超声台车为便携超声主机供电的技术原理如图1所示,超声台车内配置多个并联的供电电路,并连接到电压变换器中,电压变换器将输入电压转换成便携超声主机所需要的电压;每一路供电电路都采用电池并通过二极管来为电压变换器供电。同时,交直流电路(AC-DC)可以将通过外接电网输入的交流电转变为直流电并通过一二极管给电压变换器供电,并且交直流电路(AC-DC)输出的直流电也可以通过为每个电池独立配备的充电器来为电池充电。
现有的这种电池供电系统寿命和可靠性都比较低。因为电池通过二极管D1~Dn并联放电,电池的放电电流取决于电池的电压,又由于每个电池的电量、电压和内阻通常情况下都是不同的,因此电路中都是较高电压的电池主导为电压变换器供电,对每个电池来说,放电电流不均衡,有的电池处于长期过放电状态,有的电池长期不能供电,电池系统的利用率低,超声台车续航时间短,并且长期供电的那些电池由于承担整机电流大而导致寿命低,系统可靠性降低。
技术问题
考虑到上述问题,本发明主要提供一种供电装置和超声台车。
技术解决方案
一种实施例中提第一种供电装置,包括多路并联的供电组件:
所述多路并联的供电组件的第一路供电组件包括串联的第一电池、第一电压变换器和电流采样器;所述第一电压变换器用于对输入的直流电变压,以输出预设电压的直流电,所述电流采样器用于对所述第一电压变换器输出的直流电进行采样,得到采样电流;
所述多路并联的供电组件的第二路供电组件包括串联的第二电池和第二电流变换器,所述第二电流变换器的控制端与所述电流采样器连接,用于将输入和输出的直流电变换成与所述采样电流大小相同的直流电。
一种实施例也提供一种供电装置,包括多路并联的供电组件:
所述多路并联的供电组件的第一路供电组件包括串联的第一电池和第一电压变换器;所述第一电压变换器用于对输入的直流电变压,以输出预设电压的直流电;
所述多路并联的供电组件的第二路供电组件包括串联的第二电池、第二电流变换器和电流采样器;所述电流采样器用于对所述第二电流变换器输出的直流电进行采样,得到采样电流;所述电流采样器还与所述第一电压变换器的控制端连接,以使得所述第一电压变换器根据采样电流控制输入和输出的直流电。
一实施例中,所述多路并联的供电组件的第三路供电组件包括串联的第三电池和第三电流变换器,所述第三电流变换器的控制端与所述电流采样器连接,用于将输入和输出的直流电变换成与所述采样电流大小相同的直流电。
一实施例中,所述第二电流变换器的控制端与所述电流采样器连接。
一实施例中,所述电流采样器还包括一电流放大器,用于将采样电流放大后再输出。
一实施例中,所述供电装置还包括交直流变换器,用于接入交流电网,将交流电网输入的交流电变换为直流电并输出。
一实施例中,所述第一路供电组件还包括第一充电器,用于将所述交直流变换器输出的直流电变换为适合给第一电池充电用的直流电;所述第二路供电组件还包括第二充电器,用于将所述交直流变换器输出的直流电变换为适合给第二电池充电用的直流电。
一实施例中,所述第三路供电组件还包括第三充电器,用于将所述交直流变换器输出的直流电变换为适合给第三电池充电用的直流电。
一实施例中,所述交直流变换器的输出端还与所述第一电压变换器的输入端连接;和/或,所述交直流变换器的输出端还与所述第二电流变换器的输入端连接。
一实施例中,所述供电装置还包括电池仓,用于放置所述第一电池和第二电池。
根据第二方面,一种实施例中提供一种超声台车,包括如上任一实施例所述的供电装置。
有益效果
依据上述实施例的供电装置和超声台车,包括多路并联的供电组件,一路供电组件通过电压变换器来设定给负载的供电电压,其他路供电组件通过电流变换器来实现各路电池的放电电流相等, 使得电池放电不依赖于电池的电量,解决了超声台车供电电量不均衡问题,提高了供电系统的可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。其中不同实施方式中类似元件采用了相关联的类似的元件标号。在以下的实施方式中,很多细节描述是为了使得本申请能被更好的理解。然而,本领域技术人员可以毫不费力的认识到,其中部分特征在不同情况下是可以省略的,或者可以由其他元件、材料、方法所替代。在某些情况下,本申请相关的一些操作并没有在说明书中显示或者描述,这是为了避免本申请的核心部分被过多的描述所淹没,而对于本领域技术人员而言,详细描述这些相关操作并不是必要的,他们根据说明书中的描述以及本领域的一般技术知识即可完整了解相关操作。

图1中的电池供电系统,虽然每一路的供电电路的输出电压都相等,即电池1和二极管D1构成的串联电路的两端电压、电池2和二极管D2构成的串联电路的两端电压、……、电池n和二极管Dn构成的串联电路的两端电压,它们都相同,但是因为各路的供电电路中电池的电量、电压和内阻通常情况下都是不同的,因此这就导致每一路的供电电路的电流不同,从而导致各路的二极管的降压不同,有些甚至反偏,从而各路的电池的放电电压不同,有些甚至不放电。
为了解决上述问题,发明人经过巧妙构思,先将一路电路中的电池经过电压变换器,来使出一个设置的用于供电的电压,其他路的电池都分别经过一个电流变换器,来使得各路电路输出的供电电流相同;但是这又带来一个问题,即每路电路最终输出的供电电压可能不一样,这有可能不满足负载的电压要求,因此发明人继续构思,将各路电路的输出端连接在一起,从而使得各路电路的输出电压都相同,且等于电压变换器设置的用于供电的电压。通过上述构思,使得各路电路输出的电压都相同且可控(即可以被设置到需要的电压),这保证了对负载的供电电压的要求,同时各电池的放电电流也都相同,使得电池放电不依赖于电池本身的电压,解决了超声台车供电系统电量不均衡问题,提高了系统的可靠性,下面具体说明。
请参照图2,本申请一实施例中提供一种超声台车,该超声台车包括一供电装置。请参照图3,一实施例超声台车的供电装置可以包括多路并联的供电组件,例如包括N路并联的供电组件,其中N为大小或等于2的整数。
多路并联的供电组件中的第一路供电组件包括串联的第一电池11、第一电压变换器12和电流采样器40。第一电压变换器12用于对输入的直流电变压,以输出预设电压的直流电。电流采样器40用于对所述第一电压变换器12输出的直流电进行采样,得到采样电流。
多路并联的供电组件中的第二路供电组件包括串联的第二电池21和第二电流变换器22,第二电流变换器22的控制端与电流采样器40连接,用于将输入和输出的直流电变换成与采样电流大小相同的直流电。因此通过第二电流变换器22,可以将第二电流变换器22输入和输出的直流电变换成与采样电流大小相同的直流电,因此第二电池21和第一电池11输出的直流电也就相等了。另外,由于各路供电组件之间的为并联关系,因此第二电流变换器22的输出电压是与第一电压变换器12的输出电压相等,而第一电压变换器12的输出电压本身是可控的,即第一电压变换器12将输入电压进行变换以输出预设的电压,因此实现了整个供电装置输出电压可调——例如根据负载的要求来设置,并且各个电池的放电电流相等,例如第一电池11和第二电池21的放电电流相等。
以上是说明了两路供电组件的情况,可以理解地,当供电装置包括的供电组件的路数为三路或者更多路时(即N取3或大于3的整数),从第三路开始的供电组件,其结构和功能都可以与第二路供电组件相同,即可以包括串联的电池和电流变换器,电流变换器的控制器与电流采样器40连接,用于将输入和输出的直流电变换成与采样电流大小相同的直流电。请参照图4,例如一实施例中多路并联的供电组件中的第三路供电组件包括串联的第三电池31和第三电流变换器32,第三电流变换器32的控制端与电流采样器40连接,用于将输入和输出的直流电变换成与所述采样电流大小相同的直流电。同样地,通过第三电流变换器32,可以将第三电流变换器32输入和输出的直流电变换成与采样电流大小相同的直流电,因此第三电池31、第二电池21、第一电池11输出的直流电也就相等了;同时,由于第三路供电组件也是与第一路供电组件并联的关系,因此第三路供电组件输出的电压也等于第一路供电组件输出的电压。需要说明的是,图4中最下方三个黑点组成的省略号表示的是多路并联的供电组件除了包括三路供电组件,还可以包括更多的供电组件,可是为了画图的方便,并未画出来。
综上所述,可以看到,当通过电池向负载供电时,各路并联的供电组件的输出电压相等,并且各路的电池的放电电流也相等。
请参照图5,一实施例的供电装置还可以包括一交直流变换器50,交直流变换器50用于接入交流电网,将交流电网输入的交流电变换为直流电并输出。交直流变换器50输出的直流电可以为各路供电组件中的电池充电,也可以向负载(例如便携超声主机)供电。
以下说明交直流变换器50输出的直流电如何为各路供电组件中的电池充电。
一实施例中各路的供电组件都可以包括一个充电器,用于将交直流变换器50输出的直流电变换成适合给各自电池充电的直流电。例如一实施例中,第一路供电组件还包括第一充电器13,用于将交直流变换器50输出的直流电变换为适合给第一电池11充电用的直流电;第二路供电组件还包括第二充电器23,用于将交直流变换器50输出的直流电变换为适合给第二电池21充电用的直流电。同样地,可以理解地,当供电装置包括的供电组件的路数为三路或者更多路时(即N取3或大于3的整数)也是类似地,例如请参照图6,第三路供电组件还包括第三充电器33,用于将交直流变换器50输出的直流电变换为适合给第三电池31充电用的直流电。需要说明的是,图6中最下方三个黑点组成的省略号表示的是多路并联的供电组件除了包括三路供电组件,还可以包括更多的供电组件,可是为了画图的方便,并未画出来。
以下说明交直流变换器50输出的直流电如何向负载(例如便携超声主机)供电。
交直流变换器50的输出端可以与多路并联的供电组件中的一路或多路中的变换器的输入端连接,其中这里的变换器指的是电压变换器——例如第一电压变换器12,和电流变换器——例如第二电流变换器22和第三电流变换器32。因此一实施例中交直流变换器50的输出端还与第一电压变换器12的输入端连接,第一电压变换器12将输入的直流电变换出预设电压的直流电输出。一实施例中交直流变换器50的输出端还与第二电流变换器22的输入端连接,第二电流变换器22将输入和输出电流变换成与采样电流相等。
当交直流变换器50的输出端与供电组件中的至少两路连接时,其中一路为第一路供电组件。另外,相比只与供电组件中的一路连接,当交直流变换器50的输出端与供电组件中的至少两路连接时,各路供电组件的电流会减小,从而发热变小了,总的热损失也变小了。因此,交直流变换器50的输出端与供电组件中的所有路的变换器的输入端都连接。
可以看到引入交直流变换器50以通过交流电网来向负载供电时,各路并联的供电组件的输出电压相等,各路并联的供电组件的电流也相等。
以上是从电压变换器输出中进行电流采样,然后电流变换器根据采样所得电流控制输入和输出电流。由于电压变换器本身也有一定的电流控制作用,因此一些实施例中也可以从电流变换器输出中进行电流采样,然后将采样得到电流输入到电压变换器的控制端,作为电压变换器的反馈电流,使得电压变换器也可以基于采样得到的电流来调节自身的输入和输出电流。下面具体说明。
请参照图7,一实施例中一实施例超声台车的供电装置可以包括多路并联的供电组件,例如包括N路并联的供电组件,其中N为大小或等于2的整数。
多路并联的供电组件中的第一路供电组件包括串联的第一电池11和第一电压变换器12。第一电压变换器12用于对输入的直流电变压,以输出预设电压的直流电。
多路并联的供电组件中的第二路供电组件包括串联的第二电池21、第二电流变换器22和电流采样器40。电流采样器40用于对第二电流变换器22输出的直流电进行采样,得到采样电流。电流采样器40还与第一电压变换器12的控制端连接,以使得第一电压变换器12根据采样电流控制输入和输出的直流电。电流变换器22的控制端则可以与电流采样器40相连,来接收采样电流;也可以不与电流采样器40相连,即不接收采样电流。
通过上述的结构,可以使得第一路供组件和第二路供电组件输出的电压相同,并且这两路的电池的放电电流大致相等,例如第一电池11和第二电池21的放电电流大致相等。
电组件的路数为三路或者更多路时(即N取3或大于3的整数),从第三路开始的供电组件,结构和功能都相同,即可以包括串联的电池和电流变换器,电流变换器的控制器与电流采样器40连接,用于将输入和输出的直流电变换成与采样电流大小相同的直流电。请参照图8,例如一实施例中多路并联的供电组件中的第三路供电组件包括串联的第三电池31和第三电流变换器32,第三电流变换器32的控制端与电流采样器40连接,用于将输入和输出的直流电变换成与所述采样电流大小相同的直流电。通过第三电流变换器32,可以将第三电流变换器32输入和输出的直流电变换成与采样电流大小相同的直流电,因此第三电池31和第二电池21的放电电流相等,同时,由于第三路供电组件也是与第一路供电组件并联的关系,因此第三路供电组件输出的电压也等于第一路供电组件输出的电压。需要说明的是,图8中最下方三个黑点组成的省略号表示的是多路并联的供电组件除了包括三路供电组件,还可以包括更多的供电组件,可是为了画图的方便,并未画出来。
综上所述,可以看到,当通过电池向负载供电时,各路并联的组件的输出电压相等,并且各路的电池的放电电流也基本相等,即从第二路到第N路的电池的放电电流都相等,并且约等于第一路的电池的放电电流相等。
请参照图9,一实施例的供电装置还可以包括一交直流变换器50,交直流变换器50用于接入交流电网,将交流电网输入的交流电变换为直流电并输出。交直流变换器50输出的直流电可以为各路供电组件中的电池充电,也可以向负载(例如便携超声主机)供电。
以下说明交直流变换器50输出的直流电如何为各路供电组件中的电池充电。
一实施例中各路的供电组件都可以包括一个充电器,用于将交直流变换器50输出的直流电变换成适合给各自电池充电的直流电。例如一实施例中,第一路供电组件还包括第一充电器13,用于将交直流变换器50输出的直流电变换为适合给第一电池11充电用的直流电;第二路供电组件还包括第二充电器23,用于将交直流变换器50输出的直流电变换为适合给第二电池21充电用的直流电。同样地,可以理解地,当供电装置包括的供电组件的路数为三路或者更多路时(即N取3或大于3的整数)也是类似地,例如请参照图10,第三路供电组件还包括第三充电器33,用于将交直流变换器50输出的直流电变换为适合给第三电池31充电用的直流电。需要说明的是,图10中最下方三个黑点组成的省略号表示的是多路并联的供电组件除了包括三路供电组件,还可以包括更多的供电组件,可是为了画图的方便,并未画出来。
以下说明交直流变换器50输出的直流电如何向负载(例如便携超声主机)供电。
交直流变换器50的输出端可以与多路并联的供电组件中的一路或多路中的变换器的输入端连接,其中这里的变换器指的是电压变换器——例如第一电压变换器12,和电流变换器——例如第二电流变换器22和第三电流变换器32。因此一实施例中交直流变换器50的输出端还与第一电压变换器12的输入端连接,第一电压变换器12将输入的直流电变换出预设电压的直流电输出。一实施例中交直流变换器50的输出端还与第二电流变换器22的输入端连接,第二电流变换器22将输入和输出电流变换成与采样电流相等。
当交直流变换器50的输出端与供电组件中的至少两路连接时,较优地,其中一路为第一路供电组件。另外,相比只与供电组件中的一路连接,当交直流变换器50的输出端与供电组件中的至少两路连接时,各路供电组件的电流会减小,从而发热变小了,总的热损失也变小了。因此,优较地,交直流变换器50的输出端与供电组件中的所有路的变换器的输入端都连接。
可以看到引入交直流变换器50以通过交流电网来向负载供电时,各路并联的供电组件的输出电压相等,各路并联的供电组件的电流也基本相等,即从第二路到第N路的供电组件的电流都相等,并且约等于第一路的供电组件的放电电流相等。
为了使得均流效果更好,一实施例中电流采样器40还包括一电流放大器,用于将采样电流放大后再输出。即电流采样器40将采样电流放大后再输出给相应的变换器。本申请中的电流采样器40可以是高边电流采样也可以是低边电流采样,可以采用无感采样电阻或霍尔电流传感器等来实现。
一实施例中供电装置还包括电池仓(附图中未画出),用于放置各路的供电组件中的电池,例如用于放置第一电池11和第二电池21等。通过引入电池仓,使得本申请的供电装置支持一个或多个电池自由插拔,并且不用影响其他路的供电组件的工作,即使其中一路电池损坏,对其他路的供电组件没有影响,这提高了供电可靠性。
需要说明的是本文中的电压变换器——例如第一电压变换器12,是用于将输入的直流电变压,以输出预设电压的直流电,其实现的方式可以有多种,既可以采用现的技术来实现,也可以采用未来出现的技术来实现,只要其功能是用于将输入的直流电变压以输出预设电压的直流电。下面给出一种实现方式。
一实施例的电压变换器——例如第一电压变换器12,可以采用如图11所示的电路来实现,其主要采用型号为LT8390的芯片并配合图中的外围电路来实现,其中芯片LT8390的FB引脚用于控制电压变换器的电压,即实现输出预设电压的直流电,芯片LT8390的FB的CTRL引脚为电压变换器的控制端——例如第一电压变换器12的控制器,在本文中该CTRL引脚通过接收采样电流来实现调节电压变换器的输入和输出电流的功能。
同样地,本文中的的电流变换器——例如第二电流变换器22和第三电流变换器32等,可以通过控制端接收采样电流,来实现将本身的输入和输出的电流变换为采样电流。本文中的的电流变换器其实现的方式可以有多种,既可以采用现的技术来实现,也可以采用未来出现的技术来实现,只要其功能可以实现通过控制端接收采样电流,将本身的输入和输出的电流变换为采样电流即可。下面给出一种实现方式。
一实施例的电流变换器——例如第二电流变换器22和第三电流变换器32等,可以采用如图12所示的电路来实现,其主要采用型号为LT8390的芯片并配合图中的外围电路来实现,其中芯片LT8390的FB的CTRL引脚为电流变换器的控制端——例如第二电流变换器22和第三电流变换器32的控制器,在本文中该CTRL引脚通过接收采样电流来实现调节电流变换器的输入和输出电流等待采样电流的功能。
综上所述,本申请的超声台车及其供电装置,包括多路并联的供电组件,一路供电组件通过电压变换器来设定给负载的供电电压,其他路供电组件通过电流变换器来实现各路电池的放电电流相等, 使得电池放电不依赖于电池的电量,解决了超声台车供电电量不均衡问题,提高了供电系统的可靠性。
以上应用了具体个例对本发明进行阐述,只是用于帮助理解本发明,并不用以限制本发明。对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,可以对上述具体实施方式进行变化。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种供电装置,包括多路并联的供电组件,其特征在于:
    所述多路并联的供电组件的第一路供电组件包括串联的第一电池、第一电压变换器和电流采样器;所述第一电压变换器用于对输入的直流电变压,以输出预设电压的直流电,所述电流采样器用于对所述第一电压变换器输出的直流电进行采样,得到采样电流;
    所述多路并联的供电组件的第二路供电组件包括串联的第二电池和第二电流变换器,所述第二电流变换器的控制端与所述电流采样器连接,用于将输入和输出的直流电变换成与所述采样电流大小相同的直流电。
  2. 一种供电装置,包括多路并联的供电组件,其特征在于:
    所述多路并联的供电组件的第一路供电组件包括串联的第一电池和第一电压变换器;所述第一电压变换器用于对输入的直流电变压,以输出预设电压的直流电;
    所述多路并联的供电组件的第二路供电组件包括串联的第二电池、第二电流变换器和电流采样器;所述电流采样器用于对所述第二电流变换器输出的直流电进行采样,得到采样电流;所述电流采样器还与所述第一电压变换器的控制端连接,以使得所述第一电压变换器根据采样电流控制输入和输出的直流电。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述多路并联的供电组件的第三路供电组件包括串联的第三电池和第三电流变换器,所述第三电流变换器的控制端与所述电流采样器连接,用于将输入和输出的直流电变换成与所述采样电流大小相同的直流电。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述第二电流变换器的控制端与所述电流采样器连接。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述电流采样器还包括一电流放大器,用于将采样电流放大后再输出。
  6. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的供电装置,其特征在于,还包括交直流变换器,用于接入交流电网,将交流电网输入的交流电变换为直流电并输出。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述第一路供电组件还包括第一充电器,用于将所述交直流变换器输出的直流电变换为适合给第一电池充电用的直流电;所述第二路供电组件还包括第二充电器,用于将所述交直流变换器输出的直流电变换为适合给第二电池充电用的直流电。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述第三路供电组件还包括第三充电器,用于将所述交直流变换器输出的直流电变换为适合给第三电池充电用的直流电。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的供电装置,其特征在于,所述交直流变换器的输出端还与所述第一电压变换器的输入端连接;和/或,所述交直流变换器的输出端还与所述第二电流变换器的输入端连接。
  10. 如权利要求1或2所述的供电装置,其特征在于,还包括电池仓,用于放置所述第一电池和第二电池。
  11. 一种超声台车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的供电装置。
