若要实现直接通信接口的单播或者组播通信的可靠性,就必须要求直接通信接口的发送终端发送数据时使用的无线接入技术是接收终端能够支持的。
现有技术中终端之间直接通信接口进行单播通信时是复用了直接通信接 口广播的机制,并没有相关的机制能够确定直接通信的终端之间进行单播或组播使用的RAT,也就无法保证单播的发送终端和接收终端之间发送和接收数据时使用相同的无线接入技术,因此,发送终端在直接通信接口发送的数据可能无法被其单播通信对端接收,而单播通信又是组播通信的一个特例,因此单播通信和组播通信时的可靠性都不能得到保证。
综上所述,目前无法确定直接通信终端之间进行单播或组播使用的RAT。

下面对文中出现的一些词语进行解释:
1、本申请实施例所指的“终端”是手机、平台等。
2、本申请实施例所指的“网络侧设备”是宏基站、微基站等。
3、“和/或”,描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。字符“/”一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
下面结合说明书附图对本申请实施例作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本申请实施例的一种直接通信的方法和设备包括:管理设备10和第一传输终端20。
管理设备10,用于确定通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT信息;根据所述发送终端和所述接收终端支持的RAT信息,确定所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT,以使所述发送终端和所述接收终端使用相同的RAT进行直接通信。
第一传输终端20,用于向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息;接收所述 管理设备确定的所述第一传输终端与第二传输终端进行直接通信使用的RAT;根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信。
通过上述方案,管理设备确定通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端进行直接通信共同支持的RAT,以使所述发送终端和所述接收终端使用相同的RAT进行直接通信,由于发送终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT是接收终端支持的RAT,从而保证了发送终端通过直接通信时发送的数据能够被接收终端接收,提高终端之间直接通信的可靠性。
这里的通信组是进行终端之间通信的一组终端。
若第一传输终端是发送终端,则第二传输终端为接收终端;或
若第一传输终端是接收终端,则第二传输终端为发送终端。
本申请实施例中,管理设备包含以下几种类型:
所述管理设备为所述发送终端或接收终端;或所述管理设备为通信组的组头设备;或所述管理设备为网络侧设备。
也就是说,本申请给出四种直接通信的具体实施方案,下面分别进行介绍:
方案一:管理设备是直接通信的发送终端。
以直接通信的发送终端作为管理设备为例:
通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端通过自身能力信息确定自身支持的RAT信息,所述接收终端需要将自身支持的RAT信息上报给发送终端,由发送终端确定自身和接收终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT,所述RAT为发送终端和接收终端共同支持的RAT。
接收终端将自身支持的RAT信息上报给发送终端的方式有多种,下面举例说明:
上报方式一:通过对端发现过程上报所述RAT信息;
接收终端通过对端发现过程将所述RAT信息上报给所述发送终端。
相应的,发送终端也通过对端发现过程获取所述接收终端上报的所述RAT信息。
上报方式二:通过单播连接建立过程上报所述RAT信息;
接收终端通过单播连接过程将所述RAT信息上报给所述发送终端。
相应的,发送终端也通过单播连接过程获取所述接收终端上报的所述RAT信息。
上报方式三:通过UE能力上报过程上报所述RAT信息;
接收终端通过UE能力上报过程将所述RAT信息上报给所述发送终端。
相应的,发送终端也通过接收终端上报的UE能力信息确定所述接收终端的所述RAT信息。
上报方式四:将所述RAT信息单独上报。
接收终端通过单独上报过程将所述RAT信息上报给所述发送终端。
相应的,发送终端获取接收终端单独上报的所述RAT信息。
上报方式五:若发送终端是通信组内的组头设备,接收终端还可以通过组加入过程上报所述RAT信息。
接收终端通过组加入过程将所述RAT信息上报给所述发送终端。
相应的,发送终端获取接收终端组加入过程上报的所述RAT信息。
所述发送终端通过自身能力信息确定自身支持的RAT信息,以及获取到接收终端上报的所述RAT信息后,根据自身和接收终端支持的RAT信息,确定自身和所述接收终端共同支持的RAT,并从所述共同支持的RAT中选择一种作为所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT;若所述发送终端和所述接收终端没有共同支持的RAT,则所述发送终端与所述接收终端不进行直接通信。
通信组内的进行直接通信的终端数目可以是两个也可以是多个,若通信组内有一个发送终端和一个接收终端,发送终端与接收终端进行直接通信时使用单播通信,发送终端根据自身支持的RAT信息和该接收终端上报的RAT信息确定自身和该接收终端共同支持的RAT;
若通信组内的一个发送终端对应有多个接收终端,发送终端确定与通信组内的接收终端进行直接通信时使用组播通信,所述发送终端根据自身支持 的RAT信息和所述通信组内的所有接收终端上报的RAT信息确定自身和所述所有接收终端共同支持的RAT。
下面针对具体通信场景对发送终端确定自身和接收终端共同支持的RAT的流程进行介绍。
通信场景1:通信组内终端个数等于2;
通信组内终端个数等于2,发送终端和接收终端进行直接通信时使用单播通信,管理设备确定进行直接通信的发送终端和直接通信的接收终端共同支持的RAT。
比如,通信组内进行直接通信的终端包括发送终端A,接收终端B,则发送终端和接收终端使用单播通信。其中,发送终端A为管理设备,发送终端A仅支持LTE无线接入技术,接收终端B既支持LTE无线接入技术,也支持NR无线接入技术。
则发送终端A确定自身和接收终端B支持的RAT交集仅包括NR无线接入技术。发送终端A确定自身和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT为NR无线接入技术。
通信场景2:通信组内终端个数大于2;
通信组内终端个数大于2,发送终端和接收终端进行直接通信时使用组播通信,管理设备确定发送终端和通信组内所有进行直接通信的接收终端共同支持的RAT。
比如,通信组内进行直接通信的终端包括发送终端A,接收终端B,接收终端C。其中,发送终端A为管理设备,发送终端A仅支持LTE无线接入技术;接收终端B既支持LTE无线接入技术,也支持NR无线接入技术;接收终端C仅支持LTE无线接入技术。
则发送终端A确定自身和接收终端B、接收终端C共同支持的RAT仅包括LTE无线接入技术,则所述发送终端A与所述接收终端B和接收终端C进行直接通信使用的RAT为LTE无线接入技术。
本申请给出一种可能的实施例,当终端之间使用组播通信时,通信组内 的终端之间没有共同支持的RAT,若管理设备是发送终端时,所述发送终端可以通过单播通信与接收终端进行直接通信,具体实施步骤可以参考上述通信场景一,此处不再赘述。
本申请实施例中,若直接通信的发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT不一致,但是有交集,则管理设备确定发送终端和接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT只能在所述交集中选择。
若所述发送终端和所述接收终端共同支持的RAT仅为一种,则所述发送终端确定所述共同支持的RAT作为自身和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT。
若发送终端和接收终端共同支持的RAT有多种,则所述发送终端作为管理设备在所述共同支持的RAT中选择一种RAT作为自身和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT。
具体的选择方式有多种,下面分别进行介绍:
选择方式一:管理设备在所述共同支持的RAT中固定选择一种RAT;
管理设备在交集中固定选择一种,比如,管理设备根据RAT的优先级,以固定的方式在RAT交集中选择发送终端和接收终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT。比如,RAT的优先级为NR无线接入技术,LTE无线接入技术。则发送终端在交集中固定选择NR无线接入技术作为发送终端和接收终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT,若交集中没有NR无线接入技术则选择LTE无线接入技术作为发送终端和接收终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT。
选择方式二:管理设备根据所述发送终端和所述接收终端直接通信接口承载或逻辑信道选择一种RAT;
管理设备根据发送终端和接收终端在直接通信接口承载与RAT的对应关系确定发送终端和接收终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT;或
管理设备根据发送终端和接收终端在逻辑信道与RAT的对应关系确定发送终端和接收终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT。
其中,发送终端和接收终端在直接通信接口承载与对应的RAT关系以及 逻辑信道与RAT的对应关系可以通过终端内的高层确定。具体的,高层是指AS(Access Stratum,接入层)以上的协议层,比如核心网相关协议层。
以逻辑信道举例:
比如,发送终端和接收终端的逻辑信道A对应的RAT为LTE无线接入技术,逻辑信道B对应的RAT为NR无线接入技术。
则管理节点根据所述发送终端和所述接收终端具体的逻辑信道确定所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT。
选择方式三:管理设备根据所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信的数据包选择一种RAT;
管理设备可以根据直接通信的业务特征,从交集中选择合适的RAT,比如根据QoS参数来选择合适的RAT。
目前直接通信接口的QoS参数主要有两个:PPPP(ProSe Priority Per Packet,每个直接通信数据包的优先级)和PPPR(ProSe Realibility Per Packet,每个直接通信数据包的可靠性),后续不排除引入新的QoS参数,比如5QI(5G QoS Identifier)等。
则当管理设备以保证终端的QoS为目的时,所述管理设备可以根据数据包对应的QoS参数确定和RAT的对应关系来选择发送终端和接收终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT。
比如,若发送终端和接收终端数据包对应的QoS参数为PPPP取值为1时,对应的直接通信使用的RAT为LTE无线接入技术;PPPP取值为2时,对应的直接通信接口使用的RAT为NR无线接入技术。
若所述管理设备是所述发送终端,且所述发送终端和所述接收终端没有共同支持的RAT,则所述发送终端与所述接收终端不进行直接通信;
比如,通信组内进行直接通信的终端包括发送终端A,接收终端B。其中,发送终端A为管理设备,发送终端A仅支持LTE无线接入技术;接收终端B仅支持NR无线接入技术。
则发送终端A确定自身和接收终端B没有共同支持的RAT,则所述发送 终端A与所述接收终端B不进行直接通信。
当发送终端通过上述选择方式确定出自身和通信组内需要进行直接通信的接收终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT之后,发送终端还需要将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给接收终端。
所述发送终端将确定的所述RAT通知给所述接收终端的方式有多种,下面举例说明:
通知方式一:通过对端发现过程相关消息通知;
所述发送终端将确定的所述RAT携带在对端发现过程的相关消息中,以通知给所述接收终端。
相应的,接收终端通过获取对端发现过程的相关消息确定所述发送终端通知的进行直接通信时使用的RAT。
通知方式二:通过单播连接建立过程相关消息通知;
所述发送终端将确定的所述RAT携带在单播连接建立过程的相关消息中,以通知给所述接收终端。
相应的,接收终端通过获取单播连接建立过程的相关消息确定所述发送终端通知的进行直接通信时使用的RAT。
在实施中,若所述接收终端个数为1时,所述发送终端通过点对点的方式将确定的所述RAT通知给接收终端;
若所述接收终端个数不少于2时,所述发送终端还可以通过广播的方式将所确定的所述RAT通知给接收终端。
如图2所示,为本申请实施例提供的以直接通信的发送终端作为管理设备时系统的完整方法的流程示意图,包括:
步骤200,接收终端B、C向发送终端A上报自身支持的RAT信息;
步骤201,发送终端A根据自身和接收终端B、C上报的RAT信息确定自身和接收终端B、C进行直接通信使用的RAT;
步骤202,发送终端A通知接收终端B进行直接通信时使用的RAT以及通知接收终端C进行直接通信时使用的RAT。
方案二:管理设备是直接通信的接收终端;
以直接通信的接收终端作为管理设备为例:
通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端通过自身能力信息确定自身支持的RAT信息,所述发送终端需要将自身支持的RAT信息上报给接收终端,由接收终端确定自身和发送终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT,所述RAT为发送终端和接收终端共同支持的RAT。
需要说明的是,方案一是以直接通信的发送终端作为管理设备,接收终端为直接通信的对端为例进行介绍说明。方案二中以直接通信的接收终端作为管理设备时,相应的,方案二中的直接通信的对端为发送终端,方案二中的管理设备和直接通信的对端在直接通信过程中的具体执行方式可以参见上述方案一中的管理设备和直接通信的对端的具体执行方式,此处不再赘述。
方案三:管理设备为通信组的组头设备;
组头设备可以是通信组内进行直接通信的发送终端或直接通信的接收终端或不进行直接通信的其他终端。
组头设备为通信组内的管理终端,当有终端请求加入通信组时,需要向组头设备上报自身能力信息。
组头设备作为管理设备时,管理设备的具体执行方式可以参见上述方案一中发送终端和方案二中接收终端的具体执行方式,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,若组头设备为不进行直接通信的其他终端时,即管理设备为不进行直接通信的其他终端时,管理设备需要将确定的所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给发送终端和接收终端;若所述发送终端和所述接收终端没有共同支持的RAT,则所述管理设备通知所述发送终端与所述接收终端不能进行直接通信。
以通信组内不进行直接通信的其他终端作为管理节点为例,如图3所示,为本申请实施例提供的以组头设备作为管理设备时系统的完整方法的流程示意图,其中组头设备为通信组内的发送终端A,包括:
步骤300,发送终端A和接收终端B向组头设备上报自身支持的RAT信 息;
步骤301,组头设备根据发送终端A和接收终端B上报的RAT信息确定发送终端A和接收终端B进行直接通信使用的RAT;
步骤302,组头设备通知发送终端A进行直接通信时使用的RAT以及通知接收终端B进行直接通信时使用的RAT。
方案四:管理设备为网络侧设备。
以网络侧设备作为管理设备为例:
通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端通过自身能力信息确定自身支持的RAT信息,所述发送终端和所述接收终端需要将自身支持的RAT信息上报给网络侧设备,由网络侧设备确定发送终端和接收终端进行直接通信时使用的RAT,所述RAT为发送终端和接收终端共同支持的RAT。
发送终端和接收终端将自身支持的RAT信息上报给网络侧设备的方式可以参见方案一中的接收终端的上报方式三和上报方式四,此处不再赘述。
所述网络侧设备获取到所述发送终端和所述接收终端上报的RAT信息后,根据发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT信息,确定发送终端和接收终端共同支持的RAT,并从所述共同支持的RAT中选择一种作为所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT。
网络侧设备根据发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT信息,确定发送终端和接收终端共同支持的RAT的方式可以参见上述方案一中的管理设备在具体通信场景下的实现方式,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,所述管理设备是所述网络侧设备,且所述发送终端和所述接收终端没有共同支持的RAT,则所述网络侧设备通知所述发送终端与所述接收终端不能进行直接通信。
网络侧设备在所述共同支持的RAT中选择一种RAT的方式也可以参见方案一中管理设备具体的选择方式,此处不再赘述。

可选的,所述管理设备是发送终端,所述第一传输终端根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信,包括:
若接收终端是1个,则所述第一传输终端根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行单播通信;或
若接收终端是多个,则所述第一传输终端根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行组通信。
可选的,所述管理设备是所述发送终端或者接收终端,所述第一传输终端向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息,包括:
所述第一传输终端通过对端发现过程或者单播连接建立过程或UE能力上报过程或单独上报过程向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息;或
所述管理设备是通信组的组头设备,所述第一传输终端向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息,包括:
所述第一传输终端在组加入过程或UE能力上报过程或单独上报过程向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息;或
所述管理设备是网络侧设备,所述第一传输终端向管理设备上报自身支 持的RAT信息,包括:

可选的,所述第一传输终端根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信,包括:
若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据直接通信接口承载确定的,所述第一传输终端在直接通信接口所述承载有数据传输需求时选择对应RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信;或
若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据逻辑信道确定的,所述第一传输终端在直接通信接口所述逻辑信道有数据传输需求时选择对应RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信;或
若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据数据包确定的,所述第一传输终端在直接通信接口数据包到达时选择对应的RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信;或
若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据所述发送终端和/或所述接收终端确定的,所述第一传输终端在直接通信接口有数据传输需求时选择根据第二传输终端选择对应的RAT,与对应的第二传输终端进行直接通信。

Claims (41)

  1. 一种直接通信的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    管理设备确定通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端支持的无线接入技术RAT信息;
    所述管理设备根据所述发送终端和所述接收终端支持的RAT信息,确定所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT,以使所述发送终端和所述接收终端使用相同的RAT进行直接通信。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备为所述发送终端或接收终端;或
    所述管理设备为通信组的组头设备;或
    所述管理设备为网络侧设备。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备为所述发送终端或者接收终端,所述管理设备确定通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT信息,包括:
    所述管理设备接收通信群组内的终端通过组加入过程上报的自身支持的RAT信息。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备为网络侧设备,所述管理设备确定通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT信息,包括:
    所述管理设备接收通信群组内的终端通过用户终端UE能力上报过程或单独上报过程上报的自身支持的RAT信息。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备确定通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT信息之后,还包括:
    若所述管理设备为所述发送终端,所述管理设备将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给接收终端;或
    若所述管理设备为所述接收终端,所述管理设备将确定的所述发送终端 进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给发送终端;或
    所述管理设备为所述组头设备或所述网络侧设备,则所述管理设备将确定的所述发送终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述发送终端以及将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述接收终端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给接收终端,包括:
    若所述管理设备为所述发送终端,所述管理设备通过直接通信对端发现过程相关消息或者直接通信连接建立相关消息,将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给接收终端;
    所述管理设备将确定的所述发送终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给发送终端,包括:
    若所述管理设备为所述接收终端,所述管理设备通过直接通信对端发现过程相关消息或者直接通信连接建立相关消息,将确定的所述发送终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述发送终端。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备将确定的所述发送终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述发送终端以及将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述接收终端,包括:
    所述管理设备为组头设备,则所述管理设备通过组加入确认消息或直接通信链路配置消息,将确定的所述发送终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述发送终端以及将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述接收终端;或
    所述管理设备为网络侧设备,则所述管理设备通过无线资源控制RRC连接建立或者RRC连接重配消息,将确定的所述发送终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述发送终端以及将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述接收终端。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备为所述发送终端、所述接收终端、组头设备和网络侧设备中的一种;
    所述管理设备将确定的所述发送终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述发送终端以及将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述接收终端,包括:
    若直接通信组内终端个数大于2,所述管理设备通过广播方式广播进行直接通信使用的RAT通知。
  9. 如权利要求2~8任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备确定所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT,包括:
    所述管理设备将所述发送终端和所述接收终端共同支持的RAT中的一种作为所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备将所述发送终端和所述接收终端共同支持的RAT中的一种作为所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT,包括:
    若所述发送终端和所述接收终端共同支持的RAT仅有一种,则所述管理设备确定所述共同支持的RAT作为所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT;或
    所述发送终端和所述接收终端共同支持的RAT有多种,则所述管理设备在所述共同支持的RAT中选择一种RAT作为所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备将所述发送终端和所述接收终端共同支持的RAT中的一种作为所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT,包括:
    所述管理设备基于直接通信接口承载或逻辑信道确定所述承载或逻辑信道在直接通信接口传输时使用的RAT;或
    所述管理设备基于直接通信接口的每个数据包确定所述数据包在直接通信接口传输时使用的RAT;或
    所述管理设备根据所述发送终端和/或所述接收终端选择一种RAT。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    若所述管理设备是所述发送终端,且所述发送终端和所述接收终端没有共同支持的RAT,则所述管理设备与所述接收终端不进行直接通信;或
    所述管理设备是所述接收终端或所述网络侧设备或所述组头设备,且所述发送终端和所述接收终端没有共同支持的RAT,则所述管理设备通知所述发送终端与所述接收终端不能进行直接通信。
  13. 一种直接通信的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    第一传输终端向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息;
    所述第一传输终端接收所述管理设备确定的所述第一传输终端与第二传输终端进行直接通信使用的RAT;
    所述第一传输终端根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二传输终端是一个或者多个。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一传输终端接收所述管理设备确定的所述第一传输终端与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信使用的RAT,包括:
    若所述管理设备是网络侧设备,所述第一传输终端通过RRC连接建立消息或者RRC重配消息接收所述管理设备确定的所述第一传输终端与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信使用的RAT;或
    若所述管理设备是组头设备,所述第一传输终端通过组加入确认消息或Sidelink配置消息接收所述管理设备确定的所述第一传输终端与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信使用的RAT;或
    所述管理设备是发送终端或者接收终端,所述第一传输终端通过对端发现过程消息或直接通信连接建立过程消息接收所述管理设备确定的所述第一传输终端与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信使用的RAT。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    若所述第一传输终端为所述发送终端,且所述第一传输终端确定接收到所述管理设备禁止直接通信的通知后,不与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述管理设备是发送终端,所述第一传输终端根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信,包括:
    若接收终端是1个,则所述第一传输终端根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行单播通信;或
    若接收终端是多个,则所述第一传输终端根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行组通信。
  18. 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备是所述发送终端或者接收终端,所述第一传输终端向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息,包括:
    所述第一传输终端通过对端发现过程或者单播连接建立过程或UE能力上报过程或单独上报过程向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息;或
    所述管理设备是通信组的组头设备,所述第一传输终端向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息,包括:
    所述第一传输终端在组加入过程或UE能力上报过程或单独上报过程向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息;或
    所述管理设备是网络侧设备,所述第一传输终端向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息,包括:
    所述第一传输终端在UE能力上报过程或单独上报过程向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息。
  19. 如权利要求13~18任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一传输终端根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信,包括:
    若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据直接通信接口承载确定的,所述第一传输终端在直接通信接口所述承载有数据传输需求时选择对应RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信;或
    若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据逻辑信道确定的,所述第一传输终端在直接通信接口所述逻辑信道有数据传输需求时选择对应RAT与所述第二传 输终端进行直接通信;或
    若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据数据包确定的,所述第一传输终端在直接通信接口数据包到达时选择对应的RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信;或
    若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据所述发送终端和/或所述接收终端确定的,所述第一传输终端在直接通信接口有数据传输需求时选择根据第二传输终端选择对应的RAT,与对应的第二传输终端进行直接通信。
  20. 一种直接通信的管理设备,其特征在于,该设备包括:处理器、存储器和收发机;
    其中,所述存储器用于存储程序;
    所述收发机用于在所述处理器的控制下接收和发送数据;
    所述处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序并执行:
    确定通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT信息;
    根据所述发送终端和所述接收终端支持的RAT信息,确定所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT,以使所述发送终端和所述接收终端使用相同的RAT进行直接通信。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的设备,其特征在于,所述管理设备为所述发送终端或接收终端;或
    所述管理设备为通信组的组头设备;或
    所述管理设备为网络侧设备。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的设备,其特征在于,若所述管理设备为所述发送终端或者接收终端,所述处理器具体用于:
    接收通信组内的终端通过组加入过程上报的自身支持的RAT信息。
  23. 如权利要求21所述的设备,其特征在于,若所述管理设备为网络侧设备,所述处理器具体用于:
    接收通信组内的终端通过UE能力上报过程或单独上报过程上报的自身支持的RAT信息。
  24. 如权利要求21所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    若所述管理设备为所述发送终端,在确定通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT信息之后,将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给接收终端;或
    若所述管理设备为所述接收终端,在确定通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT信息之后,将确定的所述发送终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给发送终端;或
    所述管理设备为所述组头设备或所述网络侧设备,在确定通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT信息之后,将确定的所述发送终端通知给所述发送终端以及将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述接收终端。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    若所述管理设备为所述发送终端,通过直接通信对端发现过程相关消息或者直接通信连接建立相关消息,将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给接收终端;或
    若所述管理设备为所述接收终端,通过直接通信对端发现过程相关消息或者直接通信连接建立相关消息,将确定的所述发送终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述发送终端。
  26. 如权利要求24所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    若所述管理设备为组头设备,通过组加入确认消息或直接通信链路配置消息,将确定的所述发送终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述发送终端以及将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述接收终端;或
    若所述管理设备为网络侧设备,通过RRC连接建立或者RRC连接重配消息,将确定的所述发送终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述发送终端以及将确定的所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT通知给所述接收终端。
  27. 如权利要求24所述的设备,其特征在于,所述管理设备为所述发送 终端、所述接收终端、组头设备和网络侧设备中的一种,所述处理器具体用于:
    若直接通信组内终端个数大于2,所述管理设备通过广播方式广播进行直接通信使用的RAT通知。
  28. 如权利要求21~27任一所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    将所述发送终端和所述接收终端共同支持的RAT中的一种作为所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    若所述发送终端和所述接收终端共同支持的RAT仅有一种,则确定所述共同支持的RAT作为所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT;或
    所述发送终端和所述接收终端共同支持的RAT多种,则在所述共同支持的RAT中选择一种RAT作为所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT。
  30. 如权利要求28所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    基于直接通信接口承载或逻辑信道确定所述承载或逻辑信道在直接通信接口传输时使用的RAT;或
    基于直接通信接口的每个数据包确定所述数据包在直接通信接口传输时使用的RAT;或
    根据所述发送终端和/或所述接收终端选择一种RAT。
  31. 如权利要求28所述的设备,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    若所述管理设备是所述发送终端,且所述发送终端和所述接收终端没有共同支持的RAT,则与所述接收终端不进行直接通信;或
    所述管理设备是所述接收终端或所述网络侧设备或所述组头设备,且所述发送终端和所述接收终端没有共同支持的RAT,则通知所述发送终端与所述接收终端不能进行直接通信。
  32. 一种直接通信的第一传输终端,其特征在于,该终端包括:处理器、存储器和收发机;
    其中,所述存储器用于存储程序;
    所述收发机用于在所述处理器的控制下接收和发送数据;
    所述处理器,用于读取存储器中的程序并执行:
    通过收发机向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息;
    通过收发机接收所述管理设备确定的所述第一传输终端与第二传输终端通过进行直接通信使用的RAT;
    根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端通过收发机进行直接通信。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第二传输终端是一个或者多个。
  34. 如权利要求32所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    若所述管理设备是网络侧设备,通过RRC连接建立消息或者RRC重配消息接收所述管理设备确定的所述第一传输终端与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信使用的RAT;或
    若所述管理设备是组头设备,通过组加入确认消息或Sidelink配置消息接收所述管理设备确定的所述第一传输终端与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信使用的RAT;或
    所述管理设备是发送终端或者接收终端,通过对端发现过程消息或直接通信连接建立过程消息接收所述管理设备确定的所述第一传输终端与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信使用的RAT。

    若所述第一传输终端为所述发送终端,在确定接收到所述管理设备禁止直接通信的通知后,不与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信。
  36. 如权利要求32所述的终端,其特征在于,所述管理设备是发送终端,所述处理器还用于:
    若接收终端是1个,则根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行单播通信; 或
    若接收终端是多个,则根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行组通信。
  37. 如权利要求32所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    所述管理设备是所述发送终端或者接收终端,通过对端发现过程或者单播连接建立过程或UE能力上报过程或单独上报过程向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息;或
    所述管理设备是通信组的组头设备,在组加入过程或UE能力上报过程或单独上报过程向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息;或
    所述管理设备是网络侧设备,在UE能力上报过程或单独上报过程向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息。
  38. 如权利要求32~37任一所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于:
    若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据直接通信接口承载确定的,则在直接通信接口所述承载有数据传输需求时选择对应RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信;或
    若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据逻辑信道确定的,则在直接通信接口所述逻辑信道有数据传输需求时选择对应RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信;或
    若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据数据包确定的,则在直接通信接口数据包到达时选择对应的RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信;或
    若所述管理设备通知的RAT是根据所述发送终端和/或所述接收终端确定的,则在直接通信接口有数据传输需求时选择根据第二传输终端选择对应的RAT,与对应的第二传输终端进行直接通信。
  39. 一种直接通信的管理设备,其特征在于,该设备包括:
    确定模块:用于确定通信组内需要进行直接通信的发送终端和接收终端支持的RAT信息;
    处理模块:用于根据所述发送终端和所述接收终端支持的RAT信息,确 定所述发送终端和所述接收终端进行直接通信使用的RAT,以使所述发送终端和所述接收终端使用相同的RAT进行直接通信。
  40. 一种直接通信的第一传输终端,其特征在于,该终端包括:
    上报模块:用于向管理设备上报自身支持的RAT信息;
    接收模块:用于接收所述管理设备确定的所述第一传输终端与第二传输终端进行直接通信使用的RAT;
    通信模块:用于根据所述RAT与所述第二传输终端进行直接通信。
  41. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1~12或13~19任一所述方法的步骤。
