具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式,使本领域的技术人员更清楚地理解如何实践本发明。尽管结合其优选的具体实施方案描述了本发明,但这些实施方案只是阐述,而不是限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
参见图1,一种预封式溶液包装,包括管体1、热封膜2、封闭溶液盖体3、溶液4和针5;所述管体1包括内管部101和外管部102,所述内管部101和外管部102的两端均为开口,所述内管部101设置于外管部102内,并且内管部101的长度小于外管部102的长度,内管部101的一端与外管部102的一端相连接,内管部101的另一端热封有热封膜2,所述外管部102的另一端与封闭溶液盖体3连接,所述内管部101的外壁、外管部102的内壁、热封膜2和封闭溶液盖体3的内侧表面围成一密封的溶液腔,所述溶液腔内设有溶液4;参见图2,所述封闭溶液盖体3包括盖顶面301和盖侧壁302,所述盖顶面301的外侧表面形成有按压部303,盖顶面301的内侧表面垂直设有一根以上的针5,所述按压部303、针5和热封膜2三者的位置相对应,所述针5的尾部与按压部303相连接,本实施例中,所述针5的数量为三根;参见图1,当所述按压部303未受到朝向盖顶面301内侧的外力时,所述针5位于溶液腔内,并且针5的针尖与热封膜2之间具有间距,避免在未使用之前,针5触碰到热封膜2或戳破热封膜2,造成溶液腔内的溶液4流出;参见图3,当所述按压部303受到朝向盖顶面301内侧的外力,使得针5的针尖戳破热封膜2时,所述溶液腔内的溶液4从热封膜2上的戳破口流至内管部101内。
其中,所述管体1可以采用热塑性材料或硅胶材料制成,热塑性材料可以是PVC、聚氨酯,硅胶材料可以是乳胶。所述内管部101和外管部102的横截面可以为圆形,并且内管部101和外管部102同轴设置,对应的所述按压部303和针5可以设置于盖顶面301的中心。所述热封膜2采用不透水的热封材料制成,热封材料可以是塑料膜或铝塑膜。所述封闭溶液盖体3和针5可以采用一体式结构。所述封闭溶液盖体3和针5均可以采用热塑性高分子材料制成。所述按压部303可以凸出或齐平或内凹于盖顶面301的外侧表面,只要按压部303能够被朝向盖顶面301内侧按压即可,本实施例中,按压部303采用凸出于盖顶面301的外侧表面的设计,便于按压操作。
实施例2
预封式溶液包装,与实施例1的区别在于针5的数量,参见图4和图5,所述针5的数 量为一根。
其余数量的针5可以参考实施例1和实施例2进行设置。
实施例3
在实施例1和实施例2的基础上的预封式溶液包装,考虑到在针5的针尖戳破热封膜2后,针5有可能会堵住热封膜2上的戳破口,使得溶液腔内的溶液4无法顺利流出,故在针5的表面设有一条以上的溶液防堵凹槽501,便于溶液腔内的溶液4沿着溶液防堵凹槽501从戳破口流出,合理避免了针5堵住热封膜2上的戳破口。所述溶液防堵凹槽501呈长条形,溶液防堵凹槽501的两端分别向针5的针尖和针尾延伸,至于溶液防堵凹槽501的端部是否通至针5的针尖和/或针尾则不作限制,只要保证溶液腔内的溶液4沿着溶液防堵凹槽501能从戳破口流出即可。
本实施例中,参见图6和图7,示出了两种常规形状的针5及其上的溶液防堵凹槽501的布置结构。参见图6,所述针5的整体呈圆锥状,针5的表面设有两条溶液防堵凹槽501,所述溶液防堵凹槽501的两端分别延伸至针5的针尖和针尾。参见图7,所述针5的针尖部分呈圆锥状,针5的其余部分呈圆柱状,针5的表面设有三条溶液防堵凹槽501,所述溶液防堵凹槽501的两端分别延伸至针5的针尖和针尾。图8和图9分别示出上述两种形状的针5从在溶液腔内到戳破热封膜2的过程。其余形状的针5和溶液防堵凹槽501的布置结构可以参考图6和图7进行设置。
实施例4
参见图10至图11,一种便携式亲水性导尿管7,包括实施例1-3的预封式溶液包装、封闭导尿管盖体6和亲水性导尿管7,其中,所述预封式溶液包装的针5的表面设有溶液防堵凹槽501。
所述预封式溶液包装的管体1的外管部102的一端与封闭导尿管盖体6连接,本实施例中,外管部102的一端与封闭导尿管盖体6为螺纹连接,具体地,外管部102的一端外壁设置外螺纹,封闭导尿管盖体6的内壁设置相配合的内螺纹,也可以是外管部102的一端内壁设置内螺纹,封闭导尿管盖体6的外壁设置相配合的外螺纹;封闭导尿管盖体6可以采用顺时针5拧开的设计,便于从预封式溶液包装的管体1的外管部102上取下。所述外管部102的一端与封闭导尿管盖体6的连接处还设有橡胶垫8,所述橡胶垫8避免溶液4流入从连接处的缝隙流出,保证连接处的密封性。
所述亲水性导尿管7属于现有技术,常规的亲水性导尿管7包括导尿管管体701和导尿管接头702,所述导尿管管体701为软管,导尿管管体701的一端与导尿管接头702连接, 导尿管管体701的另一端封闭且两侧分别设有一小孔,所述导尿管管体701的表面设有亲水性涂层,遇水溶液4浸泡后,亲水性涂层会溶胀润滑,使导尿管管体701表面的摩擦阻力减小,插入更轻松,从而减少病人痛苦,所述亲水性导尿管7设置于预封式溶液包装的管体1的内管部101内。
其中,所述预封式溶液包装的管体1的内管部101和外管部102及封闭导尿管盖体6的横截面可以为圆形,内管部101和外管部102同轴设置,对应的预封式溶液包装的按压部303和针5可以设置于盖顶面301的中心。所述预封式溶液包装的溶液4为水溶液4或其他消毒溶液4。所述封闭导尿管盖体6可以采用与预封式溶液包装的管体1相同的材料制成,如热塑性材料或硅胶材料,热塑性材料可以是PVC、聚氨酯,硅胶材料可以是乳胶。
安装时,使亲水性导尿管7的导尿管管体701的另一端朝向预封式溶液包装的管体1的内管部101内,将导尿管管体701沿着内管部101置入内部,再使导尿管接头702的顶端露出于管体1的外管部102的一端端面,这样便于将亲水性导尿管7从管体1的内管部101内取出,之后在管体1的外管部102的一端套上橡胶垫8并装上封闭导尿管盖体6,使管体1的内管部101内处于密封状态即可。
使用时,参见图12,按压预封式溶液包装的封闭溶液盖体3上的按压部303,使按压部303连接的针5的针尖戳破热封膜2,溶液腔内的溶液4沿着针5的溶液防堵凹槽501从热封膜2的戳破口流入管体1的内管部101内,进而流向亲水性导尿管7。当流入到内管部101内的溶液4达到一定程度时,一部分溶液4会从亲水性导尿管7的导尿管管体701的另一端的小孔流至导尿管管体701的内部。由于溶液腔和管体1的内管部101的内部存在压力差,溶液腔内的溶液4和管体1的内管部101内的溶液4最终达到一定平衡,实现淹没亲水性导尿管7的导尿管管体701。之后,拧开封闭导尿管盖体6,取出亲水性导尿管7即可使用,使用完后,可以将亲水性导尿管7放回管体1的内管部101内,再装上封闭导尿管盖体6即可。
应当指出,对于经充分说明的本发明来说,还可具有多种变换及改型的实施方案,并不局限于上述实施方式的具体实施例。上述实施例仅仅作为本发明的说明,而不是对本发明的限制。总之,本发明的保护范围应包括那些对于本领域普通技术人员来说显而易见的变换或替代以及改型,且以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种预封式溶液包装,其特征在于,包括管体、热封膜、封闭溶液盖体、溶液和针;所述管体包括内管部和外管部,所述内管部和外管部的两端均为开口,所述内管部设置于外管部内,并且内管部的长度小于外管部的长度,内管部的一端与外管部的一端相连接,内管部的另一端热封有热封膜,所述外管部的另一端与封闭溶液盖体连接,所述内管部的外壁、外管部的内壁、热封膜和封闭溶液盖体的内侧表面围成一密封的溶液腔,所述溶液腔内设有溶液;所述封闭溶液盖体包括盖顶面和盖侧壁,所述盖顶面的外侧表面形成有按压部,盖顶面的内侧表面垂直设有一根以上的针,所述按压部、针和热封膜三者的位置相对应,所述针的尾部与按压部相连接;当所述按压部未受到朝向盖顶面内侧的外力时,所述针位于溶液腔内,并且针的针尖与热封膜之间具有间距,避免在未使用之前,针触碰到热封膜或戳破热封膜,造成溶液腔内的溶液流出;当所述按压部受到朝向盖顶面内侧的外力,使得针的针尖戳破热封膜时,所述溶液腔内的溶液从热封膜上的戳破口流至内管部内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的预封式溶液包装,其特征在于,所述按压部凸出于盖顶面的外侧表面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的预封式溶液包装,其特征在于,所述按压部与针的尾部与连接为一体。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的预封式溶液包装,其特征在于,所述针的表面设有一条以上的溶液防堵凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的预封式溶液包装,其特征在于,所述溶液防堵凹槽呈长条形且两端分别向针的针尖和针尾延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的预封式溶液包装,其特征在于,所述针呈圆锥状,所述溶液防堵凹槽的两端分别延伸至针的针尖和针尾。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的预封式溶液包装,其特征在于,所述针的针尖部分呈圆锥状,针的其余部分呈圆柱状,所述溶液防堵凹槽的两端分别延伸至针的针尖和针尾。
  8. 一种便携式亲水性导尿管,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-7任一项的所述预封式溶液包装、封闭导尿管盖体和亲水性导尿管;所述预封式溶液包装的管体的外管部的一端与封闭导尿管盖体连接,所述亲水性导尿管包括导尿管管体和导尿管接头,所述导尿管管体 的一端与导尿管接头连接,导尿管管体的另一端封闭且其上设有小孔,导尿管管体的表面设有亲水性涂层,所述亲水性导尿管按照导尿管管体的另一端朝向预封式溶液包装的管体的内管部内的方向装入内管部内,所述导尿管接头的顶端露出于管体的外管部的一端端面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便携式亲水性导尿管,其特征在于,还包括橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫设置于预封式溶液包装的管体的外管部的一端与封闭导尿管盖体的连接处。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的便携式亲水性导尿管,其特征在于,所述预封式溶液包装的管体的外管部的一端与封闭导尿管盖体为螺纹连接。
