数据读取
本申请要求在2018年11月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为201811400916.0、发明名称为“数据读取方法、装置、电子系统及可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及数据处理。
背景技术
目前,流水线作业在工业生产中扮演着越来越重要的角色,优化流水线直接关系着产品的质量和效率。在人工运输不能满足大机械化生产的背景下,为提高生产技术和效率,传送带装置应运而生,且在工业生产中的应用越来越普遍。
而且,为了实现对传送带中物品信息的自动化读取,所以很多企业开始尝试使用RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别/电子标签)批量读取技术,也即在物品中通过RFID技术标注其物品信息,而带有RFID的物品从传送带出来由人工将物品取到特定区域,然后在该区域进行数据处理。但是,现有的数据读取方法中数据上传过程有人为参与,容易出现漏读或者多读的情况,导致数据读取准确率不高。而且,为了保证出货的要求,在每条传送带出口位置要设置一套读取物品RFID的处理设备,增加的维护和采购成本。
发明内容
依据本申请第一方面,提供了一种数据读取方法,包括:
通过传送装置对应的N个标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置中所传送物品的电子标签信息;
通过所述标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;
根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子 标签信息中的有效信息并记录。
根据本申请的第二方面,提供了一种数据读取装置,包括:
电子标签信息读取模块,用于通过传送装置对应的N个标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置中所传送物品的电子标签信息;
员工标签信息读取模块,用于通过所述标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;
电子标签信息过滤模块,用于根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息并记录。
根据本申请的第三方面,提供了一种电子系统,包括:
传送装置、N个标签读取设备、处理器、存储器以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现前述的数据读取方法。
根据本申请的第四方面,提供了一种可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由电子设备的处理器执行时,使得电子设备能够执行前述的数据读取方法。
根据本申请的数据读取方法,可以通过传送装置对应的N个标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置中所传送物品的电子标签信息,通过所述标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息,进而根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息并记录。由此,提高数据读取准确性同时降低设备成本的有益效果。

实施例一
详细介绍本申请实施例提供的一种数据读取方法。
参照图1,示出了本申请实施例中一种数据读取方法的步骤流程图。
步骤110,通过传送装置对应的N个标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置中所传送物品的电子标签信息。
如前述,在实际应用中,为了对传送物品进行定位,一般会在物品中设置RFID,现有技术中一般是通过人工从传送带中对传送物品进行分拣,并放置对应的处理区域,而处理区域会有相应的RFID读取设备,读取相应物品中的电子标签中的电子标签信息。但是上述方法容易出现漏读或错读等情况,导致数据读取准确性不高。
在本申请实施例中,为了解决上述问题,并对传送装置中传输的物品进行识别,可以在传送装置设置N个标签读取设备,以读取传送装置中所传送物品中设置的电子标签的电子标签信息。其中,N为大于等于1的自然数,N的取值可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
其中,电子标签信息可以包括但不限于相应物品的物品标识、物品名称、物品种类、物品简介、物品基础信息,等等。具体的可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
其中的标签读取设备可以为任意一种可以读取RFID标签的设备,对此本申请实施例也不加以限定。例如,可以设置标签读取设备为天线,等等。
步骤120,通过所述标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息。
另外,在本申请实施例中,为了节省设备以及人工操作时间,还可以在员工身上设置员工标签,那么此时则可以通过传送装置对应的标签读取设备读取员工标签,从而获取得到传送装置对应的员工标签信息,其中,员工标签信息包含的具体内容可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。例如,可以设置员工标签信息包括员工名称、员工性别、员工年龄、员工所属工作小组,等等。而且,为了方便标签读取设备读取得到员工标签信息,也可以设置员工标签为一种RFID标签,当然员工标签也可以为任意一种可以由标签读取设备读取得到的标签,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
步骤130,根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息并记录。
在实际应用中,由于基于RFID的电子标签的作用范围不易控制,而且标签读取设备的有效性也可能存在误差,因此可能读取到不属于相应传送装置中传送的物品的电子标签信息,或者是可能漏读传送装置中传送的物品的电子标签信息。
因此,在本申请实施例中,为了避免上述数据误读的情况,在通过标签读取设备获取得到传送装置中传送物品的电子标签信息之后,还可以 根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息并记录。其中,数据过滤算法可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
例如,如果传送装置中设置有多个标签读取设备,那么此时正常情况下,同一物品的电子标签可以依次被多个标签读取设备读取到,那么此时则可以根据多个标签读取设备的数量以及工作顺序,检测各个电子标签是否被全部的标签读取设备按照相应的工作顺序进行读取,也即可以检测被读取到的同一电子标签的电子标签信息是否被各个标签读取设备都读取到,且读取顺序与各个标签读取设备的工作顺序一致。
经预设的数据过滤算法检测后,则可以将获取得到的电子标签信息划分为有效数据和无效数据,那么此时则可以记录其中的有效数据,而且还可以将有效数据上传至后续的数据处理设备,例如工业一体机、服务器,等等。而且还可以将有效数据上传至云端服务器以进行备份存储。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,所述步骤130进一步可以包括:
子步骤131,根据所述电子标签信息被所述标签读取设备读取到的次数,以及所述读取设备的数量,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤。
在本申请实施例中,如果传送装置对应设置有多个标签读取设备,那么此时各个标签读取设备读取得到的电子标签信息可以互相作为参照进行数据过滤。因此,针对读取到的每个电子标签信息,可以根据所述电子标签信息被所述标签读取设备读取到的次数,以及所述读取设备的数量,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤。
例如,如果传送装置中设置有3个标签读取设备,那么对于传送装置中传输的物品而言,其电子标签信息应该被读取到三次。而如果某一电子标签信息仅被读取到一次或两次,则说明相应电子标签信息可能是误读的电子标签信息,等等。那么此时,则可以将相应的电子标签信息作为无效信息过滤掉。
具体的,根据所述标签读取设备读取到相应电子标签信息的次数,以及所述读取设备的数量,确定相应电子标签信息是否为误读,或者相应的电子标签信息是否为无效的电子标签信息的具体标准可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
另外,对于尚未被确认为无效信息的电子标签信息,则可以不进行过滤处理,也即可以暂时作为有效信息。如果根据全部的数据过滤算法都无法确认相应的电子标签信息为无效信息,那么则可以确认其为有效信息。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,所述子步骤131进一步可以包括:
子步骤1311,根据所述电子标签信息被所述标签读取设备读取到的次数,以及所述读取设备的数量,统计所述电子标签信息是否被低于预设比例的标签读取设备读取到;
子步骤1312,响应于所述电子标签信息被低于预设比例的标签读取设备读取到,则确认所述电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。
在本申请实施例中,可以根据需求设置一预设比例,对于各个电子标识信息,进一步判断电子标签信息是否被低于预设比例的标签读取设备读取到;而如果某一电子标签信息被低于预设比例的标签读取设备读取到,则可以确认相应的电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。
例如,可以设置预设比例为2/3,那么如果传送装置对应设置有三个标签读取设备,如果某一电子标识的电子标识信息只被其中一个标签读取设备读取到,则可以确认相应的电子标签信息为误读取的无效信息,进而可以将其过滤掉。
而且,在本申请实施例中,为了区分重复读取到的同一电子标识信息对应的标签读取设备,可以设置读取得到的电子标签信息与相应的标签读取设备之间的对应关系。例如,可以设置各个标签读取设备的序号等作为标签读取设备的标识,进而可以在读取到的电子标签信息中标记相应的标签读取设备的标识,等等。
例如,对于上述的三个标签读取设备,可以分别设置标识依次为a01、a02和a03,而对于同样的电子标识信息,如果被标签读取设备a01读取到,则可以在相应的电子标识信息中标记标签读取设备为a01,以此类推。
可选地,在本申请另一些实施例中,所述步骤130还可以包括:
子步骤132,根据所述电子标签信息的读取时间,以及所述读取设备的工作顺序,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤。
另外,在本申请实施例中,为了进一步避免电子标签信息的误读,还可以根据电子标签信息的读取时间,以及所述读取设备的工作顺序,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤。具体的可以根据电子标签信息的读取时间,确定同一电子标签信息被读取到的顺序,进而根据电子标签信息的读取顺序与标签读取设备的工作顺序的匹配程度,确定相应的电子标签信息是否为有效信息。其中,根据匹配程度判断电子标签信息是否为有效信息的具体标准可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,所述子步骤132进一步可以包括:
子步骤1321,根据所述电子标签信息的读取时间,确认所述电子标签信息相对于所述标签读取设备的读取顺序;
子步骤1322,响应于所述读取顺序与所述标签读取设备的工作顺序不一致,则确认所述电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。
具体的,可以设置上述的匹配程度为一致,那么此时可以根据电子标签信息的读取时间,确认所述电子标签信息相对于所述标签读取设备的读取顺序。
例如,假设传送装置对应设置有三个标签读取设备,依次为a01、a02和a03,对于电子标签信息A被读取到三次,每次的读取时间依次为2018年11月8日15:05、2018年11月8日15:10、2018年11月8日15:15,其中,读取时间2018年11月8日15:05对应于标签读取设备a01,读取时间2018年11月8日15:15对应于标签读取设备a02,读取时间2018年11月8日15:10对应于标签读取设备a03。那么此时根据电子标签信息的读取时间,确认电子标签信息A相对于标签读取设备的读取顺序为a01、a03和a02,而如果三个标签读取设备的工作顺序依次为a01、a02和a03,此时读取顺序与a01、a03和a02的工作顺序a01、a02和a03不一致,则可以确认电子标签信息A为无效信息。
而如果电子标签信息A仅被读取到两次,每次的读取时间依次为2018年11月8日15:05、2018年11月8日15:15,且读取时间2018年11月8日15:05对应于标签读取设备a01,读取时间2018年11月8日15:10对应于标签读取设备a03。那么此时确认电子标签信息A相对于标签读取 设备的读取顺序为a01、a03,而如果三个标签读取设备的工作顺序依次为a01、a02和a03,此时读取顺序与a01、a03的工作顺序a01、a02和a03一致,也可以确认电子标签信息A为无效信息。
当然,在本申请实施例中,也可以限定只当电子标签信息被全部的标签读取设备都读取到时,或者是电子标签信息被低于预设比例的标签读取设备读取到的情况下,才根据电子标签信息的读取时间,以及所述读取设备的工作顺序,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤;当然也可以不进行限定,具体的,可以根据需求进行设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
可选地,在本申请又一些实施例中,所述步骤130还可以包括:
子步骤133,根据预设的单位时间内所述电子标签信息的读取量,以及所述标签读取设备在历史单位时间内读取到的历史信息量,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤。
另外一方面,由于传送装置中各个标签读取设备的位置相对固定,而且传送装置中传送物之间的时间间隔一般也是相对稳定的,那么如果存在误读情况,在同样的时间长度,读取到的电子标签信息量也是相对稳定的。
因此,为了从整体上确认电子标签信息的读取情况是否出现偏差,在本申请实施例中,还可以根据预设的单位时间内的电子标签信息的读取量对电子标签信息进行过滤。具体的,可以根据当前预设的单位时间内所述电子标签信息的读取量,与相应的传送装置中标签读取设备在历史单位时间内读取到的历史信息量进行比较,进而对读取到的电子标签信息进行过滤。
其中,单位时间内电子标签信息的读取量,与历史单位时间内的历史信息量之间的匹配程度,与确认相应单位时间内电子标签信息的有效性的判断标准可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,所述子步骤133进一步可以包括:
子步骤1331,获取预设历史时间段内,所述标签读取设备在预设的单位时间内读取到的历史信息量;
子步骤1332,响应于所述当前的预设的单位时间内读取得到的电子标 签信息数量,与所述历史信息量的差值超出第一预设数值范围,则确认所述电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。
在本申请实施例中,为了对信息量进行比较,首先可以获取预设历史时间段内相应的传送装置中的标签读取设备在预设的单位时间内读取到的历史信息量。其中的预设历史时间段可以根据需求进行预先设置,单位时间的具体长度也可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
例如,可以设置预设历史时间段为待检测的单位时间之前的一个单位时间,或者为待检测的单位时间所在日期的前一天中的N个单位时间,等等。单位时间则可以为10分钟、1分钟、1小时,等等。
那么,如果待检测的单位时间内读取到的电子标签信息数量,与历史信息量的差值超出第一预设数值范围,则说明相应的单位时间内电子标签信息的读取量出现误读的可能性较大,因此可以确认相应单位时间内读取到的电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。其中的第一预设数值范围可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
例如,可以设置第一预设数值范围为[0,10],即待检测的单位时间内读取到的电子标签信息数量与历史信息量的差值范围为[0,10];或者,可以设置第一预设数值范围为[0-30%],即上述的差值与相应的历史信息量的比值范围为[0-30%];或者,可以设置第一预设数值范围为[80%-200%],即待检测的单位时间内读取到的电子标签信息数量与历史信息量的比值范围为[80%-200%],等等。
可选地,在本申请再一些实施例中,所述步骤130还可以包括:
子步骤134,根据所述电子标签信息的读取时间,以及所述传送装置的传送速度真实值,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤。
另外,在本申请实施例中,还可以根据传送装置的传送速度真实值,对获取得到的电子标签信息进行过滤。具体的,可以根据同一电子标签信息相对于各个标签读取设备的读取时间,以及相应的标签读取设备之间的距离,估算出相应的电子标签信息对应的传送速度估计值,进而可以根据传送速度估计值与传送速度真实值之间的差别,确认相应的电子标签信息是否为有效信息。其中,传送速度估计值与传送速度真实值之 间的差别与有效信息之间的对应关系可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
而且,在本申请实施例中,对于同一电子标签信息,可以根据任意两个标签读取设备针对该电子标签信息的读取时间,以及相应两个标签读取设备之间的距离,获取得到相应电子标签信息对应的传送速度估计值;而且,如果传送装置中对应设置有大于等于三个的标签读取设备,那么此时则可以获取得到多个针对同一电子标签信息的传送速度估计值,进而可以根据多个传送速度估计值与传送速度真实值的差别,确定相应的电子标签信息是否为有效信息。
例如,如果针对同一电子标签信息获取得到多个传送速度估计值,那么可以设置如果存在预设比例和/或预设个数的传送速度估计值与传送速度真实值之间的差别不满足相应的预设要求,则可以认定相应的电子标签信息为无效信息。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,所述子步骤134进一步可以包括:子步骤1341至子步骤1343。
子步骤1341,获取所述传送装置的传送速度真实值;
在本申请实施例中,传送装置的传送速度真实值一般是可以自定义设置的,那么则可以直接获取相应的传送速度真实值。具体的,可以从任意记录传送速度真实值的存储区域获取相应的传送速度真实值,例如服务器等等,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
子步骤1342,根据所述电子标签信息相对于不同标签读取设备的读取时间,获取所述传送装置的传送速度估计值;
进而可以根据电子标签信息相对于不同标签读取设备的读取时间,以及相应的标签读取设备之间的距离,获取所述传送装置的传送速度估计值。
例如,如果传送装置对应设置有三个标签读取设备,依次为a01、a02和a03,对于电子标签信息A被读取到三次,每次的读取时间依次为2018年11月8日15:05、2018年11月8日15:15、2018年11月8日15:20,其中,读取时间2018年11月8日15:05对应于标签读取设备a01,读取时间2018年11月8日15:15对应于标签读取设备a02,读取时间2018 年11月8日15:20对应于标签读取设备a03。而且,三个标签读取设备的工作顺序依次为a01、a02和a03,且a01和a02之间距离为1米,a02和a03之间的距离为0.5米。那么,此时则可以根据任意两个标签读取设备读取到的电子标签信息A的读取时间,确定相应的传送装置基于电子标签信息A的传送速度估计值。
当然,在本申请实施例中,也可以根据全部的或任意两个标签读取设备读取到的电子标签信息A的读取时间,得到相应的传送装置基于电子标签信息A的多个传送速度估计值。进而分别比较传送速度估计值与相应的传送速度真实值之间的差别,如果预设比例或者预设个数的传送速度估计值与相应的传送速度真实值之间的差别不满足预设要求,则可以确认电子标签信息A为无效信息。
或者,在本申请实施例中,也可以设置只根据工作顺序最前和最后的两个标签读取设备读取到的电子标签信息A的读取时间得到相应的传送装置基于电子标签信息A的一个传送速度估计值,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
子步骤1343,响应于所述传送速度估计值与所述传送速度真实值的差值不满足第二预设数值范围,则确认所述电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。
其中的第二预设数值范围可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
例如,可以设置第二预设数值范围为传送速度估计值与所述传送速度真实值的差值范围为[0,5];或者,可以设置第一预设数值范围为[0-30%],即上述的差值与相应的传送速度真实值的比值范围为[0-30%];或者,可以设置第一预设数值范围为[80%-200%],即传送速度估计值与相应的传送速度真实值的比值范围为[80%-200%],等等。
可选地,在本申请又一些实施例中,所述步骤130还可以包括:
子步骤135,根据所述电子标签信息的读取时间,以及所述员工标签信息的读取时间,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤。
另外,如前述标签读取设备的作用范围一般是不可人为限定在只读取传送装置中的物品,其有可能还会读取到传送装置之外的物品。而且在 实际应用中,在传送装置周边还有可能存在由用户携带的且带有电子标签的物品。那么,为了避免标签读取设备误读取到非传送装置中传送的物品,还可以根据电子标签信息的读取时间,以及读取到的员工标签信息的读取时间,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤。
具体的,如果某一电子标签信息和某一员工标签信息被同一标签读取设备读取到的时间相吻合,那么则可以认定相应的电子标签信息为无效信息。其中的吻合标准可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。例如,可以设置当某一电子标签信息和某一用户被同一标签读取设备读取到的时间差值在[-10秒,10秒]之间时,则认为两者相吻合,等等。
而且,如果某一电子标签信息被读取到多次,和/或某一员工标签信息被读取到多次,那么则可以分别将同一标签读取设备读取到的电子标签信息和员工标签信息的读取时间进行比较,如果吻合次数和/或吻合比例超出预设范围,则可以确认相应的电子标签信息的读取时间与相应的员工标签信息的读取时间匹配,相应的电子标签信息为无效信息。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,所述子步骤135进一步可以包括:响应于所述电子标签信息的读取时间与至少一个员工标签信息的读取时间匹配,则确认所述电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。
可选地,在本申请另一些实施例中,所述步骤130还可以包括子步骤131、子步骤132、子步骤133、子步骤134和子步骤135中任意两个或多个步骤的组合。
子步骤136,将过滤后得到的有效信息进行记录。
如前述,经过滤后可以将获取到的电子标签信息划分为有效信息和无效信息两部分,对于其中的有效信息则可以进行记录保存,以备后续使用。对于其中的无效信息则可以直接删除,当然也可以进行保存,此时需要将有效信息和无效信息进行分别保存。具体的保存方式、保存位置可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
在本申请实施例中,通过传送装置对应的N个标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置中所传送物品的电子标签信息;通过所述标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;根据所述电子标签信 息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息并记录。从而可以提高传送装置中电子标签信息的读取准确性,同时降低了设备维护和采购成本。
而且,在本申请实施例中,还可以根据不同的过滤参数,通过多种不同的数据过滤方式对获取到的电子标签数据进行数据过滤,进一步提高了数据过滤准确性。
实施例二
详细介绍本申请实施例提供的一种数据读取方法。
参照图2,示出了本申请实施例中一种数据读取方法的步骤流程图。
步骤210,通过传送装置对应的N个标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置中所传送物品的电子标签信息。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,所述N的取值可以为大于等于3的整数。
如前述,在本申请实施例中,如果传送装置对应有多个标签读取设备,那么每个标签读取设备读取得到的电子标签信息则可以互相作为参考,而如果N的取值为2,那么此时对于一个电子标签,假设其中一个标签读取设备读取到该电子标签的电子标签信息,而另一标签读取设备未读取到相应的电子标签信息,那么此时则很难确定相应的电子标签信息是否为有效信息。因此,在本申请实施例中,为了避免上述情况,可以优选地设置N的取值为大于等于3的整数。从而可以进一步提高数据读取的准确性。
步骤220,统计通过所述标签读取设备,读取得到同一员工标签信息的时间总和;
步骤230,响应于所述时间总和满足预设的时间阈值,则确认所述同一员工标签信息为所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;和/或,响应于所述时间总和与总工作时长的比值超过预设数值,则确认所述同一员工标签信息为所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;其中,所述总工作时长为针对本次传送任务所述标签读取设备的工作时长。
如前述,由于标签读取设备的工作范围不便于人为限定,而且在标签读取设备的工作范围内可能出现多个员工,那么相应的标签读取设备则 可以读取到多个不同的员工标签信息。但是在实际应用中,一个传送装置一般对应于一个员工,但是其他员工也可能因其他原因经过标签读取设备的工作范围。
那么,在本申请实施例中,为了避免将误读取的其他员工标签信息作为相应的传送装置对应的员工标签信息,可以统计通过所述标签读取设备,读取得到同一员工标签信息的时间总和,进而根据时间总和确定相应传送装置的员工标签信息。具体的可以通过任何可用方法统计时间总和,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。而且,如果传送装置对应多个标签读取设备,那么则可以统计全部标签读取设备读取得到同一员工标签信息的时间总和。当然,在本申请实施例中,也可以统计部分标签读取设备读取得到同一员工标签信息的时间总和,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
例如,如果检测到传送装置对应设置有三个标签读取设备,依次为a01、a02和a03,假设对于员工标签信息B在2018年11月8日15:05-15:10被a01读取到,在在2018年11月8日15:08-15:15被a03读取到,那么此时则可以统计得到员工标签信息B被读取到的时间总和为5+7,也即12分钟。
或者,在本申请实施例中,还可以设置如果某一员工标签信息被多个标签读取设备同时读取到,那么在计算时间总和时只考虑其中一个标签读取设备的读取时间。那么此时,对于上述的员工标签信息B被读取到的时间总和则为5+7-3,即为9分钟。
那么,响应于所述时间总和满足预设的时间阈值,则确认所述同一员工标签信息为所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;和/或,响应于所述时间总和与总工作时长的比值超过预设数值,则确认所述同一员工标签信息为所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;其中,所述总工作时长为针对本次传送任务所述标签读取设备的工作时长。其中预设的时间阈值、预设数值都可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
一般而言,同一传送装置中的标签读取设备的工作时间是相同的,那么如果员工标签信息被读取到的时间总和为员工标签信息被传送装置中 每个标签读取设备读取到的时间总和,那么此时的总工作时长可以为相应的传送装置中每个标签读取设备的工作时长之和,也即N*单一标签读取设备的工作时长;而如果员工标签信息被读取到的时间总和为员工标签信息被传送装置中至少一个标签读取设备读取到的时间总和,且如果多个标签读取设备同时读取到相应的员工标签信息,读取时间在时间总和中只记录一次,那么此时的总工作时长可以为相应的传送装置中任一标签读取设备的工作时长。
步骤240,根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息。
步骤250,将所述有效信息与所述员工标签信息进行匹配记录。
在本申请实施例中,为了同时记录员工标签信息的工作情况,而且为了方便随时获知相应的有效信息对应的负责人,还可以将过滤后得到的有效信息与相应的员工标签信息进行匹配记录。
可选地,在本申请实施例中,还可以将过滤后得到的无效信息保存至预设的无效信息存储区域。
另外,在本申请实施例中,判定为无效信息的电子标签信息仍然存在为有效信息的可能性,而如果将无效信息直接删除,则无法从中进一步筛选出有效信息。同时,根据无效信息还可以对数据过滤算法进行进一步的优化,从而提高数据读取准确性。因此,还可以将过滤后得到的无效进行保存至预设的无效信息存储区域。其中预设的无效信息存储区域可以设置于服务器、上述的工业化一体机、云端服务器等等,具体的可以根据需求进行预先设置,对此本申请实施例不加以限定。
另外,在本申请实施例中,为了方便对有效信息和无效信息进行后续处理,在记录电子标签信息时,还可以同时记录相应的电子标签信息的读取时间和/或读取相应电子标签信息的标签读取设备标识,等等。
在本申请实施例中,通过通过传送装置对应的N个标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置中所传送物品的电子标签信息;根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息并记录。而且,N的取值为大于等于3的整数。从而可以提高传送装置中电子标签信息的读取准确性,同时降低了设备维护和采购成本。
而且,在本申请实施例中,还可以通过所述标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息。并且,统计通过所述标签读取设备,读取得到同一员工标签信息的时间总和;响应于所述时间总和满足预设的时间阈值,则确认所述同一员工标签信息为所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;和/或,响应于所述时间总和与总工作时长的比值超过预设数值,则确认所述同一员工标签信息为所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;其中,所述总工作时长为针对本次传送任务所述标签读取设备的工作时长。以及,根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息;将所述有效信息与所述员工标签信息进行匹配记录。可以降低人工操作,同时提高了记录的有效信息的完备性以及可追溯性。
另外,在本申请实施例中,还可以将过滤后得到的无效信息保存至预设的无效信息存储区域。从而可以方便针对无效信息的后续操作,同时便于由于数据过滤算法。

例如,图4示出了可以实现根据本申请的方法的电子设备,该电子设备传统上包括处理器410和以存储器420形式的计算机程序产品或者计算机可读存储介质。所述电子设备可以为PC机、移动终端、个人数字助理、平板电脑等。所述电子设备为计算处理设备。所述存储器420可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储器420具有用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码的存储空间4201。例如,用于程序代码的存储空间4201可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的程序代码4202。所述计算机程序产品或者计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序的程序代码,该程序代码被处理器410执行时实现如本申请实施例一和实施例二所述的数据读取方法。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。这些计算机程序产品包括诸如硬盘,紧致盘(CD)、存储卡或者软盘之类的程序代码载体。这样的计算机程序产品或者计算机可读存储介质通常为如参考图5所述的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元用于保持或者携带实现根据本申请的方法的程序代码,该存储单元可以具有与图4的电子设备中的存储器420类似布置的存储段、存储空间等。程序代 码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括计算机可读代码4202’,即可以由例如诸如410之类的处理器读取的代码,这些代码当电子设备运行时,导致该电子设备执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。
本文中所称的“一个实施例”、“实施例”或者“一个或者多个实施例”意味着,结合实施例描述的特定特征、结构或者特性包括在本公开的至少一个实施例中。此外,请注意,这里“在一个实施例中”的词语例子不一定全指同一个实施例。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种数据读取方法,包括:
    通过传送装置对应的N个标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置中所传送物品的电子标签信息;
    通过所述标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;
    根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息并记录。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述通过所述标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息的步骤,包括:
    统计通过所述标签读取设备,读取得到同一员工标签信息的时间总和;
    响应于所述时间总和满足预设的时间阈值,则确认所述同一员工标签信息为所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;
    和/或,响应于所述时间总和与总工作时长的比值超过预设数值,则确认所述同一员工标签信息为所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;
    其中,所述总工作时长为针对本次传送任务所述标签读取设备的工作时长。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息并记录的步骤,包括:
    根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息;
    将所述有效信息与所述员工标签信息进行匹配记录。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3之任一项所述的方法,所述根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息并记录的步骤,包括:
    根据所述电子标签信息被所述标签读取设备读取到的次数,以及所述读取设备的数量,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤;
    和/或,根据所述电子标签信息的读取时间,以及所述读取设备的工作顺序,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤;
    和/或,根据预设的单位时间内所述电子标签信息的读取量,以及所述标签读取设备在历史单位时间内读取到的历史信息量,对所述电子标签信息 进行过滤;
    和/或,根据所述电子标签信息的读取时间,以及所述传送装置的传送速度真实值,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤;
    和/或,根据所述电子标签信息的读取时间,以及所述员工标签信息的读取时间,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤;
    将过滤后得到的有效信息进行记录。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述根据所述电子标签信息被所述标签读取设备读取到的次数,以及所述读取设备的数量,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤的步骤,包括:
    根据所述电子标签信息被所述标签读取设备读取到的次数,以及所述读取设备的数量,统计所述电子标签信息是否被低于预设比例的标签读取设备读取到;
    响应于所述电子标签信息被低于预设比例的标签读取设备读取到,则确认所述电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述根据所述电子标识的读取时间,以及所述读取设备的工作顺序,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤的步骤,包括:
    根据所述电子标签信息的读取时间,确认所述电子标签信息相对于所述标签读取设备的读取顺序;
    响应于所述读取顺序与所述标签读取设备的工作顺序不一致,则确认所述电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述根据预设的单位时间内所述电子标签信息的读取量,以及所述标签读取设备在历史单位时间内读取到的历史信息量,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤的步骤,包括:
    获取预设历史时间段内,所述标签读取设备在预设的单位时间内读取到的历史信息量;
    响应于当前的预设的单位时间内读取得到的电子标签信息数量,与所述历史信息量的差值超出第一预设数值范围,则确认所述电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述根据所述电子标签信息的读取时间,以及所述传送装置的传送速度真实值,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤的步骤,包括:
    获取所述传送装置的传送速度真实值;
    根据所述电子标签信息相对于不同标签读取设备的读取时间,获取所述传送装置的传送速度估计值;
    响应于所述传送速度估计值与所述传送速度真实值的差值不满足第二预设数值范围,则确认所述电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,所述根据所述电子标签信息的读取时间,以及所述员工标签信息的读取时间,对所述电子标签信息进行过滤的步骤,包括:
    响应于所述电子标签信息的读取时间与至少一个员工标签信息的读取时间匹配,则确认所述电子标签信息为无效信息并过滤。
  10. 一种数据读取装置,包括:
    电子标签信息读取模块,用于通过传送装置对应的N个标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置中所传送物品的电子标签信息;
    员工标签信息读取模块,用于通过所述标签读取设备,获取所述传送装置对应的员工标签的员工标签信息;
    电子标签信息过滤模块,用于根据所述电子标签信息以及预设的数据过滤算法,过滤得到所述电子标签信息中的有效信息并记录。
  11. 一种电子系统,包括:
    传送装置、N个标签读取设备、处理器、存储器以及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1-9中的任一项所述的数据读取方法。
  12. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在电子设备上运行时,导致所述电子设备执行根据权利要求1-9中的任一项所述的数据读取方法。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序的程序代码,所述处理器执行所述程序代码时实现权利要求1-9中的任一项所述的数据读取方法。
  14. 一种可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由电子设备的处理器执行时,使得电子设备能够执行如权利要求1-9中的任一项所述的数据读取方法。
