一种LED路灯,包括光源组件、电源组件、灯罩及如上任一实施例所述的安装壳体;所述电源组件设置于所述封闭空间内;所述安装壳体还开设有光源槽,所述光源组件设置于所述光源槽内,所述灯罩活动盖设于所述光源槽的边缘,且活动封闭所述光源槽。

为使本实用新型的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本实用新型。但是本实用新型能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本实用新型内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本实用新型不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。并且,本实用新型中的“上方”和“下方”仅表示相对位置,并不表示绝对位置。

本实用新型提供一种安装壳体。如图1至图7所示,在其中一个实施例 中,一种安装壳体10,包括壳体100和盖体200;所述盖体200盖设于所述壳体100,可形成封闭空间,所述壳体100开设有卡槽102,且所述卡槽102设有向所述封闭空间方向延伸的挡止部110,所述盖体200的第一端沿着远离所述盖体200的方向延伸设置有卡接部210,所述卡接部210活动插设于所述卡槽102内并与所述挡止部110朝向所述卡槽102的底部的表面活动抵接;所述壳体100上还设置有固定部600,所述固定部600用于在所述盖体200与所述壳体100分离后,所述盖体200活动固定于所述固定部600上。
本实施例的安装壳体10,一方面,由于盖体200的第一端通过卡接部210活动插设于卡槽102内并与挡止部110活动抵接,使得当需要打开封闭空间时,盖体200方便从壳体中拆卸下来,便于驱动电源的更换。图2、图3和图5所示,为盖体200打开封闭空间时的结构示意图。当盖体200需要封闭封闭空间时,盖体200的第一端通过卡接部210插设于卡槽102内并与挡止部110抵接,避免将卡接部210暴露在壳体100外破坏安装壳体的整体性,图1和图4所示,为盖体200的第一端通过卡接部210插设于卡槽102内的结构示意图。另一方面,由于壳体100上还设置固定部300,当盖体200打开封闭空间并与壳体100分离后,盖体200可固定于固定部300上,以方便在高空中作业时临时安置盖体。如图6和图7所示,为拆卸下来的盖体200固定在固定部300上的结构示意图。
需要说明的是,固定部可与卡接部活动固定,也可与盖体的其它部位活动固定,只需要在盖体打开安装槽时,将盖体固定即可。例如,所述盖体与所述固定部活动卡接,以使所述盖体活动固定于所述固定部上。例如,所述固定部开设有固定槽,所述盖体设置有插接部,所述插接部活动插设于所述固定槽上,以使所述盖体活动固定于所述固定部上。在另一个实施例中,所述固定部为固定块,所述盖体开设有插接槽,所述插接槽活动套设于所述固定部上,以使所述盖体活动固定于所述固定部上。
具体地,如图1至图7所示,所述壳体100开设有安装槽101,所述盖体200活动盖设于所述安装槽101的边缘,且活动封闭所述安装槽101,以 形成封闭空间,封闭空间用于安装电源组件和光源组件等。盖体用于密封盖设于壳体形成封闭空间以保护电源组件和光源组件等。卡槽用于容置盖体的卡接部以避免盖体的第一端暴露在壳体外。挡止部用于对卡接部进行限位,以使盖体封闭密封盖设于壳体上时盖体与壳体连接牢固。固定部用于将盖体进行固定,以使盖体打开安封闭空间时盖体能够临时固定在壳体上。
进一步地,所述盖体的第二端与所述壳体的端部可拆卸连接,所述卡接部活动插设于位于所述壳体的中部的所述卡槽内。需要说明的是,这里所指的壳体的中部,并不表示壳体的唯一的中间位置,壳体的中部可以是相对于壳体的端部而言在两个端部之间的任一位置。例如,本实施例中,盖体的第二端与壳体的端部连接,卡接部与壳体的中部连接,即盖体的第一端并未与壳体的端部连接。这样,当盖体的第二端邻近壳体的端部设置,第一端设置于壳体的中部时,通过在壳体的中部设置卡槽,卡接部插设于卡槽内,避免将位于壳体的中部的卡接部暴露在壳体外破坏安装壳体的整体性。
在其中一个实施例中,安装壳体还开设有光源槽。光源槽用于安装光源组件。进一步地,所述光源槽和所述安装槽开设在所述壳体相背的两个表面,所述光源槽的开口方向与所述安装槽的开口方向相背。进一步地,所述光源槽开设在所述壳体的位置与所述安装槽开设在所述壳体的位置相互错开。进一步地,所述光源槽从所述壳体的一端向壳体的中部延伸,所述安装槽从所述壳体的另一端向壳体的中部延伸。进一步地,卡槽位于所述安装槽和所述电源槽之间,也即位于壳体的中部。通过在壳体的中部设置卡槽,卡接部插设于卡槽内,避免将位于壳体的中部的卡接部暴露在壳体外破坏安装壳体的整体性。
为了将卡接部插设于卡槽时对盖体进行定位,在其中一个实施例中,如图4和图5所示,所述挡止部110朝向所述卡槽102的底部的一面开设有限位槽201,所述卡接部210的端部活动插设于所述限位槽201内。这样,当盖体密封盖设于壳体上时,卡接部插入卡槽后,卡接部的端部插设于限位槽内,从而将卡接部插设于卡槽时对盖体进行定位,防止盖体相对于壳体移动 而造成盖体与壳体错位,影响封闭空间的密封性。例如,卡接部的截面为卡勾状,卡勾状的卡接部与开设有限位槽的挡止部相抵接的表面的相匹配。
为了保护卡接部,在其中一个实施例中,所述限位槽的截面形状为弧形,所述卡接部与所述限位槽活动抵接的表面为弧形。通过设置限位槽以及卡接部与限位槽活动抵接的表面均为弧形,弧形的表面使得卡接部不容易在长期的碰撞接触下被损坏,保护了卡接部。
为了方便设置卡槽,在其中一个实施例中,如图2、图3、图4和图5所示,所述卡槽102与所述封闭空间连通。这样,由于卡槽与封闭空间连通,则只需要在壳体位于封闭空间的侧壁开设凹槽即可形成卡槽,且可保留侧壁远离壳体底部的部分直接作为挡止部,不需要再形成挡止部,更加方便设置卡槽。另外,当卡槽与封闭空间连通、且侧壁远离壳体底部的部分直接作为挡止部时,当卡接部插设于卡槽内时,盖设在壳体上的盖体的第一端还可与挡止部无缝连接,进一步保证了安装壳体的整体性。
为了方便将盖体临时固定在固定部上,在其中一个实施例中,如图2、图3、图6和图7所示,所述卡槽102与所述封闭空间连通,所述固定部600位于所述封闭空间内,且所述固定部600邻近所述卡槽102设置并与所述卡槽102的开口对齐,所述固定部600用于在所述盖体200与所述壳体100分离后,所述卡接部210邻近所述固定部600的一侧活动固定于所述固定部600上。如图2和图3所示,为盖体200的卡接部210脱离于固定部600上的结构示意图,如图6和图7所示,为盖体200的卡接部210固定于固定部600上的结构示意图。这样,当卡槽与封闭空间连通时,将固定部设置在封闭内并邻近卡槽设置,且与卡槽的开口对齐,当盖体与壳体分离后,插设于卡槽的卡接部朝向固定部同时远离壳体的底部运动,此时,只需要移动一小段距离,即可将卡接部邻近固定部的一侧固定在邻近卡槽并与卡槽的开口对齐的固定部上。从而将盖体临时固定在固定部上,而不需要使盖体彻底脱离壳体后,再寻找固定部的位置而将盖体临时固定,方便地将盖体临时固定在固定部上。
为了将卡接部能够自动定位到固定部上进行快速固定,在其中一个实施例中,如图2和图3所示,所述卡槽102相对的两侧壁分别朝向所述封闭空间延伸形成第一挡板610和第二挡板620,所述固定部600位于所述第一挡板610和所述第二挡板620之间,所述卡接部610位于所述卡槽102和所述固定部600之间且所述卡接部210与所述第一挡板610朝向所述第二挡板620的表面和所述第二挡板620朝向所述第一挡板610的表面活动抵接。这样,通过设置第一挡板和第二挡板组成卡槽至固定块之间的固定通道,使卡接部能够自动定位到固定部上进行快速固定,而不需要花费更多的时间将卡接部与固定部进行对齐固定。
为了提升安装槽的密封性,在其中一个实施例中,如图2至图7所示,安装壳体还包括密封圈230,所述密封圈230设置在所述盖体200上并与所述壳体100密封连接,所述密封圈230环绕所述封闭空间设置,且所述卡槽102位于所述密封圈230外。这样,通过设置密封圈,提升了安装槽的密封性,尤其是使用密封圈将安装槽和卡槽分开,避免水分从卡槽进入安装槽。
为了方便固定密封圈以及挡水,在其中一个实施例中,如图4和图5所示,所述盖体200沿着朝向所述壳体100的方向凸起设置有第一安装环240,所述第一安装环240朝向所述壳体100的方向开设有密封槽241,所述密封圈230插设于所述密封槽241内且至少部分位于所述密封槽241外;所述壳体100沿着朝向所述盖体200的方向凸起设置有第二安装环130,所述密封圈230与所述第二安装环130密封连接。这样,密封圈嵌设在密封槽内固定设置,避免密封圈滑动,同时,盖体凸起设置第一安装环和壳体凸起设置第二安装环能够进一步阻止水分进入到封闭空间内。例如,所述电源槽密封圈的横截面的形状为“T”字形。
为了方便使拆卸下来的盖体临时固定在壳体上,在其中一个实施例中,所述卡接部与所述固定部活动卡接,以使所述盖体活动固定于所述固定部上。这样,通过将卡接部与固定部活动卡接,方便使拆卸下来的盖体临时固定在壳体上。在其中一个实施例中,所述固定部开设有固定槽,所述卡接部活动 插设于所述固定槽上,以使所述盖体活动固定于所述固定部上。在另一个实施例中,如图2、图3、图6和图7所示,所述卡接部210开设有卡接槽205,所述卡接槽205活动套设于所述固定部上,以使所述盖体200活动固定于所述固定部600上。例如,所述固定部为固定块,所述固定块平行于所述安装槽的底部的截面的形状为“T”字形。这样,“T”字形的固定块在三个方向上将盖体固定在壳体上,增加了牢固性。
为了方便将盖体的第一端先从壳体拆卸下来,在其中一个实施例中,如图1、图2和图8所示,所述盖体200的第二端与所述壳体100可拆卸连接,进一步地,所述盖体200的第二端与所述壳体100卡扣连接。通过将盖体的第二端与壳体卡扣连接,方便将盖体的第二端先从壳体拆卸下来,从而使得盖体打开封闭空间,并进一步地将盖体的第一端从卡槽中取出或将盖体的第一端定位在挡止部上。
具体地,如图1、图2和图8所示,所述壳体100的外侧设置有凸块120,所述盖体200的第二端设置有锁扣220,所述锁扣220与所述凸块120卡扣配合。进一步地,所述锁扣220包括相互连接的活动部221和卡扣部222,所述卡扣部222开设有通孔203,所述凸块120活动插设于所述通孔203内,所述活动部221与所述盖体200转动连接,以带动所述卡扣部222与所述凸块120扣合或分离。当卡扣部222与凸块120扣合时,凸块120插设于通孔203内;当卡扣部222与凸块120分离时,凸块120位于通孔203外。这样,可以通过控制活动部221,方便地使盖体200的第一端与壳体100可拆卸连接。
例如,所述锁扣还包括转动轴,所述活动部通过所述转动轴与所述盖体转动连接。例如,所述锁扣的截面的形状为“L”字形,即所述活动部与所述卡扣部相互垂直设置。
为了不破坏安装壳体的整体性,在其中一个实施例中,如图8所示,所述盖体200的第二端设置有安装缺口204,所述活动部221活动设置于所述安装缺口204内。具体地,所述卡扣部与凸块扣合,且所述活动部位于安装 缺口内。这样,当安装壳体工作时,即盖体安装在壳体上时,活动部位于安装壳体内,避免活动部凸出于盖体,破坏安装壳体的整体性。
为了方便控制活动部的运动,在其中一个实施例中,所述活动部位于所述安装缺口内且所述活动部与所述安装缺口具有间隙。这样,可以通过该间隙控制活动部转动以带动卡扣部转动,从而使卡扣部与凸块实现卡扣配合或分离。
为了避免破坏安装壳体的整体性,在其中一个实施例中,所述盖体背向所述卡槽的表面与所述挡止部背向所述卡槽的表面平齐。这样,盖体与壳体的相连接的位置附近的表面平齐,避免了破坏安装壳体的整体性。
本实用新型还提供一种LED路灯。如图9所示,在其中一个实施例中,一种LED路灯20,包括光源组件400、电源组件300、灯罩500及如上任一实施例所述的安装壳体;所述电源组件400设置于所述封闭空间内;所述安装壳体还开设有光源槽401,所述光源组件400设置于所述光源槽401内,所述灯罩500活动盖设于所述光源槽401的边缘,且活动封闭所述光源槽401。
在其中一个实施例中,如图9所示,所述电源组件包括驱动电源310、防雷器320、电器安装板330、快速插拔端子340、第一断电保护开关350和第二断电保护开关360,所述驱动电源310、所述防雷器320、所述电器安装板330、所述快速插拔端子340、所述第一断电保护开关350和所述第二断电保护开关360均设置在所述封闭空间内。需要说明的是,电源组件的设置为用于驱动光源组件发光的常规设置,与本申请的改进无关,在此不再赘述。
在其中一个实施例中,如图9所示,所述封闭空间内还设置有水平仪370。在其中一个实施例中,如图7所示,所述封闭空间内还设置有防水铜接头380。
在其中一个实施例中,如图9所示,所述光源组件400包括灯板组件410,所述灯板组件410设置在所述光源槽401内。需要说明的是,光源组件400的设置为用于发光的常规设置,与本申请的改进无关,在此不再赘述。
在其中一个实施例中,如图9所示,所述光源槽401内还设置有呼吸器420。在其中一个实施例中,所述光源组件400还包括光源槽密封圈430,所 述光源槽密封圈430设置在所述灯罩500上并与所述壳体100密封连接,所述光源槽密封圈430环绕所述光源槽401设置。在其中一个实施例中,如图9所示,所述灯罩500为钢化玻璃,所述钢化玻璃通过玻璃压板510设置在所述壳体100上。
为了使LED路灯的发光角度可以调节,在其中一个实施例中,如图9所示,所述LED路灯还包括角度调节装置700,所述角度调节装置700设置在所述壳体100上。角度调节装置700用于带动壳体100转动,使LED路灯的发光角度可以调节。
为了将LED路灯设置在灯杆上,在其中一个实施例中,如图9所示,所述LED路灯还包括灯杆紧固螺丝710,所述LED路灯通过所述灯杆紧固螺丝710用于与灯杆螺接。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种安装壳体,包括:壳体和盖体,所述盖体盖设于所述壳体,可形成封闭空间;
    所述壳体开设有卡槽,且所述卡槽设有向所述封闭空间方向延伸的挡止部,所述盖体的第一端沿着远离所述盖体的方向延伸设置有卡接部,所述卡接部活动插设于所述卡槽内并与所述挡止部朝向所述卡槽的底部的表面活动抵接;
    所述壳体上还设置有固定部,所述固定部用于在所述盖体与所述壳体分离后,所述盖体活动固定于所述固定部上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述挡止部朝向所述卡槽的底部的一面开设有限位槽,所述卡接部的端部活动插设于所述限位槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述限位槽的截面形状为弧形,所述卡接部与所述限位槽活动抵接的表面为弧形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述卡槽与所述封闭空间连通,所述固定部位于所述封闭空间内,且所述固定部邻近所述卡槽设置并与所述卡槽的开口对齐,所述固定部用于在所述盖体与所述壳体分离后,所述卡接部邻近所述固定部的一侧活动固定于所述固定部上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述卡槽相对的两侧壁分别朝向所述封闭空间延伸形成第一挡板和第二挡板,所述固定部位于所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板之间,所述卡接部位于所述卡槽和所述固定部之间且所述卡接部与所述第一挡板朝向所述第二挡板的表面和所述第二挡板朝向所述第一挡板的表面活动抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设置在所述盖体上并与所述壳体密封连接,所述密封圈环绕所述封闭空间设置,且所述卡槽位于所述密封圈外。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述盖体沿着朝向所 述壳体的方向凸起设置有第一安装环,所述第一安装环朝向所述壳体的方向开设有密封槽,所述密封圈插设于所述密封槽内且至少部分位于所述密封槽外;
    所述壳体沿着朝向所述盖体的方向凸起设置有第二安装环,所述密封圈与所述第二安装环密封连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述卡接部与所述固定部活动卡接,以使所述盖体活动固定于所述固定部上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述卡接部开设有卡接槽,所述卡接槽活动套设于所述固定部上,以使所述盖体活动固定于所述固定部上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述固定部开设有固定槽,所述卡接部活动插设于所述固定槽上,以使所述盖体活动固定于所述固定部上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述盖体的第二端与所述壳体的端部可拆卸连接,所述卡接部活动插设于位于所述壳体的中部的所述卡槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述盖体的第二端与所述壳体可拆卸连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述盖体的第二端与所述壳体卡扣连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体的外侧设置有凸块,所述盖体的第二端设置有锁扣,所述锁扣与所述凸块卡扣配合。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述锁扣包括相互连接的活动部和卡扣部,所述卡扣部开设有通孔,所述凸块活动插设于所述通孔内,所述活动部与所述盖体转动连接,以带动所述卡扣部与所述凸块扣合或分离。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述锁扣还包括转 动轴,所述活动部通过所述转动轴与所述盖体转动连接。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述盖体的第二端设置有安装缺口,所述活动部活动设置于所述安装缺口内。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述活动部位于所述安装缺口内且所述活动部与所述安装缺口具有间隙。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的安装壳体,其特征在于,所述盖体背向所述卡槽的表面与所述挡止部背向所述卡槽的表面平齐。
  20. 一种LED路灯,包括光源组件、电源组件、灯罩及如权利要求1所述的安装壳体;
    所述电源组件设置于所述封闭空间内;
    所述安装壳体还开设有光源槽,所述光源组件设置于所述光源槽内,所述灯罩活动盖设于所述光源槽的边缘,且活动封闭所述光源槽。
