传统的线下门店对于顾客来说,具有人与人(店员与顾客)交互及体验的双重优势,但是线下门店为顾客提供的体验会受限于商品展示面积、导购人员的数量以及专业性等因素,使得顾客的消费需求很难被深度挖掘,从而影响商品的成交转化率。而线上购物平台利用互联网数据库存储数据,顾客通过终端远程访问,因而能够为顾客提供尽可能多的商品品类以及详尽专业的商品介绍。因此,本申请提出了一种导购方案,其主要原理是:将线上购物的终端展示与线下的店员与顾客的互动体验结合在一起,通过设置在门店的、由操作员(导购人员)控制的展示端设备来增加展示商品的品类,并且通过将展示端与服务器相连,从服务器拉取指定商品的详细信息,弥补操作员(导购人员)对于商品介绍不全面的问题。只需在门店安装一个智能电视,通过手机或Pad上的应用(App),无须在店内将商品铺样,就能向顾客介绍本店全部可售的商品信息;手机或Pad上的App规范了导购操作流程,让店主(操作员)自然具备了专业导购能力;智能电视的大屏设备能够全面展示商品的各维度信息,如商品标题、规格、图片、原价优惠价、评论等,相比店内铺样实物,能够极大地提高商品展示的丰富和生动程度,提高顾客逛店的体验,从而更好地挖掘顾客潜在的消费需求,进一步促进门店商品的成交。
上述实施例是对本发明实施例的技术原理和示例性的应用框架的说明,下面通过多个实施例来进一步对本发明实施例具体技术方案进行详细描述。
实施例一
图1为本发明提供的导购系统一个实施例的系统框图。如图1所示,该导购系统可以包括:控制端11和设置于门店中的展示端12。
其中,控制端11用于根据授权账号所对应的操作指示,与展示端12建立关联,以及生成用于控制展示端12的控制指令;展示端12用于在与控制端11建立关联后,接收并执行上述控制指令,并展示门店商品的商品信息。
具体地,控制端11可以是为智能移动终端(如,智能手机、平板电脑(Pad))定制开发的应用程序(App),也可以是为普通终端(如,个人计算机(PC))上定制开发的软件,还可以是集成在这些终端设备上的装置或芯片。门店的展示端可以为智能电视一体机、互联网电视终端(Over-The-Top TV;以下简称:OTT TV)设备及其连接的电视或显示器、普通PC及其连接的显示器,也可以为运行在上述设备上的应用程序或软件,或集成在上述设备上的装置或芯片。
在本发明实施例中,用于对控制端11进行授权使之与展示端12建立关联的授权账号可以包括操作员ID和门店ID。在控制端11与展示端12建立关联时,需要验证操作员(门店的店员、导购人员等)在控制端11输入的操作员ID与门店ID的合法性,才能够建立两者之间的关联,在控制端11与展示端12之间建立通信通道。然后,控制端11在操作员的操作之下,生成用于控制展示端12的控制指令。展示端12则在与控制端11建立关联后,接收并执行控制端11生成的控制指令,并展示门店商品的商品信息。
在本发明实施例中,一个控制端11不限于只关联一个展示端12,一个控制端11可以关联多个展示端12。
本发明实施例提供的导购系统,通过设置在门店中的展示端来接收由操作员控制的控制端的控制指令,以使得展示端展示门店商品的商品信息,从而增加展示商品的品类,并且弥补操作员对于商品介绍不全面的问题,能够更好地挖掘顾客的消费需求,促进门店商品的成交。

图2为本发明提供的导购系统另一个实施例的系统框图。如图2所示,在上述图1所示实施例的基础上,本发明实施例提供的导购系统还可以包括:数据存储服务器21。该数据存储服务器21可以用于存储门店商品的商品信息,根据控制端11生成的导购操作指令,向控制端11或展示端12发送相关的商品信息。
在本发明实施例中,控制端11根据操作员的操作所生成的控制指令可以包括导购操作指令,如,商品类目浏览指令、商品搜索指令、商品详情查看指令或商品列表翻页指 令等。
在本发明实施例中,门店商品的商品信息(如,商品类目、名称、价格、图片、库存、评价、二维码等详细信息)可以存储在数据存储服务器21中,该数据存储服务器21可以设置在云端,能够存储海量的商品信息。
数据存储服务器21可以根据控制端11生成的导购操作指令,向控制端11或展示端12发送相关的商品信息。具体地,操作员可以在控制端11上对商品信息进行导购操作(浏览、搜索、查看、翻页等),也可以通过控制端11控制展示端12进行同样的导购操作(即,在展示端12的显示屏上进行浏览、搜索、查看、翻页等)。因此,当数据存储服务器21接收到控制端11直接发送的导购操作指令时,其将相关的商品信息返回至控制端11。如果数据存储服务器21接收到的导购操作指令是由控制端11通过展示端12转发的,那么数据存储服务器21将相关的商品信息返回至展示端12,以进行展示。
另外,数据存储服务器21还可以提供商品信息的管理维护、商品个性化导购词的管理、商品信息的查询搜索等功能,以供控制端11和展示端12调用。
当然,门店商品的商品信息也可以存储于展示端12的存储介质中,展示端12在接收到控制端11生成的控制指令后,可以从存储介质中读取相关数据,并在显示屏上渲染这些数据,以向顾客展示商品信息。

图3为本发明提供的导购系统又一个实施例的系统框图。如图3所示,在上述图1所示实施例的基础上,本发明实施例提供的导购系统还可以包括:控制指令服务器31。该控制指令服务器31可以用于根据控制端11生成的设备配对指令,建立或解除控制端11与展示端12的关联关系,展示端12具有唯一设备ID。
在本发明实施例中,控制端11根据操作员的操作所生成的控制指令可以包括设备配对指令,例如,建立关联指令、解除关联指令等。控制指令服务器31可以设置在云端。
具体地,当设备配对指令为建立关联指令时,控制指令服务器31具体用于接收控制端11生成的建立关联指令,从该建立关联指令中解析出目标展示端12的唯一设备ID及 授权账号(即,操作员ID和门店ID),验证授权账号及目标展示端12的唯一设备ID的合法性,在验证合法后向目标展示端12发送初始化指令,以建立控制端11与目标展示端12的关联关系;展示端12则具体用于接收并执行控制指令服务器31发送的初始化指令,并显示初始化界面。
在本发明实施例中,当操作员通过控制端11进行建立关联的操作时,控制端11生成建立关联指令,并发送至控制指令服务器31。控制指令服务器31接收到建立关联指令后,对该指令进行解析,获得操作员输入的操作员ID、门店ID以及欲建立关联的目标展示端12的唯一设备ID。然后对这些信息的合法性进行验证,例如,验证操作员ID与门店ID是否匹配,若验证操作员ID与门店ID已在控制指令服务器31中登记且匹配,则表明该操作员为该门店的员工;验证门店ID与目标展示端12的唯一设备ID是否匹配,若验证门店ID与唯一设备ID已在控制指令服务器31中登记且匹配,则表明该展示端为该门店中的设备。在确保了该条建立关联指令的合法来源、以及目标展示端为合法设备后,控制指令服务器31在数据库中存储一条关联记录,其核心字段包括:操作员ID、门店ID以及唯一设备ID,然后,生成初始化指令,并发送至展示端12。展示端12执行该初始化指令,在显示屏上渲染呈现一个初始化欢迎界面,表示当前展示端12已经与一个控制端11在逻辑上建立了一条通信通道,后续控制端11的导购操作指令可经由该通道传送至展示端12。
另一方面,当设备配对指令为解除关联指令时,控制指令服务器31具体用于接收控制端11生成的解除关联指令,从该解除关联指令中解析出目标展示端12的唯一设备ID及授权账号(即,操作员ID和门店ID),向目标展示端12发送还原指令,以解除控制端11与目标展示端12的关联关系。展示端12则具体用于接收并执行控制指令服务器31发送的还原化指令,并显示原始界面。
在本发明实施例中,当操作员通过控制端11进行解除关联操作时,控制端11生成解除关联指令,并发送至控制指令服务器31。控制指令服务器31接收到建立关联指令后,对该指令进行解析,获得操作员输入的操作员ID、门店ID以及欲解除关联的目标展示端12的唯一设备ID。确认关联关系存在,并从数据库中删除相关的关联记录。然后,控制指令服务器31生成还原指令,并发送至展示端12。展示端12执行该还原指令,在显示屏上渲染呈现一个与初始化欢迎界面不同的原始欢迎界面,表示该展示端12已经与控制端11解除关联关系。
当然,控制端11与展示端12之间也可以不通云端中转,而是通过近场通信技术, (如,蓝牙)建立端到端的物理连接,控制端11的控制指令不经过云端而是直接传送到展示端12。
在本发明实施例中,云端的控制指令服务器31可以通过实时同步的方式向展示端12下发控制指令,这要求展示端12事先与控制指令服务器建立长连接。
本发明实施例中,也允许展示端12通过HTTP协议定时向控制指令服务器轮询最新的控制指令,这种方式不要求展示端12事先与控制指令服务器建立长连接,实现上更为简单,但实时性取决于定时轮询的间隔时长。若间隔过长,则在显示屏上呈现的界面与控制端11上的操作会出现间断,导致过程不顺畅,顾客体验不佳;因此,较佳的间隔时长为不超过2秒。
本发明实施例提供的导购系统,通过云端的控制指令服务器维护控制端与展示端之间的关联关系,建立两者之间的数据通信通道;同时,通过设置在门店中的展示端来接收由操作员控制的控制端的控制指令,以使得展示端展示门店商品的商品信息,从而增加展示商品的品类,并且弥补操作员对于商品介绍不全面的问题,同时,更好地挖掘顾客的消费需求,促进门店商品的成交。
实施例四
图4为本发明提供的导购系统再一个实施例的系统框图。如图4所示,在上述图1、图2及图3所示实施例的基础上,本发明实施例提供的导购系统包括:控制端11、设置于门店中的展示端12、数据存储服务器21和控制指令服务器31。
在本发明实施例中,用于对控制端11进行授权使之与展示端12建立关联的授权账号可以包括操作员ID和门店ID。在控制端11与展示端12建立关联时,需要验证操作员在控制端11输入的操作员ID与门店ID的合法性,才能够建立控制端11与展示端12之间的关联,在控制端11与展示端12之间建立通信通道。然后,控制端11在操作员的操作之下,生成用于控制展示端12的控制指令。展示端12则在与控制端11建立关联后,接收并执行控制端11生成的控制指令,并展示门店商品的商品信息。
在本发明实施例中,数据存储服务器21可以根据控制端11生成的导购操作指令,向控制端11或展示端12发送相关的商品信息。具体地,操作员可以在控制端11上对商品信息进行导购操作(例如,浏览、搜索、查看、翻页等),也可以通过控制端11控制展示端12进行同样的导购操作(即,在展示端12的显示屏上进行浏览、搜索、查看、翻页等)。因此,当数据存储服务器21接收到控制端11直接发送的导购操作指令时,其将相关的商品信息返回至控制端11。如果数据存储服务器21接收到的导购操作指令 是由控制端11通过展示端12转发的,那么数据存储服务器21将相关的商品信息返回至展示端12,以进行展示。
在本发明实施例中,控制指令服务器31可以根据控制端11生成的设备配对指令,建立或解除控制端11与展示端12的关联关系。

图8为本发明提供的导购方法另一个具体实施例的时序流程图。如图8所示,在上述图5或图6所示实施例的基础上,本实施例提供的导购方法可以包括以下步骤:
S801,打开解除关联界面。
本发明实施例提供控制端与展示端解除关联的具体操作流程。首先,操作员通过控制端打开解除关联界面。
S802,控制端向控制指令服务器发送解除关联指令。
控制端根据操作员的解除关联的操作,生成解除关联指令,并发送至控制指令服务器。
S803,控制指令服务器解析解除关联指令。
控制指令服务器接收到解除关联指令后,对该指令进行解析,获得操作员输入的操 作员ID、门店ID以及欲解除关联的目标展示端的唯一设备ID。
S804,控制指令服务器验证关联关系是否存在。
控制指令服务器确认关联关系存在,并从数据库中删除相关的关联记录。
S805,控制指令服务器向展示端发送还原指令。
控制指令服务器生成还原指令,并发送至展示端。
S806,展示端执行该还原指令。
展示端执行该还原指令,在显示屏上渲染呈现一个与初始化欢迎界面不同的原始欢迎界面,表示该展示端已经与控制端解除关联关系。
本发明实施例提供的导购方法,在完成对展示端的控制之后,通过云端的控制指令服务器解除控制端与展示端之间的关联关系,取消两者之间的数据通信通道。
实施例九
图9为本发明提供的导购方法又一个具体实施例的时序流程图。如图9所示,在上述图5或图6所示实施例的基础上,本发明实施例提供的导购方法还可以包括以下步骤:
S901,打开导购界面。
本发明实施例提供门店商品的商品类目浏览的具体操作流程。首先,操作员通过控制端打开导购界面。
S902,控制端向数据存储服务器发送商品类目浏览指令。
控制端根据操作员的类目浏览操作,生成商品类目浏览指令,并发送至数据存储服务器。
S903,数据存储服务器向控制端发送类目列表及类目下的商品列表。
数据存储服务器实时向控制端返回类目列表及类目下的商品列表。
S904,控制端向控制指令服务器发送商品类目浏览指令。
控制端向控制指令服务端发送类目浏览指令,该指令内容包括:门店ID、操作员ID、展示端的唯一设备ID、类目ID等信息。
S905,控制指令服务器解析商品类目浏览指令。
控制指令服务器接收到商品类目浏览指令后,对该指令进行解析,得到门店ID、操作员ID。
S906,控制指令服务器验证关联关系。
控制指令服务器根据门店ID、操作员ID、展示端设备ID,查询关联关系是否存在,若不存在,则说明控制端尚与一个展示端建立关联,则导购中止;否则执行步骤S907。
S907,控制指令服务器向展示端发送商品类目浏览指令。
控制指令服务器向建立关联的展示端下发商品发类目浏览指令。
S908,展示端解析商品发类目浏览指令。
展示端接收到商品发类目浏览指令后,解析该指令,得到类目ID。
S909,展示端向数据存储服务器发送数据读取指令。
S910,数据存储服务器向展示端返回类目列表及类目下的商品列表。
展示端根据解析出的类目ID,到数据存储服务其拉取商品类目列表及类目下的商品列表。
S911,展示端执行商品类目浏览指令。
展示端根据拉取到的数据,在显示屏上渲染呈现类目和商品列表界面。
在本发明实施例中,导购操作指令是将操作员在控制端上的操作抽象成控制指令,通过控制指令服务器下发给展示端,展示端解析导购操作指令,并到数据存储服务器拉取对应的商品信息,渲染呈现给顾客观看。通过这种流程,让操作员可以掌控导购进程,有侧重点地向顾客介绍特定的商品信息。对顾客来说,通过显示屏上呈现出的多维商品信息,对商品情况的掌握了解远比店内实物铺样更为清晰全面,更利于做出消费决策。
本发明实施例的上述流程同样适应于其它类型的导购操作指令。
具体地,当控制端生成的导购操作指令为商品搜索指令时,操作员在控制端上通过数据存储服务器按照商品关键字检索特定商品信息。控制端通过控制指令服务器将商品搜索指令下发给展示端,展示端同步在显示屏上渲染呈现搜索操作的中间过程,并将从数据服务器拉取到的检索结果(商品列表)渲染呈现出来。
当控制端生成的导购操作指令为商品详情查看指令时,操作员在控制端上查看特定商品详情信息。控制端通过控制指令服务器将商品详情查看指令下发给展示端,展示端同步从数据存储服务器拉取指定商品详情数据,并在显示屏上渲染呈现出来。
当控制端生成的导购操作指令为商品列表翻页指令时,操作员在控制端上显示的商品列表界面上点击翻页按钮,查看下一页商品列表。控制端通过控制指令服务器将商品列表翻页指令下发给展示端,展示端同步从数据存储服务器拉取指定页商品列表数据,并在显示屏上渲染呈现出来。
特别地,若控制端经过一段时间后,没有向控制指令服务器发送新的控制指令,展示端则进入轮播状态,即,按照特定规则在显示屏上重复渲染呈现特定的商品列表或商品详情页面。
本发明实施例提供的导购方法,通过云端的控制指令服务器维护控制端与展示端之间的关联关系,建立两者之间的数据通信通道;通过设置在门店中的展示端来接收由操作员控制的控制端生成的商品类目浏览指令、商品搜索指令、商品详情查看指令或商品列表翻页指令,以使得展示端展示门店商品的商品信息;同时,云端的数据存储服务器能够存储海量的商品信息,从而向用户提供虚拟的云货架,极大地增加展示商品的品类,并且还能够提供相关商品的个性化导购词,以弥补操作员对于商品介绍不够全面的问题,能够更好地挖掘顾客的消费需求,促进了门店商品的成交。
实施例十
图10为本发明提供的智能货架系统实施例的系统框图。如图10所示,该智能货架系统可以包括:云货架控制端101、导购展示端102和服务端103。
其中,云货架控制端101用于根据授权账号与导购展示端102建立关联,并根据接收到的操作指示,生成用于控制导购展示端102的控制指令;导购展示端102设置于门店中,用于在与云货架控制端101建立关联后,根据接收到的控制指令,从服务端103获取与该控制指令相关的门店商品的商品信息,并展示该商品信息;服务端103用于存储门店商品的商品信息。
在本发明实施例中,在配备有智能货架系统的门店(实体店)中,操作员(门店的店员、导购人员等)可以在云货架控制端101(例如,操作员自己的智能手机、门店中的智能终端设备等)输入授权账号(如,操作员ID、门店ID等),以建立与导购展示端102的关联。导购展示端102可以为智能电视一体机、OTT TV设备及其连接的电视或显示器等。在云货架控制端101与导购展示端102建立关联时,可以通过服务端103来验证操作员在云货架控制端101输入的操作员ID与门店ID的合法性,若验证合法,则建立两者之间的关联,并在云货架控制端101与导购展示端102之间建立通信通道。
上述云货架控制端101与导购展示端102建立关联的过程可以预先执行,也可以在顾客在该门店购物的过程中,为了向顾客展示商品信息时实时进行关联。在云货架控制端101与导购展示端102建立关联后,操作员可以根据门店的实时情况(例如,当前的顾客群体类型、顾客正在查看的商品、顾客正在咨询的商品等),在云货架控制端101中输入操作指示,云货架控制端101根据该操作指示生成控制指令,如,商品类目浏览指令、商品搜索指令、商品详情查看指令或商品列表翻页指令等。
云货架控制端101将相应的控制指令发送到导购展示端102后,导购展示端102从服务端103获取与该控制指令相关的门店商品的商品信息(如,商品类目、名称、价格、 图片、库存、评价、二维码等详细信息)。服务端103可以设置在云端,能够存储海量的商品信息。
另一方面,云货架控制端101生成的控制指令还可以包括:建立关联指令、解除关联指令、其中,建立关联指令用于建立云货架控制端101与导购展示端102的关联关系;解除关联指令用于解除云货架控制端101与导购展示端102的关联关系。
本发明实施例提供的智能货架系统,将线上购物的终端展示与线下的店员与顾客的互动体验结合在一起,通过设置在门店的、由操作员(导购人员)控制的导购展示端来增加展示商品的品类,并且通过将导购展示端与服务器相连,从服务器拉取指定商品的详细信息,弥补操作员(导购人员)对于商品介绍不全面的问题。只需在门店安装一个智能电视,通过手机或Pad上的应用(App),无须在店内将商品铺样,就能向顾客介绍本店全部可售的商品信息;手机或Pad上的App规范了导购操作流程,让店主(操作员)自然具备了专业导购能力;智能电视的大屏设备能够全面展示商品的各维度信息,如商品标题、规格、图片、原价优惠价、评论等,相比店内铺样实物,能够极大地提高商品展示的丰富和生动程度,提高顾客逛店的体验,从而更好地挖掘顾客潜在的消费需求,进一步促进门店商品的成交。
实施例十一
以上描述了导购系统的内部功能和结构,该装置可实现为一种电子设备。图11为本发明提供的电子设备实施例的结构示意图。如图11所示,该电子设备包括存储器111和处理器112。
存储器111,用于存储程序。除上述程序之外,存储器111还可被配置为存储其它各种数据以支持在电子设备上的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在电子设备上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。
存储器111可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
处理器112,与存储器111耦合,执行存储器111所存储的程序,以用于:
控制端根据授权账号所对应的操作指示,与设置于门店中的展示端建立关联;
控制端生成用于控制展示端的控制指令;
展示端接收并执行该控制指令,并展示门店商品的商品信息。
进一步,如图11所示,电子设备还可以包括:通信组件113、电源组件114、音频组件115、显示器116等其它组件。图11中仅示意性给出部分组件,并不意味着电子设备只包括图11所示组件。
通信组件113被配置为便于电子设备和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。电子设备可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件113经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件113还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
电源组件114,为电子设备的各种组件提供电力。电源组件114可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为电子设备生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
音频组件115被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件115包括一个麦克风(MIC),当电子设备处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器111或经由通信组件113发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件115还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
显示器116包括屏幕,其屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种导购系统,其特征在于,包括:控制端和设置于门店中的展示端,
    所述控制端用于,根据授权账号所对应的操作指示,与所述展示端建立关联,以及生成用于控制所述展示端的控制指令;
    所述展示端用于,在与所述控制端建立关联后,接收并执行所述控制指令,并展示门店商品的商品信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的导购系统,其特征在于,所述控制指令包括导购操作指令,所述系统还包括:
    数据存储服务器,用于存储所述门店商品的商品信息,根据所述控制端生成的所述导购操作指令,向所述控制端或所述展示端发送相关的商品信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的导购系统,其特征在于,所述导购操作指令为商品类目浏览指令、商品搜索指令、商品详情查看指令或商品列表翻页指令。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的导购系统,其特征在于,所述控制指令包括设备配对指令,所述系统还包括:
    控制指令服务器,用于根据所述控制端生成的所述设备配对指令,建立或解除所述控制端与所述展示端的关联关系,所述展示端具有唯一设备ID。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的导购系统,其特征在于,所述控制指令包括设备配对指令,所述系统还包括:
    控制指令服务器,用于根据所述控制端生成的所述设备配对指令,建立或解除所述控制端与所述展示端的关联关系,所述展示端具有唯一设备ID。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的导购系统,其特征在于,所述授权账号包括:操作员ID和门店ID。
  7. 根据权利要求4或5所述的导购系统,其特征在于,所述设备配对指令为建立关联指令,
    所述控制指令服务器具体用于,接收所述控制端生成的所述建立关联指令,从所述建立关联指令中解析出目标展示端的唯一设备ID及授权账号,验证所述授权账号及所述目标展示端的唯一设备ID的合法性,在验证合法后向所述目标展示端发送初始化指令,以建立所述控制端与所述目标展示端的关联关系;
    所述展示端具体用于,接收并执行所述控制指令服务器发送的所述初始化指令,并显示初始化界面。
  8. 根据权利要求4或5所述的导购系统,其特征在于,所述设备配对指令为解除关联指令,
    所述控制指令服务器具体用于,接收所述控制端生成的所述解除关联指令,从所述解除关联指令中解析出目标展示端的唯一设备ID及授权账号,向所述目标展示端发送还原指令,以解除所述控制端与所述目标展示端的关联关系;
    所述展示端具体用于,接收并执行所述控制指令服务器发送的所述还原化指令,并显示原始界面。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的导购系统,其特征在于,
    所述控制指令服务器还用于,接收所述控制端生成的所述导购操作指令,从所述导购操作指令中解析出目标展示端的唯一设备ID,并将所述导购操作指令转发至所述目标展示端。
  10. 一种导购方法,其特征在于,包括:
    控制端根据授权账号所对应的操作指示,与设置于门店中的展示端建立关联;
    所述控制端生成用于控制所述展示端的控制指令;
    所述展示端接收并执行所述控制指令,并展示门店商品的商品信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的导购方法,其特征在于,所述控制指令包括导购操作指令,所述方法还包括:
    数据存储服务器根据所述控制端生成的所述导购操作指令,向所述控制端或所述展示端发送相关的商品信息,所述数据存储服务器用于存储所述门店商品的商品信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的导购方法,其特征在于,所述导购操作指令为商品类目浏览指令、商品搜索指令、商品详情查看指令或商品列表翻页指令。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的导购方法,其特征在于,所述控制指令包括设备配对指令,在所述控制端生成用于控制所述展示端的控制指令之后,所述方法还包括:
    控制指令服务器根据所述控制端生成的所述设备配对指令,建立或解除所述控制端与所述展示端的关联关系,所述展示端具有唯一设备ID。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的导购方法,其特征在于,所述授权账号包括:操作员ID和门店ID。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的导购方法,其特征在于,所述设备配对指令为建立关联指令,所述控制指令服务器根据所述控制端生成的所述设备配对指令,建立或解除所述控制端与所述展示端的关联关系,包括:
    所述控制指令服务器接收所述控制端生成的所述建立关联指令,从所述建立关联指令中解析出目标展示端的唯一设备ID及授权账号,验证所述授权账号及所述目标展示端的唯一设备ID的合法性,在验证合法后向所述目标展示端发送初始化指令,以建立所述控制端与所述目标展示端的关联关系。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的导购方法,其特征在于,所述设备配对指令为解除关联指令,所述控制指令服务器根据所述控制端生成的所述设备配对指令,建立或解除所述控制端与所述展示端的关联关系,包括:
    所述控制指令服务器接收所述控制端生成的所述解除关联指令,从所述解除关联指令中解析出目标展示端的唯一设备ID及授权账号,向所述目标展示端发送还原指令,以解除所述控制端与所述目标展示端的关联关系。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的导购方法,其特征在于,在所述控制端生成用于控制所述展示端的控制指令之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述控制指令服务器接收所述控制端生成的所述导购操作指令,从所述导购操作指令中解析出目标展示端的唯一设备ID,并将所述导购操作指令转发至所述目标展示端。
  18. 一种智能货架系统,其特征在于,包括:云货架控制端、服务端和设置于门店中的导购展示端,
    所述云货架控制端用于,根据授权账号与所述导购展示端建立关联,并根据接收到的操作指示,生成用于控制所述导购展示端的控制指令;
    所述导购展示端用于,在与所述云货架控制端建立关联后,根据接收到的所述控制指令,从所述服务端获取与所述控制指令相关的门店商品的商品信息,并展示所述商品信息;
    所述服务端用于,存储所述门店商品的商品信息。
  19. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储器,用于存储程序;
    处理器,用于运行所述存储器中存储的所述程序,以用于:
    控制端根据授权账号所对应的操作指示,与设置于门店中的展示端建立关联;
    所述控制端生成用于控制所述展示端的控制指令;
    所述展示端接收并执行所述控制指令,并展示门店商品的商品信息。
