Description

护目镜 技术领域
本发明与护目镜有关,特别是指一种可供左右手操作来达到清洁镜片效果的护目镜。
背景技术
对于参与户外高速运动项目(如滑雪或越野赛车)的运动员来说,为了防止眼睛受到异物(如雨水、风雪、泥浆或灰尘等)的冲击而发生受伤的情事,一般都会配戴护目镜来达到保护眼睛的效果。然而在运动过程当中,某些异物(如积雪或泥浆)很容易附着在镜片上而影响视线,导致运动员必须用手一直不断地将附着在镜片上的异物清除,但是这样不但相当的麻烦,同时也很容易发生危险。
为了解决前述问题,目前有一部分的护目镜经过特殊的结构设计,让运动员不需要用手就能够清除附着在镜片上的异物。举例来说,如美国第2014/0157496号公开专利案所揭露的护目镜在镜片前方设置一层薄膜,一旦有异物附着在薄膜上而影响视线时,配戴者可以利用卷动机构来卷动薄膜,一方面将脏污的部分卷收起来,另一方面将干净的部分释放出来,使得位于镜片前面的薄膜能够始终保持在干净的状态。不过前述公开专利案的卷动机构仅供惯用手为右手的配戴者操作,对于惯用手为左手的人来说也只能够去适应它。
发明公开
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种护目镜,其能供不同惯用手的使用者操作,使镜片能保持干净的状态。
为了达成上述主要目的,本发明的护目镜包含有一镜框、一镜片组件,以及一控制组件。该镜片组件具有一镜片、二相对的卷轴与一软质片材,该镜片设于该镜框,该二卷轴可转动地设于该镜框且位于该镜片的左、右两端,该软质片材的一部分抵接于该镜片的外表面,且该软质片材的两端分别卷绕于一该卷轴;该控制组件以可拆卸的方式组设于其中一该卷轴,使得该控制组件可根据配戴者的惯用手进行左右互换。

实现本发明的最佳方式
申请人首先在此说明,在以下将要介绍的实施例以及图式中,相同的参考号码,表示相同或类似的元件或其结构特征。
请先参阅图1至图3,本发明的护目镜10包含有一镜框20、一镜片组件30,以及一控制组件40。
镜框20具有一框体21与二相对的侧盖23,框体21的左、右两端的底面分别具有一扣接槽22(如图2所示),该二侧盖23以扣合的方式组装于框体21的左、右两端。
如图2及图3所示,镜片组件30具有一镜片31、二相对的卷轴32及一软质片材34。镜片31固设于镜框20的框体21;该二卷轴32组装于镜框20的框体21的左、右两端且分别被镜框20的侧盖23所遮盖住,该二卷轴32的底端分别具有二相对的卡合凹部33(如图2、图5及图6所示);软质片材34由可透光材质所制成,软质片材34的一部分抵接于镜片31的外表面,且软质片材34的两端卷绕于该二卷轴32(如图1及图3所示),藉此,其中一根卷轴32在转动时可对软质片材34进行卷收,使软质片材34相对镜片31横向移动,在软质片材34的横移过程中会同步带动另外一根卷轴32转动。
控制组件40具有一基座41、一棘轮50、一棘爪55、一拉绳轮56、一弹性件59、一拉绳60、一拉杆61、一传动板62,以及一底盖65,如图2及图4所示,其中:
基座41具有一座体42与一顶盖43。顶盖43设于座体42的顶面且与座体42之间形成一容置空间44(如图5所示),其中的顶盖43具有一纵向连通容置空间44的轴孔45,且顶盖43的顶面具有一第一扣接部46,基座41的第一扣接部46扣设于镜框20的框体21的其中一个扣接槽22,如图2及图5所示,使两者以可拆卸的方式组装在一起。至于座体42的侧面具有一横向连通容置空间44的绳孔47,且座体42的内部具有一对应于轴孔45的轮轴48,轮轴48具有一第一嵌槽49。
棘轮50设于容置空间44内,棘轮50的顶面具有一传动轴51,棘轮50的传动轴51穿设于基座41的轴孔45且具有二相对的卡合凸部52,棘轮50的卡合凸部52以可拆卸的方式卡接于其中一根卷轴32的卡合凹部33,使棘轮50能带动与其相组接的卷轴32一起转动。此外,如图8a所示,棘轮50的外周面具有一外环齿部53,棘轮50的内周面具有一内环齿部54。
棘爪55设于基座41的座体42且单向啮接于棘轮50的外环齿部53,如图4及图11a所示,用以限制棘轮50作单向转动。
拉绳轮56设于容置空间44内且可转动地套设于基座41的轮轴48。拉绳轮56的顶面具有一传动凸部57,拉绳轮56的侧面具有一第二嵌槽58。
弹性件59在本实施例中为卷簧。弹性件59的内端592卡接于基座41的轮轴48的第一嵌槽49,弹性件59的外端594卡接于拉绳轮56的第二嵌槽58,用以提供弹力带动拉绳轮56作反向转动(如图11b所示的箭头方向)。
拉绳60穿设于基座41的绳孔47,拉绳60的一端位于容置空间44内且连接拉绳轮56,拉绳60的另一端位于容置空间44外且连接拉杆61,使得拉绳60一方面可受拉杆61的拉动而带动拉绳轮56作正向转动(如图10b所示的箭头方向),另一方面可受拉绳轮56的反向转动(如图11b所示的箭头方向)带动拉杆61朝基座41的方向移动。
传动板62设于棘轮50与拉绳轮56之间且具有一传动凹部63,传动板62的传动凹部63卡接于拉绳轮56的传动凸部57,使得传动板62可跟着拉绳轮56同步作动。此外,传动板62具有二相对的棘齿部64,当拉绳轮56沿着如图10b所示的箭头方向的作正向转动时,传动板62的棘齿部64会啮接于棘轮50的内环齿部54,如图10a所示,使棘轮50跟着拉绳轮56一起转动,当拉绳轮56沿着如图11b所示的箭头方向作反向转动时,传动板62的棘齿部64 不会与棘轮50的内环齿部54相啮接,如图11a所示,使棘轮50不会跟着拉绳轮56一起转动。
底盖65的顶面具有一第二扣接部66,底盖65的第二扣接部66扣设于镜框20的框体21的另外一个扣接槽22,如图2及图6所示,使两者以可拆卸的方式组装在一起。
由上述可知,在开始使用之前,先根据配戴者的惯用手来调整控制组件40的位置,在调整时先将该二侧盖23拆下,接着分别解除基座41与镜框20的框体21之间的扣接关系及底盖65与镜框20的框体21之间的扣接关系,以便将控制组件40与底盖65拆下来,然后根据配戴者的惯用手来选择两者的安装位置,举例来说,如果配戴者的惯用手为右手,如图12所示,透过基座41将控制组件40于组装于镜框20的右端,底盖65组装于镜框20的左端,反之,如果配戴者的惯用手为左手,如图7所示,亦是透过基座41将控制组件40于组装于镜框20的左端,底盖65则是组装于镜框20的右端。在确定两者的安装位置之后,再将该二侧盖23重新装上即可开始使用。
在使用过程当中,当软质片材34的外表面有脏污的情况而影响视线时,配戴者以其惯用手拉动拉杆61,如图9所示,使拉杆61透过拉绳60驱使拉绳轮56沿着如图10b所示的箭头方向作正向转动,此时的拉绳轮56一方面会卷动弹性件59以蓄积弹性件59的回复力,另一方面再透过传动板62带动棘轮50一起转动(如图10a所示),然后棘轮50再带动与其相组接的卷轴32一起转动,藉此,被棘轮50所带动的卷轴32即可开始卷动软质片材34,使软质片材34相对镜片31横向移动,一方面将脏污的部分卷收起来,另一方面将干净的部分释放出来,如此即能让软质片材34在对应于镜片31的部分始终保持干净的状态。在清除脏污的地方之后再释放拉杆61,此时的拉绳轮56会受到弹性件59的复位力量沿着如图11b所示的箭头方向作反向转动,并同时对拉绳60进行卷收,拉绳60会再进一步带动拉杆61进行复位,直到拉杆61的一端抵靠于基座41的座体42为止(如图8a及图8b所示),至于棘轮50在此时则是受到棘爪55的限制而保持不动。
综上所陈,本发明之护目镜10可供配戴者根据本身的惯用手来更换控制组件40的位置,使不同惯用手的配戴者均能顺利地操作。在操作时再利用棘轮50与棘爪55的配合对软质片材34进行快速地卷动,使配戴者在从事户外 高速运动过程当中能保持良好的视线。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业应用性
本发明提供的护目镜可根据配戴者的惯用手进行左右互换,使不同惯用手的配戴者均能顺利地操作。配戴者以其惯用手操作控制组件,一方面将该软质片材有脏污的地方卷收起来,另一方面将该软质片材未有脏污的地方释放出来,如此即能让该软质片材在对应于该镜片的部分始终保持干净的状态,使配戴者在从事户外高速运动过程当中能保持良好的视线。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种护目镜,其特征在于,包含有:
    一镜框;
    一镜片组件,具有一镜片、二相对的卷轴与一软质片材,该镜片设于该镜框,该二卷轴可转动地设于该镜框且位于该镜片的左、右两端,该软质片材的一部分抵接于该镜片的外表面,且该软质片材的两端分别卷绕于一该卷轴;以及
    一控制组件,可择一地且可拆卸地接设于该镜片组件的卷轴,用以驱动与其相接设的一该卷轴转动,使被该控制组件所驱动的一该卷轴进一步带动该软质片材相对该镜片横向移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的护目镜,其特征在于,该控制组件具有一基座、一棘轮、一棘爪、一拉绳轮、一拉绳、一拉杆及一弹性件,其中:该基座可拆卸地设于该镜框且具有一容置空间、一纵向连通该容置空间的轴孔与一横向连通该容置空间的绳孔;该棘轮可转动地设于该基座的容置空间内且具有一传动轴,该传动轴穿设该基座的轴孔且可拆卸地组设于一该卷轴;该棘爪设于该基座且单向啮接于该棘轮,用以限制该棘轮作单向转动;该拉绳轮可转动地设于该基座的容置空间内且单向传动该棘轮;该拉绳穿设于该基座的绳孔,该拉绳的一端连接该绳轮,该拉绳的另一端连接该拉杆;该弹性件作用于该拉绳轮,用以驱动该拉绳轮卷收该拉绳。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的护目镜,其特征在于,各该卷轴的底端具有一卡合凹部,该棘轮的传动轴具有一卡合凸部,该棘轮的传动轴的卡合凸部可拆卸地接设于一该卷轴的卡合凹部。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的护目镜,其特征在于,该棘轮的外周面具有一外环齿部,该棘轮的内周面具有一内环齿部;该棘爪单向啮接于该棘轮的外环齿部;该控制组件更具有一传动板,该传动板连接于该拉绳轮且具有一棘齿部,该传动板的棘齿部单向啮接于该棘轮的内环齿部。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的护目镜,其特征在于,该传动板具有一传动凹部,该拉绳轮的顶面具有一传动凸部,该拉绳轮的传动凸部卡接于该传动板的传动凹部。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的护目镜,其特征在于,该镜框具有一框体与二相 对的侧盖,该框体的左、右两端的底面分别具有一扣接槽,该二侧盖可拆卸地设于该框体的左、右两端;该镜片设于该框体;该二卷轴可转动地设于该框体的左、右两端且分别被一该侧盖所遮盖住;该基座的顶面具有一第一扣接部,该基座的第一扣接部可拆卸地扣设于该框体的其中一该扣接槽。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的护目镜,其特征在于,该控制组件更具有一底盖,该底盖的顶面具有一第二扣接部,该底盖的第二扣接部可拆卸地扣设于该框体的另一该扣接槽。
