所述嵌入口根据铲柄的宽度和高度对应设置，所述铲柄上侧设置为第二凹面，所述盖柄下侧设置为与第二凹面适配的第二柱面。
所述盖体一侧设置有若干沥水孔。
所述盖体外圈设有一沥水区，所述沥水孔整齐成行排列设置在沥水区。

本实用新型的有益效果是：通过将铲柄的上、下侧设置为分别与盖柄的下侧面和锅柄的上侧面适配，在不用锅铲或需要沥油沥水时，可将其铲柄直接搁置在锅柄上，使其与锅柄贴合与一起，其铲体悬空，实现沥油、沥水功能，同时也有效的解决了锅铲等配件不进行作业的时候放置于烹饪台上容易受到污染的问题；而通过在盖体边缘设置可防止铲柄的嵌入口，在合上锅盖时，可直接将锅铲夹在铲柄与锅柄之间，从而使三者组合在一起成为一个整体，便于收纳和进行单手腾挪操作，极大的提高了空间利用率和锅具操作的便捷性，从而实现了沥油沥水、单手操作和收纳的多种功能。
