本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种具有防水功能的灯罩、控制面板组件及冷风扇,通过灯罩结构,有效防止显示板主板进水,避免用电安全隐患问题。

总的水流方向是从控制面板1处进的水,流入到按键安装板2上,经过按键安装板2的弧形避水槽22漏入到下方的灯罩本体3上,再经过灯罩本体3上的避水结构和导水结构,使进水只能从漏水口31中流出,再经过方孔41、输水管道,最后流入水箱组件之中。
通过在显示板主板5与控制面板1之间增加设计的防水灯罩结构来达到有效防水的目的,有效避免显示板进水后造成的隐患及损坏产品的问题。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种具有防水功能的灯罩,其特征在于:包括灯罩本体(3)、避水结构和导水结构,其中:
    所述灯罩本体(3)上设置有所述避水结构和所述导水结构,所述避水结构限制所述灯罩本体(3)上的水只能从所述导水结构中流出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有防水功能的灯罩,其特征在于:所述避水结构包括突出设置的围筋(35)和按键支撑筋(34),所述围筋(35)设置在所述灯罩本体(3)外侧边缘,所述灯罩本体(3)上设置有灯罩按键孔(33)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种具有防水功能的灯罩,其特征在于:所述灯罩按键孔(33)的数量至少为一个,所述按键支撑筋(34)的数量与所述灯罩按键孔(33)的数量相匹配,所述按键支撑筋(34)设置在所述灯罩按键孔(33)边缘。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种具有防水功能的灯罩,其特征在于:所述围筋(35)高于所述灯罩本体(3)外侧边缘能够阻止水流从所述灯罩本体(3)外边缘流出,水流限制在所述灯罩本体(3)的板上。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种具有防水功能的灯罩,其特征在于:所述按键支撑筋(34)高于所述灯罩本体(3)外侧边缘能够阻止水流从所述灯罩按键孔(33)处流出,水流限制在所述灯罩本体(3)板上的所述按键支撑筋(34)与所述围筋(35)之间。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有防水功能的灯罩,其特征在于:所述导水结构为漏水口(31),所述漏水口(31)设置在灯罩本体(3)的一长边、两短边的任意一边边缘上,所述漏水口(31)为带有向下凸槽边缘的方形通孔,所述漏水口(31)周围设置倾斜向内的槽口。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有防水功能的灯罩,其特征在于:所述灯罩本体(3)上还设有若干个导光柱(32),所述导光柱(32)设置在所述灯罩本体(3)的另一长边上。
  8. 一种控制面板组件,其特征在于:包括控制面板(1)、按键安装板(2)、电器盒(4)、显示板主板(5)以及权利要求1-7任一所述的灯罩本体(3),安装顺序是所述控制面板(1)、所述按键安装板(2)、所述灯罩本体(3)、所述电器盒(4)、所述显示板主板(5)从上到下依次安装。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种控制面板组件,其特征在于:所述控制面板(1)上间隔设置若干个面板按键孔(11)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种控制面板组件,其特征在于:所述按键安装板(2)上间隔设置若干个按键(21),所述按键(21)与所述面板按键孔(11)配合,所述按键(21)周围设置弧形避水槽(22),所述弧形避水槽(22)为环绕着所述按键(21)设置的通槽。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的一种控制面板组件,其特征在于:所述电器盒(4)上设有限位筋(43),限制所述灯罩本体(3)在所述电器盒(4)上的安装位置,所述电器盒(4)上还设有电 器盒按键孔(42)、导光柱连接孔,所述电器盒(4)一边缘上设有方孔(41),所述灯罩本体(3)的漏水口(31)嵌设安装在所述方孔(41)内。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种控制面板组件,其特征在于:所述方孔(41)的下表面的高度低于显示板主板(5)的安装高度。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的一种控制面板组件,其特征在于:所述显示板主板(5)连接控制电路信号输入,所述显示板主板(5)上设有间隔设置若干个主板按键(51),所述显示板主板(5)上的一个长边上设有灯(52)。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的一种控制面板组件,其特征在于:所述显示板主板(5)上的灯(52)依次通过所述电器盒(4)上的导光柱连接孔连接到所述灯罩本体(3)上的导光柱(32)上,所述显示板主板(5)上的主板按键(51)依次通过所述电器盒(4)上的电器盒按键孔(42)、所述灯罩本体(3)上的灯罩按键孔(33)与所述按键安装板(2)上的按键(21)相连接安装。
  15. 一种冷风扇,其特征在于:包括外壳体、动力装置、水箱组件以及权利要求8-14任一所述的控制面板组件,所述控制面板组件设置在外壳体上方。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的一种冷风扇,其特征在于:所述控制面板组件上的漏水口(31)、方孔(41)通过输水管道与水箱组件连接。
