本申请涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及一种显示面板及移动设备。
近年来,随着有机发光二极管(organic light emitting diode, OLED)具有自发光、低能耗、宽视角、色彩丰富、快速响应及可制备柔性屏等诸多优异特性的特点,引起了科研界和产业界极大的兴趣,被认为是极具潜力的下一代显示技术。
现有技术中,为了提升设备的对比度,常在屏幕上方贴附一层偏光片(Polarizer,POL)但偏光片在吸收外界太阳光的同时,会将OLED所发出的大部分的光吸收掉,导致OLED的发光效率较低。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,急需改进。
本申请实施例提供一种显示面板及移动设备,可以有效提高显示面板的出光效率以及对比度。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种显示面板,包括:
发光基板,以及设置在所述发光基板上的光阻层;其中,
在所述发光基板与所述光阻层之间还设有散射层,以使所述发光基板发出的光线通过所述散射层从所述光阻层射出,并使得透过所述光阻层的外界光经过所述散射层折射和/或反射后被所述光阻层吸收。
在本申请所述的显示面板中,所述发光基板与所述散射层之间设有封装薄膜层,用于将所述光线经过所述封装薄膜层射入所述散射层,以减小射入所述散射层的入射角度。
在本申请所述的显示面板中,所述光阻层包括彩色滤光片以及黑色矩阵,所述彩色滤光片与所述黑色矩阵交错排列,用于在所述彩色滤光片上形成发光区,以使所述光线通过所述散射层从所述发光区射出并使得透过所述发光区的外界光经过所述散射层折射和/或反射后被所述黑色矩阵吸收。

本申请实施例提供一种显示面板及移动设备,显示面板可以集成在移动设备中,该移动设备可以是智能穿戴设备、智能手机、平板电脑、智能电视等设备。
现有技术中,为了提升设备的对比度,常在屏幕上方贴附一层偏光片(Polarizer,POL)但偏光片在吸收外界太阳光的同时,会将OLED所发出的大部分的光吸收掉,导致OLED的发光效率较低。本申请提供一种显示面板,在发光基板与光阻层之间还设有散射层,以使所述发光基板发出的光线通过所述散射层从所述光阻层射出,并使得透过所述光阻层的外界光经过所述散射层折射和/或反射后被所述光阻层吸收,从而提高了显示面板的出光效率以及对比度。

请参阅图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的移动设备1000的结构示意图。该移动设备100可以包括显示面板100、控制电路200、以及壳体300。需要说明的是,图1所示的移动设备1000并不限于以上内容,其还可以包括其他器件,比如还可以包括摄像头、天线结构、纹解锁模块等。
其中,显示面板100设置于壳体200上。
在一些实施例中,显示面板100可以固定到壳体200上,显示面板100和壳体300形成密闭空间,以容纳控制电路200等器件。
在一些实施例中,壳体300可以为由柔性材料制成,比如为塑胶壳体或者硅胶壳体等。
其中,该控制电路200安装在壳体300中,该控制电路200可以为移动设备1000的主板,控制电路200上可以集成有电池、天线结构、麦克风、扬声器、耳机接口、通用串行总线接口、摄像头、距离传感器、环境光传感器、受话器以及处理器等功能组件中的一个、两个或多个。

可以理解,发光基板10所发出的光通过散射层30进行折射改变其原本的入射角度,并射入光阻层20,折射和/或反射后的光线经由光阻层20射出到显示面板100的外界。并且,当外界光经由光阻层20射入到散射层30后,散射层30可以将该光线折射和/或反射后射入光阻层20,并由该光阻层20吸收。
在一些实施例中,光阻层20包括彩色滤光片201以及黑色矩阵202,该彩色滤光片201与该黑色矩阵202交错排列,用于在彩色滤光片201上形成发光区2011,以使光线通过该散射层30从该发光区2011射出并使得透过发光区2011的外界光经过该散射层30折射和/或反射后被该黑色矩阵202吸收。
其中,彩色滤光片201用于滤除发光基板10发出光线的其他颜色,仅通过该彩色滤光片201所对应可通过颜色。黑色矩阵202用于吸收外界光线,外界光线可以包括有太阳光等一些从外部射到显示面板100内的光。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图4以及图5,图4为本申请实施例提供的显示面板的又一结构示意图,图5为本申请实施例提供的显示面板的再一结构示意图。图4及图5与图2及图3的区别在于:在该发光基板10与所述散射层30之间还设有封装薄膜层40,用于将光线经过该封装薄膜层40射入该散射层30,减小射入该散射层30的入射角度θ。
其中,封装薄膜层40可采用化学气相沉积(Chemical Vapor
Deposition,CVD)的方式进行处理,封装薄膜层40可以保护发光基板10,并且发光基板10的化合物也可以在一定程度上改变发光基板10发出的光线路径。在光线经封装薄膜层40射出并射入散射层30时,可以减小其射入散射层30的入射角度θ。
其中,光阻层20包括彩色滤光片201以及黑色矩阵202,该彩色滤光片201与该黑色矩阵202交错排列,用于在彩色滤光片201上形成发光区2011,以使光线通过该散射层30从该发光区2011射出并使得透过发光区2011的外界光经过该散射层30折射和/或反射后被该黑色矩阵202吸收。
其中,彩色滤光片201用于滤除发光基板10发出光线的其他颜色,仅通过该彩色滤光片201所对应可通过颜色。黑色矩阵202用于吸收外界光线,外界光线可以包括有太阳光等一些从外部射到显示面板100内的光。
在一些实施例中,彩色滤光片201,散射层30以及封装薄膜层40的折射率满足彩色滤光片201的折射率大于散射层30的折射率且散射层30的折射率大于封装薄膜层40的折射率,以使所述光线依次经过封装薄膜层40、散射层30与彩色滤光片201的发光区2011,并从发光区2011射出。当满足上述的折射条件时,从发光基板10发出的光依次通过封装薄膜层40、散射层30以及彩色滤光片201,从发光基板10射出光线射入每层的入射角会依次变小,以使得发光基板10所发出的光线尽可能多的射出显示面板100外。
在一些实施例中,封装薄膜层40由氮氧化硅组成。
一般来说,封装薄膜层40中常用的无机材料为氮化硅,其折射率约为1.8-1.9,并且,彩色滤光片201的折射率约为1.6-1.7,难以满足彩色滤光片201的折射率大于散射层30的折射率且散射层30的折射率大于封装薄膜层40的折射率这种折射条件,因此,在本申请实施例中,可以将封装薄膜层40中的无机材料换为氮氧化硅,氮氧化硅的折射率约为1.49-1.51,并且,氮氧化硅的光线透过率也高于氮化硅。
在一些实施例中,如图6所示,图6为本申请实施例提供的显示面板的另又一结构示意图。
发光基板10包括有机发光二极管(organic light
emitting diode, OLED)的子像素101,发光区2011与该OLED器件的子像素101相对设置,且相对设置的该子像素101的颜色和该发光区2011对应的彩色滤光片201的颜色相同。
在一些实施例中,OLED器件的子像素101包括红、绿、蓝三种颜色,发光区2011对应的彩色滤光片201透过红、绿、蓝三种颜色中的一种。
其中,OLED器件上的子像素101包括有红、绿、蓝三种颜色,通过OLED器件的发光层发出对应该子像素101的颜色,并且,沿着Y轴的负方向上设有对应该子像素101颜色的彩色滤光片201,即红色的子像素101对应红色的彩色滤光片201,绿色的子像素101对应绿色的彩色滤光片201,即蓝色的子像素101对应蓝色的彩色滤光片201。比如,在同一Y轴方向上,存在有子像素101的出光颜色为红色,那么其对应的彩色滤光片201为只能通过红色光线,而其他颜色的光线将被滤除。因此,OLED器件上的子像素101与其颜色相对应的彩色滤光片201在同一Y轴方向上设置。
具体的,所述OLED器件包括阳极、空穴传输层、发光层、电子传输层以及阴极(图中均未示出)等。当电力供应至适当电压时,正极空穴与阴极电荷就会在发光层中结合,产生光亮,从而产生红、绿和蓝 RGB 三原色。
本申请实施例提供的显示面板100,包括发光基板10,以及设置在所述发光基板10上的光阻层20;其中,在所述发光基板10与所述光阻层20之间还设有散射层30,以使所述发光基板10发出的光线通过所述散射层30从所述光阻层20射出,并使得透过所述光阻层20的外界光经过所述散射层30折射和/或反射后被所述光阻层20吸收,从而提高了显示面板100的出光效率以及对比度。
进一步的,如图7所示,图7为本申请实施例提供的显示面板的另再一结构示意图。
在一些实施例中,封装薄膜层40分为多个子封装薄膜层401,该子封装薄膜层401与OLED器件的子像素101相对设置。
在一些实施例中,子封装薄膜层401之间设有水氧阻隔层402,用于阻挡水以及氧气进入所述显示面板100。
由于光线是通过OLED器件的子像素101上方射出,因此,在除子像素101同一Y轴方向上的位置不需要设置无机材料。因此,可以沿Y轴负方向在子像素101的上方设置与子像素101在X轴的宽度相等的子封装薄膜层401,其中,封装薄膜层401其X轴的宽度也可大于子像素101在X轴的宽度。并且,为了防止工艺流程中水以及氧气跑入封装薄膜层40,可在两两设置的子封装薄膜层401之间设置水氧阻隔层402,防止水以及氧气进入显示面板100中。
本申请实施例提供的显示面板100,包括发光基板10,以及设置在所述发光基板10上的光阻层20;其中,在所述发光基板10与所述光阻层20之间还设有散射层30,以使所述发光基板10发出的光线通过所述散射层30从所述光阻层20射出,并使得透过所述光阻层20的外界光经过所述散射层30折射和/或反射后被所述光阻层20吸收,从而提高了显示面板100的出光效率以及对比度,并有效的防止水以及氧气进入显示面板100内。
本申请实施例还提供一种显示面板,其包括:
发光基板10,以及设置在所述发光基板10上的光阻层20;其中,
在所述发光基板10与所述光阻层20之间还设有散射层30,以使所述发光基板10发出的光线通过所述散射层30从所述光阻层20射出,并使得透过所述光阻层20的外界光经过所述散射层30折射和/或反射后被所述光阻层20吸收,其中,所述发光基板10与所述散射层30之间设有封装薄膜层40,用于将所述光线经过所述封装薄膜层40射入所述散射层30,以使所述发光基板10发出的光线依次射入所述封装薄膜层40、所述散射层30以及所述光阻层20的入射角度逐渐减小。
为了进一步描述本申请,下面从显示面板的制作方法的方向进行描述。
提供一发光基板,在所述发光基板上形成光阻层;其中,
在所述发光基板与所述光阻层之间形成一散射层,以使所述发光基板发出的光线通过所述散射层从所述光阻层射出,并使得透过所述光阻层的外界光经过所述散射层折射和/或反射后被所述光阻层吸收。
本申请实施例提供的显示面板的制作方法,应用于移动设备中,该显示面板中设置散射层,用于减小发光基板射出的光线射入每一层的入射角度,并反射和/或折射外界光至光阻层吸收,从而提高出光效率以及对比度。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
以上对本申请实施例所提供的一种显示面板及移动设备进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的技术方案及其核心思想;本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例的技术方案的范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种显示面板,其包括:发光基板,以及设置在所述发光基板上的光阻层;其中,在所述发光基板与所述光阻层之间还设有散射层,以使所述发光基板发出的光线通过所述散射层从所述光阻层射出,并使得透过所述光阻层的外界光经过所述散射层折射和/或反射后被所述光阻层吸收。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中所述发光基板与所述散射层之间设有封装薄膜层,用于将所述光线经过所述封装薄膜层射入所述散射层,以减小射入所述散射层的入射角度。
- 如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中所述光阻层包括彩色滤光片以及黑色矩阵,所述彩色滤光片与所述黑色矩阵交错排列,用于在所述彩色滤光片上形成发光区,以使所述光线通过所述散射层从所述发光区射出并使得透过所述发光区的外界光经过所述散射层折射和/或反射后被所述黑色矩阵吸收。
- 如权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中所述彩色滤光片,散射层以及封装薄膜层的折射率满足所述彩色滤光片的折射率大于所述散射层的折射率且所述散射层的折射率大于所述封装薄膜层的折射率,以使所述光线依次经过所述封装薄膜层、所述散射层与所述彩色滤光片的发光区,并从所述发光区射出。
- 如权利要求4所述的显示面板,其中所述封装薄膜层由氮氧化硅组成。
- 如权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中所述发光基板包括OLED器件的子像素,所述发光区与所述OLED器件的子像素相对设置,且相对设置的所述子像素的颜色和所述发光区对应的彩色滤光片的颜色相同。
- 如权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中所述OLED器件的子像素包括红、绿、蓝三种颜色,所述发光区对应的彩色滤光片透过红、绿、蓝三种颜色中的一种。
- 如权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中所述封装薄膜层分为多个子封装薄膜层,所述子封装薄膜层与所述OLED器件的子像素相对设置。
- 如权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中所述子封装薄膜层的水平宽度与所述OLED器件的子像素的水平宽度相同。
- 如权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中所述子封装薄膜层之间设有水氧阻隔层,用于阻挡水以及氧气进入所述显示面板。
- 一种移动设备,其包括壳体和显示面板,所述显示面板安装在所述壳体上,所述显示面板包括:发光基板,以及设置在所述发光基板上的光阻层;其中,在所述发光基板与所述光阻层之间还设有散射层,以使所述发光基板发出的光线通过所述散射层从所述光阻层射出,并使得透过所述光阻层的外界光经过所述散射层折射和/或反射后被所述光阻层吸收。
- 如权利要求11所述的移动设备,其中所述发光基板与所述散射层之间设有封装薄膜层,用于将所述光线经过所述封装薄膜层射入所述散射层,以减小射入所述散射层的入射角度。
- 如权利要求12所述的移动设备,其中所述光阻层包括彩色滤光片以及黑色矩阵,所述彩色滤光片与所述黑色矩阵交错排列,用于在所述彩色滤光片上形成发光区,以使所述光线通过所述散射层从所述发光区射出并使得透过所述发光区的外界光经过所述散射层折射和/或反射后被所述黑色矩阵吸收。
- 如权利要求13所述的移动设备,其中所述彩色滤光片,散射层以及封装薄膜层的折射率满足所述彩色滤光片的折射率大于所述散射层的折射率且所述散射层的折射率大于所述封装薄膜层的折射率,以使所述光线依次经过所述封装薄膜层、所述散射层与所述彩色滤光片的发光区,并从所述发光区射出。
- 如权利要求14所述的移动设备,其中所述封装薄膜层由氮氧化硅组成。
- 如权利要求13所述的移动设备,其中所述发光基板包括OLED器件的子像素,所述发光区与所述OLED器件的子像素相对设置,且相对设置的所述子像素的颜色和所述发光区对应的彩色滤光片的颜色相同。
- 如权利要求16所述的移动设备,其中所述OLED器件的子像素包括红、绿、蓝三种颜色,所述发光区对应的彩色滤光片透过红、绿、蓝三种颜色中的一种。
- 如权利要求16所述的移动设备,其中所述封装薄膜层分为多个子封装薄膜层,所述子封装薄膜层与所述OLED器件的子像素相对设置。
- 如权利要求18所述的移动设备,其中所述子封装薄膜层之间设有水氧阻隔层,用于阻挡水以及氧气进入所述显示面板。
- 一种显示面板,其包括:发光基板,以及设置在所述发光基板上的光阻层;其中,在所述发光基板与所述光阻层之间还设有散射层,以使所述发光基板发出的光线通过所述散射层从所述光阻层射出,并使得透过所述光阻层的外界光经过所述散射层折射和/或反射后被所述光阻层吸收,其中,所述发光基板与所述散射层之间设有封装薄膜层,用于将所述光线经过所述封装薄膜层射入所述散射层,以使所述发光基板发出的光线依次射入所述封装薄膜层、所述散射层以及所述光阻层的入射角度逐渐减小。
