Description

一种烘箱 技术领域
本发明涉及烘箱的技术领域,特别涉及一种烘箱。
背景技术
浸渍生产线已广泛应用于家具板、水泥模板、地板、防火板等生产中,原料普遍利用纸板,在生产线中,纸板通过浸渍之后,必须要通过烘干才能用于应用。现有技术中的烘箱,将烘干过程中产生的湿气通过湿气管道排出,湿气排出时,必将带走部分热量,影响烘箱的烘干效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种烘箱,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
本发明提供一种烘箱,包括烘箱本体、第一静压箱、第二静压箱和第三静压箱,烘箱本体顶部设有热风机,热风机上部设有吸风口,第一静压箱设于热风机的两侧,第一静压箱与第二静压箱连通,第一静压箱与第三静压箱连通,第二静压箱上设有多个第一喷嘴,第三静压箱上设有多个第二喷嘴,烘箱本体两侧设有出风口,出风口通过第一管路与热风机的吸风口连通,第一管路上依次设有风机、干燥装置和热交换器。
在一些实施方式中,第一喷嘴和第二喷嘴在同一平面上交叉排列,第一喷嘴和第二喷嘴中间留有一定空隙。
在一些实施方式中,干燥装置为可开启闭合的盒体,盒体设于第一管路内,盒体内填充有活性炭。
有益效果:本发明实施例的烘箱实现了热风的内部循环,将烘干过程中产生的水汽通过干燥装置吸收,大幅度减少了热量的损失,大大提高了热能的利用率。且该烘箱的喷嘴设计合理,不仅保证了热风的流速和风量,而且还能保证气流的方向,合理地分配了热气流的水平和垂直的分量,对纸进行合理而充分的烘干。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图,对本发明进行进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,
一种烘箱,包括烘箱本体1、第一静压箱2、第二静压箱3和第三静压箱4,烘箱本体1顶部设有热风机7,热风机7上部设有吸风口8,第一静压箱2设于热风机7的两侧,第一静压箱2与第二静压箱3连通,第一静压箱2与第三静压箱4连通,第二静压箱3上设有多个第一喷嘴5,第三静压箱4上设有多个第二喷嘴6,烘箱本体1两侧设有出风口10,出风口10通过第一管路9与热风机7的吸风口8连通,第一管路9上依次设有风机11、干燥装置12和热交换器13。
热风通过第一静压箱2分别进入第二静压箱3和第三静压箱4,然后通过多个第一喷嘴5和多个第二喷嘴6对纸张进行烘干。而烘干过程中产生的水汽及风水通过第一管路9进行内部循环,干燥装置12吸附循环热风的水汽,热交换器13对循环的热风进行再次加热以达到干燥的需求,从而再次进入第一静压箱2。
进一步的,第一喷嘴5和第二喷嘴6在同一平面上交叉排列,第一喷嘴5和第二喷嘴6中间留有一定空隙。如此设计,保证了气流的方向,合理分配了热气流的水平和垂直的分量,低纸进行合理而充分的烘干。
进一步的,干燥装置12为可开启闭合的盒体,盒体设于第一管路9内,盒体内填充有活性炭。通过活性炭对烘干过程中的水汽进行吸附,当吸附饱和时,可通过简单更换盒体,来更换新鲜的活性炭吸附剂。
本发明提供的实施方案中的一种烘箱实现了热风的内部循环,将烘干过程中产生的水汽通过干燥装置吸收,大幅度减少了热量的损失,大大提高了热能的利用率。且该烘箱的喷嘴设计合理,不仅保证了热风的流速和风量,而且还能保证气流的方向,合理地分配了热气流的水平和垂直的分量,对纸进行合理而充分的烘干。
以上表述仅为本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种烘箱,其特征在于,包括烘箱本体(1)、第一静压箱(2)、第二静压箱(3)和第三静压箱(4),所述烘箱本体(1)顶部设有热风机(7),所述热风机(7)上部设有吸风口(8),所述第一静压箱(2)设于所述热风机(7)的两侧,所述第一静压箱(2)与所述第二静压箱(3)连通,所述第一静压箱(2)与所述第三静压箱(4)连通,所述第二静压箱(3)上设有多个第一喷嘴(5),所述第三静压箱(4)上设有多个第二喷嘴(6),所述烘箱本体(1)两侧设有出风口(10),所述出风口(10)通过第一管路(9)与所述热风机(7)的吸风口(8)连通,所述第一管路(9)上依次设有风机(11)、干燥装置(12)和热交换器(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烘箱,其特征在于,所述第一喷嘴(5)和所述第二喷嘴(6)在同一平面上交叉排列,所述第一喷嘴(5)和所述第二喷嘴(6)中间留有一定空隙。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种烘箱,其特征在于,所述干燥装置(12)为可开启闭合的盒体,所述盒体设于所述第一管路(9)内,所述盒体内填充有活性炭。
