技术领域
本申请涉及空气净化器领域,更具体地说是一种支撑架结构及空气净化器。
背景技术
传统的支撑架结构与底座固定一般采用简易定位,此方式,支撑架直接插入底座,装配时需要目测对准定位,然后再用螺钉固定,装配繁琐;而且简单的对准定位极不可靠,在没用螺钉固定前,支撑架容易掉落,给安装带来了麻烦。
所以,开发一种方便安装的支撑架结构具有重要意义。
发明内容
本申请的目的是方便支撑架的安装。
为达上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案如下:
一种支撑架结构,包括底座和若干个支撑架,所述支撑架的底端设有安装孔,所述底座上设有与所述安装孔配合安装的固定孔,所述支撑架和所述底座之间设有卡扣结构,所述支撑架通过所述卡扣结构与所述底座卡合时,所述安装孔与所述固定孔对齐。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底座设有放置所述支撑架底端的凹槽。
在其中一个实施例中,所述卡扣结构包括设在支撑架底端的至少一个弹性卡扣和设在所述凹槽中与所述弹性卡扣配合卡接的凸台。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑架底端的两侧对称设有一对所述弹性卡扣。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑架的数量为三个。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑架绕所述底座的中心轴均匀分布。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑架顶端的宽度比底端的宽度大。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装孔下方设有第一过线孔,所述底座上设有与所述第一过线孔对齐的通孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑架的顶端设有第二过线孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一过线孔和第二过线孔之间设有走线槽。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑架还设有挡板,所述挡板挂住设在所述支撑架外部的面板。
一种空气净化器,包括上述的支撑架结构。
与传统的支撑架结构相比,本申请至少具有以下有益效果:
本申请的支撑架结构,可以在支撑架还没有完全固定时,通过卡扣结构与底座卡合,增加稳定性,防止支撑架掉落;方便安装,增加了安装的效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
参照图1和2所示,本申请的一个实施例提出一种支撑架结构,包括底座1和若干个支撑架2,支撑架2的底端设在底座1上。在支撑架2的底端设有安装孔21,底座1上设有与安装孔21配合安装的固定孔,在支撑架2和底座1之间还设有卡扣结构,支撑架2和底座1通过该卡扣结构卡合在一起,支撑架2与底座1卡接在一起时,支撑架2上的安装孔21和底座1上的固定孔对齐,方便用螺钉完全固定支撑架2和底座1,增加两者之间的稳定性,防止支撑架2在没有完全固定前掉落,提升安装支撑架2的效率。
在一实施例中,底座1上设有凹槽,凹槽用来放置支撑架2的底端,在支撑架2的底端设有至少一个弹性卡扣22,弹性卡扣22上设有卡槽,凹槽中设有与这个弹性卡槽卡接的凸台11。
在一实施例中,支撑架2底端的两侧分别设有一对相互对称的弹性卡扣22,这样使支撑架2的平衡性更强,也就是更加稳定。底座1上的凹槽底部还设有一个定位槽,支撑架2的底端设有一个与该定位槽配合的定位支架。
其中,支撑架2的数量设置为三个,它们绕底座1的中心轴均匀分布,这也就是说三个支撑架2呈三角形分布,每个支撑架间隔60度设置,这也有利于整机的平衡性。工作人员在安装了大量支撑架2后可能会出现把支撑架2的顶端安装到凹槽内的情况出现,把支撑架2的顶部宽度设计得比其底部宽度大,支撑架的顶端也就完全装不进去,这也减少了不良品的产生,增加了良品率。
在一实施例中,支撑架2上还设有第一过线孔24,第一过线孔24设在安装孔21的下方,在底座1上与第一过线孔24对齐的位置处设有通孔,方便线路从该通孔和第一过线孔24穿过;在支撑架2的顶端设有第二过线孔25,第一过线孔24和第二过线孔25之间设有走线槽26,线路从第一过线孔25进入,经过走线槽26,最后从支撑架2顶端的第二过线孔25出,线路布局整齐、美观。
其中,支撑架2上还设有挡板27,挡板27是方便了面板(图中未示出)挂在此处,面板设在支撑架2的外部。
本申请还提供一种包括上述支撑架结构的空气净化器。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种支撑架结构,包括底座(1)和若干个支撑架(2),所述支撑架(2)的底端设有安装孔(21),所述底座(1)上设有与所述安装孔(21)配合安装的固定孔,其特征在于:所述支撑架(2)和所述底座(1)之间设有卡扣结构,所述支撑架(2)通过所述卡扣结构与所述底座(1)卡合时,所述安装孔(21)与所述固定孔对齐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述底座(1)设有放置所述支撑架(2)底端的凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述卡扣结构包括设在所述支撑架(2)底端的至少一个弹性卡扣(22)和设在所述凹槽中与所述弹性卡扣(22)配合卡接的凸台(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述支撑架(2)底端的两侧对称设有一对所述弹性卡扣(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述支撑架(2)的数量为三个。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述支撑架(2)绕所述底座(1)的中心轴均匀分布。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述支撑架(2)顶端的宽度比底端的宽度大。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述安装孔(21)的下方设有第一过线孔(24),所述底座(1)设有与所述第一过线孔(24)对齐的通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述支撑架(2)的顶端设有第二过线孔(25)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述第一过线孔(24)和第二过线孔(25)之间设有走线槽(26)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑架结构,其特征在于:所述支撑架(2)还设有挡板(27),所述挡板(27)挂住设在所述支撑架(2)外部的面板。
  12. 一种空气净化器,其特征在于:包括权利要求1-11任一项所述支撑架结构。
