Abstract
本発明は、熱可塑性樹脂で構成された細胞培養容器であって、熱可塑性樹脂が、グルタルイミドアクリル系樹脂等の特定の樹脂を含み、細胞培養容器は、細胞収容部を備えた細胞培養容器本体を含み、細胞培養容器本体の底部の平均位相差が0~15nmである細胞培養容器に関する。前記細胞培養容器は、熱可塑性樹脂を射出成形又は射出プレス成形することで作製することができる。前記細胞培養容器の細胞収容部中に収容されている細胞を光学的に観察して得られた所定の細胞画像を、人工知能(AI)を用いて解析することができる。これにより、生物化学関連用途で細胞培養の経過観察等細胞組織を観察する用途において、サンプル損失や破損による怪我のリスクが低く、また偏光や位相差を利用した顕微鏡観察に適した、細胞培養容器、その製造方法、及びそれを用いた細胞の製造方法を提供する。
