Description

中心出水减速器的过水装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于减速器技术领域,具体涉及一种防护等级达到IP67的中心出水减速器的过水装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,中心出水的自动扫地清洗机中配备的刷盘电机实现中心出水是通过这样结构实现的:过水装置的管接头通过减速箱、输出轴的中心通孔,清洗水再通过管接头实现中心出水。水体进入减速器内共有三个通道,分别为减速箱体与减速箱盖、减速箱盖与输出轴、管接头与减速箱体之间,前两个通道分别用“O”型密封圈及骨架油封密封,管接头与减速箱端面接触部分有橡胶垫或“O”型密封圈来实现密封,再通过螺母柠紧管接头来安装的。客户安装进水管道时,需要对管接头的方向要进行微调,微调中管接头左右旋动会带动螺母松动,密封面压力减小,从而密封失效;水体则通过管接头与减速箱之间密封失效部分进入减速箱内;当水量达到一定程度后会造成减速器失效。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在利用密封圈压力不受管接头安装方式影响而保持恒定的密封结构,提供一种中心出水减速器的过水装置技术方案,实现管接头与减速箱体之间的可靠密封并满足管接头任意方向的安装需求,从而克服现有技术中所存在的问题。
所述的中心出水减速器的过水装置,管接头穿接通过减速箱体、输出轴的中心通孔,其特征在于管接头与减速箱体之间的圆柱配合面上配合设置O型密封圈,管接头穿入减速箱体前设置轴向限位外挡圈、伸出减速箱体后设置与其间隙活动配合的轴向限位内挡圈。
所述的中心出水减速器的过水装置,其特征在于所述的管接头上配合设置密封槽,O型密封圈嵌接在密封槽内与减速箱体内壁、管接头外圆面分别构成密封连接。
所述的中心出水减速器的过水装置,其特征在于所述的管接头配合设置限位槽,轴向限位内挡圈嵌接在限位槽且与限位槽之间构成轴向间隙配合。
所述的中心出水减速器的过水装置,其特征在于所述的轴向限位内挡圈采用轴用弹簧挡圈。
所述的中心出水减速器的过水装置,其特征在于所述的轴向限位外挡圈与管接头采用一体成型结构。
所述的中心出水减速器的过水装置设计新颖、构思合理,管接头与减速箱体之间设 置O型密封圈来实现密封,且O型密封圈四周的压力保持恒定,不会产生安装方式变化带来压力变小导致密封失效;管接头通过减速箱体后配合设置与管接头间隙活动配合的轴向限位挡圈,可防止管接头脱离减速箱体,并满足管接头任意方向的进水管安装需求。

具体实施方式
现结合说明书附图,详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式:
图1所示为中心出水减速器的过水装置,管接头1穿接通过减速箱体4、输出轴5的中心通孔,输出轴5端为出水端;管接头1穿入减速箱体4前设置轴向限位外挡圈7以防止管接头1向下脱落,轴向限位外挡圈7与管接头1采用一体成型结构,与减速箱体4的中心通孔的外端面顶触配合;管接头1伸出减速箱体4后设置与其间隙活动配合的轴向限位内挡圈3以限制管接头1向上移动,轴向限位内挡圈3与减速箱体4的中心通孔的内端面顶触配合,轴向限位内挡圈3可采用轴用弹簧挡圈;轴向限位外挡圈7、轴向限位内挡圈3组合可以有效防止管接头1发生轴向移动,可防止管接头1脱离减速箱体4,实现管接头1可以超180度方向任意旋转,满足管接头1任意方向的进水管安装需求;管接头1与减速箱体4之间的圆柱配合面上配合设置O型密封圈2使管接头1与减速箱体4之间构成密封配合,管接头1与减速箱体4之间配合圆柱面上设置O型密封圈2来实现密封,O型密封圈2四周的压力保持恒定,不会产生安装方式变化带来压力变小导致密封失效的情况。
上述实施例中,管接头1上配合设置密封槽8,O型密封圈2嵌接在密封槽8内与减速箱体4内壁、管接头1外圆面分别构成密封连接。
上述实施例中,管接头1配合设置限位槽6,轴向限位内挡圈3嵌接在限位槽6且与限位槽6之间构成轴向间隙配合,使管接头1可周向自由活动。
上述实施例中,O型密封圈2与减速箱体4的中心通孔的两端面留有足够的轴向距离,不会因为轴向限位内挡圈3安装的轴向间隙带来密封失效。
应用上述的本专利方案,有效解决了传统结构中管接头1与减速箱体4之间密封失效的缺陷,同时满足客户对管接头1任意安装方向的需求。

Claims (5)

  1. 中心出水减速器的过水装置,管接头(1)穿接通过减速箱体(4)、输出轴(5)的中心通孔,其特征在于管接头(1)与减速箱体(4)之间的圆柱配合面上配合设置O型密封圈(2),管接头(1)穿入减速箱体(4)前设置轴向限位外挡圈(7)、伸出减速箱体(4)后设置与其间隙活动配合的轴向限位内挡圈(3)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的中心出水减速器的过水装置,其特征在于所述的管接头(1)上配合设置密封槽(8),O型密封圈(2)嵌接在密封槽(8)内与减速箱体(4)内壁、管接头(1)外圆面分别构成密封连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的中心出水减速器的过水装置,其特征在于所述的管接头(1)配合设置限位槽(6),轴向限位内挡圈(3)嵌接在限位槽(6)且与限位槽(6)之间构成轴向间隙配合。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的中心出水减速器的过水装置,其特征在于所述的轴向限位内挡圈(3)采用轴用弹簧挡圈。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的中心出水减速器的过水装置,其特征在于所述的轴向限位外挡圈(7)与管接头(1)采用一体成型结构。
