本发明涉及服装熨烫设备技术领域，具体为一种薄款衣服熨烫烘干一体机。
背景技术
目前，随着人类社会的进步，各行各业都得到充足的发展，尤其是制衣行业，在近几年内有着日新月异的变化。其中，制衣过程中对成衣进行熨烫是其中重要的一环。制衣设备中的熨烫设备占有了十分重要的地位。
目前，很多工厂在衣服熨烫方面都是采用人工熨烫的，这样不仅工作效率低下，而且熨烫工艺难以统一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种干燥熨烫箱相结合，熨烫烘干速度快，熨烫效果好的一种薄款衣服熨烫烘干一体机，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种薄款衣服熨烫烘干一体机,包括熨烫设备本体、蒸汽熨烫辊、加热熨烫辊，所述熨烫设备本体上设有蒸汽熨烫箱，蒸汽熨烫箱的左侧中间设有入料口，所述入料口处设有传送带，所述蒸汽熨烫箱上设有水槽，所述水槽的中间外侧设有接头支架，接头支架固定在水槽的外侧，所述水槽的上方开口处设有蒸汽熨烫辊，所述蒸汽熨烫箱的顶部中央设有蒸汽出口，所述蒸汽熨烫箱的顶部上方设有液化水集水槽，所述液化水集水槽的顶部支架上设有冷凝管，冷凝管的中间设有排风 机，所述蒸汽熨烫箱的一侧设有干燥熨烫箱，所述干燥熨烫箱的台面上设有加热熨烫辊，所述干燥熨烫箱的顶部中央设有风机，所述干燥熨烫箱的右侧中央设有出料口，出料口处设有传送带。
优选的，所述蒸汽熨烫辊的外部侧壁上设有蒸汽孔，所述蒸汽熨烫辊的内部为空心槽，空心槽与蒸汽熨烫辊的蒸汽孔连通，所述蒸汽熨烫辊的两端设有接头，接头与蒸汽熨烫辊内部的空心槽连通，所述接头处设有电磁阀，所述蒸汽熨烫辊的另一端设有驱动电机。
优选的，所述加热熨烫辊的内部中央设有加热管，所述加热熨烫辊的两端设有接头，所述接头与加热熨烫辊为一体结构，所述接头处设有穿线孔，所述加热熨烫辊的一端端头设有驱动电机。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案：一种薄款衣服熨烫烘干一体机,包括熨烫设备本体1、蒸汽熨烫辊10、加热熨烫辊14，熨烫设备本体1上设有蒸汽熨烫箱16，蒸汽熨烫箱16的左侧中间设有入料口18，入料口18处设有传送带6，蒸汽熨烫箱16上设有水槽2，水槽2的底部设有加热管15，水槽2的中间外侧设有接头支架4，接头支架4上设有接头，接头支架4上的接头与蒸汽熨烫辊10一端的接头之间设有蒸汽输送管11。
接头支架4固定在水槽2的外侧，水槽2的上方开口处设有蒸汽熨烫辊10，蒸汽熨烫辊10的外部侧壁上设有蒸汽孔，蒸汽熨烫辊10的内部为空心槽，空心槽与蒸汽熨烫辊10的蒸汽孔连通，蒸汽熨烫辊10的两端设有接头20，接头20与蒸汽熨烫辊10内部的空心槽连通，接头20处设有电磁阀19，蒸汽熨烫辊10的另一端设有驱动电机21。
蒸汽熨烫箱16的顶部中央设有蒸汽出口12，蒸汽熨烫箱16的顶部上方设有液化水集水槽9，液化水集水槽9的一侧底部设有回 流管5，回流管5的一端与液化水集水槽9连接，回流管5的另一端与水槽2连接。
液化水集水槽9的顶部支架上设有冷凝管8，冷凝管8的中间设有排风机7，蒸汽熨烫箱16的一侧设有干燥熨烫箱17，干燥熨烫箱17的顶部中央设有风机13，干燥熨烫箱17的右侧中央设有出料口，出料口处设有传送带6。
干燥熨烫箱17的台面上设有加热熨烫辊14，加热熨烫辊14的内部中央设有加热管15，加热熨烫辊14的两端设有接头20，接头20与加热熨烫辊14为一体结构，接头20处设有穿线孔22，加热熨烫辊14的一端端头设有驱动电机21。
在熨烫设备本体1上采用蒸汽熨烫箱16与干燥熨烫箱17相结合，首先通过蒸汽熨烫箱16进行蒸汽熨烫，然后送入干燥熨烫箱17进行二次熨烫，同时将第一次熨烫的蒸汽排除，本发明设计合理，熨烫烘干速度快，熨烫效果好。
