Description

一种充气救生漂浮载体 技术领域
本发明涉及一种飞行员弹射救生后使用的救生漂浮载体,尤其是一种无需攀爬的救生漂浮载体,例如救生充气船。
背景技术
飞行员弹射救生时,随身携带有通过绳索连接的充气式充气救生漂浮载体,用于飞行员入水后爬上充气救生漂浮载体待救,避免海水低温浸泡、海洋生物攻击等造成伤害。目前飞行员入海水时依靠救生衣漂浮在水面,然后再自行爬上充气救生漂浮载体,当飞行员在弹射救生过程中由于受伤失去行动能力时,如果救援人员不能及时施救,飞行员会由于低水温、救生衣气体逐渐泄漏、海洋生物攻击等原因导致救生失败。目前,海上弹射救生从弹射出舱到入水救生衣自动充气整个过程各个环节已经全部实现了自动化,显著提高了海上弹射救生成功率,但是飞行员仍然需要自行爬船,在救生自动化最后一个节点仍然存在短板。
发明内容
发明目的
针对目前受伤飞行员入海水后无法自行爬船待救的问题,本发明提供了一种可以自动将飞行员托举出水面的充气救生漂浮载体技术方案,能够控制在飞行员在空中或者在入水后充气,自动将飞行员托出水面,使飞行员即使在受伤甚至昏迷状态下仍然能够脱离海水,保障飞行员的人身安全。
技术方案
提供一种充气救生漂浮载体,其包括气囊1、气源装置2、控制器3和气囊包4;所述气源装置和控制器均设置在气囊包上;
所述气囊折叠固定于气囊包内,且气囊与气囊包连接为一体,所述气囊包使用时固定在人体背部;所述气源装置受控制器控制向所述气囊充气,气囊充气能够展开和膨胀形成漂浮载体,且在气囊膨胀形成漂浮载体的状态下具有主囊体和延展囊体;
所述主囊体为一漂浮支撑体,并且漂浮于水上,该漂浮支撑体承载人体重量,使得人体背向位于水面8上方;所述主囊体与气囊包连接为一体;
所述延展囊体从所述的主囊体两侧呈环绕形延伸,使得躺在漂浮支撑体上的 人体被延展囊体环绕,当人体和主囊体翻转时,所述延展囊体为人体提供支撑力,使得人体依然能够位于水面之上,或使得人体和主囊体翻转回复到人体8背向水面9躺在漂浮支撑体上。

本发明采用自稳定的漂浮结构,能够在飞行员落水后自动将其托出水面,解决了现有救生系统在飞行员失去爬船能力时的人员生存问题,确保飞行员受伤甚至昏迷状态下的可靠脱离海水;本发明补全了海上弹射救生全过程自动化的重要环节,对提高海上弹射救生成功率具有显著效果;免爬充气救生漂浮载体同时具备了传统充气救生漂浮载体和救生衣的功能,因此,可以取消穿戴式的脖式救生衣和腋下救生器等装备,减少飞行员操纵飞机的工作负担;免爬充气救生漂浮载体在空中充气时,还可以为降落陆地的飞行员提供着陆缓冲,降低飞行员落地受伤几率。本发明使用在机内空间大的、航程远、一旦弹射需要救援时间长的远程轰炸机、运输机、加油机等机种上,能够更好的满足飞行员救生需求。
