Abstract

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 에코 프로바이오틱스 솔루션을 활용한 명품 돈육 생산 인증 시스템은, 양돈 농가의 인증 기준에 대한 만족 여부를 평가한 평가 정보를 인증 관리 서버로 전송하는 제1 단말; 제1 단말에서 전송된 평가 정보를 저장 관리하며, 인증 기준을 만족하는 양돈 농가에 대해 인증을 부여하여 관리하는 인증 관리 서버; 및 인증 관리 서버에 접속하여 인증이 부여된 양돈 농가에 대한 정보를 수신 가능한 판매자 또는 소비자 측의 제2 단말;을 포함하며, 상기 인증 기준은 돼지 분변에서 분리 동정된 미생물과 동일 종류인 대상 미생물을 포함한 음수/사료, 슬러리 냄새 저감제 및 돈사 내부 소독제의 사용 여부와 관련된 제1 인증 기준을 포함하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
