天然的4-松油醇是茶树油的主要组成成份,占35%-40%。天然纯品右旋4-松油醇为无色液体,有特殊香气,沸点209℃(10mmHg下沸点86-87℃),密度0.9285(25℃/4℃),折光率1.4765(25℃),比旋光度[α]+21022’(20℃)。4-松油醇还具有杀菌消炎的作用。

二:石斛提取物
1作用
滋养阴津:《中国药学大词典》称枫斗“专滋肺胃之气液,气液冲旺,肾水自生,“说他善于养阴生津,治疗阴虚津亏诸症。中医学认为,阴液为人体生命活动的物质基础,具有滋润形体脏腑、脑髓骨骼,抑制阳亢火动的作用,能维持正常的生长发育与生殖功能活动。如果人体阴液不足,就会出现精神萎靡,面色无光,眼干神滞,腰膝酸软、头晕乏力、口干舌燥、咽喉疼痛、大便秘结等症状,枫斗是养阴的要药,服用枫斗可以从根本上解决人体阴液不足的问题。
增强体质。石斛具有滋阴养血的功能,清代《药性论》说石斛能补肾积精、养胃阴、益气力。石斛内含有丰富的多糖类物质。实验证明石斛多糖具有增强免疫功能的作用,可增强腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬能力。
补益脾胃:脾胃有消化饮食,摄取水谷精微以营养全身的重要作用,是营养的源泉,因此营养充足与否主要取决于脾胃的功能。石斛是益胃生津药,《神农本草经》、《本草再新》中均有记载,人民称他为“肠胃药”,是治疗胃脘痛,上腹涨痛的常用药物。现代实验证实,石斛对脾胃病中常见的致病菌—幽门螺杆菌有较好的抑制作用,有助于治疗萎缩性胃炎,浅表性胃炎、十二指肠溃疡等幽门螺杆菌阳性的病症,同时,口服石斛煎液能够促进胃液的分泌,增强胃的排空能力,帮助消化。
护肝利胆:石斛 有较好的利胆作用,历代医家都认为“铁皮枫斗”具有滋养肝阴的作用,是治疗各种肝胆并的要药,可用于治疗肝炎、胆囊炎、胆结石等肝胆疾病。
清虚热:虚热,表现为身体疲乏无力,头晕眼花,面色潮红、心悸心慌、咳嗽少痰、失眠健忘、小便黄赤、舌红、脉细等一组症状。《本草纲目拾遗》、《本草衍义》分别记载“清胃除虚热,”“痔胃中虚热”。与普通清热药物相比,石斛所清的虚热完全是一种虚热,是以阴虚,热盛为特点的。药理实验表明,石斛能够显著的降低热盛家兔的发热高峰值和体温反应指数,缩短发挥热时间。
强筋壮骨:人进入中年以后,“人阴气自半”(朱丹溪)人体的阴津开始衰弱,筋骨功能逐渐减退,石斛能够滋养阴液,阴液能够润滑关节,从而达到强筋健骨、流利关节、增强抗风湿的效果。现代药理研究表明,石斛能提高应激能力、具有良好的抗疲劳,耐缺氧的作用。
促进循环:石斛能养阴,可以濡润脉道,扩张血管,从而促进血液循环。实验结果表明,石斛能够显著改善血淤症状,降低血胆固醇和甘油三脂,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,可以治疗心脑血管疾病。
降低血糖:中医认为,消渴病(糖尿病)的发生,主要以肾阴虚,肺胃早热为基本病机,以气阴两虚为其病理特点,石斛功能养阴`清热润燥,自古以来就是治疗糖尿病的专用药。临床研究表明,石斛不仅可以增强胰岛素活性,同时能显著降低血糖水平,使血糖恢复正常。
抑制肿瘤:铁皮石斛对人体肺癌,卵巢癌和早幼粒细胞白血病的某些细胞有杀灭作用,具有较强的抗肿瘤活性。临床试验表明,石斛用于恶性肿瘤的辅助治疗,能改善肿瘤患者的症状,减轻放、化疗的副作用,增强免疫力,提高生存质量,延长生存时间。
明亮眼目:中医认为,五脏六腑的精气都通过脉上,注于眼睛,而肝“开窍于目”眼睛的生理病理于肝的阴精旺盛与否关系密切,石斛具有滋阴养目的功能,被历代医家作为养护眼睛的佳品。现代药力研究证实,石斛对防治老年人常见的眼科疾病—白内障不仅有延缓作用,可以保持晶状体的透明度百分之三十六点八,而且半乳糖所致的酶活性异常变化有抑制 或纠正作用。
滋养肌肤:人体进入中年期后,由于体内的阴液日益减少,从而加速了皮肤老化,使之变黑或变皱。
石斛含有多量的黏液质,对人体皮肤有滋润营养作用。
延年益寿:《神农本草经》将石斛列为具有“轻身延年”作用的商品药物。
现代研究表明,石斛含有多种微量元素,这些微量元素对于人体的健康长寿有着密切的关系,石斛对人体的抗衰老作用比一般的药物对人体的抗衰老作用更广泛,更全面。
2药理作用:
2.1提高免疫力:张红玉等通过研究石斛多糖对S180肉瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响,表明铁皮石斛多糖可以明显提高肉瘤小鼠的T淋巴细胞转化功能,对肉瘤小鼠NK细胞活性有一定的提高,对肉瘤小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬百分率及吞噬指数均有明显提高作用。对肉瘤小鼠的溶血素值也有显著提高。巨噬细胞是机体免疫系统中重要的免疫细胞,其释放的TNF-α、NO是活化巨噬细胞、杀灭病原微生物、炎症反应的主要效应分子,过量的TNF-α也会加重炎症反应,李小琼等通过研究金钗石斛多糖对脂多糖诱导的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞分泌TNF-α、NO的影响发现金钗石斛多糖通过抑制TNF-α和NO而发挥抗感染作用。白细胞介素具有促进胸腺细胞、T细胞活化、增殖和分化增强NK细胞的杀伤活性;干扰素具有干扰病毒感染复制的能力。迭鞘石斛中的多糖可以很好地诱导机体分泌白细胞介素与干扰素。小鼠实验证明,铁皮石斛多糖能够强有力地抵消实验条件下免疫抑制剂环磷酰胺的加入所引起的外周白细胞的剧烈下降,消除其破坏性的副作用,同时亦能促进免疫系统淋巴细胞产生移动抑制因子,有效地抵消环磷酰胺的加入所引起的提升移动抑制指数的副作用[15]。
2.2抗氧化作用:通过对四种不同分子量的铁皮石斛多糖体外抗氧化活性的研究发现不同分子量的铁皮石斛多糖都表现出很强的抗氧化能力,其中DSP对羟基自由基的清除能力最强,DSP1对DPPH的清除率、抑制Fe2+-VC诱导小鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化能力、抑制H2O2诱导红细胞氧化溶血能力和总抗氧化能力最佳,同时发现不同相对分子质量的铁皮石斛均有较强抑制DNA损伤的作用,且明显强于VC。宾捷等通过对金钗石斛对老龄小鼠抗氧化作用的研究发现服用金钗石斛的小鼠体内丙二醛含量与对照组相比明显下降,血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性水平显著高于对照组,说明金钗石斛具有抗氧化作用。
2.3抗肿瘤作用:石斛水溶性多糖具有显著的抗肿瘤活性,其对体内肿瘤的抑制率与浓度成正比且其对荷瘤小鼠的免疫器官有一定的保护作用,石斛水溶性多糖对体外人肝肿瘤细 胞与人神经母瘤细胞也具有明显抑制作用。鲍丽娟等通过对霍山石斛、铁皮石斛、金钗石斛、马鞭石斛水提物对宫颈癌细胞与肝癌细胞抑制作用的研究发现四种石斛的水提物对宫颈癌细胞、肝癌细胞均有不同程度的抑制作用,抑制作用随各种提取物浓度的加大而加大,对宫颈癌细胞而言,马鞭石斛水提物抑瘤效果较好,而对肝癌细胞而言金钗石斛水提物抑瘤效果较好。金钗石斛的乙酸乙酯提取物对肿瘤细胞株A-549(人体肺癌细胞)、SK-OV-3(人体卵巢腺癌细胞)和HL-60(人体早幼粒细胞白血病)也具有显著的细胞毒性作用[20]。
三、小球藻提取物:

主要价值:茎叶提取柠檬香精油,供制香水、肥皂,并可食用,嫩茎叶为制咖喱调香料的原料;药用有通络驱风之效。

百里香提取物:百里香(Thym us m ongolicus Ronn),又名地姜、地椒、麝[1]。香草,为唇形科百里香属植物。百里香属植物原产于地中海沿岸,全球约有300-400种,广泛分布在北非、欧洲和亚洲温带地区,经济栽培以南欧最多。分布于新疆、青海、西藏及黄河流域及以北地区。
化学成分百里香精油的化学成分因其种类及其分布区的不同而呈现多型性,这种多型性也可以作为分类的依据。魏春雁等根据该属植物化学成分的多型性,将兴安百里香划分为五种类型,即倍半萜烯/龙脑/樟脑型、倍半萜烯/樟脑/龙脑/单萜醇型、倍半萜烯型、桉油精/芳樟醇/龙脑型和单萜/倍半萜烯型;将五肋百里香分为酚型、芳樟醇型和混合型三种类型;将黑龙江百里香分为酚/萜醇混合型和萜烯型两种类型。
活性成分全草均含挥发油,以花盛时含量最高。其主要成分为百里香酚(Thymol)、香荆芥酚(Carvacrol)、芳樟醇(Linalool)和对-聚伞花素(p-Cymol)等多种化合物。黄芩素、葡萄糖苷、木犀草素-7-葡萄糖苷、芹菜素等黄酮成分和挥发油。[2]

中药肉桂的作用(药理)
本品含挥发油,油中主要成分为桂皮醛、桂皮酸、乙酸桂皮酯等。此外尚含有微量元素,其中锌含量较高。具有抗溃疡、镇痛、镇静、抗惊厥、解热、抗心肌缺血、抗血小板聚集、升白细胞、抗放射、抗菌等作用。
1.本品含挥发油,称为桂皮油或肉桂油,油中主要成分为桂皮醛、乙酸桂皮酯、乙酸丙苯酯等;此外,尚含粘液质、鞣质等。本品水煎剂有扩张血管、促进血循环、增加冠脉及脑血流量,使血管阻力下降,能明显降低肾上腺素再生高血压大鼠的血压和尿醛固酮量,增加 尿量,显著增高纹状体及下丘脑的脑啡肽含量,能明显改善胸主动脉内膜的高血压损害。在体外,其甲醇提取物及桂皮醛有抗血小板凝集、抗凝血酶作用。桂皮油、桂皮醛、肉桂酸钠具有镇痛、镇静、解热、抗惊厥等作用。桂皮醛及桂皮酸钠可使家兔的白细胞增加。桂皮油对胃粘膜有缓和的刺激作用,并通过刺激嗅觉反射性地促进胃机能,能促进肠运动,使消化道分泌增加,增强消化机能,排除消化道积气,缓解胃肠痉挛性疼痛。肉桂水提物能抑制单核巨噬细胞系统的吞噬功能,抑制绵羊红细胞致敏小鼠的抗体产生量,能降低幼鼠脾重,能抑制补体免疫溶血反应(体外)。桂皮醛及桂皮酸钠可使家兔的白细胞增加。桂皮油可引起子宫充血。桂皮油对革兰氏阳性及阴性菌有抑制作用。桂皮的乙醚、醇及水浸出液对多种致病性真菌有一定的抑制作用。
中药肉桂的应用:
1.用于阳虚证。本品辛甘大热,补火助阳,有类似于附子温补肾阳,温运脾阳和温助心阳的作用,为补火助阳要药,适用于肾脾心等多种阳虚证。并常与附子相须为用,以增强补火助阳之功。治肾阳不足,命门火衰的畏寒肢冷、腰膝软弱、夜尿频多、阳萎宫寒、滑精早泄,常与温补肾阳药配伍,如《景岳全书》右归丸,以之与附子、鹿角胶、菟丝子等药同用。治脾肾阳虚的四肢逆冷,食少神疲、大便稀溏,常与温脾补肾药配伍,如《三因方》桂附理中汤,以之与附子、人参、白术等药同用。治心阳不足,心悸气短、胸闷不舒,常与附子、人参、黄芪、薤白等温阳补气宽胸药配伍。
2.用于里寒证及寒凝疼痛证。本品辛甘大热,善入血分温通经脉,运行气血,消除瘀阻,又能散寒止痛,故为治寒凝诸痛之良药。对于寒邪内侵,或脾胃虚寒的脘腹冷痛,及胸阳不振,寒邪内侵的胸痹心痛之证,本品能散寒止痛,可单用,如《圣惠方》以本品研末,酒煎服;也可与附子、干姜、高良姜等散寒止痛药或川芎、郁金、丹参等活血止痛药配伍。治风寒湿痹,或寒邪偏盛的痛痹,本品又能温通经脉,散寒止痛,常与独活、桑寄生、杜仲等祛风湿、补肝肾药配伍。治寒疝腹痛,本品也能温通经脉,散寒止痛,常与小茴香、吴茱萸、乌药等温里散寒药,行气止痛药配伍。对于冲任虚寒,寒凝血滞的痛经、产后瘀滞腹痛,或其他寒凝血瘀证,本品则能温通血脉,促进血行,并能散寒止痛,宜与川芎、当归等活血祛瘀,温经散寒止痛药同用。
3.肉桂能温运阳气,有鼓舞气血生长的功能。若久病体虚,气血不足的少气懒言、乏力自汗、面色淡白或萎黄、心悸失眠、头晕目眩,其与人参、当归等益气补血药配伍,能增加补气补血之功。若治气血虚寒,疮痈脓成不溃,或溃后久不收敛,本品散寒通阳,促进气血生长,有利于疮疡溃散和愈合,常与黄芪、当归等补气血药同用。
以上三种提取物按照一定比例有机组合具有良好杀菌保湿功能
五、LUJ200:
甘草酸二钾、天然低聚乳糖、尿囊素
甘草酸二钾:为白色或类白色细粉末,纯度达98%,有特殊甜味,水溶好、口感纯。甘草酸二钾具有抑菌、消炎、解毒、抗敏、除臭等多种功效。在医药、化妆品日化、食品等行业有广泛的应用。

天然低聚乳糖(低聚半乳糖):
低聚半乳糖(Galactooligosaccharides,GOS)是一种具有天然属性的功能性低聚糖,其分子结构一般是在半乳糖或葡萄糖分子上连接1~7个半乳糖基,即Gal-(Gal)n-Glc/Gal(n为0-6)。在自然界中,动物的乳汁中存在微量的GOS,而人母乳中含量较多,婴儿体内的双歧杆菌菌群的建立很大程度上依赖母乳中的GOS成分。
性能:
在自然界中,动物的乳汁中存在微量的低聚半乳糖,母乳中含量稍多。低聚半乳糖甜味比较纯正,热值较低(7.1J/g),甜度为蔗糖的20%~40%,保湿性极强。在pH为中性条件下有较高的热稳定性,100℃下加热1h或120℃下加热30min后,低聚半乳糖无任何分解。低聚半乳糖同蛋白质共热会发生美拉德反应,可以用于特殊性质的食品如面包、糕点等的加工

LUJ200有三种物质混合而成具有良好抗敏、抗刺激、消炎、保湿的作用。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的一种含有4-松油醇的皮肤护理剂的制备方法,按照此制备方法制备得到的皮肤护理剂,能够避免有害细菌、病原体对人体皮肤带来的疾病和刺激性,缓解皮肤的衰老,清洁并防止有害细菌繁殖令皮肤保持健康水润透亮白皙;同时满足肌肤清洁卫生需求。

实施例6:
一种含有4-松油醇的皮肤护理剂,其制备方法的工艺流程为:
a、将甘草酸二钾(98%)、天然低聚乳糖(76%)、尿囊素(98%)三种物质按照40%:30%:30%的比例混合均匀过滤(200目滤网)备用,其代号为:LUJ200。
b、将甘油辛酸酯(99.5%)、辛酰羟肟酸(99.9%)、对羟基苯乙酮(99.5%)、丙二醇(98%)三种物质按照10%:15%:10%:65%的比例混合溶解均匀过滤(200目滤网)备用,其代号为:LUJ04
c、将壳多糖(2%)、透明质酸钠(1%)、海藻糖(5%)、甘露糖醇(10%)、山梨(糖)醇(12%)、甜菜碱(5%)、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠(3%)、苯氧乙醇(0.5%)、水(61.5%)混合溶解均匀过滤(200目滤网)备用,其代号为:LUJ20
d、将预定重量的甘油、D-泛醇和去离子水进行升温至95℃并保温30分钟;
e、冷却至80℃时分别将原料LUJ20、LUJ200、阳离子透明质酸钠投入罐中,搅拌均匀(搅拌速度60转/分钟)待用;
f、将聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯、4-松油醇(99%)混合均匀,同时将对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇、LUJ04混合均匀和预定量的去离子水依次投入不锈钢锅(316#),采用快速搅拌(60转/分钟)保持搅拌20~30分钟,经400目的过滤网过滤,即得预配液,待用;g、将e冷却至60℃时分别加入f、甘草酸二钾并保温30分钟;
h、将g步骤水相在搅拌(35转/分钟)状态下冷却至50℃
e、将柠檬草提取物、肉桂提取物、百里香提取物、小球藻提取物、石斛提取物依次投入到步骤h的锅中并搅拌,搅拌转速为20~30转/分钟,随后降温至45℃时加入对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇并使混合物的PH值为6.3~6.5,且混合物澄清透明状态时,即得成品。

产品抑菌杀菌性能的测试,参照检测标准:
1)《消毒技术规范》(2015年版)中的2.1.8.2抑菌环试验
2)《消毒技术规范》(2015年版)中的2.1.8.4最小抑菌浓度测定试验
3)《消毒技术规范》(2015年版)中的2.1.8.7振荡烧瓶试验
4)《消毒技术规范》(2015年版)中的2.1.8.8浸渍试验
5)《消毒技术规范》(2015年版)中的2.1.1.7细菌定量杀灭试验
6)《消毒技术规范》(2015年版)2.1.5灭菌与消毒器械消毒功效鉴定试验
评价标准(杀菌效果):
杀菌率≥50%~90%,产品有杀菌作用,杀菌率≥90%,产品有较强的杀菌作用。
最小杀菌浓度(MIC):
原理:采用琼脂稀释法将不同浓度的抑菌剂混合溶解在琼脂培养基中,然后点种细菌,通过细菌的生长与否,确定杀菌物质杀死受试菌生长的最低浓度,即最小杀菌浓度(MIC)
杀菌的作用时间可为2min、5min、10min、20min,相同条件下,作用时间越长,杀菌率越低,所以选择最长的作用时间来检测杀菌性能更具有代表性。

由表7至表10可见添加4-松油醇、柠檬草提取物、百里香提取物、肉桂提取物成份的产品对有害微生物的杀灭率有明显的提高

Claims (2)

  1. 一种含有4-松油醇的皮肤护理剂,其特征在于,所述皮肤护理剂中是由按照重量百分比计的以下物质制备得到的:聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯0.3-0.5%、丁二醇3-5%、甘油1-3%、甘草酸二钾0.06-0.1%、99%的4-松油醇0.2-5%、LUJ20混合物2-4%、石斛提取物1-3%、阳离子透明质酸钠0.05-0.15%、LUJ200混合物0.5-1.5%、小球藻提取物1-3%、对羟基苯乙酮0.1-0.3%、1,2-己二醇0.1-0.3%、LUJ04混合物0.2-0.4%、D-泛醇1-3%、柠檬草提取物1-2%、肉桂提取物1-2%、百里香提取物1-3%、水余量;
    所述LUJ20混合物是由壳多糖、透明质酸钠、海藻糖、甘露糖醇、山梨糖醇、甜菜碱、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、苯氧乙醇和水按照重量比2:1:5:10:12:5:3:0.5:61.5的比例混合溶解均匀后,以200目滤网过滤得到的;
    所述LUJ200混合物是由98%的甘草酸二钾、76%的天然低聚乳糖、98%的尿囊素按照重量比4:3:3的比例混合均匀后过200目滤网得到的;
    所述LUJ04混合物是由99.5%的甘油辛酸酯、99.9%的辛酰羟肟酸、99.5%的对羟基苯乙酮、98%的丙二醇按照重量比2:3:2:13的比例混合溶解均匀后,以200目滤网过滤得到的。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种含有4-松油醇的皮肤护理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    1)将98%的甘草酸二钾、76%的天然低聚乳糖、98%的尿囊素按照重量比4:3:3的比例混合均匀后过200目滤网,得到LUJ200混合物;
    2)将99.5%的甘油辛酸酯、99.9%的辛酰羟肟酸、99.5%的对羟基苯乙酮、98%的丙二醇按照重量比2:3:2:13的比例混合溶解均匀后,以200目滤网过滤,得到LUJ04混合物;
    3)将壳多糖、透明质酸钠、海藻糖、甘露糖醇、山梨糖醇、甜菜碱、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、苯氧乙醇、水按照重量比2:1:5:10:12:5:3:0.5:61.5的比例混合溶解均匀后,以200目滤网过滤,得到LUJ20混合物;
    4)按照重量配比将甘油、D-泛醇和去离子水升温至95℃并保温30分钟;
    5)将步骤4)得到的混合物冷却至80℃时,分别将步骤1)得到的LUJ200混合物、步骤3)得到的LUJ20混合物和阳离子透明质酸钠按照重量配比投入罐中,以搅拌速度60转/分钟,搅拌均匀,得到预配液A;
    6)将聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯和99%的4-松油醇按照重量配比混合均匀,同时将对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇和步骤2)得到的LUJ04混合物按照重量配比混合均匀后,和配比量的去离子水依次投入316#不锈钢锅,以搅拌速度60转/分钟保持搅拌20~30分钟, 经400目的过滤网过滤,即得预配液B;
    7)将步骤5)得到的预配液A冷却至60℃时,分别加入步骤6)得到的配比量的预配液B和甘草酸二钾,并保温30分钟,得到混合溶液;
    8)将步骤7)得到的混合溶液水相在35转/分钟的搅拌状态下冷却至50℃,得到冷却混合溶液;
    9)将配比量的柠檬草提取物、肉桂提取物、百里香提取物、小球藻提取物、石斛提取物依次投入到步骤8)得到的冷却混合溶液中并搅拌,搅拌转速为20~30转/分钟,随后降温至45℃时加入配比量的对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、丁二醇,使混合物的PH值为6.3~6.5,且混合物为澄清透明状态时,即得到含有4-松油醇的皮肤护理剂成品。
