在一些实施例中,所述左侧显示屏3和右侧显示屏5均可围绕铰链6向固定显示屏4后旋转;所述左侧显示屏3和右侧显示屏5均可与固定显示屏4形成0-180度的夹角。在本实施例中,所述液压可升降支架上设置有固定孔,在将支架2调节至设置的合适高度时,通过在固定孔内插入插销完成高度调节;也可在固定孔内设置弹簧定位销,在将液压可升降支架提升至设置的合适高度时,弹簧定位销弹出,实现可升降支架的固定,完成高度调节。如图4所示,可折叠显示设备的遥控控制面板11设置于固定显示屏4的前面板下端;控制盒10设置于固定显示屏4的后面板上,在固定显示屏4与活动显示屏之间设置有连接线缆9,进行视频信号的传输;设置可伸缩定位销8的显示屏上设置有对应的可拆卸面板,通过打开可拆卸面板可以手动拉动定位柱81,使得定位柱81尾端的弹簧82处于压缩状态,从而断开定位柱81与定位孔17之间的定位连接。
使用时,如图1所示,在折叠状态下将可折叠显示设备运输至室内放置位置,通过调节可升降支架调整好显示设备的高度后,对固定显示屏4的高度进行固定,将活动连接于固定显示屏4上的活动显示屏从固定显示屏4的后方向前展开,可伸缩定位销8默认状态下处于伸展状态,在活动显示屏与固定显示屏4相接的端面相贴时,通过伸缩定位销8可自动定位;接着使用工具旋转连接锁7的拧紧六方孔711,通过转动将挂钩71挂接于固定显示屏4的挂接孔18内,实现活动显示屏与固定显示屏4的固定连接,锁紧后左侧显示屏3、固定显示屏4和右侧显示屏5呈刚性连接,三块显示屏无缝拼接组成一块大尺寸显示设备。
在进行重新折叠时,连接锁7通过继续朝相反方向旋转拧紧六方孔711即 可打开挂钩71与挂接孔18的连接;打开前述可拆卸面板,手动拉动定位柱81,使得定位柱81尾端的弹簧82处于压缩状态,从而断开定位柱81与定位孔17之间的定位连接,之后将活动显示屏通过铰链转动折叠即可。
实施例二
在实施例一的基础上,在固定显示屏4的上端设置一活动显示屏,在左侧显示屏3的左侧和右侧显示屏5的右侧依次再分别设置一活动显示屏;活动显示屏与活动显示屏之间的连接结构与实施例一中活动显示屏与固定显示屏4之间的连接结构相同。固定显示屏4与活动显示屏之间的连接与实施例一相同;在活动显示屏上活动连接活动显示屏时,两块相连接的活动显示屏所相对的端面上,选择任意端面上设置连接锁7,在另一端面上设置可伸缩定位销8以及与连接锁7相配合使用的挂接孔18,通过连接锁7与可伸缩定位销8实现活动显示屏与活动显示屏之间的定位固定连接。
本文所述的可折叠显示设备在具体实施过程中,通过将一块固定显示屏4与支架2相固定连接,根据具体的使用场景及所要设置的位置的空间结构,在固定显示屏4的侧方设置多块或依次连续设置多块活动显示屏,以此形成大尺寸的显示设备,同时可以满足不规则形状的显示设备需求。
实施例三
在实施例一及实施例二的基础上,可升降支架与固定显示屏4的后侧固定连接,也就是连接在固定显示屏4的背部。如图5、图6、图7所示,可升降支架包括外壳体12、内支架13、液压杆14和盖板15;所述外壳体12为一中空壳体,外壳体12朝向固定显示屏4的一侧设置为开口状;所述外壳体12的纵截面呈U型;所述外壳体12的底端与底座1固定连接;所述内支架13和液压杆14从上往下依次设置于外壳体12内;所述液压杆14的底端与底座1固定连接;所述内支架13的垂直中轴线上设置一螺纹孔131;所述液压杆14的顶端通过前述螺纹孔131与内支架13相连接;内支架13可以通过通孔套设于液压杆14的顶端,也即是液压杆14在伸展状态下的顶端套接于内支架13的螺纹孔131内,以此实现内支架13可以在液压杆14的作用下上下升降;内支架13的外壁与外壳体12的内壁相贴,内支架13可以沿着外壳体12的内壁在液压杆14的作用下上下滑动;所述内支架13与前述固定显示屏4固定连接,在液压杆14的作 用下使得内支架13上下升降,从而带动固定显示屏4上下升降。所述盖板15设置于外壳体12的开口侧的下端,盖板15的高度大于等于液压杆14处于收缩状态时的高度,通过在外壳体12的开口侧的下端设置盖板15,提升了可折叠显示设备整体的美观度。
实施例四
在实施例三的基础上,在底座1上垂直设置有两个可升降支架,两个可升降支架等间距平行设置,两个可升降支架均通过其外壳体12内的内支架13与固定显示屏4的背部固定连接,在进行升降时,两个可升降支架同时升降;通过设置两个可升降支架提高整个可折叠显示设备的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,所述可折叠显示设备包括底座、支架和多个显示屏;所述支架垂直设置于底座上;所述多个显示屏包括一块固定显示屏和至少一块活动显示屏;所述固定显示屏固定设置于支架上;所述活动显示屏设置于固定显示屏的侧方;所述活动显示屏与固定显示屏活动连接;所述活动显示屏与固定显示屏之间设置有连接锁和可伸缩定位销中至少之一。使用时,将可折叠显示设备在折叠状态下运输至放置位置后,将活动连接于固定显示屏上的活动显示屏打开,然后通过连接锁、可伸缩定位销固定活动显示屏与固定显示屏,使得活动显示屏和固定显示屏形成一整块大尺寸的显示屏。
在一些实施例中,所述活动显示屏设有至少两个,所述活动显示屏设置于固定显示屏的两侧;通过在固定显示屏的两侧同时设置活动显示屏,扩大固定显示屏的尺寸。
在一些实施例中,所述活动显示屏包括有两块,两块活动显示屏分别为左侧显示屏和右侧显示屏;左侧显示屏和右侧显示屏分别设置于固定显示屏的左侧和右侧;通过设置左侧显示屏和右侧显示屏,从两侧扩展了固定显示屏的尺寸。
在一些实施例中,所述支架为可升降支架;所述可升降支架与固定显示屏的后侧固定连接。通过可升降支架可以调节显示屏的高度,便于使用。
在一些实施例中,所述底座的下端设置有滚轮;通过滚轮便于移动可折叠显示设备。
在一些实施例中,所述滚轮为万向轮;通过万向轮可以方便的移动可折叠 显示设备的位置,方便使用。
在一些实施例中,所述活动显示屏与固定显示屏通过铰链活动连接。
在一些实施例中,所述固定显示屏与活动显示屏相接的端面上设置有可伸缩定位销;所述活动显示屏的端面上与可伸缩定位销对应处设置有一定位孔;所述可伸缩定位销包括定位柱;所述定位柱的尾端设置有弹簧。
在一些实施例中,所述活动显示屏与固定显示屏相接的端面上设置有连接锁;所述连接锁包括挂钩;所述挂钩的尾端侧部固定设置一拧紧六方孔;所述固定显示屏的端面上与挂钩相对应处设置一挂接孔;当活动显示屏与固定显示屏展开位于同一平面时,通过拧紧六方孔转动挂钩挂接于固定显示屏的挂接孔内,实现活动显示屏与固定显示屏的固定连接。
在一些实施例中,所述可升降支架包括外壳体、内支架、液压杆和盖板;所述外壳体为一中空壳体,所述外壳体朝向固定显示屏的一侧设置为开口状;所述外壳体的纵截面呈U型;所述外壳体的底端与底座固定连接;所述内支架和液压杆从上往下依次设置于外壳体内;所述液压杆的底端与底座固定连接;所述内支架的垂直中轴线上设置一螺纹孔;所述液压杆的顶端通过前述螺纹孔与内支架相连接;所述内支架与前述固定显示屏固定连接;所述盖板设置于外壳体的开口侧的下端。
本文提供的可折叠显示设备包括底座、支架和显示屏;所述显示屏包括固定显示屏和活动显示屏;通过将显示屏设置为固定显示屏和活动显示屏的形式,可在活动显示屏处于折叠状态下实现显示设备的便捷运输,使用时通过活动连接件将活动显示屏展开,扩大显示设备的尺寸,本文所述可折叠显示设备结构简单,易于操作使用,适于推广应用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可折叠显示设备,包括底座(1)、支架(2)和多个显示屏;所述支架(2)垂直设置于底座(1)上;所述多个显示屏包括一块固定显示屏(4)和至少一块活动显示屏;所述固定显示屏(4)固定设置于支架(2)上;所述活动显示屏设置于固定显示屏(4)的侧方;所述活动显示屏与固定显示屏(4)活动连接;所述活动显示屏与固定显示屏(4)之间设置有连接锁(7)和可伸缩定位销(8)中至少之一。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述可折叠显示设备,其中,所述活动显示屏设有至少两个,所述活动显示屏设置于固定显示屏(4)的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述可折叠显示设备,其中,所述活动显示屏包括有两块,两块活动显示屏分别为左侧显示屏(3)和右侧显示屏(5);左侧显示屏(3)和右侧显示屏(5)分别设置于固定显示屏(4)的左侧和右侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述可折叠显示设备,其中,所述支架(2)为可升降支架;所述可升降支架与固定显示屏(4)的后侧固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述可折叠显示设备,其中,所述底座(1)的下端设置有滚轮(16)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述可折叠显示设备,其中,所述滚轮(16)为万向轮。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述可折叠显示设备,其中,所述活动显示屏与固定显示屏(4)通过铰链(6)活动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述可折叠显示设备,其中,所述固定显示屏(4)与活动显示屏相接的端面上设置有可伸缩定位销(8);所述活动显示屏的端面上与可伸缩定位销(8)对应处设置有一定位孔(17);所述可伸缩定位销(8)包括定位柱(81);所述定位柱(81)的尾端设置有弹簧(82)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述可折叠显示设备,其中,所述活动显示屏与固定显示屏(4)相接的端面上设置有连接锁(7);所述连接锁(7)包括挂钩(71);所述挂钩(71)的尾端侧部固定设置一拧紧六方孔(711);所述固定显示屏(4)的端面上与挂钩(71)相对应处设置一挂接孔(18)。
  10. 根据权利要求4至9任一所述可折叠显示设备,其中,所述可升降支架包括外壳体(12)、内支架(13)、液压杆(14)和盖板(15);所述外壳体(12)为一中空壳体,所述外壳体(12)朝向固定显示屏(4)的一侧设置为开口状;所述外壳体(12)的纵截面呈U型;所述外壳体(12)的底端与底座(1)固定连接;所述内支架(13)和液压杆(14)从上往下依次设置于外壳体(12)内; 所述液压杆(14)的底端与底座(1)固定连接;所述内支架(13)的垂直中轴线上设置一螺纹孔(131);所述液压杆(14)的顶端通过前述螺纹孔(131)与内支架(13)相连接;所述内支架(13)与前述固定显示屏(4)固定连接;所述盖板(15)设置于外壳体(12)的开口侧的下端。
