在上述实施例中,箱门20和端板50的安装位置可以互换,即箱门20可以可拆卸地安装在框架10的前端,相应的端门50可拆卸地安装在框架10的后端,或者,箱门20可以可拆卸地安装在框架10的后端,相应的端门50可拆卸地安装在框架10的前端。为了便于互换箱门20和端板50的安装位置,框架10的前端和后端上用于连接箱门20和端板50的安装位置对称设置,安装螺钉或螺栓的孔也对称设置。
在本公开实施例提供的服务器用集装箱中,由于箱门20和端板50均是以可拆卸的方式安装在在框架10的后端或前端,因此,当需要对安置在服务器用集装箱内的设备进行维护时,维护人员可以从该服务器用集装箱的前端和后端进入箱内,与现有技术中仅能从服务器用集装箱的一端进入箱内相比,可以使维护人员就近进入箱内,从而方便维护人员对安置在服务器用集装箱的设备进行维护。此外,由于箱门20和端板50的安装位置进行互换,以将箱门可拆卸地安装在距离易出现故障的服务器或电源较近的一端。另外,还可以在该服务器用集装箱的前端和后端分别设置控制开关,如电源开关,使得维护人员可以两端均可以控制箱内的设备,从而进一步地方便维护人员对安置在服务器用集装箱的设备进行维护。
为了进一步地方便维护人员对安置在服务器用集装箱的设备进行维护,在一种可能实现方式中,两个通风板中的至少一个通风板的中部设置有检 修口,检修口内设置有与检修口的一侧边缘可拆卸连接的检修门33,检修门33用于封闭和打开检修口。例如,如图1和图2所示,两个通风板中一个通风板的中部设置有一检修口和检修门,即在通风板30的中部设置了一检修口和检修门33。如此设计,维护人员除了可以从服务器用集装箱的前端和后端进入服务器用集装箱内外,还可以从服务器用集装箱的侧面进入服务器用集装箱内,从而进一步地维护人员对安置在服务器用集装箱的设备进行维护。
值得一提的是,在上述实施例中,检修门33的位置并不限于通风板30的中部,也可以设置在通风板30的其他位置,具体可以根据需要设定,检修门33的位置的选择原则是:与出现故障的设备就近设置,或者说正对箱内易出现故障的设备设置,以方便对出现故障的设备进行维护。
请参阅图1-图4,在上述实施例所述的服务器用集装箱中,框架10的前端和后端均设置有第一竖梁12,第一竖梁12垂直于顶板40和底板70。示例性地,第一竖梁12位于框架10的前端的中分线位置,位于第一竖梁12两侧的两个纵梁11相对第一竖梁12对称设置。如此设计,利用第一竖梁12可以增强框架的强度。
进一步地,如图3所示,箱门20为对开门,对开门包括相对第一竖梁12对称的两个门板21,两个门板21均通过铰链与框架10的端部可拆卸连接。在一种可能的实现方式中,框架10的后端的纵梁11中设置有多组第一螺栓孔,门板21的一侧设置有多组第二螺纹孔,每组第一螺纹孔和每组第二螺纹孔的数量相同、大小相同,且间距也相同。每个门板21的一侧边通过数个铰链22与框架10的前端的纵梁11连接,铰链22与框架10之间可以通过螺钉或螺栓连接,铰链22与门板21之间也可以通过螺钉或螺栓连接。
进一步地,如图4所示,端板50包括相对第一竖梁12对称的两个封闭板51,两个封闭板51均与框架10的端部可拆卸连接。具体地,框架10的后端的纵梁11上设置有多组第三螺纹孔,封闭板51上设置有多组第四螺纹孔,每组第三螺纹孔和每组第四螺纹孔的数量相同、大小相同,且间距也相同,封闭板51和框架10的后端的纵梁11之间通过插在第三螺 纹孔和第四螺纹孔内的螺钉或螺栓连接。
需要说明的是,为了便于箱门20和端板50的安装位置互换,框架10的前端的纵梁上的多组第一螺栓孔,与框架10的后端的纵梁上的多组第三螺纹孔相对于框架10的中心对称设置。
在一种可能的实现方式中,第一竖梁12设置有图像采集装置和/或温度检测装置,利用图像采集装置可以采集服务器用集装箱内或外的情况,温度检测装置采集服务器用集装箱内或外的温度。
在上述实施例中,通风板30和通风板60设置在框架10中相对的两个侧面上,以图1中服务器用集装箱为例,通风板30位于框架10的右侧,通风板60位于框架10的左侧,服务器用集装箱内的设备产生的热量可以通过通风板30和通风板60传递到箱外。例如,如图5所示,通风板30为百叶幕墙,其包括依次拼接的数个百叶单元31,以及垂直于上长横梁13和下长横梁14的加强梁32,加强梁32一般设置在两个百叶单元31的拼接处,以增加百叶幕墙的强度。又如,如图6所示,通风板60包括依次拼接的数个百叶单元61,以及垂直于上长横梁13和下长横梁14的加强梁62,加强梁62一般设置在两个百叶单元61的拼接处,以增加百叶幕墙的强度。如此设计,一方面采用百叶幕墙可以保证对服务器用集装箱内的通风效果,另一方面可以阻挡光线直接照射到服务器用集装箱内的设备,减缓设备老化,延长箱内设备使用寿命。
为了进一步增强框架10的强度,在一种可能实现方式中,框架10的两侧均设置有数个第二竖梁,第二竖梁的两端分别延伸至框架10的顶部和底部;通风板安装在数个第二竖梁的外侧。例如,如图5和图6所示,通风板30所在的框架侧,框架10的中部设置有两个第二竖梁16;通风板60所在的框架侧,框架10的中部设置有一个第二竖梁16。利用这些第二竖梁16可以增强框架的强度。
当需要搬运该服务器用集装箱时,可以采用起重机整体起吊搬运服务器用集装箱,也可以通过叉车搬运服务器用集装箱,为了便于通过叉车搬运该服务器用集装箱,请参阅图5和图6,框架10的底部横梁14内设置有两个叉车插孔15,两个叉车插孔15通常相对框架10的中心对称设置,以便 搬运服务器用集装箱时,叉车插孔15两侧的服务器用集装箱受力均衡,提高搬运服务器用集装箱的稳定性。
为了进一步使服务器用集装箱的温度在理想范围内,在上述各实施例提供的服务器用集装箱的基础上,对服务器用集装箱做了进一步改进。请参阅图9和图10,框架10的一侧设置有托板80,托板80与框架10可拆卸连接;托板80和框架10之间设置有水帘81,框架10的另一侧设置有负压风机。其中,托板80与框架10之间通过螺栓和压块连接。
其中,水帘81可以理解为一种特种纸制蜂窝结构材料,其工作原理利用水蒸发吸收热量的物理现象。水帘81的上部一部连接有进水水管,水从水帘81的上部进入水帘内后,水在重力的作用下从上往下流,在水帘81中波纹状纤维表面形成水膜,当快速流动的空气穿过水帘81时,水膜中的水会吸收空气中的热量后蒸发带走大量的热,使经过水帘81的空气温度降低,从而达到降温的目的。
水帘81一般需要与负压风机配合使用,在本实施例中,水帘81设置在服务器用集装箱的一侧,负压风机设置在服务器用集装箱的另一侧,且位于服务器用集装箱内。负压风机抽出服务器用集装箱内的空气,产生负压迫使服务器用集装箱外的空气流经多孔湿润水帘81表面,使空气中大量热量进行转化处理,从而迫使进入服务器用集装箱内的空气温度降低10-15℃,并不断的引入空气进入服务器用集装箱内进行降温。
需要说明的是,水帘81的形状、位置可以根据需要进行选择,托板80用于对水帘81进行固定,以及使水帘81保持平整。其中,图9中托板80为一一体式的矩形板,图10中托板由两个矩形板拼接而成,并在两个矩形板的拼接处设置了加强梁,以增强该托板80的强度。
当用于本公开中时,虽然术语“第一”、“第二”等可能会在本公开中使用以描述各元件,但这些元件不应受到这些术语的限制。这些术语仅用于将一个元件与另一个元件区别开。比如,在不改变描述的含义的情况下,第一元件可以叫做第二元件,并且同样地,第二元件可以叫做第一元件,只要所有出现的“第一元件”一致重命名并且所有出现的“第二元件”一致重命名即可。第一元件和第二元件都是元件,但可以不是相同的元件。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,包括一长方体状的框架、一箱门、一顶板、一底板、一端板以及两个通风板,其中,
    所述箱门可拆卸地安装在所述框架的后端,所述端板可拆卸地安装在所述框架的前端,且所述箱门和所述端板的安装位置可互换;
    所述顶板安装在所述框架的顶部,所述底板安装在所述框架的底部;
    两个所述通风板中的一个通风板安装在所述框架的一侧,另一个所述通风板安装在所述框架的另一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,所述框架的前端和后端均设置有第一竖梁,所述第一竖梁垂直于所述顶板和底板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,所述箱门为对开门,所述对开门包括相对所述第一竖梁对称的两个门板,两个所述门板均通过铰链与所述框架的端部可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,所述端板包括相对所述第一竖梁对称的两个封闭板,两个所述封闭板均与所述框架的端部可拆卸连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,所述第一竖梁设置有图像采集装置和/或温度检测装置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,所述通风板为百叶幕墙。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,两个所述通风板中的至少一个通风板的中部设置有检修口,所述检修口内设置有与所述检修口的一侧边缘可拆卸连接的检修门,所述检修门用于封闭和打开所述检修口。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,两个所述通风板中一个通风板的中部设置有一所述检修口和所述检修门。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,所述框架的两侧均设置有数个第二竖梁,所述第二竖梁的两端分别延伸至所述框架的顶部和底部;
    所述通风板安装在数个所述第二竖梁的外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,所述框架的一侧设置有托板,所述托板与所述框架可拆卸连接;
    所述托板和所述框架之间设置有水帘,所述框架的另一侧设置有负压风机。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,所述托板与所述框架之间通过螺栓和压块连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的服务器用集装箱,其特征在于,所述框架的底部横梁内设置有两个叉车插孔。
