所述第一插孔310为L形,L形长边段与第一插接本体110相对应,L形短边段与第一折叠部120相对应。第一插孔310的形状不以此为限,与第一插接件处于折叠位置的结构相匹配,若第一插接件处于折叠位置时第一插接本体110和第一折叠部120成T形,则第一插孔310也可设置为T形。所述第一插孔个数也可设为任意个数,如1至10个,不以此为限。所述第一插孔也可设置在第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板或第四侧板。
本实施例中,所述L形第一插孔310的短边段宽度小于第一插接件之第一折叠部展开时的宽度。L形第一插孔310的短边段宽度小于第一插接件之第一折叠部120展开时的宽度,使得当第一折叠部120展开后能卡接在第一插孔310的底壁,从包装箱外部无法将第一面板100打开从而无法对包装箱进行开箱。
本实施例中,所述第一插接件为正方体,也可以为长方体、球体、三角体、梯形体或者这些形状的组合体。
本实施例中,所述第一内衬板200和第三内衬板400均设有第一让 位槽210、410,两个第一让位槽210、410相对布置且均与第一插孔310一一对应。
本实施例中,第三侧板30设有解锁孔31,解锁孔31个数与第一插孔310个数相同且解锁孔31与第一插孔310一一对应。通过人手伸入解锁孔31内将第一折叠部120进行折叠后再将第一插接件从第一插孔310处拔出,即可将第一面板100从箱体一端打开,从而对箱体一端进行开箱。使得开箱时无需破坏整个包装箱,开箱后的包装箱还能二次利用。
本实施例中,所述解锁孔31处设有连接片32,连接片32与解锁孔31采用点断式连接。使得开箱时通过点断式结构将连接片32与解锁孔31相分离,此时人手可通过解锁孔进行开箱操作,而未拆箱时还能保证包装箱的完整。如图6所示,解锁孔31为四边形,连接片32为四边形。或者,解锁孔31可以为圆形或三角形,连接片32形状与解锁孔形状相同。
本实施例中,所述第二箱盖包括分别与第三侧板30、第四侧板40、第一侧板10、第二侧板20另一端相连的第二面板500、第六内衬板600、第七内衬板700和第八内衬板800。从图3中可知,第二箱盖盖接在箱体的下端。
所述第二面板500设有两个能自封口的第二插接件,第二插接件能在展开位置和折叠位置之间切换。所述两个第二插接件分别位于第二面板500的左右两侧边,所述第二插接件包括第二插接本体510和固接第一插接本体510侧面的第二折叠部520,当第二插接件处于折叠位置时 第二插接本体510和第二折叠部520成L形。第二插接件的结构与第一插接件结构相同。
所述第六内衬板600和第八内衬板800均设有能与处于折叠位置的第二插接件相匹配的第二插孔610、810;需要将箱体另一端封口时只需将第六内衬板600、第七内衬板700和第八内衬板800均盖至箱体一端部,再将第二插接件切换至折叠位置并从第二插孔610、810处插入箱体内以使第二面板500最后盖至箱体另一端部、且两个第二插接件自动展开至展开位置以卡接在第二插孔610、810处进而具有自封口功能。第二插孔结构与第一插孔结构相同。
所述第七内衬板700左右两端均设有第二让位槽710,两个第二让位槽710分别与两个第二插孔610、810相对应。
所述第二插孔610、810为L形,L形长边段与第二插接本体510相对应,L形短边段与第二折叠部520相对应。本实施例中,所述L形第二插孔的短边段宽度小于第二插接件之第二折叠部520展开时的宽度。
需要将包装箱进行封箱时,只需先将第二箱盖与箱体相盖接,再将第一箱盖与箱体相盖接,具体过程如下:
先将第六内衬板600和第八内衬板800向内翻转以相对布置,再将第七内衬板700向内翻转以叠放至第六内衬板600和第八内衬板800上,此时,两个第二让位槽710分别与两个第二插孔610、810相对应;再将第二折叠部520进行折叠以使第二插接本体510与第二折叠部520形成L形,接着在保持第二插接件的折叠位置的同时将第二面板500向 内翻转直至第二插接件插入第二插孔610、810内,此时第二面板500叠置于第七内衬板700上,第二折叠部520自动展开以卡接在第二插孔610、810的内壁,以具备箱体下端的自封口功能。便完成了第二箱盖与箱体的盖接。
接着,再将第一内衬板200和第三内衬板400向内翻转以相对布置,此时两个第一让位槽210、410相连通形成一个大的让位空间;然后,将第二内衬板300向内翻转以叠放在第一内衬板200和第三内衬板400上,第一插孔310与两个第一让位槽210、410相对应;接着,将第一折叠部120进行折叠以使第一插接本体110与第一折叠部120形成L形,接着在保持第一插接件的折叠位置的同时将第一面板100向内翻转直至第一插接件插入第一插孔310内,此时第一面板100叠置于第二内衬板300上,第一折叠部120自动展开以卡接在第一插孔310的内壁,以具备箱体上端的自封口功能。便完成了第一箱盖与箱体的盖接。
需要进行拆箱时,具体步骤如下:
找到连接片32的位置,通过点断式结构将连接片32的三边与解锁孔31的三边分离,再将连接片32向外翻转以打开解锁孔31,此时,人手可伸入解锁孔31内以折叠第一折叠部120,使得第一插接本体110与第一折叠部120成L形,再将第一插接件从第一插孔310处退出,便可第一箱盖打开。由于拆箱后,整个包装箱还是完好无损,可以进行二次利用。由于该包装箱只能通过解锁孔31进行解锁,若连接片32损坏,则可判断该包装箱被拆箱过。
请查阅图7至图10,为自封口包装箱的第二较佳实施例。
本实施例中,第一箱盖的结构与第一实施例的第一箱盖的结构相同,不再赘述。
本实施例与第一实施例的区别在于:
第二面板500顶端部设有一个所述第二插接件,第七内衬板700在相应的位置设有一个第二插孔720。第六内衬板600和第八内衬板800均开设有一个第二让位槽620、820,两个第二让位槽620、820相对布置时能形成一个大的让位空间,该让位空间与第二插孔720相对应。
当第二箱盖与箱体相盖接时,先将第六内衬板600和第八内衬板800向内翻转以相对布置,此时两个第二让位槽620、820相连通形成一个大的让位空间;再将第七内衬板700向内翻转以叠放至第六内衬板600和第八内衬板800上,此时,两个第二让位槽620、820均与该第二插孔720相对应;再将第二折叠部520进行折叠以使第二插接本体510与第二折叠部520形成L形,接着在保持第二插接件的折叠位置的同时将第二面板500向内翻转直至第二插接件插入第二插孔720内,此时第二面板500叠置于第七内衬板700上,第二折叠部520自动展开以卡接在第二插孔720的内壁,以具备箱体下端的自封口功能。便完成了第二箱盖与箱体的盖接。
本实施例中,连接片32个数设为两个且上下布置并分别与插入箱体内的第一插接件和第二插接件相对应。
该种第二箱盖较第一实施例中的第二箱盖结构较为简单,封箱和拆箱操作更加方便,但是,密封性较第一实施例中的密封性较差些。
请查阅图11至图13,为自封口包装箱的第三较佳实施例。
本实施例中,第二箱盖的结构与第一实施例中的第二箱盖结构相同,不再赘述。
本实施例与第一实施例的区别之处在于:
第一面板100左右两侧边分别设有一个第一插接件,第一内衬板200与第二侧板20的连接处设有一个第一插孔220,第三内衬板400与第四侧板的连接处设有一个第一插孔420,第二内衬板300左右两侧边分别设有一个第一让位槽320,两个第一让位槽320分别与两个第一插孔220、420相对应。
同时,第二侧板20和第四侧板40均设有解锁孔31,该两个解锁孔31分别与插入第一插孔220、420的第一插接件相对应,以方便人手伸入进行解锁。两个解锁孔31处均设置有连接片32,连接片32与解锁孔31采用点断式连接。
请查阅图14至图16,为自封口包装箱的第四较佳实施例。
本实施例中,第一面板100顶边设有一个第一插接件,第二内衬板300设有一个第一插孔。第一内衬板200、第二内衬板300与第三内衬板400均未设置让位槽,仅将第一内衬板200和第三内衬板300的宽度减小,第一内衬板200与第三内衬板400的宽度之和小于第三侧板30之长度,第一内衬板200和第三内衬板300之间形成了与第一插孔310相对应的让位空间,该让位空间能对第一插接件插入第一插孔310时进行让位。
本实施例中,所述第一插接件包括第一插接本体110和连接在第一插接本体110侧面的第一折叠部120,当第一插接件处于折叠位置时第 一插接本体110和第一折叠部120成一字形;所述第一插孔310为一字形。所述第一插接本体110与第一面板100顶边固定连接,第一折叠部120与第一面板100未连接以形成自由端部。如图14所示,第一折叠部120个数设有两个且分别连接在第一插接本体110的左右二侧面,只需先将左右二侧的两个第一折叠部120均向内折叠至第一插接本体110的前侧面并与第一插接本体110的前侧面保持紧贴状态,此时第一插接件成一字形,再将第一插接件从第一插孔310处插入便完成了第一插接件与第一插孔310的插接配合。第一插接件插入第一插孔310后两个第一折叠部120均能向外展开使得第一插接件的长度大于第一插孔310的长度以实现第一箱盖的自封口功能。
如图14所示,解锁孔31和连接片32均设置在第二内衬板的靠近第一插孔310处。
第二箱盖的结构与第一箱盖的结构相同。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种自封口包装箱,需要将箱体一端封口时只需将第一内衬板、第二内衬板和第三内衬板均盖至箱体一端部,再将第一插接件切换至折叠位置并从第一插孔处插入箱体内以使第一面板最后盖至箱体一端部、且第一插接件自动展开至展开位置以卡接在第一插孔处进而具有自封口功能。适用范围广、安全性好、且绿色环保,有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (14)

  1. 自封口包装箱,其特征在于:它包括箱体、分别与箱体两端相盖接的第一箱盖和第二箱盖,箱体包括依次连接的第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板、第四侧板,第一箱盖包括分别与第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板、第四侧板一端相连的第一面板、第一内衬板、第二内衬板和第三内衬板,第一面板设有至少一个能自封口的第一插接件,第一插接件能在展开位置和折叠位置之间切换,所述第一内衬板或第二内衬板或第三内衬板设有能与处于折叠位置的第一插接件相匹配的第一插孔;需要将箱体一端封口时只需将第一内衬板、第二内衬板和第三内衬板均盖至箱体一端部,再将第一插接件切换至折叠位置并从第一插孔处插入箱体内以使第一面板最后盖至箱体一端部、且第一插接件自动展开至展开位置以卡接在第一插孔处进而具有自封口功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:第一面板左右两侧边分别设有一个第一插接件,第一内衬板与第一侧板的连接处设有一个第一插孔,第三内衬板和第四侧板的连接处设有一个第一插孔,第二内衬板左右两端面分别设有第一让位槽,两个第一让位槽分别与两个第一插孔相对应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:第一面板顶边设有一个第一插接件,第二内衬板与第三侧板的连接处设有一个第一插孔,第一内衬板和第二侧板的连接处设有一个第一让位槽,第三内衬板和第四侧板的连接处设有一个第一让位槽,两个第一让位槽相对布置时均与该第一插孔相对应。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:所述第一插接件包括第一插接本体和固接第一插接本体侧面的第一折叠部,当第一插接件处于折叠位置时第一插接本体和第一折叠部成L形;所述第一插孔为L形,L形长边段与第一插接本体相对应,L形短边段与第一折叠部相对应。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:所述L形第一插孔的短边段宽度小于第一插接件之第一折叠部展开时的宽度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:所述第一插接件为正方体、长方体、球体、三角体、梯形体或者这些形状的组合体。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板或和第四侧板设有解锁孔,解锁孔个数与第一插接件或第一插孔个数相同且解锁孔与第一插孔一一对应。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:所述解锁孔处设有连接片,连接片与解锁孔采用点断式连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:所述第二箱盖包括分别与第三侧板、第四侧板、第一侧板、第二侧板另一端相连的第二面板、第六内衬板、第七内衬板和第八内衬板,第二面板设有至少一个能自封口的第二插接件,第二插接件能在展开位置和折叠位置之间切换,所述第六内衬板或第七内衬板或第八内衬板设有能与处于折叠位置的第二插接件相匹配的第二插孔;需要将箱体另一端封口时只需将第六内衬板、第七内衬板和第八内衬板均盖至箱体一端部,再将第二插接件切换至折叠位置并从第二插孔处插入箱体内以使第二面板最后盖至箱 体另一端部、且第二插接件自动展开至展开位置以卡接在第二插孔处进而具有自封口功能。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:第一面板顶边设有一个第一插接件,第二内衬板设有一个第一插孔,且第一内衬板与第三内衬板的宽度之和小于第三侧板之长度,第一内衬板和第三内衬板之间形成了与第一插孔相对应的让位空间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:所述第一插接件包括第一插接本体和连接在第一插接本体侧面的第一折叠部,当第一插接件处于折叠位置时第一插接本体和第一折叠部成一字形;所述第一插孔为一字形。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:所述第一插接本体与第一面板顶边固定连接,第一折叠部与第一面板未连接以形成自由端部。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的自封口包装箱,其特征在于:所述第一插接本体与第一面板固定连接,第一折叠部与第一面板未连接以形成自由端部。
  14. 自封口包装箱,其特征在于:它包括箱体、分别与箱体两端相盖接的第一箱盖和第二箱盖,箱体包括依次连接的第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板、第四侧板,第一箱盖包括分别与第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板、第四侧板一端相连的第一面板、第一内衬板、第二内衬板和第三内衬板,第一面板设有至少一个能自封口的第一插接件,第一插接件能在展开位置和折叠位置之间切换,所述第二侧板或第三侧板或第四侧板 设有能与处于折叠位置的第一插接件相匹配的第一插孔;需要将箱体一端封口时只需将第一内衬板、第二内衬板和第三内衬板均盖至箱体一端部,再将第一插接件切换至折叠位置并从第一插孔处插入箱体内以使第一面板最后盖至箱体一端部、且第一插接件自动展开至展开位置以卡接在第一插孔处进而具有自封口功能。
