本申请实施例公开了一种中继通信方法及装置,涉及通信领域,解决了在单向中继的场景下,远端设备移动到目标小区覆盖范围内时,远端设备如何通过中继设备与目标无线接入网设备进行上行链路通信的问题。具体方案为:当第一无线接入网设备接收到第一终端设备发送的第一信息后,可以根据第一信息确定在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备,第一信息用于指示第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备,第一无线接入网设备向第二无线接入网设备发送第二信息,第二信息用于指示在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备。
Description
本申请要求于2018年11月22日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为201811401914.3、申请名称为“一种中继通信方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请实施例涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种中继通信方法及装置。
在第五代(the fifth generation,5G)移动通信技术中,对于功率受限的远端设备,远端设备可以通过中继(relay)设备与无线接入网设备通信,从而减小远端设备的功率消耗,这里的中继设备可以为终端设备,它们之间为侧链路(sidelink)。第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd generation partnership project 3GPP)课题讨论了双向中继和单向中继。所谓双向中继是指远端设备与无线接入网设备间的上行数据和下行数据均通过中继设备转发。单向中继是指远端设备与无线接入网设备间的上行数据通过中继设备转发,无线接入网设备与远端设备间的下行数据无需中继设备转发。在远端设备从源无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内移动到目标接入网设备的覆盖范围内时,远端设备如何通过中继设备与目标无线接入网设备进行上行数据通信是一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种中继通信方法及装置,解决了在单向中继的场景下,远端设备移动到目标小区覆盖范围内时,远端设备如何通过中继设备与目标无线接入网设备进行上行链路通信的问题。
为达到上述目的,本申请实施例采用如下技术方案:

下面将结合附图对本申请实施例的实施方式进行详细描述。
图1为本申请实施例提供的一种中继系统的简化结构示例图。该中继系统可以为长期演进(long term evolution,LTE)或者新无线(new radio,NR)系统,用于实现远端设备与无线接入网设备间的通信。如图1所示,该中继系统可以包括远端设备101、中继设备102以及无线接入网设备103。其中,远端设备101可以指距离无线接入网设备103较远的设备。远端设备101可以通过无线的方式与无线接入网设备103相连。由于远端设备101是上行功率受限的终端设备,无法与无线接入网设备103直接连接,而是通过一个或多个中继设备102与无线接入网设备103连接。
在本申请实施例中,所谓上行功率受限的终端设备是指由于终端设备的发射功率较低,无线接入网设备无法直接接收到终端设备向无线接入网设备发送的上行信号,终端设备发送的上行信号需要通过中继设备转发。
远端设备101可以与中继设备102间建立无线通信接口。根据远端设备101和中继设备102之间的无线通信接口方式,可以分为用户设备(user equipment,UE)类型中继设备和基站类型中继设备。UE类型中继设备,即中继设备和远端设备之间通过侧链路(sidelink)进行通信,使用3GPP标准规定的侧链路对应的方案,其中侧链路在某些文献中又称PC5链路,设备到设备(device to device,D2D)链路等等。基站类型中继设备,即中继设备和远端设备之间通过LTE空口或NR空口进行通信,使用3GPP标准规定的空口对应的方案。离无线接入网设备103最近的中继设备102可以与无线接入网设备103之间建立无线通信接口(如LTE空口或者NR空口)。
例如,当远端设备101需要向无线接入网设备103发送用户面数据或者控制面数据时,远端设备101可以通过远端设备101与中继设备102间的无线通信接口(如:PC5口)向中继设备102发送用户面数据或者控制面数据,中继设备102可以通过中继设备102与无线接入网设备103间的无线通信接口向无线接入网设备103发送远端设备101的用户面数据或者控制面数据。相对应的,当无线接入网设备103需要向远端设备101发送用户面数据或者控制面数据时,无线接入网设备103也可以通过中继设备102将用户面数据或者控制面数据发送给远端设备101。
本申请各实施例中,中继设备为UE类型中继,即终端设备,或者称为用户设备(user euqipment,UE)。
需要说明的是,图1所示网络架构仅为示例性架构图,虽然未示出,但除图1所示网络功能实体外,图1所示网络还可以包括其他功能实体,如:核心网网元等,不予限制。无线接入网设备103可以通过无线或有线方式与核心网设备连接。核心网设 备与无线接入网设备103可以是独立的不同的物理设备,也可以是将核心网设备的功能与无线接入网设备103的逻辑功能集成在同一个物理设备上,还可以是一个物理设备上集成了部分核心网设备的功能和部分的无线接入网设备103的功能。另外,本申请的实施例对该通信系统中包括的核心网设备、网络设备和终端设备的数量不做限定。
示例性的,图1中的远端设备101可以为远端用户设备(remote user equipment,remote UE),如:可以为可穿戴设备(智能手表、智能手环等),还可以为智能家具(或家电)、车联网中的汽车、工业互联网中的机械手臂、智能加油设备等其他距离无线接入网设备较远、需要通过中继设备与无线接入网设备连接的设备。
图1中的中继设备102可以为中继用户设备(relay user equipment,relay UE),如:可以为各种具有无线通信功能的手持设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备;还可以包括用户单元(subscriber unit)、蜂窝电话(cellular phone)、智能电话(smart phone)、无线数据卡、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)电脑、平板型电脑、无线调制解调器(modem)、手持设备(handheld)、膝上型电脑(laptop computer)、无绳电话(cordless phone)或者无线本地环路(wireless local loop,WLL)台、机器类型通信(machine type communication,MTC)终端、移动台(mobile station,MS)等,不予限制。
图1中的无线接入网设备103可以是网络侧中一种用于发射或接收信号的实体。无线接入网设备还可以命名为接入网设备,主要用于实现无线物理实体功能、资源调度和无线资源管理、无线接入控制以及移动性管理等功能。示例性的,无线接入网设备可以为无线接入网(radio access network,RAN)下一代基站(generation nodeB,gNB),或LTE基站eNB或其它任一接入单元。另外,在本申请实施例中,无线接入网设备为小区提供服务,远端设备通过该小区使用的传输资源(例如,频域资源)与无线接入网设备进行通信,该小区可以是无线接入网设备(例如基站)对应的小区,小区可以属于宏基站,也可以属于小小区(small cell)对应的基站,这里的小小区可以包括:城市小区(Metro cell)、微小区(Micro cell)、微微小区(Pico cell)、毫微微小区(Femto cell)等,这些小小区具有覆盖范围小、发射功率低的特点,适用于提供高速率的数据传输服务。此外,在其它可能的情况下,无线接入网设备可以是其它为远端设备提供无线通信功能的装置。本申请的实施例对无线接入网设备所采用的具体技术和具体设备形态不做限定。为方便描述,本申请实施例中,为远端设备提供无线通信功能的装置称为无线接入网设备。
无线接入网设备和远端设备可以部署在陆地上,包括室内或室外、手持或车载;也可以部署在水面上;还可以部署在空中的飞机、气球和卫星上。本申请的实施例对无线接入网设备和远端设备的应用场景不做限定。
无线接入网设备和远端设备之间以及远端设备和远端设备之间可以通过授权频谱(licensed spectrum)进行通信,也可以通过免授权频谱(unlicensed spectrum)进行通信,也可以同时通过授权频谱和免授权频谱进行通信。本申请的实施例对无线接入网设备和远端设备之间所使用的频谱资源不做限定。
上行链路(uplink)通常是指信号从终端设备到无线接入网设备的通道。下行链路(downlink)通常是指信号从无线接入网设备到终端设备的通道。在本申请实施例中, 双向中继的场景中,上行链路可以是指远端设备到中继设备的物理通道和中继设备到无线接入网设备的物理通道。下行链路可以是指无线接入网设备到中继设备的物理通道和中继设备到远端设备的物理通道。单向中继的场景中,上行链路可以是指远端设备到中继设备的物理通道和中继设备到无线接入网设备的物理通道。下行链路可以是指无线接入网设备到远端设备的物理通道。本申请的实施例可以适用于单向中继的场景。
虽然,现有中继技术标准中规定了远端设备可以通过中继设备与无线接入网设备进行相互通信,但是,在远端设备从源无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内移动到目标接入网设备的覆盖范围内时,远端设备如何通过中继设备与目标无线接入网设备进行上行链路通信未作出相应规定。
为了解决上述问题,本申请实施例提供一种中继通信方法,其基本原理是:当第一无线接入网设备接收到第一终端设备发送的第一信息后,可以根据第一信息确定在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备,第一信息用于指示第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备,第一无线接入网设备向第二无线接入网设备发送第二信息,第二信息用于指示在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备。本申请实施例提供的中继通信方法,在第一终端设备需要连接到第二无线接入网设备的目标小区的情况下,第一无线接入网设备可以根据第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备的指示信息确定将第一终端设备与第二终端设备一起连接到目标小区,由第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务,从而,实现远端设备依然可以通过中继设备与目标无线接入网设备进行上行通信。
图2为本申请实施例提供的一种中继通信场景示例图。假设远端设备为第一终端设备,与远端设备直连的任一个或多个中继设备为第二终端设备,与远端设备当前连接的源无线接入网设备为第一无线接入网设备,第二无线接入网设备和第三无线接入网设备与第一无线接入网设备相邻。假设第一终端设备从第一无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内移动到第二无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内,远端设备需要连接的目标无线接入网设备为第二无线接入网设备为例,对本申请实施例提供的中继通信方法进行具体阐述。
示例性的,第一终端设备与第二终端设备间建立有无线通信接口,如:PC5口或侧链路,第一终端设备与第二终端设备可以通过PC5口或侧链路相互通信。第二终端设备与第一无线接入网设备间建立有无线通信接口,如:LTE空口或者NR空口,如LTE空口可以为Uu口,第二终端设备与第一无线接入网设备间可以通过LTE空口或者NR空口相互通信。或者第二终端设备与第一无线接入网设备间没有直接的无线通信接口,而是通过其他终端设备的中继与第一无线接入网设备保持连接。第一无线接入网设备与第二无线接入网设备间建立有有线通信接口,如:X2接口或Xn接口,第一无线接入网设备与第二无线接入网设备间可以通过LTE的X2接口或者NR的Xn接口相互通信。需要说明的是,本申请下述各实施例中各个网元之间的消息名字或消息中各参数的名字等只是一个示例,具体实现中也可以是其他的名字,本申请实施例对此不作具体限定。
在第一种可实现方式中,第一终端设备与无线接入网设备间的上行链路和下行链 路均进行切换或转移的情况下,可以由第一终端设备或第一无线接入网设备确定在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的终端设备可以是第二终端设备。如图3所示,该方法可以包括以下详细步骤。
S301、第一终端设备向第一无线接入网设备发送第一信息。
在第一终端设备接入第一无线接入网设备之后,第一终端设备向第一无线接入网设备发送第一信息,第一信息用于指示第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备。或者,第一无线接入网设备可以先向第一终端设备发送请求消息,第一终端设备接收到请求消息后,根据请求消息向第一无线接入网设备发送所述第一信息,本申请实施例对此不再限定。需要说明的是,当前第一终端设备通过作为中继的第二终端设备与第一无线网络设备通信。
作为一个示例,第一信息可以通过3GPP标准中规定的UE分类(ue-category)信元来指示用于指示第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备,当ue-category为category M1或category M2时,通过指示第一终端设备为带宽受限来表明所述第一终端设备的上行功率受限;当ue-category为category NB1或category NB2时,通过第一终端设备为窄带物联网(Narrow Band Internet of Things,NB-IoT)来表明所述第一终端设备的上行功率受限。可选地,可以新增加一类ue-category来直接表明所述第一终端设备上行功率受限。
第一终端设备可以将第一信息包含在UE能力信息中。例如,UE能力信息(UE Capability Information)消息中新增一个新的信元上行功率限制(uplink(UL)Power Constrained),上行功率限制用于指示第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备。或者在终端设备能力信息中心使用前述示例中的ue-category信元表示第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备。第一终端设备可以主动向第一无线接入网设备发送包含第一信息的UE Capability Information消息,也可以是基于第一无线接入网设备向第一终端设备发送的请求消息向第一无线接入网设备发送包含第一信息的UE Capability Information消息。例如,第一无线接入网设备先向第一终端设备发送UE能力请求(UE Capability Enquiry)消息,然后第一终端设备向第一无线接入网设备反馈UE Capability Information消息。第一信息也可以包含在其他无线资源控制(radio resource control,RRC)消息中,例如其他RRC消息可以为RRC连接请求(RRC connection request或者RRC setup request)。最终,第一终端设备通过第二终端设备将第一信息转发给第一无线接入网设备。第二终端设备在转发上述RRC消息时,还可以携带第一终端设备的标识,第一终端设备的标识可以是第一终端设备在侧链路上的标识或者第一无线接入网设备给第一终端设备分配的标识,例如小区无线网络临时标识(cell-radio network temporary identifier,C-RNTI),以便第一无线接入网设备确定是哪个终端设备发送的第一信息。在下文中,所述的第一终端设备的标识可以是第一终端设备在侧链路上的标识或者第一无线接入网设备给第一终端分配的标识,本申请对此不作限定。或者,第一终端设备可以将第一信息包含在第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的协议层的包头内,例如PC5口的无线链路控制(radio link control,RLC)层、媒体接入控制(media access control,MAC)层、物理(physical,PHY)层或新增适配(adapation)层。第二终端设备接收到第一信息后,在第二终端设备和第一无线接入网设备之间的Uu协 议层内增加第一信息,还可以携带第一终端设备在侧链路上的标识或者第一无线接入网设备给第一终端分配的标识,例如C-RNTI,以便第一无线接入网设备确定是哪个终端设备发送的第一信息。第一终端设备在侧链路上的标识可以理解为第二终端设备能够识别第一终端设备的唯一标识。
在第一终端设备从第一无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内移动到第二无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内的过程中,第一终端设备可以进行邻区测量,得到与第一无线接入网设备相邻的其他无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的小区的小区标识,以及小区信号质量和/或小区信号功率等信息。如图2中所示的第二无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的小区的小区标识,以及小区信号质量和/或小区信号功率等信息,以及第三无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的小区的小区标识,以及小区信号质量和/或小区信号功率等信息。具体的测量方法可以参考现有技术本申请实施例在此不再赘述。在这种情况下,第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内的小区的小区的信号质量可能会较差,需要重新连接到信号质量较好的无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内的小区。第一终端设备可以向第一无线接入网设备发送测量报告,测量报告包括N个小区的小区标识,以及第一终端设备测量到的N个小区的信号质量和/或信号功率,N为大于0的整数。
此外,第一终端设备还可以对与该第一终端设备相邻的中继设备进行测量,得到所述中继设备的标识,以及信号质量和/或信号功率。与该第一终端设备相邻的中继设备可以是第一无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内的中继设备,以及第一终端设备测量到的邻区的覆盖范围内的中继设备。从而,测量报告还可以包括中继信息。中继信息包括第一终端设备测量到的M个中继设备的标识,M为大于0的整数。可选的,第一终端设备也可以先根据预设规则对测量到的M个中继设备进行评估。例如,第一终端设备根据中继设备与第一终端设备间的距离或信号质量确定一个或多个中继设备,向第一无线接入网设备发送第一终端设备根据预设规则确定的X个中继设备的信息,X为大于0且小于等于M的整数。在这种情况下,中继信息包括的X个中继设备为与第一终端设备的距离小于预设门限或者信号质量大于预设门限的中继设备的标识。
可选的,中继设备在侧链路上发送发现信号(discovery signal),在发现信号中包含中继设备连接的小区标识、基站标识中的一种或多种。小区标识可以是物理小区标识(Physical Cell Identity,PCI)、演进的通用移动通信系统的陆地无线接入网(Evolution Universal Mobile Telecommunications System Terrestrial Radio Access Network,E-UTRAN)小区全球标识(Cell Global Identity,CGI)、新空口小区全球标识(NR CGI)等。基站标识可以是全球基站标识(Global gNB ID或Global eNB ID或Global ng-eNB ID)、全球新空口无线接入网节点标识(Global NG-RAN Node ID)等。第一终端设备可以根据中继设备发送的发现信号,确定中继设备所连接的无线接入网设备。因此第一终端设备在给第一无线接入网设备上报测量报告时,除了包含中继设备标识、信号质量和/或信号功率外,还可能包含所述中继设备连接的小区标识、基站标识中的一个或多个。

在第一无线接入网设备接收到第一终端设备发送的第一信息和测量报告之后,决定将第一终端设备切换到目标小区所在的第二无线接入网设备,或者将目标小区所在的第二无线接入网设备增加为第一终端设备的辅基站。
示例性地,第一无线接入网设备可以根据A3事件或A4事件确定第一终端设备到目标小区的信号质量高于第一终端设备到源小区的信号质量,第一终端设备需要切换到目标小区。或者,第一无线接入网设备可以根据A5事件确定第一终端设备到目标小区的信号质量高于第一阈值,第一终端设备到源小区的信号质量低于第二阈值,第一终端设备需要连接到目标小区。其中,源小区是指第一终端设备当前连接的无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的小区,目标小区是指第一终端设备需要连接的无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的小区。或者需要增加目标小区所在的第二无线接入网设备为辅基站。在下文中,将切换到目标小区和增加目标小区所在的无线接入网设备为辅基站的行为,统称为连接到目标小区。在下文中,假设源小区是第一无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的小区。第一无线接入网设备确定第一终端设备需要连接到第二无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的小区,目标小区是第二无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的小区。
示例性地,目标小区标识可能由第一无线接入网设备确定并发送给第二无线接入网设备,也可能由第二无线接入网设备确定。例如在切换场景下,目标小区标识由第一无线接入网设备确定。在第一无线接入网设备给第二无线接入网设备发送切换请求(handover request)消息的时候携带所述目标小区标识。例如在辅基站添加的场景下,目标小区标识由第二无线接入网设备确定。一种可能的情况是,第一无线接入网设备将第一终端设备发送的测量报告或者与第二无线接入网设备相关的测量报告发送给第二无线接入网设备。第二无线接入网设备根据所述测量报告选择一个小区作为辅基站下的主小区,即本文提到的目标小区。第二无线接入网设备还可能选择1或多个小区作为辅基站下的辅小区。另一种可能的情况是,第一无线接入网设备根据第一终端设备发送的测量报告,选择合适的辅小区集合(Secondary Cell Group,SCG)并发送给第二无线接入网设备。第二无线接入网设备从辅小区集合中选择一个小区作为辅基站下的主小区,即本文提到的目标小区。第二无线接入网设备还可能从所述辅小区集合中选择1或多个小区作为辅基站下的辅小区。
第一信息用于指示第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备,第一无线接入网设备可以根据第一信息确定第一终端设备向第一无线接入网设备发送的上行信号无法直接到达第一无线接入网设备,需要中继设备进行转发后第一无线接入网设备才能接收到第一终端设备发送的上行信号。或者,第一终端设备通过第二终端设备转发第一信息给第一无线接入网设备,第一无线接入网设备从而获知第一终端设备需要中继设备转发后才能将上行信号发射给自己。
在第一无线接入网设备接收到的测量报告不包括中继信息的情况下,且第一终端设备通过第二终端设备连接到第一无线接入网设备,第一无线接入网设备可以根据第一信息确定在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的终端设备可以是第二终端设备,可理解的是,即第一无线接入网设备确定将第一终端设备和第二终端设备一起连接到目标小区所在的第二无线接入网设备。可选的,第一无线接入网设备也可以接收第一终端设备发送的指示信息,该指示信息用于指示第二无线接入网设备未发现合适的中 继设备。
在第一无线接入网设备接收到的测量报告包括中继信息的情况下,但是第一无线接入网设备无法确认接收到的中继信息对应的中继设备与第二无线接入网设备是否有连接,第一无线接入网设备也可以根据第一信息确定在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的终端设备可以是第二终端设备,可理解的,即第一无线接入网设备确定将第一终端设备和第二终端设备一起连接到目标小区所在的第二无线接入网设备。
可选的,若第一无线接入网设备可以确认接收到的中继信息对应的中继设备中存在与第二无线接入网设备有连接的中继设备,当第一终端设备发送的测量报告中包含中继设备连接的小区标识和/或基站标识时,第一无线接入网设备可以据此判断第一终端设备可能无法找到与第二无线接入网设备有连接的中继设备时,第一无线接入网设备确定将第一终端设备和第二终端设备一起连接到目标小区所在的第二无线接入网设备。或者第一终端设备可能无法确定中继设备和第二无线接入网设备是否有连接,但是第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备预先在X2接口或Xn接口交互过其覆盖范围内的中继设备列表,包含每个中继设备在侧链路的标识。那么第一无线接入网设备根据第一终端设备发送的测量报告中包含的中继设备的信息,可以判断所述中继设备和第二无线网络设备是否有连接。当第一终端设备可以找到与第二无线接入网设备有连接的中继设备时,第一终端设备可以利用第二无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的中继设备为第一终端设备提供中继服务,该方法不在本方案讨论范围内,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,第一无线接入网设备接收到第一终端设备发送的第一信息和测量报告是通过第二终端设备转发给第一无线接入网设备的,具体的转发过程可以参考传统技术,本申请实施例在此不再赘述。
另外,本申请实施例提供的中继通信方法是针对单向中继的场景,第一终端设备还可以接收到第一无线接入网设备发送的下行信号,所述下行信号无需中继设备转发,因此,第一无线接入网设备和第一终端设备可以根据传统技术执行切换流程或双连接(Dual Connectivity,DC)的辅基站添加流程,第一终端设备切换或双连接到第二无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的小区下继续进行下行通信,具体的可以参考现有技术的详述,本申请实施例在此不再赘述。
S304、第一无线接入网设备向第二无线接入网设备发送第二信息。
第二信息用于指示在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备。示例的,第二信息可以包括第一终端设备的标识和第二终端设备的标识。可选的,第二信息包括第二终端设备的标识。可选的,第二信息可以包括第三信息,第三信息用于指示第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务。可选的,第二信息可以包括第二终端设备的标识和第三信息,第三信息用于指示第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务。
需要说明的是,第一无线接入网设备可以采用切换流程中的切换请求消息向第二无线接入网设备发送第二信息;也可以采用辅基站添加请求消息(SeNB addition request或者SgNB addition request)向第二无线接入网设备发送第二信息。例如,在第一种可能的情况下,在切换请求消息或辅基站添加请求消息中增加1个信元即第二信息,该信元的具体形式可以是中继标识(relay ID)。其中,relay ID可能是第二终端设备在 侧链路的标识,也可以是第一无线接入网设备给第二终端设备配置的一个标识,例如C-RNTI或者其他用于唯一识别第二终端设备的标识。在第二种可能的情况下,在切换请求消息或辅基站添加请求消息中新增2个信元即第二信息,一个是UE ID,另一个是relay ID。其中UE ID可以是第一终端设备在侧链路的标识,也可以是第一无线接入网设备给第一终端设备配置的一个标识,例如C-RNTI或者其他用于唯一识别第一终端设备的标识。relay ID同上解释。在第三种可能的情况下,在切换请求消息或辅基站添加请求消息中新增1个信元即第三信息,例如增加中继绑定(addrelaytogether),该信元可以包含真(true)和假(false)两个值。也可以是addrelaytogether信元没有值,只要包含addrelaytogether信元就表示第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务。第四种可能的情况下,在切换请求消息或辅基站添加请求消息中新增2个信元,一个是relay ID,一个是增加中继绑定,具体解释同上。即增加中继绑定信元用于指示relay ID在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务。
辅基站添加请求消息还可以包含数据发送请求(data forwarding request)指示,第二无线接入网设备接收到数据发送请求指示后,向第一无线接入网设备反馈给第一终端设备配置的数据无线承载(data radio bearer,DRB)或协议数据单元(protocol data unit,PDU)会话粒度的用户层面的通用分组无线业务隧道协议(general packet radio service tunnelling protocol for the user plane,GTP-U)隧道信息,用于第一无线接入网设备发送第一终端设备尚未递交到核心网的上行数据或第一无线接入网设备尚未发送或尚未收到第一终端设备确认消息的下行数据。例如第二无线接入网设备发送GTP-U隧道信息包含DRB标识或PDU会话标识,以及GTP-U隧道地址信息,例如IP地址,隧道端点信息(Tunnel Endpoint IDentity,TEID)。此外,第二无线接入网设备还可能向第一无线接入网设备反馈给第二终端设备配置的DRB或PDU会话粒度的用户面的GTP-U隧道信息,用于第一无线接入网设备发送给第二终端设备尚未递交到核心网的上行数据或第一无线接入网设备尚未发送或尚未收到第二终端设备确认消息的下行数据。
S305、第二无线接入网设备接收第一无线接入网设备发送的第二信息。
在下文中,协议规定可以指事先约定的、需要设备间共同遵守的规则。示例的,若第二信息包括第二终端设备的标识,第二无线接入网设备可以根据第二信息确定第一无线接入网设备指示在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的终端设备为第二终端设备。若第二信息包括第一终端设备的标识和第二终端设备的标识,第二无线接入网设备可以根据第一终端设备的标识和第二终端设备的标识确定第一无线接入网设备指示在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的终端设备为第二终端设备。若第二信息包括第三信息,第二无线接入网设备可以根据第三信息确定在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的终端设备为第二终端设备,第三信息用于指示第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务。若第二信息包括第二终端设备的标识和第三信息,第二无线接入网设备可以根据第二终端设备标识和第三信息确定在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的终端设备为第二终端设备。
本申请实施例提供的中继通信方法,在第一终端设备需要连接到第二无线接入网设备的目标小区的情况下,第一无线接入网设备可以根据第一终端设备为上行功率受 限的终端设备的指示信息确定将第一终端设备与第二终端设备一起连接到目标小区,由第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务,从而,实现远端设备依然可以通过中继设备与目标无线接入网设备进行上行通信。
进一步的,在第二无线接入网设备接收第一无线接入网设备发送的第二信息,即S305之后,如图4所示,本申请实施例还包括以下步骤。
S401、第二无线接入网设备向第一无线接入网设备发送第四信息和第五信息。
第四信息包括目标小区标识和为第一终端设备分配的第一C-RNT。其中目标小区标识可能由第一无线接入网设备确定并发送给第二无线接入网设备,也可能由第二无线接入网设备确定。具体介绍参见S303,这里不再赘述。第四信息还可以包含给第一终端设备的无线资源专有配置(Radio Resource Config Dedicated),例如,无线资源专有配置包含信令无线承载列表、数据无线承载列表、媒体接入控制主配置(MAC-Main Config)和物理专有配置(Physical Config Dedicated)等。第五信息包括目标小区标识、为第二终端设备分配的第二C-RNTI和随机接入资源。特别的,第五信息中包含的目标小区标识和第四信息中包含的目标小区标识相同。其中,随机接入资源包含随机接入前导码索引(ra-Preamble Index),随机接入掩码索引(ra-PRACH-Mask Index),无线资源公共配置(Radio Resource Config Comm)等中的一种或多种。其中Radio Resource Config Comm主要包含随机接入公共配置、广播控制信道公共配置和寻呼控制信道公共配置等。第五信息还可以包含给第二终端设备的无线资源专有配置(Radio Resource Config Dedicated)。无线资源专有配置除了包含给第二终端设备配置的信令无线承载列表、数据无线承载列表、MAC-Main Config和Physical Config Dedicated等。所述无线资源专有配置中还可能包含第一C-RNTI,以及给第二终端设备配置的第二终端设备的信令无线承载与第一终端设备的信令无线承载的映射关系,或给第二终端设备配置的第二终端设备的数据无线承载与第一终端设备的数据无线承载的映射关系。例如,第二终端设备的SRB1对应第一终端设备的SRB1,第二终端设备的DRB1对应第一终端设备的DRB1和DRB2,第二终端设备的DRB2对应第一终端设备的DRB3。或者所述无线资源专有配置中包含第二终端设备的信令无线承载与第一终端设备和第二终端设备的侧链路逻辑信道的映射关系,或第二终端设备的数据无线承载与第一终端设备和第二终端设备的侧链路逻辑信道的映射关系。例如第二终端设备的SRB1对应第一终端设备和第二终端设备的逻辑信道1,即LCID=1,第二终端设备的DRB1对应第一终端设备和第二终端设备的逻辑信道2和逻辑信道3,即LCID=2和LCID=3。再或者所述无线资源专有配置中包含第二终端设备的信令/数据无线承载与第一终端设备和第二终端设备的侧链路逻辑信道的映射关系,以及和第一终端设备的信令/数据无线承载的映射关系。例如第二终端设备的SRB1对应第一终端设备和第二终端设备的逻辑信道1,即LCID=1,同时对应第一终端设备的SRB1。第二终端设备的DRB1对应第一终端设备和第二终端设备的逻辑信道2和逻辑信道3,即LCID=2和LCID=3,同时对应第一终端设备的DRB1和DRB2。
另外,第四信息和第五信息可以被封装在第二无线接入网设备给第一无线接入网设备发送的同一条接口消息中,例如切换请求确认(handover request acknowledge)消息中,或者辅基站添加请求确认消息(SeNB/SgNB addition request acknowledge)消息 中。示例的,在切换请求确认消息或辅基站添加请求确认消息中,包含2个信元,一个信元包含第四信息,另一个信元包含第五信息。为了让第一无线接入网设备获知第四信息是发送给第一终端设备,第五信息是发送给第二终端设备的,第一无线接入网设备需要在提供第四信息和第五信息时进行指示。例如当第二无线接入网设备发送切换请求确认消息时,将一个信元定义为目标基站给源基站的透传容器(Target eNB/gNB to Source eNB/gNB Transparent Container),包含第四信息。将另一个信元定义为目标基站给源基站的针对中继的透传容器(Target eNB to Source eNB transparent Container for relay),包含第五信息。或者定义目标基站给源基站的透传容器列表(Target eNB/gNB to Source eNB/gNB transparent Container List),里面出现的第一个信元包含第四信息,第二个信元包含第五信息。当第二无线接入网设备发送辅基站添加请求确认消息时,将一个信元定义为辅基站给主基站的容器(SeNB/SgNB to MeNB/MgNB Container),包含第四信息。将另一个信元定义为辅基站给主基站的针对中继的容器(SeNB/SgNB to MeNB/MgNB Container for relay),包含第五信息。或者定义辅基站给主基站的容器列表(SeNB/SgNB to MeNB/MgNB Container List),里面出现的第一个信元包含第四信息,第二个信元包含第五信息。
S402、第一无线接入网设备接收第二无线接入网设备发送的第四信息和第五信息。
S403、第一无线接入网设备向第一终端设备发送第四信息。
第一无线接入网设备将第四信息发送给第一终端设备。例如对于切换的场景,第二无线接入网设备发送给第一无线接入网设备发送的切换命令(Handover Command)消息,该切换命令消息中包含第四信息,例如切换命令消息可以是下行专有控制信道消息(DL-DCCH-Message)。第一无线接入网收到后,将所述第四信息发送给第一终端设备。例如对于辅基站添加场景,第二无线接入网设备给第一无线接入网设备发送的SCG-Config消息,该SCG-Config消息中包含第四信息,例如SCG-Config消息可以是scg-RadioConfig-r12。第一无线接入网收到后,将所述第四信息发送给第一终端设备。
S404、第一终端设备接收第一无线接入网设备发送的第四信息。
第一终端设备接收到目标小区标识和第一C-RNTI后,连到目标小区,与目标小区建立连接进行通信。针对第一无线接入网设备在第二信息中不包含第一终端设备的标识的情况,例如第一终端设备通过第二终端设备发送RRC连接请求消息,里面包含第一C-RNTI。当第二无线接入网设备接收第二终端设备转发的RRC连接请求消息,获取第一C-RNTI后,得知第一终端设备已经通过第二终端设备连接上来。后续第二无线网接入设备给第一终端直接发送下行数据。针对第一无线接入网设备在第二信息中包含第一终端设备的标识的情况,一种方法同上,即第一无线接入网设备根据RRC连接请求消息中携带的第一C-RNTI识别第一终端设备。另一种方法是,第二终端设备在转发第一终端设备发送的RRC连接请求消息时,在RRC连接请求消息外面增加适配层,适配层包含第一终端设备的标识(比如第一终端设备在侧链路的标识)以及其他信息。第二无线接入网设备在接收第二终端设备转发的来自于第一终端设备的RRC连接请求消息时,通过读取适配层获取第一终端设备的标识。第二无线接入网设备通过对比适配层获取的第一终端设备的标识,以及第一无线接入网设备在第二消息 中包含的第一终端设备的标识,可以确认第一终端设备已经通过第二终端设备连接上来。
S405、第一无线接入网设备向第二终端设备发送第五信息。
第一无线接入网设备可以直接将第五信息发送给第二终端设备,也可以将第五信息包含在无线资源控制(radio resource control,RRC)重配置消息(例如,RRC Connection Reconfiguration或RRC Reconfiguration)中,向第二终端设备发送第五信息。或者,第一无线接入网设备可以将第五信息包含下行控制信息(downlink control information,DCI)或MAC控制信元(Control Element,CE)或其他协议层中,向第二终端设备发送第五信息。
S406、第二终端设备接收第一无线接入网设备发送的第五信息。
第二终端设备接收到目标小区标识、第二C-RNTI和随机接入资源后,根据协议规定可以确定在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的终端设备为第二终端设备,第二终端设备连接到目标小区,与目标小区建立连接为第一终端设备提供中继服务。例如,第二终端设备根据第五信息中包含的随机接入资源向第二无线接入网设备的目标小区发起随机接入,当第二无线接入网设备根据随机接入资源即可以判断第二终端设备即之前第一无线接入网设备指定需要接入的中继设备。可选的,第五信息还可以包括指示信息,明确指示第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务。
针对第一无线接入网设备在第二信息中不包含第二终端设备的标识的情况,例如第二终端设备根据随机接入资源接入第二无线接入网设备,第二无线接入网设备根据第二终端发送的前导码,或者根据第二终端设备在特定的时频资源发送前导码,可以确定第二终端设备已经接入。针对第一无线接入网设备在第二信息中包含第二终端的标识的情况,例如第二终端设备在RRC连接建立请求消息中携带第一无线接入网设备在第二消息中包含的第二终端设备的标识,例如第二终端设备在侧链路的标识,第二无线接入网设备通过读取RRC连接建立请求消息中第二终端设备的标识,可以确定第二终端设备已经接入。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的中继通信方法步骤的先后顺序可以进行适当调整,步骤也可以根据情况进行相应增减,示例的,如S403和S405之间的前后顺序可以互换,即第一无线接入网设备可以先向第二终端设备发送第五信息,再向第一终端设备发送第四信息,第二终端设备接收第一无线接入网设备发送的第五信息,第一终端设备接收第一无线接入网设备发送的第四信息。任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化的方法,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内,因此不再赘述。
可选的,在一种可能的实现方式中,可以无需第一无线接入网设备根据第一信息确定在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备,即无需执行S303,可以由第一终端设备向第一无线接入网设备发送指示信息,指示在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备。如图5所示,本申请实施例还可以包括以下步骤。
S501、第一终端设备根据第一信息确定第六信息。
第六信息用于指示在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备,例如第六信息可以包含第二终端设备的标识,或者包含第二终端设备在目标小区为第一 终端设备提供中继服务的指示信息,或者包含第二终端设备的标识和第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的指示信息。
S502、第一终端设备向第一无线接入网设备发送第六信息。
需要说明的是,第一终端设备可以将第六信息包含在RRC消息中,通过第二终端设备将第六信息转发给第一无线接入网设备。或者,第一终端设备可以将第六信息包含在第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的协议层的包头内,例如PC5口的RLC层、MAC层、PHY层或新增适配层。第二终端设备接收到第六信息后,在第二终端设备和第一无线接入网设备之间的Uu协议层内增加第六信息,还可以携带第一终端设备的标识,以便第一无线接入网设备确定是哪个终端设备发送的第六信息。当第一无线接入网设备接收到第六信息后,确定第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务。当第六信息包含第二终端设备的标识时,第一无线接入网设备直接确定第二终端设备的标识。当第六信息包含第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的指示信息时,第一无线接入网设备根据帮助第一终端设备转发所述第六信息的第二终端设备确定第二终端设备的标识。当第六信息包含第二终端设备的标识和第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的指示信息时,第一无线接入网设备确定所述第二终端设备在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务。
S503、第一无线接入网设备接收第一终端设备发送的第六信息。执行S304及以后步骤。
在另一种可能的实现方式,第一终端设备可以向第二终端设备发送第七信息和目标小区标识。其中,第七信息用于指示第一终端设备即将切换或连接到目标小区,请求第二终端设备也一起切换或双连接到目标小区。第一终端设备可以根据第一无线接入网设备的切换命令获取目标小区标识,也可能通过测量报告自行选择目标小区标识。
第二终端设备接收到第一终端设备发送的第七信息和目标小区标识之后,向第一无线接入网设备发送第八信息和目标小区标识,第八信息用于请求切换或双连接到目标小区。
第一无线接入网设备接收到第二终端设备发送的第八信息和目标小区标识之后,向第二终端设备发送双连接或切换配置消息。切换配置消息中可以包括确认信息,所述确认信息用于第一无线接入网设备同意第二终端设备继续在目标小区为第一终端设备提供服务。举例来说,第一无线接入网设备给第二终端设备配置双连接,将第二无线接入网设备配置为辅基站,为第一终端设备转发的DRB为辅小区集合承载(SCGbearer)类型。不同于传统的双连接SCG bearer,第二终端设备和辅基站的连接中,第二终端设备侧只有RLC层、MAC层、PHY层、适配层。而传统的双连接SCG bearer,终端设备和辅基站之间应该是完整的PDCP层、RLC层、MAC层、PHY层。例如在第二无线接入网设备提供的第五信息中,数据无线承载列表中不包含PDCP层配置即PDCP-Config。
在第二种可实现方式中,第一终端设备与无线接入网设备间的下行链路和上行链路分离的情况下,第一终端设备与无线接入网设备间的下行链路可进行切换,并由第一终端设备或第一无线接入网设备确定第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留。例如,第一终端设备的下行链路切换或转移到第二无线接入网设备下, 但是上行链路还保留和第一无线接入网设备的连接。此处称之为第一终端设备与无线接入网设备间的下行链路和上行链路分离,则在第一种可实现方式中,第一终端设备与无线接入网设备间的下行链路和上行链路属于不分离的场景。如图6所示,该方法可以包括以下详细步骤。
S601、第一终端设备向第一无线接入网设备发送第一信息。

第一无线接入网设备可以根据第一信息确定第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留。可以理解的,在第一无线接入网设备接收到测量报告不包括中继信息的情况下,第一无线接入网设备可以根据第一信息确定第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路保留。例如,第一无线接入网设备确定第二终端设备在第一无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内为第一终端设备提供中继服务,即第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路保留。
在第一无线接入网设备接收到测量报告包括中继信息的情况下,但是第一无线接入网设备无法确认中继设备与第二无线接入网设备是否有连接,第一无线接入网设备可以根据第一信息确定第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路保留。可选的,若第一无线接入网设备可以确认接收到的中继信息对应的中继设备中存在与第二无线接入网设备有连接的中继设备,第一无线接入网设备可以根据第一信息确定第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路不保留,即可以确定第一终端设备可以利用第二无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内的中继设备连接到第二无线接入网设备,所述中继设备为第一终端设备提供中继服务。可理解的,第一终端设备可以通过所述中继设备和第二无线接入网设备建立上行链路。需要说明的是,第二无线接入网设备的覆盖范围内的中继设备可以是距离第一终端设备最近的或是距离第二无线接入网设备最近的终端设备,或距离第一终端设备的信号质量最高的或是距离第二无线接入网设备的信号质量最高的终端设备,本申请实施例在此不作限定。
其他详细解释可以参考S303的阐述,本申请实施例在此不再赘述。在第一无线接入网设备根据第一信息确定第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留之后,第一无线接入网设备需要指示第二无线接入网设备不需要为第一终端设备在目 标小区分配随机接入资源。在实际应用中,可以采用隐式指示方式或显示方式来通知第二无线接入网设备。例如,在S603之后,可以执行S604a或S604b。
可选的,第一无线接入网设备可以通过显式指示方式告知第二无线接入网设备不需要为第一终端设备在目标小区分配随机接入资源。如下所示,本申请实施例可以包括以下步骤。

需要说明的是,第一无线接入网设备可以采用切换流程中的切换请求消息向第二无线接入网设备发送第一终端设备的标识,以及第一信息或第二信息;也可以采用辅基站添加请求消息(SeNB/SgNB addition request)向第二无线接入网设备发送第一终端设备的标识,以及第一信息或第二信息。本申请对此不作限定。当然,第一无线接入网设备也可以确定目标小区标识,并发送给第二无线接入网设备,也可能由第二无线接入网设备确定。具体介绍参见S303,这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例提供的中继通信方法,在第一终端设备需要连接到第二无线接入网设备的目标小区的情况下,第一无线接入网设备可以根据第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备的指示信息确定第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留,如第一终端设备可以通过第二终端设备保持与第一无线接入网设备上行链路的连接,第一无线接入网设备向第二无线接入网设备传输第一终端设备的上行数据。从而,实现远端设备依然可以通过中继设备与目标无线接入网设备进行上行通信。
进一步的,在第二无线接入网设备接收第一无线接入网设备发送的第一终端设备的标识、目标小区标识、第一信息或第二信息,即S605a、S605b或S607之后,可以执行S701~S704,如图7所示,具体的详细解释可以参考S401~S404的阐述,本申请 实施例在此不再赘述。
可选的,在一种可能的实现方式中,可以无需第一无线接入网设备根据第一信息确定第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留,即无需执行S603,在第一终端设备需要连接到第二无线接入网设备的目标小区的情况下,可以由第一终端设备向第一无线接入网设备发送指示信息,指示第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留。如图8所示,本申请实施例还可以包括以下步骤。
S801、第一终端设备根据第一信息确定第三信息。
第三信息用于指示请求第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留。例如第一终端设备根据第一信息确定自身为上行功率受限的设备。然后,如果第一终端设备根据测量结果确定未发现与第二无线接入网设备有连接的中继设备,则确定自身到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路保留。如果第一终端设备根据测量结果确定第一终端设备发送与第二无线接入网设备有连接的中继设备,则可以确定自身到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路不保留,即第一终端设备可以通过所述中继设备和第二无线接入网设备建立上行链路。第三信息可以是上行保持(ULMaintained)信元,包含true和false两种值。也可以是当包含第三信息ULMaintained,即表示第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路保留,不包含ULMaintained则表示第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路不保留。
S802、第一终端设备向第一无线接入网设备发送第三信息。
需要说明的是,第一终端设备可以将第三信息包含在RRC消息中,通过第二终端设备将第三信息转发给第一无线接入网设备。或者,第一终端设备可以将第三信息包含在第一终端设备和第二终端设备之间的协议层的包头内,例如PC5口的RLC层、MAC层、PHY层或新增适配层。第二终端设备接收到第三信息后,在第二终端设备和第一无线接入网设备之间的Uu协议层内增加第三信息,还可以携带第一终端设备的标识,以便第一无线接入网设备确定是哪个终端设备发送的第三信息。
S803、第一无线接入网设备接收第一终端设备发送的第三信息。执行S604a或S604b及以后步骤。
需要说明的是,物理上行控制信道(Physical Uplink Control Channel,PUCCH)包含调度请求(scheduling request,SR)、混合自动重传确认(hybird automatic repeat request acknowledgement,HARQ ACK)、HARQ否定确定(non-acknowledgement,NACK)以及信道状态标识(channel status indicator,CSI)。其中,SR是向第一无线接入网设备请求上行资源。当第一终端设备的上行链路保留在第一无线接入网设备时,第一无线接入网设备接收到SR之后,不需要进一步转发给第二无线接入网设备。HARQ ACK或HARQ NACK是针对下行链路的反馈的,因此,第一无线接入网设备需要反馈给第二无线接入网设备。在第二种可实现方式中,第一终端设备在向第一无线接入网设备反馈HARQ ACK或HARQ NACK时,需要增加一些的信息,例如,HARQ进程标识,冗余版本(redundancy version,RV)版本等。第一无线接入网设备将第一终端设备的标识、HARQ ACK或HARQ NACK、HARQ进程标识和RV版本等反馈给第二无线接入网设备。
可选的,除了上述第一终端设备自己搜索中继设备之外,第一终端设备还可以向 第一无线接入网设备发送指示信息和第一终端设备的标识,其中,指示信息用于第一终端设备为需要通过中继设备转发上行数据且直接接收下行数据的终端设备。第一无线接入网设备接收到第一终端设备发送的指示信息和第一终端设备的标识,向第二无线接入网设备发送指示信息和第一终端设备的标识。第二无线接入网设备接收到第一无线接入网设备发送的指示信息和第一终端设备的标识之后,向第一无线接入网设备发送第二无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的中继设备的标识。第一无线接入网设备接收到第二无线接入网设备发送的第二无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的中继设备的标识之后,通过第二终端设备转发给第一终端设备。第一终端设备接收到第二无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的中继设备的标识之后,通过搜索可以确定一个中继设备在第二无线接入网设备覆盖范围内为第一终端设备提供中继服务。但是,也存在第一终端设备未确定到可以为第一终端设备提供中继服务的中继设备。后续如果第一终端设备还是搜索不到第二无线接入网设备提供的中继设备,第一终端设备可以参考上述第一种可实现方式或第二种可实现方式来确定为中继通信的方式。如果第一终端设备可以搜索到第二无线接入网设备提供的中继设备,则第一终端设备的上行链路可以通过第二终端设备转发和第二无线接入网设备建立RRC连接。
以第一终端设备通过一个第二终端设备与第一无线接入网设备相互通信为例,第一终端设备、第二终端设备、第一无线接入网设备之间可以建立如图9所示的用户面协议栈,如图9所示,第一终端设备中可以包括分组数据汇聚协议(packet data convergence protocol,PDCP)层、RLC层、MAC层和PHY层。第二终端设备中可以包括RLC层1、MAC层1和PHY层1,还可以包括RLC层2、MAC层2和PHY层2。第一无线接入网设备中可以包括PDCP层、RLC层、MAC层和PHY层。示例性的,第一终端设备的PDCP层和第一无线接入网设备的PDCP层对等,采用第一终端设备和第一无线接入网设备间的无线通信接口技术,例如LTE空口或NR空口技术。第一终端设备的RLC层、MAC层、PHY层和第二终端设备的RLC层1、MAC层1、PHY1层对等,这些协议层之间采用第一终端设备和第二终端设备间的无线通信接口技术,例如PC5口或侧链路的空口技术。第二终端设备的RLC层2、MAC层2、PHY层2和第一无线接入网设备的RLC层、MAC层、PHY层对等,这些协议层之间采用第二终端设备和第一无线接入网设备间的无线通信接口技术。除这些协议层之外,如图9所示,第二终端设备和第一无线接入网设备中还可以包括适配层(adapation)。示例性的,适配层可以为本申请实施例新增的协议层。第二终端设备中的适配层与第一无线接入网设备中的适配层对等,二者之间采用第二终端设备和第一无线接入网设备间的无线通信接口技术。
PDCP层:主要对来自控制面的RRC消息和来自数据面的IP包进行处理,其功能包括:头部压缩和解压缩、加密/解密、完整性保护、传输用户数据和控制面数据、重排序和重传处理等。
适配层:主要负责携带第一终端设备的标识,第一终端设备和第二终端设备在侧链路的逻辑信道标识,或者第一终端设备的信令无线承载或者数据无线承载标识。
RLC层:主要负责分段/级联和重组RLC业务数据单元(service data unit,SDU)、通过自动重传请求(automatic repeat request,ARQ)来进行纠错、对RLC协议数据单 元(protocol data unit,PDU)进行重排序、重复包检测、对RLC PDU进行重分段等。
MAC层:主要负责匹配逻辑信道和传输信道、将属于一个或不同的逻辑信道的多个MAC SDU复用到同一个MAC PDU上,并发往PHY层、通过HARQ来进行纠错、调度处理、逻辑信道优先级处理、调度信息上报、随机接入过程处理等。
PHY层:为传输数据所需要的物理链路创建、维持、拆除,而提供具有机械的,电子的,功能的和规范的特性。简单的说,PHY层确保原始的数据可在各种物理媒体上传输。
下面对第一终端设备、第二终端设备与第一无线接入网设备间传输数据的过程进行简单介绍。
第一终端设备还可以包括应用层,在应用层生成第一数据,第一数据可以包括数据包头和载荷(payload)。第一终端设备可以将第一数据经过第一终端设备的PDCP层、RLC层、MAC层、PHY层处理后,通过第一终端设备与第二终端设备间的第一通道向第二终端设备发送。第一通道可以包括一个或多个逻辑信道(logic channel,LCH)。每个逻辑信道对应一个标识(identity,ID),逻辑信道的标识(logic channel identity,LCID)可以用于标识逻辑信道,逻辑信道的标识可以为逻辑信道的索引号等。例如,假设第一终端设备为UE1,第二终端设备为UE2,UE1与UE2间的第一通道包括5个LC,则这5个LC对应的标识可以为LCID1、LCID2、LCID3、LCID4和LCID5。
可选的,为了使经过第一终端设备的PDCP层、RLC层、MAC层、PHY层处理后的第一数据适合在第一通道发送,第一终端设备的RLC层、MAC层、PHY层协议栈的具体格式由第一终端设备与第二终端设备间的无线通信接口协议规定。经过PDCP层处理后的第一数据可以称为PDCP协议数据单元(protocol data unit,PDU),经过RLC层处理后的第一数据可以称为RLC PDU,经过MAC层处理后的数据可以称为MAC PDU。
第一数据经过不同协议层处理后包括的载荷不变,而数据包头经过不同协议层后包括的信息可能是不同的。如:第一数据经过PDCP层处理后,数据包头中可以包括PDCP序列号;后续,当第一数据经过MAC层处理后,数据包头中除包括PDCP序列号外,还可以包括LCID以及源地址(source address)字段和目的地址(target address)等,源地址字段中可以包括第一终端设备的标识,目的地址字段中可以包括第二终端设备的标识。示例性的,第一数据的数据包头中包括的LCID可以用于标识传输第一数据的逻辑信道。第一终端设备的标识可以用于标识第一终端设备,第二终端设备的标识可以用于标识第二终端设备。在本申请实施例中,第一终端设备的标识可以为第一终端设备在第一通道上的标识,例如第一终端设备在PC5口或侧链路的标识。第二终端设备的标识可以为第二终端设备在第一通道上的标识,例如第二终端设备在PC5口或侧链路的标识。
第二终端设备中与第一终端设备对等的PHY层、MAC层、RLC层可以如图9所示,为第二终端设备中与第一终端设备的PHY层、MAC层、RLC层端对端连接的PHY层1、MAC层1、RLC层1。具体的,第一数据经过第二终端设备中与第一终端设备对等的PHY、MAC层、RLC层处理的过程可参照现有技术,本申请实施例对此不予赘述。
在第二终端设备与第一无线接入网设备之间未建立第二通道的情况下,第二终端设备可以通过第二终端设备与其他中继设备(如:第三终端设备)间的直连通道,向其他中继设备发送第二数据,由其他中继设备向第一无线接入网设备发送第二数据。第二通道为第二终端设备与无线接入网设备之间的无线通信接口,第二通道可以为LTE制式的空口(简称LTE空口),如:Uu口,或者NR制式的空口(简称NR空口),如:Nu口等。
若第二终端设备与第一无线接入网设备之间建立有第二通道,第二终端设备可以通过与第一无线接入网设备之间建立的第二通道传输第二数据。
一种可能的设计中,第二终端设备通过第二终端设备与第一无线接入网设备之间的数据无线承载(data radion barrier,DRB)向第一无线接入网设备发送第二数据。例如,第二终端设备可以将第二数据经过第二终端设备中与第一无线接入网设备对等的RLC层、MAC层、PHY层处理后,通过第二终端设备与第一无线接入网设备之间的数据无线承载(data radion barrier,DRB)向第一无线接入网设备发送第二数据。示例性的,第二终端设备中与第一无线接入网设备对等的RLC层、MAC层、PHY层可以如图9所示,为第二终端设备中与第一无线接入网设备的PHY层、MAC层、RLC层端对端连接的PHY层2、MAC层2、RLC层2。
又一种可能的设计中,第二终端设备将第二数据经过第二终端设备中与第一无线接入网设备对等的RLC层、MAC层、PHY层处理后,通过第二终端设备与无线接入网设备之间的信令无线承载(signal radio barrier,SRB)向第一无线接入网设备发送第二数据。
除现有的RLC层、MAC层、PHY层外,第一终端设备中还可以增加新的协议层(或称为适配层),该新增的协议层主要负责是第一无线接入网设备确定接收到达数据是哪个终端设备的哪个DRB。例如,第一终端设备的多个DRB可能通过一个第二终端设备的一个DRB传输,或者多个第一终端设备的多个DRB通过一个第二终端设备的一个DRB传输。第一终端设备的标识和DRB标识可以在数据包头和载荷经过新增的协议层处理时包括在第二数据中,例如包括在适配层包头中。例如第一终端设备的标识,以及第一终端设备和第二终端设备的逻辑信道的标识可以在数据包头和载荷经过新增的协议层处理时包括在第二数据中,例如包括在适配层包头中。在本文中,第二终端设备的逻辑信道的标识可以是指第二终端设备在侧链路上的逻辑信道的标识。示例性的,新增的协议层可以部署在PDCP层与RLC层之间,或者,部署在RLC层与MAC之间,不予限制。可选的,当第一终端设备的标识和DRB标识经新增的协议层处理后包括在第二数据中时,第二数据还可以包括新增协议层指示,该新增协议层指示可以包括在RLC PDU中或者MAC PDU或者PHY PDU中,例如在RLC包头或MAC包头或PHY层包头中包括新增协议层指示,以指示存在新增协议层,以便第一无线接入网设备根据新增协议层指示确定将接收的第二数据交由第一无线接入网设备的新增协议层进行处理。示例性的,第二终端设备的新增协议层与第一无线接入网设备的新增协议层对等(即具有对应关系)。
第一无线接入网设备可以通过DRB接收第二终端设备发送的第二数据,则第一无线接入网设备接收到第二数据后,可以将接收到的第二数据经过第一无线接入网设备 的PHY层、MAC层、RLC层、适配层处理,获得第一终端设备的标识和DRB标识,根据第一终端设备的标识和DRB标识确定接收到的数据为第一终端设备的DRB发出的数据,将数据发送至第一无线接入网设备侧和第一终端设备的所述DRB对应的PDCP层进行处理,得到载荷。或者第一无线接入网设备获得第一终端设备的标识,以及第一终端设备和第二终端设备的逻辑信道的标识,然后根据自身保存的第一终端设备和第二终端设备的逻辑信道的标识和第一终端设备的DRB标识的映射关系,找到对应的第一终端设备的DRB标识,将数据发送至第一无线接入网设备侧和第一终端设备的所述DRB对应的PDCP层进行处理,得到载荷。示例性的,本申请各实施例中,将载荷发送至第一无线接入网设备的PDCP层进行处理可参照现有技术,不再赘述。
如果第一终端设备设备或第一无线接入网设备确定由第二终端设备设备在目标小区为第一终端设备设备提供中继服务,或者,第一终端设备可以确定第二无线接入网设备覆盖范围内的中继设备为第一终端设备设备提供中继服务,第一终端设备设备可以参考上述图9所示的协议栈根据现有技术与第二无线接入网设备传输上行数据。
如果第一终端设备或第一无线接入网设备确定第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路保留,即第一终端设备通过第二终端设备、第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备与目标小区进行通信。第一终端设备设备可以参考图10所示的协议栈与第二无线接入网设备传输上行数据。
其中,第一终端设备、第二终端设备的传输过程可以参考上述阐述,这里不予赘述。第二终端设备中与第一无线接入网设备对等的适配层、RLC层、MAC层、PHY层可以如图10所示,为第二终端设备中与第一无线接入网设备的PHY层1、MAC层1、RLC层1、适配层端对端连接的PHY层2、MAC层2、RLC层2和适配层。第一终端设备的PDCP层和第二无线接入网设备的PDCP层对应,采用第一终端设备和第二无线接入网设备间的无线通信接口技术,例如LTE空口或NR空口技术。第一无线接入网设备接收第二终端设备转发第二数据,经过适配层处理后获取第一终端设备的标识和DRB标识或者第一终端设备和第二终端设备的逻辑信道的标识。假设第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备事先为第一终端的每个DRB建立了对应的GTP-U隧道。则第一无线接入网设备将经过处理从适配层头获取第一终端设备的标识(例如第一终端设备在侧链路的标识,或者第一无线接入网设备为第一终端设备分配的标识例如C-RNTI,或局部标识local ID等),以及第一终端设备和第二终端设备在侧链路的逻辑信道标识,同时获取的第一终端设备发送的载荷,通过第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备的接口发送给第二无线接入网设备。例如第一无线接入网设备根据第一终端设备的标识,以及第一终端设备和第二终端设备在侧链路的逻辑信道标识,以及自身保存的第一终端设备和第二终端设备在侧链路的逻辑信道标识与第一终端的数据无线承载DRB的映射关系,确定所述载荷对应的第一终端设备的DRB标识。或者,第一无线接入网设备经过处理从适配层头获取第一终端设备的标识,以及第一终端设备的数据无线承载的标识,从而确定所述载荷对应的第一终端设备的DRB标识。接着第一无线接入网设备将载荷封装为第三数据通过和第一终端设备的DRB对应的X2接口或Xn接口的用户面GTP-U隧道发送给第二无线接入网设备。如图10所示,第一无线接入网设备中还可以包括L1层、L2层、用户数据报协议(user datagram protocol,UDP)/IP层。第二无线接入网设备中可以包括L1层、L2层、UDP/IP层。其中,L1层包括PHY层,L2层包括MAC层。示例性的,第一无线接入网设备的L1层和第二无线接入网设备的L1层对等,二者之间采用第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备间的无线通信接口技术,例如有线接口技术。第一无线接入网设备的L2层、UDP/IP层和第二无线接入网设备的L2层、UDP/IP层对等,这些协议层之间采用第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备间的有线通信接口技术。除这些协议层之外,如图10所示,第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备中还可以包括GTP-U隧道。GTP-U隧道用于第一无线接入网设备将第三数据传输给第二无线接入网设备。第二数据在经过GTP-U隧道处理时,增加第一无线接入网设备的GTP-U隧道端点标识和第二无线接入网设备的GTP-U隧道端点标识,第三数据包括第一无线接入网设备的GTP-U隧道端点标识和/或第二无线接入网设备的GTP-U隧道端点标识。第二无线接入网设备接收到第三数据后,可以将接收到的第三数据经过第二无线接入网设备的L1层、L2层、UDP/IP、GTP-U层处理,第二无线接入网设备根据所述GTP-U隧道端点标识,以及GTP-U隧道端点标识和第一终端设备以及DRB的映射关系,确定第一终端设备标识以及DRB标识。由于PDCP层包括多个PDCP实体,每个PDCP实体对应一个DRB或逻辑信道,从而,第二无线接入网设备可以将数据发送至第一无线接入网设备侧和第一终端设备的DRB对应的PDCP层进行处理,得到载荷。示例性的,本申请各实施例中,将载荷发送至第一无线接入网设备的PDCP层进行处理可参照现有技术,不再赘述。
在另一种可实现方式中,如图11所示,也可以将适配层分别部署在第二终端设备和第二无线接入网设备上。第二无线接入网设备接收到第二数据后,可以将接收到的第二数据经过第二无线接入网设备的L1层、L2层、UDP/IP、GTP-U层处理后,得到与第二终端设备对等的适配层头以及与第一终端设备对等的第一载荷,适配层头包括第一终端设备的标识和第一终端设备与第二无线接入网设备对等的数据无线承载的标识,或者,适配层头包括第一终端设备的标识和第一终端设备与第二终端设备的逻辑信道的标识。由于PDCP层包括多个PDCP实体,每个PDCP实体对应一个DRB或逻辑信道,因此,第二无线接入网设备可以根据第一终端设备的标识和第一终端设备与第二无线接入网设备对等的数据无线承载的标识确定在第二无线接入网设备上与第一终端设备的数据无线承载标识对应的PDCP层实体,或者,根据第一终端设备的标识和第一终端设备与第二终端设备的逻辑信道的标识确定在第二无线接入网设备上与第一终端设备的逻辑信道标识对应的PDCP层实体。示例性的,本申请各实施例中,将数据发送至第二无线接入网设备的PDCP层进行处理可参照现有技术,不再赘述。
在此之前,第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备在建立X2或Xn接口时,可以建立专为用户转发用户数据的GTP-U隧道,例如第一无线接入网设备在X2/Xn setup request消息中提供第一无线接入网设备侧的GTP-U隧道端点标识,第二无线接入网设备在X2/Xn setup response消息中提供第二无线接入网设备侧的GTP-U隧道端点标识。此时建立的GTP-U隧道是无线接入网设备粒度的。如果第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网分别在提供GTP-U隧道端点标识时,还提供小区标识。此时建立的GTP-U隧道是小区粒度的。如果第一无线接入网设备在给第二无线接入网设备发送切 换请求或辅基站添加请求消息时,提供GTP-U隧道端点标识。第二无线接入网设备在给第二无线接入网设备回复切换请求确认或辅基站添加请求确认消息时,提供GTP-U隧道端点标识。此时建立的GTP-U隧道是UE粒度的。
上述本申请提供的实施例中,分别从第一终端设备、第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备、以及第一终端设备、第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备之间交互的角度对本申请实施例提供的方法进行了介绍。可以理解的是,各个网元,例如第一终端设备、第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备为了实现上述本申请实施例提供的方法中的各功能,第一终端设备、第一无线接入网设备和第二无线接入网设备包含了执行各个功能相应的硬件结构和/或软件模块。本领域技术人员应该很容易意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的算法步骤,本申请能够以硬件或硬件和计算机软件的结合形式来实现。某个功能究竟以硬件还是计算机软件驱动硬件的方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本申请的范围。
本申请实施例可以根据上述方法示例对第一终端设备、第一无线接入网设备进行功能模块的划分,例如,可以对应各个功能划分各个功能模块,也可以将两个或两个以上的功能集成在一个处理模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。需要说明的是,本申请实施例中对模块的划分是示意性的,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
在采用对应各个功能划分各个功能模块的情况下,图12示出了上述和实施例中涉及的中继通信装置的一种可能的组成示意图,该中继通信装置能执行本申请各方法实施例中任一方法实施例中第一无线接入网设备、第一终端设备所执行的步骤。若所述中继通信装置为第一无线接入网设备或支持第一无线接入网设备实现实施例中提供的方法的通信装置,例如该通信装置可以是芯片系统。如图12所示,该中继通信装置可以包括:接收单元1201、发送单元1202和处理单元1203。
其中,接收单元1201,用于支持中继通信装置执行本申请实施例中描述的方法。例如,接收单元1201,用于执行或用于支持中继通信装置执行图3所示的参数配置方法中的S302,图4所示的参数配置方法中的S302和S402,图5所示的参数配置方法中的S302、S402和S503,图6所示的参数配置方法中的S602,图7所示的参数配置方法中的S602和S702,图8所示的参数配置方法中的S602、S702和S803。
在本申请实施例中,进一步的,如图12所示,该中继通信装置还可以包括:处理单元1203。
处理单元1203,用于执行或用于支持中继通信装置执行图3所示的参数配置方法中的S303,图4所示的参数配置方法中的S303,图6所示的参数配置方法中的S603,图7所示的参数配置方法中的S603。
若所述中继通信装置为第一终端设备或支持第一终端设备实现实施例中提供的方法的通信装置,例如该通信装置可以是芯片系统。
其中,发送单元1202,用于支持中继通信装置执行本申请实施例中描述的方法。例如,发送单元1202,用于执行或用于支持中继通信装置执行图3所示的参数配置方 法中的S301,图4所示的参数配置方法中的S301,图5所示的参数配置方法中的S301和S502,图6所示的参数配置方法中的S601,图7所示的参数配置方法中的S601,图8所示的参数配置方法中的S601和S802。
处理单元1203,用于执行或用于支持中继通信装置执行图5所示的参数配置方法中的S501,图8所示的参数配置方法中的S801。
接收单元1201,用于执行或用于支持中继通信装置执行图4所示的参数配置方法中的S404,图5所示的参数配置方法中的S404,图7所示的参数配置方法中的S704,图8所示的参数配置方法中的S704。
需要说明的是,上述方法实施例涉及的各步骤的所有相关内容均可以援引到对应功能模块的功能描述,在此不再赘述。
本申请实施例提供的中继通信装置,用于执行上述任意实施例的方法,因此可以达到与上述实施例的方法相同的效果。
如图13所示为本申请实施例提供的通信装置1300,用于实现上述方法中第一无线接入网设备的功能。该通信装置1300可以是第一无线接入网设备,也可以是第一无线接入网设备中的装置。其中,该通信装置1300可以为芯片系统。本申请实施例中,芯片系统可以由芯片构成,也可以包含芯片和其他分立器件。或者,通信装置1300用于实现上述方法中第一终端设备的功能。该通信装置1300可以是第一终端设备,也可以是第一终端设备中的装置。其中,该通信装置1300可以为芯片系统。本申请实施例中,芯片系统可以由芯片构成,也可以包含芯片和其他分立器件。
通信装置1300包括至少一个处理器1301,用于实现本申请实施例提供的方法中第一无线接入网设备或第一终端设备的功能。示例性地,若通信装置为第一无线接入网设备,处理器1301可以用于根据第一信息确定在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备或者根据第一信息确定第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留。若通信装置为第一终端设备,处理器1301可以用于根据第一信息确定第二信息,第二信息用于指示在目标小区为第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备或者第二信息用于指示第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留等等,具体参见方法示例中的详细描述,此处不做赘述。
通信装置1300还可以包括至少一个存储器1302,用于存储程序指令和/或数据。存储器1302和处理器1301耦合。本申请实施例中的耦合是装置、单元或模块之间的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式,用于装置、单元或模块之间的信息交互。处理器1301可能和存储器1302协同操作。处理器1301可能执行存储器1302中存储的程序指令。所述至少一个存储器中的至少一个可以包括于处理器中。
通信装置1300还可以包括通信接口1303,用于通过传输介质和其它设备进行通信,从而用于通信装置1300中的装置可以和其它设备进行通信。示例性地,若通信装置为网络设备,该其它设备为终端设备。若通信装置为终端设备,该其它设备为网络设备。处理器1301利用通信接口1303收发数据,并用于实现图3~图8对应的实施例中所述的第一无线接入网设备或第一终端设备所执行的方法。
本申请实施例中不限定上述通信接口1303、处理器1301以及存储器1302之间的具体连接介质。本申请实施例在图13中以通信接口1303、处理器1301以及存储器1302 之间通过总线1304连接,总线在图13中以粗线表示,其它部件之间的连接方式,仅是进行示意性说明,并不引以为限。所述总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图13中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
在本申请实施例中,处理器可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器、专用集成电路、现场可编程门阵列或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件,可以实现或者执行本申请实施例中的公开的各方法、步骤及逻辑框图。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者任何常规的处理器等。结合本申请实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。
在本申请实施例中,存储器可以是非易失性存储器,比如硬盘(hard disk drive,HDD)或固态硬盘(solid-state drive,SSD)等,还可以是易失性存储器(volatile memory),例如随机存取存储器(random-access memory,RAM)。存储器是能够用于携带或存储具有指令或数据结构形式的期望的程序代码并能够由计算机存取的任何其他介质,但不限于此。本申请实施例中的存储器还可以是电路或者其它任意能够实现存储功能的装置,用于存储程序指令和/或数据。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块或单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个装置,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。

另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
本申请实施例提供的方法中,可以全部或部分地通过软件、硬件、固件或者其任意组合来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以全部或部分地以计算机程序产品的形式实现。所述计算机程序产品包括一个或多个计算机指令。在计算机上加载和执行所述计算机程序指令时,全部或部分地产生按照本发明实施例所述的流程或功能。所述计算机可以是通用计算机、专用计算机、计算机网络、网络设备、终端或者其他可编程装置。所述计算机指令可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,或者从一个计算机可读存储介质 向另一个计算机可读存储介质传输,例如,所述计算机指令可以从一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心通过有线(例如同轴电缆、光纤、数字用户线(digital subscriber line,DSL))或无线(例如红外、无线、微波等)方式向另一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心进行传输。所述计算机可读存储介质可以是计算机可以存取的任何可用介质或者是包含一个或多个可用介质集成的服务器、数据中心等数据存储设备。所述可用介质可以是磁性介质(例如,软盘、硬盘、磁带)、光介质(例如,数字视频光盘(digital video disc,DVD))、或者半导体介质(例如,SSD)等。
Claims (31)
- 一种中继通信方法,其特征在于,包括:第一无线接入网设备接收第一终端设备发送的第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示所述第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备;所述第一无线接入网设备向第二无线接入网设备发送第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示在目标小区为所述第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备,所述第二无线接入网设备为所述第一终端设备需要连接的所述目标小区所属的无线接入网设备。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一无线接入网设备接收第一终端设备发送的第一信息之后,所述方法还包括:所述第一无线接入网设备根据所述第一信息确定在所述目标小区为所述第一终端设备提供中继服务的所述第二终端设备。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述第一无线接入网设备接收所述第一终端设备发送的第三信息,所述第三信息用于指示在所述目标小区为所述第一终端设备提供中继服务的所述第二终端设备。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二信息包括所述第一终端设备的标识和所述第二终端设备的标识,或者所述第二信息包括所述第二终端设备的标识。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二信息包括第四信息,所述第四信息用于指示所述第二终端设备在所述目标小区为所述第一终端设备提供中继服务。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一无线接入网设备向第二无线接入网设备发送第二信息之后,所述方法还包括:所述第一无线接入网设备接收所述第二无线接入网设备发送的第五信息和第六信息,所述第五信息包括目标小区标识和为所述第一终端设备分配的第一小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI,所述第六信息包括目标小区标识、为所述第二终端设备分配的第二C-RNTI和随机接入资源;所述第一无线接入网设备向所述第一终端设备发送所述第五信息,向所述第二终端设备发送所述第六信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第五信息和所述第六信息被封装在由所述第二无线接入网设备发送给所述第一无线接入网设备的同一条接口消息中。
- 一种中继通信方法,其特征在于,包括:第一终端设备向第一无线接入网设备发送第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示所述第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备;所述第一终端设备根据所述第一信息确定第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示在目标小区为所述第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备;所述第一终端设备向所述第一无线接入网设备发送所述第二信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述第一终端设备接收第三信息,所述第三信息包括目标小区标识和为所述第一终端设备分配的第一小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI;所述第一终端设备根据所述第三信息通过所述第二终端设备与第二无线接入网设备的所述目标小区通信。
- 一种中继通信方法,其特征在于,包括:第一无线接入网设备接收第一终端设备发送的第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示所述第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备;所述第一无线接入网设备向第二无线接入网设备发送第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示所述第二无线接入网设备不需要为所述第一终端设备在目标小区分配随机接入资源,所述第二无线接入网设备为所述第一终端设备需要连接的所述目标小区所属的无线接入网设备。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一无线接入网设备接收第一终端设备发送的第一信息之后,所述方法还包括:所述第一无线接入网设备根据所述第一信息确定所述第一终端设备到所述第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留。
- 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在所述第一终端设备需要连接到所述第二无线接入网设备的目标小区的情况下,所述第一无线接入网设备接收所述第一终端设备发送的第三信息,所述第三信息用于指示所述第一终端设备到所述第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留。
- 根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一无线接入网设备接收第一终端设备发送的第一信息之后,所述方法还包括:所述第一无线接入网设备向第二无线接入网设备发送所述第一终端设备的标识。
- 根据权利要求10-13中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一无线接入网设备向第二无线接入网设备发送第二信息之后,所述方法还包括:所述第一无线接入网设备接收所述第二无线接入网设备发送的第四信息,所述第四信息包括目标小区标识和为所述第一终端设备分配的第一小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI;所述第一无线接入网设备向所述第一终端设备发送所述第四信息。
- 一种中继通信方法,其特征在于,包括:第一终端设备向第一无线接入网设备发送第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示所述第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备;所述第一终端设备根据所述第一信息确定第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示所述第一终端设备到所述第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留;所述第一终端设备向所述第一无线接入网设备发送所述第二信息。
- 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述第一终端设备接收第三信息,所述第三信息包括目标小区标识和为所述第一终端设备分配的第一小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI;所述第一终端设备根据所述第三信息通过第二终端设备与第二无线接入网设备的所述目标小区通信。
- 一种中继通信方法,其特征在于,包括:第二无线接入网设备接收与第二终端设备对等的适配层头,以及与第一终端设备 对等的第一载荷,所述适配层头包括所述第一终端设备的标识和所述第一终端设备与所述第二无线接入网设备对等的数据无线承载的标识,或者,所述适配层头包括所述第一终端设备的标识和所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备的逻辑信道的标识;所述第二无线接入网设备根据所述第一终端设备的标识和所述第一终端设备与所述第二无线接入网设备对等的数据无线承载的标识确定在所述第二无线接入网设备上与所述第一终端设备的所述数据无线承载标识对应的分组数据汇聚协议PDCP层实体,或者,根据所述第一终端设备的标识和所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备的逻辑信道的标识确定在所述第二无线接入网设备上与所述第一终端设备的逻辑信道标识对应的PDCP层实体。
- 一种中继通信装置,其特征在于,包括:接收单元,用于接收第一终端设备发送的第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示所述第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备;发送单元,用于向第二无线接入网设备发送第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示在目标小区为所述第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备,所述第二无线接入网设备为所述第一终端设备需要连接的所述目标小区所属的无线接入网设备。
- 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:处理单元,用于根据所述第一信息确定在所述目标小区为所述第一终端设备提供中继服务的所述第二终端设备。
- 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第一终端设备发送的第三信息,所述第三信息用于指示在所述目标小区为所述第一终端设备提供中继服务的所述第二终端设备。
- 根据权利要求18-20中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二信息包括所述第一终端设备的标识和所述第二终端设备的标识,或者所述第二信息包括所述第二终端设备的标识。
- 根据权利要求18-20中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二信息包括第四信息,所述第四信息用于指示所述第二终端设备在所述目标小区为所述第一终端设备提供中继服务。
- 根据权利要求18-22中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第二无线接入网设备发送的第五信息和第六信息,所述第五信息包括目标小区标识和为所述第一终端设备分配的第一小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI,所述第六信息包括目标小区标识、为所述第二终端设备分配的第二C-RNTI和随机接入资源;所述发送单元,还用于向所述第一终端设备发送所述第五信息,向所述第二终端设备发送所述第六信息。
- 一种中继通信装置,其特征在于,包括:发送单元,用于向第一无线接入网设备发送第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备;处理单元,用于根据所述第一信息确定第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示在目标小区为所述第一终端设备提供中继服务的第二终端设备;所述发送单元,还用于向所述第一无线接入网设备发送所述第二信息。
- 一种中继通信装置,其特征在于,包括:接收单元,用于接收第一终端设备发送的第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示所述第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备;发送单元,用于向第二无线接入网设备发送第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示所述第二无线接入网设备不需要为所述第一终端设备在目标小区分配随机接入资源,所述第二无线接入网设备为所述第一终端设备需要连接的所述目标小区所属的无线接入网设备。
- 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:处理单元,用于根据所述第一信息确定所述第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留。
- 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述第一终端设备需要连接到所述第二无线接入网设备的目标小区的情况下,所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第一终端设备发送的第三信息,所述第三信息用于指示所述第一终端设备到第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留。
- 根据权利要求25-27中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元,还用于向第二无线接入网设备发送所述第一终端设备的标识。
- 根据权利要求25-28中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第二无线接入网设备发送的第四信息,所述第四信息包括目标小区标识和为所述第一终端设备分配的第一小区无线网络临时标识C-RNTI;所述发送单元,还用于向所述第一终端设备发送所述第四信息。
- 一种中继通信装置,其特征在于,包括:发送单元,用于向第一无线接入网设备发送第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示第一终端设备为上行功率受限的终端设备;处理单元,用于根据所述第一信息确定第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示所述第一终端设备到所述第一无线接入网设备的上行链路是否保留;所述发送单元,还用于向所述第一无线接入网设备发送所述第二信息。
- 一种中继通信装置,其特征在于,包括:接收单元,用于接收与第二终端设备对等的适配层头,以及与第一终端设备对等的第一载荷,所述适配层头包括所述第一终端设备的标识和所述第一终端设备与第二无线接入网设备对等的数据无线承载的标识,或者,所述适配层头包括所述第一终端设备的标识和所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备的逻辑信道的标识;处理单元,用于根据所述第一终端设备的标识和所述第一终端设备与所述第二无线接入网设备对等的数据无线承载的标识确定在所述第二无线接入网设备上与所述第一终端设备的所述数据无线承载标识对应的分组数据汇聚协议PDCP层实体,或者,根据所述第一终端设备的标识和所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备的逻辑信道的标识确定在所述第二无线接入网设备上与所述第一终端设备的逻辑信道标识对应的PDCP层实体。
