认证到班级牒、生成班级校友群,然后,各层级的校友牒依次牒与牒认证、校友群依次群加群认证,建立班级、年级、校区院系、学校各层级之间的链接,形成多层级的校友牒和校友群,最终汇集到学校牒或学校校友群认证到校友云,社交和通信的范围可以在班级、年级、校区院系、学校之间任意切换,在校际间查询。
教师、家长账号只需要加入班级家长群,家长群依次群加群认证,建立班级、年级、校区院系、学校各层级之间的链接,形成多层级的家长群,最终汇集到学校家长群,产生校级家长委员会,社交和通信的范围可以在班级、年级、校区院系、学校之间任意切换。
学生、教师、家长个人账号之间也可以实现社交和通讯。
管理平台用于数据处理和与客户端数据通信,各客户端通过无线通信网络接入管理平台实现各客户端交流模块之间的社交及通讯。
管理平台接入互联网家谱平台获取用户亲缘关系信息,通过用户在互联网家谱平台中家谱数据库的五世同堂关系人认证学生的父母或学生特定的监护人账号,从而实现依据班级校友群自动生成班级家长群。
管理平台接入校园管理信息系统,从数据库中获取学生名册信息、教师名册信息,学生名册信息与学生个人账号的认证生成校友群实现群交流;教师名册信息与教师个人账号的认证生成教师群实现群交流。
管理平台完成班级牒、年级牒、校区、院系牒、校园牒依次认证 生成校友云。
如图3所示,创建模块独立创建班级牒、年级牒、校区、院系牒、校园牒,创建后依次双向认证生成校友云大数据。
客户端响应用户操作对校友牒内容、结构、功能进行编辑;
校友牒包括内牒和外牒。
校友牒数据库包括内牒和外牒,内牒的内容包括校园文化,外牒包括下一级校友牒列表或校友名册,内牒和外牒组合在一起形成内外嵌合的结构或组合,实现其功能,客户端通过显示界面向用户展示校友牒并响应用户操作进行编辑、查询操作。
管理平台响应管理员操作在数据库中对校区、院系、年级、班级数据库进行新增或/和删除或/和修改;
客户端响应用户操作新建校友牒,若数据库中没有所需要的校区、院系、年级、班级,则向管理员发出新建或认证请求。
客户端响应用户操作对校友牒执行创建操作,编辑操作,更新操作,查询操作。
客户端响应用户操作生成个人账号;
管理平台完成学生名册与个人账号认证。
管理平台依据学生名册和学生亲缘关系信息生成校友群或/和家长群组,并向校友或/和家长发送入群请求。
在本发明一实施例中,学生名册形成后,管理平台接入互联网家谱平台获取学生亲缘信息,由于每个学生的亲缘信息中的五世同堂图里已经建立与父母的关系,因此默认父母为监护人,完成监护人账号 认证后,自动向各监护人账号发送入群请求,生成家长群。如果监护人不是其父母的特例,学生需要在客户端设置监护人,设置后,向监护人账号发送入群请求。互联网家谱平台中的亲缘信息经过大众认证、实名认证,确保家长群众不会混入非家长人员,提高了安全性。
管理平台将家长委员会账号赋予群主、管理员权限;
管理平台向家长群组中对应学生的老师账号发出入群请求。
管理平台完成牒与牒认证,上下级牒之间双向申请认证,若认证通过则建立两级牒之间的链接;
管理平台对班级牒、年级牒、校区、院系牒、校园牒依次认证生成校友云;
管理平台依据班级牒、年级牒、校区、院系牒、校园牒生成班级群、年级群、校区、院系群、校园群并向对应的群成员发送入群请求。
管理平台按校友牒活跃度在客户端对校友牒轮流展播。
管理平台包括校园文化数据库和校友数据库。
客户端包括直播模块和推送模块。
管理平台响应校友牒系统管理员操作对校友牒系统的其它角色授权。
在本发明一实施例中,互联网家谱平台存储用户的家谱数据,存储用户的账号信息,存储用户账号与家谱数据中家谱角色的认证关系,家谱数据包括家谱角色和各家谱角色之间的亲缘关系数据。
本发明所指的校友包括在校学习的学生和已近毕业的学生。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的社交系统实现校友毕业后的便捷 社交沟通,母校活动可以向校友直接推送,家长群由系统接入校园管理信息系统和互联网家谱系统获取数据后自动组建,效率较高,同时准确核实家长身份,避免家长群混入非家长人员减少安全隐患,实现年级群和学校群的自动组建方便校友沟通。
本发明的社交系统提高校友群的社交及通讯效率,可以在班级、年级、校区院系、学校各层级的校友群之间切换通讯范围,直播和推送时,可以任意选择群组,按需要的范围进行直播和推送。

本发明的社交系统每一个学生账号、老师账号在不同的学历段归属于不同的校友牒和校友群,建立校友云后,还可以查询校友在不同的校友牒和校友群的交集,如某甲是某乙高中同学的大学同学,实现了校友之间的高效快捷沟通。
Claims (25)
- 一种校友管理及家校沟通方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:生成校友牒;依据校友牒生成校友云;对校友牒和/或校友云编辑更新查询;所述生成校友牒步骤包括,依据个人账号生成学生名册,或者接入校园管理信息系统获取学生名册并完成学生名册与个人账号认证;接入互联网家谱平台获取学生亲缘关系信息;依据学生名册和学生亲缘关系信息生成校友群或/和家长群组,并向校友或/和家长发送入群请求。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种校友管理及家校沟通方法,其特征在于,所述对校友牒和/或校友云编辑更新查询包括,对校友牒内容、结构、功能进行编辑;校友牒包括内牒和外牒。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种校友管理及家校沟通方法,其特征在于,所述生成校友牒步骤包括,管理员在数据库中对校区、院系、年级、班级数据库进行新增或/和删除或/和修改;用户新建校友牒时,若数据库中没有所需要的校区、院系、年级、班级,则向管理员发出新建或认证请求。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种校友管理及家校沟通方法,其特征在于,所述生成校友牒步骤包括,对校友牒执行独立创建操作,编辑操作,更新操作,查询操作。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种校友管理及家校沟通方法,其特征在于,所述依据校友牒生成校友云包括,牒与牒认证,上下级牒之间双向申请认证,若认证通过则建立两级牒之间的链接;班级牒、年级牒、校区、院系牒、校园牒依次认证生成校友云;
- 如权利要求5所述的一种校友管理及家校沟通方法,其特征在于,所述家校沟通,包括以下步骤:依据班级牒、年级牒、校区、院系牒、校园牒生成班级群、年级群、校区、院系群、校园群并向对应的群成员发送入群请求;对家长委员会账号赋予群主、管理员权限;家长群组向对应学生的老师账号发出入群请求。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种校友管理及家校沟通方法,其特征在于,还包括校友管理步骤,校友管理步骤包括:对校友推送信息;管理员获取校友信息。

- 一种应用于权利要求1至10任意一项所述校友管理及家校沟通方法的权限管理方法,其特征在于,包括步骤,产生校友牒计算机系统管理员的方法;管理平台响应校友牒系统管理员操作对校友牒系统的其它角色授权
- 一种校友管理及家校沟通系统,其特征在于,包括管理平台和客户端;所述管理平台用于数据处理和与客户端数据通信;所述管理平台接入互联网家谱平台获取用户亲缘关系信息;所述管理平台接入校园管理信息系统获取学生名册信息;所述客户端包括创建模块和交流模块;创建模块用于创建校友牒,所述校友牒包括班级牒、年级牒、校区、院系牒、校园牒中的多种或一种;交流模块用于校友群和家长群群成员交流。
