一种垃圾凝固装置 技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种垃圾凝固装置。
背景技术
垃圾的处理方式有多种,主要为填埋和焚烧。普通的填埋法,就是将垃圾掩埋于地下,虽然从外观上看可以作为一种保护环境的手段,但是埋藏起来的垃圾仍然对环境有极大的污染,各种垃圾均需要较长的自然降解时间,例如塑料需要上百年;金属需要几年到几十年不等(看是否耐腐蚀);尼龙性状稳定,自然降解要几十年;烟头和纸类差不多,需要数月至一年。而如果是焚烧法,可以回收一部分塑料,易拉罐也可以回收,其它的垃圾可以焚烧,但是在焚烧的过程中会大量产生对大气有污染的气体,例如二氧化硫、一氧化硫、二氧化碳、一氧化碳等。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种垃圾凝固装置,其设计合理,结构简单,解决了现有技术中垃圾不易搬运,不易分解,容易污染土地的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种垃圾凝固装置,其包括:分解反应室和凝固室;所述分解反应室设置在凝固室的上端;所述分解反应室包括上盖、第一电机、第一转轴、搅拌板、加热装置、出料口和反应剂入口;所述凝固室包括第二电机、第二转轴、螺旋挤压板、凝固剂入口、遮板、鼓风机、排料口和挤压管;在所述分解反应室的上端设置上盖;在所述上盖的上端中心设置第一电机;在所述上盖的下端中心设置第一转轴,且第一 转轴穿过上盖与第一电机连接;在所述第一转轴上设置搅拌板;在所述分解反应室的侧壁上设置加热装置;在所述分解反应室的底端设置出料口;所述出料口贯穿分解反应室和凝固室;在所述凝固室的底端左侧设置第二电机;在所述凝固室的内部底端设置第二转轴,且第二转轴穿过凝固室与第二电机连接;在所述第二转轴上设置螺旋挤压板;在所述螺旋挤压板的上端且凝固室的右端设置遮板;在所述遮板上设置鼓风机;在所述螺旋挤压板的右端的凝固室上设置排料口;在所述排料口上设置挤压管,且挤压管倾斜向上。
优选的是,在所述上盖的侧面设置反应剂入口。
优选的是,在所述凝固室的左侧上端设置凝固剂入口。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,设计合理,通过分解反应室把垃圾先进行分解,通过加热装置可以加快垃圾的分解;通过螺旋挤压板把垃圾挤压在一起,然后通过排料口把垃圾挤压排出,由于挤压管向上倾斜,使得垃圾挤压的更加紧凑。

本装置通过分解反应室1把垃圾先进行分解,通过加热装置15可以加快垃圾的分解;通过螺旋挤压板23把垃圾挤压在一起,然后通过排料口27把垃圾挤压排出,由于挤压管28向上倾斜,使得垃圾挤压的更加紧凑。
