本发明涉及医用器材领域技术,尤其是指一种防尿液逆流的止流器。
背景技术
尿液收集器是临床常用的一种医疗器械,主要包括导尿管、尿袋、止流器等器械组成。使用这样结构的尿液收集器对无法正常排尿的病患进行尿液收集时,经常发生伴随性泌尿系统感染。根据有关资料报道 :泌尿系统感染占医源性感染的60%-70%左右,导尿管伴随性感染中有2%-4%发展为革兰氏阴性菌败血症,全球每年约有3万人因使用导尿管引起泌尿系统感染而死亡,所以现在的尿液收集器都会进行设置防止尿液逆流的止流器。

有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种防尿液逆流的止流器,其有效解决了现有之止流器需人工关闭,且存在回流的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种防尿液逆流的止流器,包括有尿管接头、止流阀以及尿袋接头;
该尿管接头包括有基座、于基座外侧面延伸出的尿管接口以及于基座内侧面延伸出的阀接口,尿管接口与阀接口相贯通;
该止流阀为薄膜材质,且止流阀的内外表面均涂置有杀菌物质,止流阀的前后端面贯穿有流道,该流道具有前端进口和后端出口,该前端进口与上述阀接口相连通,该后端出口呈扁平细缝口;
该尿袋接头的前后端面贯穿有通道,该通道具有前端接口和与尿袋管相连接的后端接口,上述基座与前端接口密封固定连接,上述止流阀位于通道内,且流道的后端出口正对于通道的后端接口。
作为一种优选方案,所述止流阀为一整体一体成型连接结构。

二、止流阀采用双重阀设计,其包括第一止流阀和第二止流阀,其双重阀的设计,双重保险,确保尿液不会倒流;即使有少量尿液倒流到第二止流阀内,但是尿液的压力太小,无法打开第一止流阀,所以达到完全防止逆流的原理。

当患者排尿时,尿液依次从尿管接口12、阀接口13、前端进口202、流道201、后端出口203和后端接口303流过,当尿液流经后端出口203时,由于薄膜的伸缩性,尿液将后端出口203涨开;当尿液完全排出后端出口203后,后端出口203由于薄膜的伸缩性闭合,防止尿液逆流,避免患者被感染。
如图4和图5所示,为本发明之第二较佳实施例,该实施例的结构与第一实施例的结构基本相同,其不同之处在于:
在本实施例中,止流阀20包括有相连通的第一止流阀21和第二止流阀22;第一止流阀21和第二止流阀22的内部形成上述流道201,第一止流阀21的前端进口与阀接口13相连通,第一止流阀21的后端出口为扁平细缝口,且第一止流阀21的前端内部和后端内部连接处呈Y型形状,Y型导流,其人性化设计,在尿液的压力下自动打开,尿液自然通过;该第二止流阀22整体呈扁平状,第二止流阀22套设于第一止流阀21的后端出口上,当尿液排出后,第一止流阀21自动封闭,第二止流阀22也会自动封闭,其双重阀的设计,双重保险,确保尿液不会倒流。即使有少量尿液倒流到第二止流阀22内,但是尿液的压力太小,无法打开第一止流阀21,所以达到完全防止逆流的原理。
本发明的设计重点在于:
一、通过采用薄膜材料作为止流阀,且止流阀的内外表面均涂置有杀菌物质,止流阀的流道后端出口呈扁平细缝口,当尿液流经后端出口时,由于薄膜的伸缩性,尿液将后端出口涨开就进行排尿;当尿液完全排出后端出口后,后端出口由于薄膜的伸缩性闭合,防止尿液逆流,避免患者被感染;且本发明结构简单,方便实用,其相较传统的止流器能自动防止尿液逆流。
二、止流阀采用双重阀设计,其包括第一止流阀和第二止流阀,其双重阀的设计,双重保险,确保尿液不会倒流;即使有少量尿液倒流到第二止流阀内,但是尿液的压力太小,无法打开第一止流阀,所以达到完全防止逆流的原理。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种防尿液逆流的止流器,其特征在于:包括有尿管接头、止流阀以及尿袋接头;
    该尿管接头包括有基座、于基座外侧面延伸出的尿管接口以及于基座内侧面延伸出的阀接口,尿管接口与阀接口相贯通;
    该止流阀为薄膜材质,且止流阀的内外表面均涂置有杀菌物质,止流阀的前后端面贯穿有流道,该流道具有前端进口和后端出口,该前端进口与上述阀接口相连通,该后端出口呈扁平细缝口;
    该尿袋接头的前后端面贯穿有通道,该通道具有前端接口和与尿袋管相连接的后端接口,上述基座与前端接口密封固定连接,上述止流阀位于通道内,且流道的后端出口正对于通道的后端接口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防尿液逆流的止流器,其特征在于:所述止流阀为一整体一体成型连接结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防尿液逆流的止流器,其特征在于:所述止流阀包括有相连通的第一止流阀和第二止流阀;第一止流阀和第二止流阀的内部形成上述流道,第一止流阀的前端进口与阀接口相连通,第一止流阀的后端出口为扁平细缝口;该第二止流阀整体呈扁平状,第二止流阀套设于第一止流阀的后端出口上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防尿液逆流的止流器,其特征在于:所述第一止流阀的前端内部和后端内部连接处呈Y型形状。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防尿液逆流的止流器,其特征在于:所述尿管接头为宝塔接头,其基座的外表面具有外螺纹,相对应的,前端接口内壁具有内螺纹,外螺纹与内螺纹螺纹配合固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防尿液逆流的止流器,其特征在于:所述阀接口为圆柱状,对应的,流道的前端进口呈圆形,前端进口套设于阀接口上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防尿液逆流的止流器,其特征在于:所述尿管接头和尿袋接头均为杀菌材质。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防尿液逆流的止流器,其特征在于:所述尿袋接头包括有主体部和于主体部后端一体延伸出的尾部,上述前端接口位于主体部上,后端接口位于尾部上,尾部的内壁具有与尿袋管相连接的内螺纹。
