Abstract

The invention is related to a chassis which is used in the machines producing soft gel candy and comprises candy moulds thereon. In the inventive chassis all laths (1, 7) and edges (2) are produced from a block metal preferably aluminum in CNC machine and during this production air ducts (6),. handles (5), air surfaces (8, 9), plate holt holes (11), connecting bolt slots (13), lath bolt slots (14), lath protrusions (10) and protrusion slots within the edge laths (2) are prepared.

Description

MOULD CHASSIS USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF SOFT CANDY TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention is related to a chassis which is used in machines that make the production of soft gel candy and comprises candy mould thereon.
STATE OF THE ART
The shape moulds used for giving foe desired shape to foe candy to be produced, are driven to the production band on the chassis and foe molding process is performed by means of these moulds which are connected cm this chassis.
Today various mould chassis are used in the production lines which produce starchy, non-starchy soft gel candy. These chassis are manufactured from various materials. For example they are widely manufactured from wood and aluminum profiles. Deformation of wood chassis in time and embodying microorganisms in these deformed points cause probiems in terms of food health.
In addition to this, due to engaging the parte of the wood chassis by means of nail and similar connecting elements, their maintenance is difficult. Although the aluminum profile chassis which is a widespread production material has a high strength, using welding process as a joining method in other words welding foe parts that constitute the chassis to each other causes the chassis to be excluded from foe production in case a deformation occurs in foe chassis. In addition to this breaks occur at the welding points of foe chassis in time and crushing and deformations occur on the hollow profile lines.
Said invention which is developed from the previous utility model of foe applicant with registration No 2011/02875 titled as *Ge! Candy Mould Structure According to Food Safety", there are improvements which are described below such as creating the air condition channels under the array with the form given during the array production, and in this manner increasing the air flow within the chassis, absorbing the vibrations of the Chassis in the production line with the pressure plate comprising a spring pin.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is related to a mould chassis used in soft candy production which b developed for eliminating the above mentioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the relevant technical field. Against said chassis described in the present state of the art the invention subject to application is prepared with sensitive sizes in CMC machines from solid materials particularly from aluminum rather that a hollow profile and joined by means of bolts and rivets. The chassis prepared in such a manner provides great facility and oast advantage In respect to life cycle, cleaning and maintenance. In addition to this by means of die air fbw channels disposed on the chassis for molded starch, creating an air flow between the chassis and the mould, preparing the air channels in CNC machine of the chassis in a manner such that they are not closed, the closure of these channels are prevented and the shape deformations of t he products during molding are prevented.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The preferred alternatives of the inventive mould chassis configuration In this detailed description are disclosed in a manner only to clarify the subject manner and without creating any limiting effect. The inventive chassis is constituted by forming a tetragon by means of joining two side laths (1 ) together with its one middle late (7) with two edge lathes (2j as sew in Figure 1 and 2. The chassis, as it can be seen in Figure 5, is connected by means of fitting the lath protrusions (10) disposed on both ends of the side laths (1) and the middle lath (7) and on which there are lath bolt slots (14), in the gaps within tee edge laths (2) and by means of the connecting bolts (4) by aligning tee connecting bolt slots (13) with the lath bolt slots (14). The plate (15) is secured by means of the plate boits (17) through plate bolt holes (11) disposed on bote side laths (1) and the middle lath (7). The pressure plates (3) disposed on the bottom surfaces of both two side laths (1) as it is seen in Figure 1 comprises a central thrust pin (12) with spring (17) as it is seen in Figure 6.

2- A mould chassis according to claim 1, characterized In that a tetragon is created by joining two side laths (1) together with one middle lath (7) with two edge lathes (2), the lath protrusions (10) which are disposed on both ends of the side laths (1) and the middle lath (7) and comprises lath bolt slots (14) thereon fits into the gaps within the edge lathes (2) and the connecting bolt slots (13) are connected with the connecting bolts (4) by means of being aligned with the lath bolt slots (14) and foe plate (15) is secured to the chassis by means of the plate bolts (16) through the plate bolt holes (11) disposed on both side lathes (1) and the middle lath (7). 3- A mould chassis according to any preceding claims, characterized In that; the pressure plates (3) disposed on both two side laths (1) comprises a central thrust pin (12) with spring (17). 4- A mould chassis according to any preceding claims, characterized in that; it allows forming gaps which enable air flow between the bottom surface of the plate (15) which is secured on foe laths (1 , 7) during foe production of foe laths (1 , 7) on the upper surfaces of both side lathes (1) and foe middle lath (7) and the upper surface of the chassis, forming side lath air surface (9) by the elevations surface formed in the neighborhood of the external edges of the body in side lathes (1), forming a middle lath air surface (8) together with foe elevation made in the middle of the middle lath (7) and absorbing the air pressure created during the pressure process by the air duds (8).
