背景技术
抛光机由底座、抛盘、抛光织物、抛光罩及盖等基本元件组成。电动机固定在底座上,固定抛光盘用的锥套通过螺钉与电动机轴相连。抛光织物通过套圈紧固在抛光盘上,电动机通过底座上的开关接通电源起动后,便可用手对试样施加压力在转动的抛光盘上进行抛光。抛光罩及盖可防止灰土及其他杂物在机器不使用时落在抛光织物上而影响使用效果。
公知的电机连接输出轴和抛光盘直接同心圆连接时,抛光盘工作旋转的路径为一个同心圆区域面,工作区域面比较小,同时抛光盘在电机连接输出轴的同轴线上做回转运动,由于抛光盘的圆周和圆心的回转速度不同,所以若将抛光盘紧密地贴着研磨面工作的话,很容易使抛光盘爆裂,在使用时需要将抛光盘与研磨面保持一个倾斜的状态作业,增加了工作量和工作难度。因此,提出一种在抛光过程中能提高工作效率,且达到工人在操作过程中节省力气的偏心抛光机尤为重要。

本发明针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种偏心抛光机。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现一种偏心抛光机,包括抛光机本体,所述抛光机本体内安装有电机,所述电机连接电机旋转轴,所述电机旋转轴安装垫环,所述垫环外安装百叶轮,所述百叶轮底部安装固 定件,所述固定件连接有连接轴,所述连接轴上安装有偏心结构,所述偏心结构包括上偏心件和下偏心件,所述上偏心件的安装轴心与电机转动轴的轴心重合,所述下偏心件安装有抛光机构,所述抛光机构的轴心与电机转动轴的轴心的偏离距离为23-28毫米。
进一步地:所述百叶轮和安装固定件的外部套装有防护罩,所述防护罩与抛光机构之间设置有缓冲收缩件。

以现有技术对比,一种偏心抛光机,当启动抛光机时,电机转动带动连接轴,连接轴转动带动上偏心件,上偏心件的安装轴心与电机转动轴的轴心重合,下偏心件安装有抛光机构,抛光机构的轴心与电机转动轴的轴心的偏离距离为23-28毫米,下偏心件带动抛光机构旋转,由于抛光机构的轴心与电机转动轴的轴心的偏离距离为23-28毫米,在工作时抛光机构的抛光块的运动轨迹呈不规则的椭圆形状,抛光的工作面更广,且抛光机构的抛光块的与电机转动轴不在同轴线上做回转运动,抛光块的运动轨迹呈不规则的椭圆形状,同时防护罩与抛光机构之间设置有缓冲收缩件,当抛光块紧密地贴着研磨面工作的时,不容易使抛光盘爆裂,在使用时抛光块与研磨面可保持在 同一个面的状态进行抛光作业,从而提高了在抛光过程中的工作效率。
